Remembering Tailero Tilero

“Terday we are here ter burn Mister Tailero’s body a-sea. But afore we do, I would like ter say a few words about him. Mister Tailero was wit’ me in th’ Jackal Gang. But more important then that, he was a FRIEND and I loved him as a friend.

Mister Tailero was always kind ter others. When I didn’t have a place ter sleep, he offered the bed in his workshop ter me. When I needed cheerin’ up he was there and he said nice words. When I needed advice he came wit’ true advices even if he found some o’ my questions difficult ter answer.

Mister Tailero would offen just join other people ter talk to or ter help. He was a real open person that would walk up ter ye if ye were alone in th’ Muggle or draw his weapon if ye needed ter be protected. And cuz he was like that he went ter help th’ Jackal Gang one last time.”

Adham stops talking for a few moments as he needs to compose himself.

“... one last time. From which he did not come back.

I’m really gonna miss Mister Tailero. His kindness. His advices. But I know that his soul will be watchin’ over us from th’ Sea Heaven and that he’d be happy if he saw that we were here ter remember him. And that’s how he will live on. Ter remember him and ter be kind and helping and protecting like Mister Tailero was. And in th’ Sea Heaven we will see him again one day. And we’ll all be happy tergether and smilin’ and laughin’ and tellin’ tales. I will pray fer that.”
