Ray also helped take care of him in chapter 89. On the one hand, Pepe is completely out of it so it's basically one-sided. On the other hand, that's a good brief conversation starter: Pepe thanking Ray at some point for what he did (maybe during the three weeks it takes the larger group to make it to the bunker, them sitting together by a fire at some point and just appreciating each other's company and the thought of having more allies and a safe space to call home), eventually leading to them bonding one day in the bunker kitchen because you know they collaborated at some point. (The "Team Chef" was in reference to Pepe earlier but together they're the team chefs :'') with Anna, Jemima, Mark, and Gillian helping ofc.)

182 Days of TPN - Day 148

Chapter 148: "I'm Coming"

Ngl I would love if there was an actual TPN themed chess set that we could buy with one side being modeled after the demons and the other of the humans. There could be different kinds too, like one version covering Goldy Pond, another featuring the capital battle arc like Norman's here and maybe even the Grace Field raid (with you know who as that set's queen, teehee).

How brave of Don & Gilda to venture into the demon capital without their demon disguises. I'm sure they didn't originally plan to come here at all but still. If the town wasn't in total chaos right now it would be so much harder to move around without being noticed.

I'm so sad we couldn't even get this wholesome hug between Emma & Mujika in the anime. Our girl is so overcome with emotion from seeing Sonju & Mujika again that she's rendered speechless.

Unfortunate the GP kids couldn't help out more during the actual battle. They really only knocked off one day of travel time since it still takes Ray & Emma two days to reach the capital by running, but it was more than enough. At least the duo arrived right after Norman wiped out all the royals instead of miss the attack on the city completely by a couple days.

I understand the need for Oliver & them to return to the base in order to warn everyone about the several hundred soldiers snooping around for them though. We definitely don't want a repeat of the shelter ambush. Losing Yuugo, Lucas, and those few kids (whom I'll never remember the names of) is bad enough already.

I dunno how common or uncommon this opinion is, but I can't say I'm a fan of Oliver's vest. It gives off some Yuugo vibes that I don't think fit him very well. I still prefer the jacket he had GP and while I know that kinda got destroyed as a result of Bayon's attack, the younger GF kiddos could've made him a new one like they did with Gillian's new outfit.

Don & Gilda didn't have the time or knowledge to prepare their demon disguises for the capital city and yet they thought to bring extra cloaks for Ayshe's dogs? That's adorable.

Sonju seriously has too much fun scaring the hell out of Hayato by acting all close and friendly. I do like how the transmitter becomes a literal life saver in the future when its original purpose was to summon backup to kill Sonju & Mujika.

Of course I love how often morse code is used in this series too. Thrills me even more when it's Emma who eventually sends out the signal for help. Makes me wonder if our demon friends know morse code as well since the arrival shortly after, or perhaps Don or Gilda heard it first and just passed the message along to them.

How the flashback of Norman sick in bed (since that's when he used the cup phones) serves as a nice, subtle hint at Norman's condition right now.

Favorite panel/moment:

Absolutely in love with Ray's shocked expression when the GF kids reunite. Makes me sad though that the panel of Ayshe being introduced to Emma is like the one moment these two ever interact.

My boy is so darn happy to see the demon parents again aaahhh!!

I know I'm like several weeks behind in saying this but I'm like afraid that Mujika is part of the 'reward' with Him.

Idk this reunion between Emma and Mujika seemed a bit sad (or it's just me overthinking the tone of these panels pfftt).

And I REALLY WANT TO KNOW WHAT GILDA SAID TO EMMA. Is it about how Norman chose to ignore Emma's wishes or something else?????

The Promised Neverland Manga Review - Chapter 148

So, I see a lot of people thinking (or hoping) that a potential season 3 would contain both the Harvest Festival AND Music Festival, I am sad to say, it probably would not. It would, more than likely, be just the Harvest Festival + training and maybe some of the downtime stuff before/after.

The thing is, the Harvest Festival arc is LONG. The longest one we’ve had so far at a whopping 46 chapters long (this is starting at 96 with the introduction of the tutors and ending at 142).

For comparison. The first season alone (at 23 eps) adapted 43 chapters worth of content. And this season, at 21 eps is looking to adapt about 48 chapters worth of content (eps 19 and 20 are looking like they’re only gonna adapt one chapter each and 21 is probably gonna be two, either Magical Street or the Sabbath + Devilam).

And yes, ok, like WP (18 chapters long, adapted into 6 eps) there are fight scenes in the Harvest Festival which can easily be condensed down.

