Sam’s New Year Sale Day 6

aka Idia traumatising time, let’s goo

Idia got the short end of the stick and ended up going to the store when Rook and Jade were in charge of the koma battles.

Just look how scared he looks when interacting with Rook and how his whole demeanor changes as soon as he sees Ortho, I love the Shroud brothers’ dynamic.

I know Sam says you can find anything at his store but he really means it. I also want my local store to sell both groceries and rare movie figures.

It would have been fun to see an Idia vs Ortho koma battle, but unfortunately for Idia, it didn’t happen. I just love his reaction to the news. This event is making me sound like Jade, but Idia always provides the most entertaining reactions when you force him to talk to someone else besides Ortho.

Also, I don’t know what the thaumark to real money conversion rate is, but I would assume spending between 300 to 349 thaumarks on a figure is a lot. On the other hand, I wasn’t expecting anything less from Idia, he always makes the best use of Styx funds.

I feel like trying to target Idia specifically (or Kalim) would be a solid strategy IF someone would be willing to go out of their cave more often to find out about the special offers. Alas, Rook’s morals are leagues above Jade’s and that didn’t happen. But I am curious to know what these two will cook up next.
