A noite silenciosa que Tommaso contemplava da janela de seu quarto enquanto fumava e se distraía com seu livro de anotações, foi abruptamente interrompida pelo chamado que irrompeu da direção do Acampamento. Na ocasião, só conseguiu pensar em buscar pelos irmãos, mas sobretudo @hellersdarcy, a mais nova do chalé juntamente com ele, de quem era bem mais próximo do que em relação aos outros filhos de Tânatos. Sem tempo para pensar demais e não conseguir fazer muita coisa além de ajudar a recolher as crianças dos chalés mais próximos, até que, de fato, estivesse junto dos outros campistas em meio àquela confusão com a foice hasteada em uma única arma, as lâminas em cada ponta prontas para atingir quem quer que tivesse invadido o lugar, bem como os três corvos invocados com precisão, à disposição para dilacerar, perfurar e atingir quem quer que fosse.

A bem da verdade, o Beneviento ainda estava sendo tão consumido pela sede de vingança e revolta que o acometera após o assassinato do irmão, que realmente havia algo incitando seu psicológico a largar mão de qualquer esforço para defender o lugar; muito pelo contrário, até. Se possível, por que não aumentar o pânico e finalmente atacar um filho da magia por vez, fazer cada um deles sangrar e pagar por aqueles que arruinaram o baile e as estruturas do chalé de Tânatos?

Até que seus pensamentos não puderam mais ser prolongados, porque, subitamente, à espera de uma nova brecha, tudo se tornou profundamente distante, com sua mente sendo preenchida por uma névoa muito semelhante a que avistava quando estava nas dependências do submundo, visitando o tio ou o pai em algumas das ocasiões de sua adolescência ou até mesmo na vida adulta, mesmo que isso já fizesse algum tempo agora.

Uma névoa tão intensa, mas também tão gélida, que conseguia perturbar e açoitar até mesmo a pele de um filho da morte, por mais que não fosse exatamente algo físico. Não naquele instante, pelo menos, agora que sua mente era arrancada da escuridão momentânea para se iluminar com uma das cenas que mais frequentava sua memória, perseguindo Tommaso como um fantasma obcecado por alguma figura humana que particularmente o interesse.

No caso, estava sendo retirado, novamente, de uma das gavetas estreitas características do ambiente de necropsia. O corpo desnudo, identificado apenas com uma simples pulseira contendo seu nome, tendo sido revelado por alguém em trajes médicos, sendo ele próprio o responsável por aquela manipulação: sua consciência estava ali, sobre aquela maca fria, mas também havia outro Tommaso o guiando até uma das mesas dispostas, ajeitando-o sobre ela porque, naquele instante, o verdadeiro, o dono daqueles pensamentos, sentia o corpo completamente inerte, incapaz de reagir.

Um sentimento muito próximo do que poderia ser realmente interpretado como a morte.

Ainda assim, todas as sensações eram praticamente palpáveis, preenchendo aquele espaço da mente do Beneviento dedicado somente ao sofrimento que o consumira quando fora submetido a tantos exames ao longo de seu crescimento, como um experimento particular da mãe, médica e cientista por natureza, obcecada pelo fato de ter gerado um semideus com todos aqueles atributos físicos; sua mente ainda conseguia projetar com detalhes cada uma daquelas vezes que sentiu as agulhas sob a pele, buscando veias que, aos poucos, haviam parado de aparecer devido a frequência com que eram provocadas, marcadas e incomodadas em meio aos procedimentos que Angela fazia, performando sempre uma preocupação exacerbada com o filho e alegando que tudo aquilo era para o bem dele, mas, principalmente, em prol da ciência.

O cenário não se prolongou muito mais, entretanto, porque agora as cenas oscilavam entre aquele laboratório, os aparelhos conectados para monitorarem seus batimentos enquanto a imagem de sua mãe vagava e se afastava, tendo em mãos seu famigerado bloco de anotações, e um ambiente em que Tommaso acompanhava, de canto, forçado a se manter sentado, ainda desnudo, monitorado e sentindo as veias e os músculos de seu corpo arderem, enquanto acompanhava de longe um cortejo fúnebre, acompanhando pessoas indo e vindo, passando para observar a figura falecida, mas, novamente, a silhueta de Tommaso era a única que preenchia o espaço, numa clara alusão de como, aparentemente, ninguém mais estava interessado em estar ali em sua despedida.

Ao mesmo tempo que algumas outras figuras se reuniam na outra extremidade da saleta mal-iluminada. Com certa dificuldade, após muitos esforços para tentar chamá-las e se fazer ouvido, ele conseguiu discernir que se tratavam de alguns de seus amigos, reunidos em roda, aparentemente comemorando o fim de sua existência; ou o desinteresse em tê-lo por perto, nenhuma comoção mínima. Katrina? Como poderia se importar, afinal? Filha da discórdia, era claro que jamais teria se interessado genuinamente pela companhia de alguém tão pacato. Nathaniel? Um melhor amigo que apenas Tommaso via como tal, aparentemente, porque agora parecia profundamente tranquilo diante da situação, ostentando um ou outro comentário sobre poder ficar com algumas das coleções do Beneviento. Yasemin também estava entretida na conversa com Leo, analisando como Tommaso era um dos piores combatentes que ela já havia visto, Raynar comentava algo sobre dever tê-lo deixado padecer no incêndio do baile, para além de seus irmãos, Josh e Darcy, comentando sobre como ele era o mais inútil do chalé, Luis suspirando de alívio por ter se livrado de um narcisista egoico como ele...

