I really think the current obsession over thinking a % of people or certain people lying is one of the biggest limiting beliefs.

If there are people lying about shifting, it really doesn’t matter. Let them have their fantasy, or their fun or attention or whatever they’re trying to get out of it! It doesn’t affect you or your journey, and wasting time and effort trying to to sus out if someone is telling the truth is just exhausting and really subconsciously enforces what “works” for shifting and what “doesn’t.” When we’re talking about how a reply sounds ai generated or there’s too much action in a particular persons DR, or something didn’t make complete sense, so on and so forth we are creating the idea (again, subconsciously) that we need the perfectly balanced script with all the right things that make sense 100% of the time and if we don’t, it’s fake or a lie.

But guess what? There’s realities where you’re a fried shrimp watching Hermione do the WAP dance. There’s realities where you’re a bug Draco is going to step on after he pushes the proverbial Mary sue down the stairs. I thought I would be able to go two polls without a song being sued by Marvin Gaye's estate over plagiarism accusations. Anyway, the sound of the 2010's is splintering in an odd way. Like the previous poll, we're seeing more songs with retro influences such as Uptown Funk and Shut Up and Dance. But as for the sound of the 2010's itself, we're starting to see more trap in the mainstream, both in terms of artists and production styles. And with See You Again, the wordless chorus (millennial whoop) is cementing itself as a major staple of the decade. But just below the top ten, we're also seeing the rise of another genre in the mainstream: tropical house. But we won't cover that until later.

We are now deep into the streaming era by this point, but not without its controversies. While some artists like Taylor Swift were fighting against streaming services, others tried to take this direction into their own hands. But again, we'll cover that in a later poll.

Dumb Money movie review

This review is delayed, by almost a month after its release date. Yet it is better to be late then never, especially as a now review can still be beneficial to some who are waiting for it to come to a online streaming service.

Now, dumb money is based on a true story of the 2021 game stop short squeeze. This was led by Keith Gill, at the time he was a stock market reddit senstion that inspired many people to also invest in the game stop company. As the film starts we see the peek of the stock moment, where the billonares was becoming threatened yet Keith was only becoming a millioniare. At the start we have wap by Cardi B playing which makes the moment being shown more funnier, as well as having a sex joke in the first 5 minutes of the film just before the movie name came onto screen.

After the movie name screen was shown, we are taken back six months to where we see one of Keiths friends labelling the idea of him investing in the stock market as dumb. Yet as it progresses we learn the pros and the cons of how investing in the stock market can be. Especially for both sides of Billionares and working class. How its in away to earn easy money, yet the more you buy stocks the more addicting it can become.

Even in Keiths case he shared his investing with the world, on reddit and on youtube, which led to a court case of him being fined 4 million for violation of the massachusetts rules. Which he mentions he did not violate, and it is found that he stayed investing after the case, only becoming richer. Yet the billionares involved such as Vlad Tenev, Kenneth Griffin, Gabe Plotkin and Baiju Bhatt, lost billionares both before and after the court case, becoming sued for bailing each other out.

Overall, this film teaches a great deal in stock market investing, just like the wolf of wall street did (also based on a true film), as well as showing the down falls and greatness of investing. The film also shows alot of tiktok based nostalgia from the era of 2020/2021 and its trends. Despite its comical humour and the sexual jokes. The story of this movie is educational to watch without becoming bored.

Over all I rate this movie a 4.1 out of 5.

Un elefante asiatico nella Thailandia centrale ha dato alla luce una rara coppia di gemelli, in quello che i custodi hanno descritto come un miracolo.

La madre, Chamchuri, 36 anni, non avrebbe dovuto partorire due gemelli e quando ha dato alla luce un vitello maschio venerdì scorso, lo staff dell'Ayutthaya Elephant Palace e del Royal Kraal, aveva pensato che il parto fosse finito.

Ma mentre pulivano il primo vitello e lo aiutavano a rimettersi in piedi, sentirono un forte tonfo e si resero conto che Chamchuri aveva dato alla luce un secondo vitello, una femmina.

La seconda nascita ha mandato la madre nel panico e i custodi hanno dovuto trattenerla per impedirle di calpestare il vitello femmina. Nello scontro è rimasto ferito un custode.

Filmati drammatici sui social media hanno mostrato una folla di custodi - conosciuti localmente come mahout - che separavano freneticamente la vitella dalla madre, con il sangue della nascita ancora visibile sulle zampe posteriori.

Secondo Save the Elephants, un'organizzazione di ricerca, si verificano gemelli solo nell'1% delle nascite di elefanti e il maschio-femmina è ancora più raro.

"Una volta che abbiamo tirato fuori il secondo elefantino, lontano dalla madre, il piccolo si è alzato in piedi. Eravamo tutti esultanti perché è un miracolo", ha detto alla BBC il veterinario Lardthongtare Meepan.

