Another old one I'm proud of. Here's Tangle & I love her. One of the best things to come out of the IDW comics.

Ey! This is an RP post about the game and IDW characters meeting Movie Sonic! (Will be posted in the fan fiction known as "Make believes reborn, myths in mind re-thought" a loose adaptation of Sonic and the secret rings with movie sonic and idw characters thrown into the mix!

Been reading the IDW comic with Ryu and I absolutely love Tangle, so I wanted to do a quick drawing of her! One is in the more "normal" sonic style and the other is Tangle in my regular artstyle! Might make one of Whisper sometime as well

Tangle was trying to resist the urge to show the massive headache that she was getting as her brother Clark went on and on about his position at the car dealership he was working at along with all the money he mad. "Hey, not to down play your job or anything, though maybe we can talk about something else?" The lemur would want to talk about anything else at this point.

Clark simply looked at Tangle before shrugging. "So, what's the deal with that cute little wolf you work with? She single?"

This was SO much worse than hearing about Clark's job. "Bro, trust me when I say this, you try to even wink at Whisper she'll break your jawline." Tangle knew her brother, and he was so far from Whisper's type it wasn't even funny. He was arrogant, talks about himself way too much, and kinda a dick. If anything the wolf might just put him in the hospital.

"Come on, you have to be overexaggerating. Not to mention what lady can resist me?" Clark had a degree, a high paying job, and was certainly on the good looking side. Not to mention he's never met a girl who's turned him down yet.

"Anyone that an IQ above two," Tangle said, smirking at her brother crossing his arms and glaring at her. "Just saying, all the ladies I've see ya date didn't have much in the brains department. Easy to hook up with someone who can't even solve two times two. You ain't as smooth as you think you are." The lemur would lean back in her chair and place her foot on the table.

"So you did ask that in front of mom and dad on purpose! I knew it!" Clark was still rather bitter as mom chewed him out for dating someone who didn't even make it through college. How she found that out, he still had no idea.

"Not really. I was trying to lead into a joke about fish, though then she kinda ruined it by saying twenty." Tangle remember that night and how she had to fight every fiber in her body to keep herself from even letting out a little chuckle. Way funnier than the fish joke she was trying to show up.

"Whatever," Clark said, crossing his arms seeming more than a bit annoyed. "At least I have an actual job instead of running around playing hero who dropped out of college."

"Oh? Then what's all this here?" Tangle asked, pulling out a sizable amount of rings from her vest pocket much to Clark's surprise. "That's right, the Diamond Cutter's is an official government job with a paycheck and benefits." The lemur felt awfully smug to have a one up on her brother for once. And her family always said she'd amount to nothing. "And I'm not playing hero. How many giant crazy metal dragons or shapeshifting mercenaries have you beat?"

Clark wanted to retort, though for once didn't have one so huffed and slouched in his chair with his arms still crossed. "Fine, I will concede you have a legit job, though that's it. Doesn't change the fact before you were running around not really doing anything."

"I think someone's jealous I became famous." Tangle wasn't lying either as she was know all around Mobius now. Even if that wasn't why the lemur did it she just HAD to take the chance to rub it in her brothers stupid smug face.

"That's it, I'm leaving," Clark said, getting up and leaving the room in a hurry. It seemed he hated to be outdone by his little sister given how she never took anything seriously, dropped out of college, and goofed around for a few years being the 'Hero of Spiral Hill'

Tangle was rather shocked Clark stormed out of the room, though she wasn't going to complain as now she didn't have to talk to him. "Win for Tangle," the lemur said to herself as she places her hands behind her head and leans back in the chair a bit more.

The opossum was resting for now--put her house down next to a nearby tree and was resting under it’s branches, back against the bark and hands on her head. She let Lily play around with a rock and a stick not-too-far from her--still in eyesight, luckily.

Eggton wasn’t too far away now. And thanks to that kind knight--if chivalry’s dead then she single-handedly revived it--she and her daughter have enough food to last the entire trip. And a little extra, if they really needed it.

“Awh shucks--thanks ma’am,” she looks up to the lemur, giving her a friendly smile in tow. “I work out a lot. Easy to take a beating if you got the muscles to bounce it back!

“I like your tail! Reminds me of my own. I don’t think I could do that hanging thing without breaking the whole tree in half, though.” She gave a light chuckle, hand at her chin.

She never really considered that angle of a Spa. Relaxation? That would explain why Jewel and Amy had a mandatory Spa Day. She'd let the Queenie treat her, if only because she didn't feel right refusing a kind offer like that. Who knows if she'd even get to enjoy it, the ring could recharge at any moment. Maybe it also explained Jewel trying to drag her to Spa days when they were teens. What ever the reason it was a nice gesture! more proof the Queenie was a good sort and that meant alot in her book.

Tangle placed her hands behind her head as she thought of Spiral Hill. Truthfully she'd not been back much since the end of the outbreak. But the flowers near the farm use to bloom every spring, and fill the fields with wildflowers. It was such a beautiful time of the season and it had Tangle thinking of home for the first time in awhile really.

" Yea... just makes me think of home back on the farm where i grew up. Fields would just spring up during spring time, and it was really something. Don't see that in the big city... that's for sure. Still these gardens have there own beauty... "

Hah she knew it! so those relics did exist! just like in the story books! this was place was getting more interesting by the second!

