Man, I'm so happy with Fields of Mistria honestly. As annoying as it is when everyone(myself included) compares all of the new games in the same genre with Stardew, it is still a very good measurement to get an idea if that's what you want out of these games. I can replay Stardew... endlessly probably, but we all know that nothing beats it when you get to experience something as nice as that for the first time. So far none of the games i've tried have managed to really grab me. I'm also kind of a picky prick with games I think lmao. My time at Portia's graphics were such a big turn off for me I couldn't enjoy it(which makes me feel kinda bad bc i think someone gifted it to me ;_;). Sun Haven felt like it was trying to be everything all at once yet still felt lackluster where it mattered to me (I also couldn't come to like any of the characters in that q_q). Dinkum is quirky enough that I've enjoyed it at times, but it also has a different kind of vibe I think. Like it would probably be a lot more fun with a friend or a kiddo. There's probs been other ones as well but my brain is doing me a 404 not found right now. Anyway, Mistria has finally hit the spot for me! I've got nearly 30hrs in it atm and while its definitely an early access, what's there is done well. I'm looking forward to updates and really hope it'll do well. The 90's anime aesthetic is not everyone's cup of tea, but I grew up with that so to me it's a big nostalgia plus.

Hi, unfortunately you are the only person who I follow that cares about GL so you're the one getting this ask. I had a dream a while back about the Hal Jordan GL that's been haunting me.

Basically, there was some powerful alien artifact that Hal needed to secure before it was found by a group of evil aliens(tm). There were a few problems with this.

The artifact cannot be taken by force, only given

The artifact has been owned for several hundred years by a human family on Earth, and they no longer know what it is

The artifact is fabric-like, and has been turned into a baby blanket at some point

The artifact now belongs to a baby

The dream ended with Hal having stolen An Entire Baby and freaking out wondering what to do about it and how to fix it.

I genuinely don't know why I had this dream because I know nearly nothing about GL stuff. I hope you enjoyed tho. If this is the plot of an actual comic that I somehow dreamed about, please let me know.