Mesmo quando a última coisa que Tommaso havia visto com clareza, em sua mente, fora a tampa de seu caixão sendo fechada, com o aparente destino selado, consagrado a nada além da solidão e do mais profundo vazio, sem nem mesmo a esperança de ser acolhido pelo próprio pai se finalmente cedesse aos impulsos de não estar mais ali.

Early mornimg, there was a call from city hall, they need help of SERVE drones to support community service.

Task1. Streets are covered in show, the task was to remove the snow. Priorities: main axis of the city, áreas near schools and hospitals.

Task2. Traffic regulation. With some avenues with limited number of lines, the traffic needs to be directed, few drones placed in knew crossings made the change from a collapsed city due to trafffic to a smooth fluid traffic.

Task3. Cleaning. Some areas of the city have never been cleaned, it was the perfect opportunity.

TASK 003 : A HAPPY WORKING SONG

A song that represents your characters best friend.

It didn’t take long for Chace to understand that the friendship he shared with Alice was special. From his arrival to Wonderland, she was the only one he could spend hours upon hours talking to about anything and everything with. In the beginning, she effortlessly got him to open up to her. As much as Chace likes to deny anyone having cracked the ‘Cheshire puzzle,’ he knows Alice did it a long time ago. In return for a friendship he never felt worthy of, he has promised himself that he’d only ever bring her happiness and remind her as often as possible why she’s so incredible.

Growing up, Chace met many people, especially when he discovered his teleportation. But despite all that, however, there was one boy that soon grew to become his best friend for a period of time. Funny enough, they had lived in the same neighborhood for some time. They’d get into mischief almost constantly, but they would always have each other’s backs. Chace’s thirst for knowledge became fulfilled for a moment as this friend silently began to introduced him to all the new feelings of ‘liking’ someone. He was the first person to make Chace feel butterflies, but he was also the first person to introduce Chace to heartache.

After discovering what heartache felt like, it wasn’t long before he slowly began to lose himself in the ‘feel good’ vibes of partying. It was nice to be able to numb away the pain, so he did that for a couple of years. Soon he was experimenting with more than just drugs to help him mask the pain heartbreak brought; even though he was always known to be a good time, that didn’t stop Chace from also starting a fight from time to time.

Chace may always be living life with a grin on his face and partying hard, but his thoughts often lead him down dark places. For as many friends as he seems to have, the guy often feels alone. He couldn’t quite tell you why, but he masks it with the smile he often greets people with. Lately, however, he knows this is all his own doing. While he’s slowly been recovering his pieces, there is still a long way to go.

Chace performs his best when he is at Wonderland, whether it be socially or mentally. His secret? Listening to the song Circus a couple of time before heading into work. For whatever reason, this song really pumps Chace up. Most of the time, he’s not even the center of attention in Wonderland, but the song helps him get into the mindset he normally has while in the establishment.

For someone who is an expert at running, Chace can’t seem to shake the feeling he is currently feeling. Chace has been doing everything in his power to not face reality, from teleporting far and wide to simply locking themselves up in their room. At the end of the day, though, it doesn’t change that as much as his feet want to run...they keep pulling him in the same direction..

task 03 | marley’s closet.

marley’s closet is, first and foremost, a disaster. clean clothes are strewn all over the place while the dirty usually end up in a pile in the corner. most days, she’ll find the cleanest pair of jeans and t-shirt that she can find and she’s out the door. marley moves at lightning speeds most of the time, so she doesn’t usually take the time to truly plan out her outfits - especially on average days. it’s not uncommon to see marley running around with mismatched socks sticking out of her vans, unruly curls sticking up every which-way from her messy buns, and only one button done on her overalls. ease and comfort rule marley’s taste, so most of the space in her closet is taken up by sundresses she can throw on at a moment’s notice, or worn in denim - jeans, overalls, shorts - and shirts she’s owned since she was in high school. marley rarely buys new clothes - she’ll wear the same pieces until they’re literally falling apart at the seams or she accidentally shrinks them to a point where she can’t salvage them. the only time you’ll catch marley shopping for herself is if there’s an event that requires something a little fancier than what’s currently hanging in her closet.

Communication Design Week 13- Work in Zine Progress.

After many alterations and adjustments this has become the final layout for my zine!! Apart from the Spotify image at the bottom is just to accompany the zine via the link on page two. I am very proud of all the work I’ve put into my zine and I am happy to sending this in as my Task 3 submission. I think the zine has a lot more cohesion in comparison to the first initial draft . I also found old window interfaces to tie into my zine to make the text pop as well as I left more negative space. I am hoping the reader will understand where I am coming from and that my zine represents, a retro and psychedelic meme influenced print.
