Maybe “they are not talking” means that they are NOT AT THE SAME PLACE PHYSICALLY MORE THAN EMOTIONALLY NOT TALKING!

I mean Azi literally took the shortcut/ elevator to heaven and Crowley, presumably, stays (behind) on earth. They are physically apart from each other! And their feelings for each other are unchanging. And true. And desperate. And so mighty, that they are possibly able to destroy heaven and hell, do you really think that this love won’t find a way back to feel complete again?

I know they are dense and a little stupid and definitely not good at communication™️ in general but I will be chewing on glass if “they’re not talking” means that we will get this awful toxic cheap sitcom situation where two characters are just salty to eachother and all of their problems could be solved if only they talked (misunderstanding as a trope only goes so far).

Plus it’s a very human experience to not be talking emotionally. And they are not human. So I believe/ need to believe for my own sanity that they will do their thing, stop Armageddon the 2nd and in the meantime they will find their cottage and move in as soon as the crisis is averted.
