#needles cw#Tbh i lost a lot of my injection anxiety when i learned you can slowly do it rather than quickly jab like my doc reccommended me to#1-2-3 dart method is evil it made me actively terrified until i saw a tguy thread going yeah no doing it slowly helped me#& Initially i was like no way that sounds like torture but it is THE most painless way.
