Tickletober Day 21- Costume
This is a Tottmnt fic!
Lee: Mikey (and a bit of lee Donnie)
Ler: Donnie
TW!: None!
"Hey guys~ Check me out!"
Donnie walked into the living room, striking a pose in front of his brothers. They had all spent the last week preparing and figuring out Halloween costumes, and were finally showing the others what they had chosen. There was an immediate reaction of giggling, until Mikey, in his nyan-cat outfit, gasped.
"Oh my gosh! Are you Bill Nye?"
Donnie grinned, nodding excitedly as he pointed to himself. "The Science Guy!" Raph shook his head in amusement, chuckling along with Leo on the couch. The youngest ran up to his brother, walking around him and smiling excitedly. "Broo, it looks awesome! Lovin' the bowtie too, by the way."
The nerdy-mutant smiled back, then suddenly yelped as one of his brother's hands reached for his neck. Mikey had only started fiddling with the bowtie, unintentionally sliding his finger over the elder's collarbone. "What? Did I hurt you?" He paused his hand, face turning to a more concerned one at the noise.
"No! Just uh.. caught me by surprise." Donnie assured, waving his hands in front of him. The shorter shrugged, moving to his sibling's side and felt at the white lab coat, hand smoothing over the side. "Where'd you get the coat from? It fits you so well!"
The elder shifted, face cracking into a forced smile at the feeling. His body lurched a little, urging him to get away. Okay, that was it. He didn't care if Mikey was doing this on purpose or not, he was not about to start laughing in front of his brothers when nothing even happened.
Donnie flipped around, and grabbed onto Mikey's sides through his costume. The turtle let out a shrill shriek, flapping his arms about before going to push the purple-themed mutant's hands away. "EEEIIIIE! Whahat did I doho? I juhust aha- asked a quehestion!"
Donnie just squeezed at his sides a couple times, having to kneel down when the younger practically death-dropped to the floor. Mikey squeaked, and flipped around onto his back, kicking at the elder. "Ohow! What the heck, don't kick me!"
In retaliation, the purple turtle moved up to sit on his legs, drilling his fingers into the younger's belly. The younger just about screamed, bursting into crazed giggles, his arms coming up to slap at his brother. "THEhehen dohohon't tiHIckle mehe! Hahaha!"
Donnie sighed, scratching a bit harder at his sibling's ticklish plastron. The sensation was muted through the Poptart-shaped clothes, but it still seemed to be getting a reaction. "Sorry, I'm afraid there's nothing I can do. It's out of my hands." At the last word, he reached higher, and pressed his hands into the other's underarms. Mikey laughed louder, legs kicking about behind the two, and pressed his elbows down. He threw his head back, hiccupping as the tickling went on.
From where he was watching, Leo saw the start of happy tears forming in his baby brother's eyes, and figured he should probably stop the interaction before it escalated. "Hey, Don. Maybe give it a rest, he doesn't look too good." Donnie looked up, then back down at the younger. A mirthful tear escaped the orange-themed turtle's eye, and the elder took that as his cue to stop.
Mikey pressed his eyes shut, wrapping his limbs around himself as he giggled. After a second, he reached up to wipe at his eyes. Donnie scooted off of him, and the nunchuck-user gave him a look through his smile. The glasses-wearing teen put his hands up. "Whahat?"
After catching the rest of his breath, the youngest lunged up and tackled his sibling. Donnie screamed, being sent to the floor quicker than he could process, and instantly flailed at the touch on his sides. "NAHah- Mihikeeey!"
The younger only shook his head, almost roughly dragging his nails down the bo-staff-user's sides. "I don't wanna hear it! Attacking me when I didn't even do anything is not cool!"
There was a screech, a series of 'sorries' flying from the scientist's mouth. It was a wonder that their father hadn't come rushing in from all of the yelling.. And how ironic for the elder to be attacked, when that was the exact opposite of his intention in tickling his little sibling.
"Nononono- Noho, Mikey Ihi'm saharry! SahAHAHARRY! AHAHAHACK!"
-----
I had no ideas for this one, but hey, I got it done! Hopefully some of you like it 👍
Sorry this is late, and have a great day!

Hi can I request for the mutant mayhem turtles with fem s/o getting their first kiss.
