Toronto indie female artist TOVI (aka Rebecca Emms) shares very new single "More for Me" (out August 23, 2024) following up her 2022 debut full-length album "I Keep Floating Away." Exploring neo-psychedelia, jazz, and funk - with influences from Primal Scream and Beck to Unknown Mortal Orchestra and The Shacks, Emms sings with airy layered harmonies of over heavy hip-hop beats that open up into soaring saxophone solos. "This song is about having avoidant tendencies — not being able to say the hard things or ask for what I need. It's about only getting knee-deep and missing out because of it." says Emms.

This is Tovi. He is 16.5 years, and full of love. He will be journeying to the rainbow bridge at the end of this week at home with us (due to an aggressive mouth and skin cancer). He is being hand fed pumpkin puree with his salmon food, to keep him in good health as much as possible. He is such a good boy, forever and ever.

I am glad you can see him.