" Oh yea? nothing much like that back home. I guess the Chaos Emeralds .... but i dunno if i'd call them a relic or some natural formation... pretty wild all things considered. "

" A Virtual Training room? "

She said with her eyes lighting up! now that sounds amazing!

" LIKE A ROOM! FULL OF DANGER! A DANGER ROOM IF YOU WILL! "

She was very close to making some very childish noises in her excitement!

" I would very much like to see this in action! "

"Well then I'll have to make sure your first experience is a good one. I know a few believe a spa is more for beauty purposes, though it's also a great way to relax the body and recover from a long day." Vix often went to the spa for both reasons as being a royal she has to keep her appearance up at all times. The fennec also enjoyed the benefit of having some peace and quiet, yet wouldn't mind the company at all. The High Queen would have to mention it to a staff member to arrange an appointment before the tour was over as not to keep Tangle waiting too long.

"I can't say I've visited the country side of my homelands much despite my best effort to keep in touch will all my people." Even before having to become the acting High Queen Vix found most her days spent in the castle while managing laws and taxes for her kingdom along with solving any problems that arise. Didn't leave her for much time to be social, though she's some how found a good management system.

Vix took noticed how Tangle seemed to become a bit more tense and stern when passing the knocked out attacker, though relax once they were out of sight, a thought to keep in the back of her head. The fennec would watch as the lemur spun around to get a good look at the foyer after she explained why they keep replica's here. Then of course their reaction to seeing the courtyard. It was obvious to the High Queen that the other was certainly a curious and excitable person, something she can admire seeing as not much surprises her anymore with the exception of all these other worldly travelers as that was new.

"Yes, we do keep our courtyard well maintained, though I believe a natural field has it's own kind of beauty. The natural form of the land, in perfect harmony with the elements that surround it. Always changing, yet staying the same as well. It truly is a marvel how nature can have such beautiful landscapes without anyone needing to attend to it, more or less anyway." Vix was aware sometimes it was good to trim the land as one would put it, if only for the fact to allow the rest of the land to continue to flourish. Here it was a rare occurrence.

"All the display replica's are based off real relics, though a few have been lost due to some battle or another. I'll see about showing you some of these relic's in the future should you visit again. I will say most of them don't actually work if only due to the fact age as worn down the magic from the original caster." Vix was sure a good chuck of them could be repaired by using some form of restoration magic to restore the original, yet there wasn't much need with the more powerful magic relic's they used these days.

"I believe the only room of importance left would be are virtual training room." There was the throne room, yet it under some small renovations at the moment and Vix didn't wish to disturb their work so they could finish as soon as possible. "I will say it can be a bit much as it's mainly reserved for our high ranked guards and soldiers, though if you wish to try it out I can have some staff run it on a lower setting to see how you do." There was also a concern how someone from a different world would react to the magical energy that powers the room.

I saw your art blog had head canons for what species of hedgehog the hedgehogs were, do you have that for other characters?

"Oh, you don't gotta worry about me. I'm completely fine. It's gonna take more than a tumble to take me out." Tangle had always been super durable, even has a kid. Might be another bonus she got along with being a natural fighter and a super awesome tail.

"Though I am a bit lost. Kinda messed with some of Tails fancy nerd tech and I think it teleported me somewhere. I'm still on Mobius, right?" The lemur hoped she didn't zone hop by mistake, though knowing Tails he would be working on a portal thing to connect to other zones without a warp ring.

Those soft Violet hues never seemed to leave the Tenrec's not the whole time. Tangle had the figure of someone who had seen her share of battles. The way she stood, and held herself all betrayed her background as a fighter. Yet there was a deep softness in her eyes that showed her heart laid bare. She was a soft soul, who sought to help others--- because there was a time when she felt like the world was against her and she had no one to turn to. What ever circumstance these two had found themselves in didn't matter to Tangle. She wanted to help, she wanted to take that pain away or at least make it better. Thats just who she was deep down, and nothing would change that.

Had she been anyone else she probably would have tried to bust them both on the spot. But she didn't, she tried to understand there plight maybe just make she could find some way to help. But it was clear Surge didn't want that kind of help, and Kit? Looked like he'd been through the ringer. But his eyes told alot more then Surges, what ever happened to those two--- left its mark.

" People like you? "

She knelt down in front of Kit and looked him in the eyes

" What kinda people is that huh? Well ya know what i see? I see a kiddo whose been through hell... and could probably use some ice cream and a hug..."

She stood back up and looked over at surge this time

" and an Older Sister whose trying her damnedest to keep you both safe. I see two people who have crawled out of who knows what bullshit and are still alive and kickin' Two people who just wanna survive at any cost... cause that's all ya know..."

" All i see are two people, who are down on there luck and need a little help getting back on there feet. So what's it gonna be ... Ya gonna turn around and doin' what yer doin' hopin' things will change? Or... do you take that chance ... and let this crazy lemur lend you a helpin' hand... "

Surge looks back at Tangle, before she talks about this...helping others for the sake of it junk. Ugh, it was way too much like that weird blue lizard lady. Just helping because they wanted to, regardless if they know anything about those they're helping. And she didn't like how...good that was at disarming her.

She then sighs. "Look...just...you shouldn't worry about us. After this, we won't be stealing anything from places like this. Then you can go back to helping those old ladies and other people the world wants. Not people like us." She says looking away from Tangle.

"...Nobody wants us...so we don't wanna be here either." Kit says quietly. The two clearly have been through a lot it seems. Kit then finishes up some touches on his backpack and puts it back on.