First Kiss (Fluff)
MM!Turtles x reader
A/N: Of course you can. It’s quite some time ago since I’ve last done a MM x reader, so it’s about damn time. I haven't yet been able to watch Tales Of The TMNT, so I'm going to run with my impressions from Mutant Mayhem. Hope you’ll enjoy💚
Warnings: None, just fluff💚
Leonardo:
Leo had always imagined that his first kiss with you would be the result of something big. Like the romantic resolve of growing tension after he had saved you from some sort of danger, where you would find yourself staring into his eyes, realizing just how much you cared for him, and what a hero he was - not just for the city - but for you as well. Or maybe it would come as a result of him being truly brave, mustering up every fiber of his courage, telling you exactly how he felt, before rolling with the flow of his courage, kissing you like he was in control and secure.
But instead it went nothing like Leo had expected it to go. Matter of fact, it was actually quite awkward. Just lucky for him that you found his awkwardness sweet and adorable.
It happened in school. You were talking to Leo about something. What it was Leo wasn’t entirely sure of, as he had totally forgotten to listen. He had somehow gotten it into his head, that today was going to be the day. Today was the day he was going to tell you how he felt and kiss you for the first time.
But pure Leo got nervous. And in his nervousness and scrambling thoughts, he mixed everything up, cutting you off with an open eyed kiss in the middle of the hallway.
Your first date was Saturday that weekend.
Raphael:
You and Raph’s first kiss was not planned out. Neither of you had actually expected anything like that to happen that day, or any day for that matter. You were incredibly close friends, often hanging out together after school, doing the silliest things imaginable, both of you trying to keep your growing crushes secret from one another.
It happened in the lair, with no one but you, Raph, Splinter and Scumbug home. With Splinter and Scumbug in the kitchen and main living area, you and Raph had his and his brothers’ shared bedroom all to yourself, where you joked around, cracking jokes and playfully pushing each other around.
At some point, these playful pushes turned into a playfight, with the goal of overpowering the other, and maybe even tickling them. Neither you or Raph are really sure how it happened, but at some point during the playfight, you just kissed.
It was a quick kiss, but a little longer than just a peck, yet both of you pulled back looking shocked, processing what had just happened. Sure, both of you might be crushing on each other, but this was very much out of the blue, leaving you both wondering if you were in fact dreaming.
“Ah, fuck it”, Raph then said, pulling you in for another quick kiss, before the two of you would roll around laughing on the floor, to the point where even Splinter and Scumbug was wondering what was going on.
Donatello:
You and Donnie’s kiss was sweet and adorable to say the least. It wasn’t planned, but it was nonetheless welcomed by both of you with open arms and wide smiles.
You were at your place, sitting together on your bed, with Donnie watching over your shoulder as you played on your Switch, giving you small words of encouragement as you progressed one level after another.
You honestly didn’t need to do it. You hadn’t even made your way to the boss level, yet you suddenly turned around to look at Donnie, who looked back at you with raised brow muscles, as if to ask you what you were doing. However, he wasn’t able to ask you before you suddenly closed the space between the two of you, placing a sweet kiss on his lips.
Donnie’s eyes were wide when you pulled back, staring at you in what you could only describe as utter shock and confusion, his eyes moving over your face, as if he was trying to figure out what was going on, just from the look on your face.
That was when a smile suddenly broke on Donnie’s face, followed by a heat felt laugher of pure joy as he wrapped an arm around, pulling you closer to him with a; “come here, you”.
After that the boss level was a breeze.
Michelangelo:
Many people might have stories of how their first kiss was this big thing, with sparks flying, choirs singing, angel trumpets and all that shapy stuff people have made up since the dawn of humanity. But you and Mikey’s first kiss was not like that. It was very much down to earth, with little to no fanfare, happening like it was the most normal thing to happen between the two of you.
You and Mikey found yourselves sitting in the park, enjoying the summer sun while you sat on a bench, talking about whatever was on your hearts, while enjoying some sweet sugary snacks.
It was here, while you were talking about something minor that happened at school, jokingly saying that you needed Mikey to comfort you, that he suddenly pressed a peck to your lips.
You froze, your eyes wide and staring at Mikey, who just continued the conversation like this was a common thing for Mikey to do to you, popping another sugar candy into his mouth, handing another to you, trying his best to hold his smile at a minimum as he saw your cheeks turning a bright pink.