You still wouldn’t be able to put the Music Festival in b/c there’s ~5 chapters between the two arcs (143-147) and then the Music Arc itself lasts, at a minimum, 26 chapters (148-174). I say minimum cause, there’s a handful of chapters AFTER the Music fest ends that are directly tied to it/it’s events(about 4; Ali’s upgrade and the shinyuu/Love Trio related stuff).

So, at a bare minimum, from start to finish, that’s 78 chapters from the introduction of the tutors (96) to the end of the music festival (174). That is, not quite double what’s in a normal season. Cause keep in mind, the seasons are in the 20-something ep range.

And we’re not even taking into account things like, scenes/events getting fleshed out, or extra stuff (sukimas/bonus comics) getting adapted into the main ep.

Unless you wanna pull a TPN and speedrun this bitch and start cutting things out, which would be a huge detriment lbr, you’re not fitting all that into one season.

At best, a season 3 would contain the Harvest Festival + training + some downtime and setup for the Music Fest.

Now, you could, probably fit in the Music Fest + down time + Devidol Games into one season, as that spans 49 chapters (148-197) and lot of it is face paced action, esp the games, and can be condensed down. esp in a season of a reasonable length (as in, more than 21 eps). Which would be cool, a very musical season.

TL;DR The Harvest Festival AND Music Festival are too big to fit into one single season. Assuming we get more seasons, s3 would contain the HF and s4 would likely contain the Music Fest and Devidol Games.

Accuduur laptop verlengen

De accuduur van een laptop gaat ook bij normaal gebruik geleidelijk achteruit. De accu verliest zijn vermogen (capaciteit). Hoe lang je een accu kunt gebruiken hangt af van je gebruik. Wij geven je een aantal tips om je accuduur te verlengen. Zodat jij langer je laptop kunt gebruiken zonder oplader.

Op de specificatielijst van de laptop staat soms het aantal 'cycli' (oplaadcycli) van de accu. Dit staat voor het aantal keer dat je de accu volledig kunt op- en ontladen. Hoelang je met een accu doet, hangt af van het gebruik. Meer over accu's.

Gebruik de spaarstand

Gebruik een energiebespaarstand om de laptop na een korte tijd in hibernate (winterslaap) of stand-by te laten gaan. De verlichting van het scherm vraagt ook veel energie. Dim de lichten via de brightness-knoppen op het toetsenbord. Zet voorzieningen die je niet gebruikt uit. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan bluetooth, wifi en eventueel 3G/4G.

Vermijd volledige ontlading

Voorkom dat de accu een langere periode helemaal leeg is. Je accu helemaal leeg laten lopen kan de accu beschadigen. Tussentijds opladen is geen probleem voor de accu. Volledige ontlading komt vooral voor bij oudere laptops. Laptops zijn zo ontworpen dat ze uit gaan voordat de accu helemaal leeg is. Dit veiligheidsmechanisme voorkomt dat ze kapot gaan. Zorg er wel voor dat jouw laptop snel weer aan de oplader hangt als dit gebeurt. Want het ontladen gaat (zij het een stuk langzamer) ook door als de laptop uit staat.

Berg nooit een volle accu op

Laptopaccu's verliezen sneller hun capaciteit als ze volledig zijn opgeladen. Als je de laptop een maand of langer niet gebruikt, zorg er dan voor dat de accu bij voorkeur voor ongeveer 40% is opgeladen. Zo blijft het capaciteitsverlies beperkt. Berg hem ook niet voor veel langer op, want uiteindelijk verliest hij sowieso zijn lading en volledige ontlading is ook slecht voor de accu.

Vervang je accu

Als je laptop toch beschikt over een makkelijk vervangbare accu en je gebruikt hem vooral thuis, dan kun je de accu er uit laten. Het is mogelijk om de laptop te gebruiken zonder accu, terwijl hij aan het stopcontact hangt. Op deze manier verbruik je geen onnodige cycli van de accu.

Accu bewaren

Bewaar een accu op een koele en droge plek. Warmte en vocht hebben een negatieve impact op de levensduur van de accu. Zo is hij niet opgewassen tegen condens.

Geen vervangbare accu

Helaas kun je bij steeds minder laptops eenvoudig de accu vervangen. In sommige gevallen is het nog een kwestie van een paar schroeven losmaken, maar bij andere laptops heb je professionele gereedschap nodig. Daarom is het extra belangrijk dat de accu lang meegaat.
