Went to sketch my Tagg for funsies and then whoops, I inked and colored it too. No regrets though, it's always fun to draw this guy! I made a couple of changes in his design and I’m really happy with him - would be nice to use him regularly someday!

The very first and latest drawings I’ve gone for Taggermon - ten years apart! Even though I did the latter pic quickly and it’s not necessarily the best thing I’ve done all year, looking at it makes me really feel like I was able to level up a bit this year. I was able to improve his design in lots of little ways even since the last time I drew him that I think really add up. In some ways it doesn’t even register to me as my own art, haha.

This was a pretty good art year. I can only hope 2023 is even better!

Strongly considering going in and giving this one the full paint treatment, but here's a WIP anyway. Decided to change Taggermon's palette in MarSword Mode to make it more distinct from his normal mode.

Well this ended up being an adventure!

What started out as a "I'm bored and I miss this character" sketch turned into a full digital painting somehow. I've been feeling like it's really time to start pushing myself with my art, so this is my first step in that direction. I haven't really dabbled in digital painting very seriously so there was a lot of trial an error as I figured out a comfortable and effective way of doing things. Special shoutout to temiree for being my painting sempai and giving me tips!

I also made a lot of minor changer to Taggermon/Tagg's design in the process so I feel like I have a lot to be happy with.  Part of me thinks I could have taken this a little further, but I'm very proud of this as is and I'm excited to move onto new pieces!

My entry for the Creatamon Contest over at digimon.magnusink.ca/ , though this is a much more refined version of what I sent. Starting right before the deadline ftw! But I did my best and I'm proud.