“Anything wrong?”, he asked, watching as you blinked at him, moments before you jumped on him, wrapping your arms around him as you pulled him in for another kiss through your roaring laughter, causing strangers in the park to turn and look at you two idiots being in love.

Random TMNT HCs
You can’t tell me that 2007, 2012 and Bayverse Mikey would not just absolutely jam to the Veggie Tales theme song. Like full on blasting this on speakers and belting out the lyrics accompanied with full on Fortnite dancing.
And how could they not just go fricken ham on “His Cheeseburger”
These songs were like designed specifically for the ADHD Brain tickles

Rise of the TMNT initial review
I gave my first thoughts on the visuals, creative choices, and general backlash from the community for Rise of the TMNT, the latest cartoon for the Heroes in a Half Shell back when they were first unveiled. As some may remember, I generally was positive and supportive of the new direction. There were some changes I was a bit unsure about, but generally I was fine with it.
Now, five episodes have been released to the public, and I’ve watched a bit. So, I feel, since I’ve been a hardcore TMNT fan for about 29 years, it only makes sense that I share my thoughts for any who may care.
Before I get to my overall opinion of the show, though, I would like to go over each aspect individually. Let’s start with one of the most controversial topics - the art style and animation. I feel the need to once again highlight that they’re different things, as people always seem to forget this when talking about these topics. Animation is the movement exclusively. So, as for the art style, I like it. It’s very sharp, loud, and energetic. There is so much expression in the faces and bodies of every character. The action poses are wonderful. I especially love the expressions of Don. His eyebrows really add to his look, and his cocky, judgmental expressions add a lot of comedy to the character.
The designs are certainly different. Raph is ginormous, Leo has a fannypack, and so on. Honestly, I got over the designs very quickly. Again, the designs of the four turtles are extremely expressive, and it is nice to see so much variety between them for a change. As for other returning characters, Splinter will take some getting used to. Maybe if he didn’t look so much like a hamster I’d be fine with his design. I don’t really have a problem with his build, I just think that Splinter’s identifying long snout should have been in the design. But April, holy crap, I love this April design. She is so adorable. I was on the fence about her design originally, but once I saw her in action, it quickly became my favorite Rise design, only tied with Don’s.
As for the new characters, I have mixed feelings. A handful of the mutants have really cool designs, like Repo Mantis (my favorite), Hypnopotomus, and Meat Sweats. But then there’s other new characters like the lead villain, voiced by John Cena, who I just feel has a very generic modern cartoon villain design. He looks like a throw away villain in a comedy sketch parodying Saturday morning cartoons. I’m also not a fan of that catdog thingy April has. It looks like a Pokemon. Doesn’t belong in TMNT in my opinion.
But the animation is pretty gorgeous. It does get very choppy sometimes, which I honestly do find a bit disorienting since at other times, the animation is beautifully fluent and alive. I do wish the animation almost always stayed that fluent, but I understand how extremely time consuming animation can be, especially when working with such highly detailed characters, and considering that when the animation is fluent, it’s REALLY good, so I cut them a break. The action scenes are truly amazing to watch. The backgrounds are also very stylish, colorful, and just nice to look at.
While I do think the 2012 show was an amazing TMNT series, I did always find it a bit visually lacking. So I’m glad to see this one do the visuals so well.
Now, I guess I’ll talk about the writing, plot, and characters. As all of you likely know by now, we do not see the origin of the turtles or how they met April. While I can definitely understand why they would leave this out from a marketing standpoint (no reason to make a new TMNT show with limited episodes for preview and just go through the same story we’ve seen 100 times and give us nothing new to look forward to) I do hope we see it eventually. It is a pivotal part of the TMNT world, and is especially necessary now that this is a brand new TMNT for a whole new generation, and is reinventing the lore in many ways.
The show, obviously, is geared more towards smaller children, which I’m totally cool with. Not only did TMNT bring me a lot of happiness at that age, but I also like to see more franchises for kids. There seems to be a big push for cartoons to be more “adult” these days, but I still feel lots of them should be for kids. We live in an age where toys and cartoons are being primarily made for adults. Kids need media too, and TMNT has proved extremely popular with little kids for 30 years. The show still manages to be legitimately funny more than I expected, and, honestly, has a lot of wit and sarcasm that will likely only tickle the older audiences.
