#needles cw#Tbh i lost a lot of my injection anxiety when i learned you can slowly do it rather than quickly jab like my doc reccommended me to#1-2-3 dart method is evil it made me actively terrified until i saw a tguy thread going yeah no doing it slowly helped me#& Initially i was like no way that sounds like torture but it is THE most painless way. Like i dont even feel a prick it is a lifesaver#Even then it is a bit of a bitch to have to go set up all my needles and stuff even if the anxiety aspect has wayyyyy reduced#I actually asked the nurse at the clinic if/when this would be available for non cis people and she was like idfk#I like the controllable doses of injections but if theres a hassle free version of anything i am all the way for it#Also did you know theres a fucking nasal spray version of t#emf