The story-telling is a bit all over the place and ultra-fast-paced, but it’s pretty good, again, with the child’s perspective in mind. It has a lot more action than I think most of us thought, and that is done really well. The characters, however, seem to be another huge point of controversy among the fans. My personal favorites so far are Don and April (yes, same two favorites as physical designs). Don’s such a smug brainiac and April’s so feisty and spunky, it’s adorable. But many things like Raph being the leader, Leo being the cool hot shot, and Splinter being seemingly a lazy couch potato, have a lot of fans in a frenzy. I will admit, Leo being a hot shot smart ass is still taking me time to warm up to, and Raph does feel odd as a leader. There doesn’t really seem to be any reason for the Turtles to have him as the leader other than the fact that he’s the biggest.
However, it does seem obvious that they are working up to something. The turtles, quite amusingly, are terrible ninja at the start of the show. They’re clumsy, inexperienced, and just horrible at making plans. There does seem to be a running theme of Raph’s plans being awful and Leo’s working. It does in fact seem like they are starting off more fresh, then evolving towards a more familiar setup. Even the presence of Foot soldiers implies the coming of Shredder possibly. And that brings me to my only real concern.
While I know this show is not being made for 87 shellheads like myself, I do kind of wish there was more TMNT material in the show. It seems to be trying as hard as it can to stray from traditional TMNT series that it could end up straying too far to the point of it being irrelevant to the franchise. I’m all for changes, all for new art direction, all for new characters, all for character re-imaginings, and so on, but it would be nice to see some returning aspects, like Shredder, Baxter Stockman, Rat King, Casey Jones, the Technodrome or some of the Turtles’ famous vehicles. I would absolutely love to see how Rocksteady and Bebop would look in this style too.
I’m a bit iffy about the episodes. I don’t think they’re bad, but the pacing in some is a bit all over the place, and one episode in particular seemed like a tired premise. The episode I’m referring to has the Turtles in a Chuck E. Cheese’s type locale with an evil animatronic bear coming to life and battling them. If this sounds familiar, you’ve either played Five Nights at Freddy’s, or, more specifically for my argument here, have seen the episode of Gravity Falls, “Soos and the Real Girl”. It was one of the most popular and funny episodes of the Disney XD cartoon, but it seems to be a premise that is continually done in modern cartoons. Just last year, the 2017 Duck Tales (which, although pretty good, I feel pulls a little too much inspiration from Gravity Falls) did a story involving a Chuck E. Cheese setting, and now Rise is doing it as well, with pretty much the same twist Gravity Falls did. While it is a funny premise, I do wish cartoonists would avoid doing it so often as it’s already been done successfully before.
So let’s get to the bottom of this. How do I feel all around? I think it’s pretty good. Like I said, it’s not my turtles, but my turtles had the entire late 80s and early to mid 90s already. It had its time, made me and thousands of other kids happy beyond reason, and made the franchise as big as it is today. It did everything it needed to do. I’m happy to see new generations get their own new forms of TMNT. I’m just glad that my favorite franchise ever is not only still relevant, but still a quality product, too. Simply put - I support Rise of the TMNT.
Still hoping we see some more classic characters and tech show up, though.
And pretty soon, yes, I’ll address a certain Netflix reboot of a series near and dear to me that has been making A LOT of noise on the internet lately. Until then, check out the available episodes of Rise if you haven’t already and decide how you feel about it.

Tickletober Day 3- Prank
Not really sure what to put here.. Oh yeah, this is my first time writing for Mutant Mayhem/Tales, so sorry if I don't end up capturing the characters perfectly.
Lee: Leo
Ler: Mikey
TW!: ANXIETY ATTACK, FAKING AN INJURY! (Everything here is very mildly described, and I didn't put many details, so it shouldn't be very disturbing. Also, this only has depiction of my experience with anxiety attacks, so please tell me if there's anything inaccurate, so I can fix it.)
No spoilers for this, so it should be all good for anyone who hasn't seen the show.
Closest thing I could get to a gif of those two
"Leo! Somebody, help!"
The leader of the group ran into the living room-area, practically leaping over a chair in the middle of the floor to see his baby brother hunched over on the ground. "Mikey! Mikey, what's wrong?"
Mikey let out a groan of pain, clutching his knee tightly. When his sibling came to see what was wrong, he pouted, showing him his leg that.. didn't really seem to have anything wrong with it? "What happened? Did you fall?"
"I don't know! My knee just really hurts!"
The elder removed his brother's kneepad, only to see a large smiley face drawn on, surrounded by lots of little hearts. The orange turtle began giggling.
Leo paused, eyes skimming over his face, and then back to the knee. "Wait.. Was that just a joke?" The younger burst into laughter, grabbing onto his brother's arm and giggling. That is, until he noticed something was wrong.
The katana-user had a crooked smile on, but his eyes still looked as panicked as they had when he had first came into the room. "Leo..? You alright?"
The elder nodded, smile widening as if to convince them both of his being okay. "Y-Yeah! I'm fine, just.." he went to stand up, hands shakier than usual. "Don't do that ag-ain. You scared me."
Mikey's face fell. 'Okay, nope. Joke over.'
He stood up as well, helping Leo to the couch. Mikey hugged his brother, who paused, before wrapping his arms around the other. (I rhymed?) Mikey squeezed tightly around him, as the blue-themed's eyes were beginning to prick with tears. "Hey, it's okay. I'm alright, you don't have to worry."
"Just follow my breathing."
It took a couple minutes, but Leo had finally calmed down, though he didn't let go of Mikey just yet. "Are you okay?"
Leo nodded, squeezing his little brother a bit. "I'm o-okay. Just got freaked out.." Mikey sighed. He felt really bad about giving his brother an attack. "Is there anything I can do to help?.."
Leo shrugged, closing his eyes. "I'm kind of hungry.." Mikey paused for a moment. "I think we have some tacos from last night. You want those?" Leo nodded again, and the two made their way to the kitchen, the younger helping his brother to a chair while he went to heat up a taco.
"Sorry I scared you. I didn't mean to." Upon receiving the food, Leo gave a small smile. "I know. I forgive you, Mike." There was a beat of awkward silence, but it was quickly broken up by a groan. "Eugh, why are there so many onions in this thing?"
Mikey giggled, rubbing the back of his neck. "Ihi don't know, Raph reheally likes onions." The other scoffed. "Yeah, but did he have to cram it full of them, and then not eat it? Seriously."
"Didn't he eat like, five, or something?" They both laughed, and Leo picked out a couple pieces of the vegetable. "Yeheah, I think he did."
All of a sudden, there was a quiet slap, and Mikey turned around in mild shock.
"Did you just throw one at me-?!"
Leo gave him an innocent look. "Uhm, no? Literally why would I do that?" The nunchuck-user picked up the onion from the ground and chucked it right back at his brother's head. "Because you're an onion throwing weirdo!"
"I told you, it wasn't me!"
Smack.
"..Okay thAT IS IT! C'MERE!" Mikey charged at the other, who only yelped and threw more onions in his defense. The chair screeched beneath Leo as it scraped on the floor, almost sending him flying right off, only to make a very similar noise to his seat when hands were shoved under his arms.
"EEHEEK! MIHIKEY! Whahat the heheheck-" The taco dropped from his hand and onto his plate. Mikey only giggled. "This is what you deserve! I can't believe you would do something so gross to- HEY! Do not touch me with your nasty hand! You smell like onions!" The elder's hand was slapped away, but he kept trying to wipe it on his brother's arm, throwing his head back and cackling when a hand went to his side instead.
"Thehehen stOHOP- STOHOHOP TIHIHICKLING MEHEHE!"
Leo squirmed violently, jolting to the side as he tried to pry the other's hands off, only to have it snatched up into the air. "I said stop wiping your hand on me! Now you've gotta deal with no hand!"
Leo snorted, too weakened by the tickling to yank his arm back down, though his free one continued to fight with the one at his side. The orange-themed turtle raked his nails down the entire bridge of his brother's shell, then did it again and again. Leo just about screamed, arching away from the fingers, and hitting into the other.
"NAHAHAH! SNRT- AHAAAH! TOHOO MUCH, PLEHEEASE!"
Mikey grinned, glad to see his brother cheered up. He stopped tickling, taking a half-step backwards before letting go of his arm. "Alright, fiine. I think you learned your lesson." He walked back over to the kitchen and grabbed a napkin from the drawer.
"Just wipe your hand."
-----
Broo the first half of this was a struggle. I think I like the way it turner out though, so that's good.