"Abbiamo sempre desiderato vedere gemelli elefanti, ma non tutti possono vederlo perché non accade spesso", ha detto la signora Meepan, cresciuta nel parco degli elefanti ed è lei stessa madre di gemelli.

Charin Somwang, un mahout di 31 anni, si è rotto una gamba mentre tratteneva la madre.

"Ero così felice, non potevo sentire il dolore", ha detto alla BBC, aggiungendo di aver avvertito l'entità delle ferite solo quando è stato portato in ospedale.

"È normale che la neo mamma cerchi sempre di prendere a calci o spingere il bambino... Avevo paura che potesse rompere l'elefantino, quindi mi sono fatto avanti e ho cercato di bloccare la madre rispetto a quello più piccolo," ha detto il signor Somwang. , che lavora al parco da 15 anni.

Gli elefanti sono considerati sacri in Thailandia, dove la maggioranza della popolazione è buddista. Sono anche un simbolo nazionale.

Fin dalla nascita, l'Ayutthaya Elephant Palace e il Royal Kraal hanno presentato i gemelli in live streaming sui social media.

Anche i visitatori del parco, compresi i bambini, possono vedere i gemelli, ma solo dopo aver disinfettato le scarpe e le mani.

Un cartello vicino all'asilo recita: "Per favore, non toccare i cuccioli di elefante".

Verranno nominati sette giorni dopo la nascita secondo l'usanza tailandese.

Con i suoi 55 kg (121 libbre), la vitella è leggermente più piccola del normale e deve salire su uno sgabello durante l'allattamento con la madre. Suo fratello pesa più di 60 kg.

Il parco sostiene che i suoi elefanti sono stati salvati dall'accattonaggio per le strade. Nel 1989, la Thailandia ha vietato il disboscamento nelle foreste naturali, lasciando senza lavoro i mahout che lavoravano in quel settore.

Ciò li ha costretti a far eseguire agli elefanti dei trucchi per i turisti in cambio di denaro. Questa pratica è stata bandita nel 2010, anche se ci sono ancora rari casi in cui ciò accada.

Ad Ayutthaya, l'ex capitale della Thailandia, alcuni elefanti trasportano i turisti sul dorso verso templi e rovine storiche.

Gli ambientalisti si oppongono al cavalcare gli elefanti perché sostengono che questo stressi gli animali e costituisca un abuso.

Un precedente rapporto della World Animal Protection (WAP) afferma che vengono utilizzati metodi duri per convincere un elefante selvatico a trasportare un essere umano sul dorso. Il processo inizia subito dopo l'acquisizione. Viene spesso definito "rodaggio" o "schiacciamento".

Oltre ad Ayutthaya, gli elefanti sono diventati attrazioni turistiche anche nei villaggi degli altipiani di Chiang Rai e Chiang Mai nel nord, dove i turisti possono dar loro da mangiare con banane, passeggiare con loro e bagnarli nel fango.

Secondo l’Unione Internazionale per la Conservazione della Natura, l’elefante asiatico è una specie in via di estinzione a causa del bracconaggio, del commercio illegale e della perdita di habitat.

In Thailandia vengono utilizzati più elefanti per il turismo – oltre 3.000 – che in qualsiasi altro posto. A differenza di altri paesi con popolazioni in cattività, quelli tailandesi sono quasi tutti di proprietà privata.

Rispetto ai loro omologhi africani, gli elefanti asiatici hanno orecchie più piccole e rotonde e la schiena curva.

Nel frattempo, i visitatori continuano ad affluire al parco di Ayutthaya per vedere i gemelli, in attesa dei loro nomi.

Camminano in un piccolo recinto coperto di fieno mentre fanno rotolare il baule sulla gamba della madre.

"Sono sempre felice quando vedo l'elefante partorire", ha detto il signor Somwang, il loro mahout che si sta riprendendo da un infortunio.

"Non è necessario che siano gemelli. I cuccioli di elefante portano sempre gioia", ha detto.

T-Minus, Kraftek e mau5trap le etichette che pubblicano spesso i suoi dischi. Senza dimenticare il supporto colleghi come I Hate Models, Nico Moreno o Amelie Lens. E, per finire, locali o spazi come Coachella's Yuma tent, Red Rocks, Brooklyn Mirage o, appunto, un top club come il Bolgia. La sua potentissima versione techno di "WAP" della celebre rapper Cardi B ha lasciato un segno nella scena rave. Si prepara a fare il bis con il nuovissimo singolo "Heaven" assieme ad Alt8, una dichiarazione d'amore per la techno, ad oltre 150 bpm, tra energia, ritmo e melodia. Suonerà forte al Bolgia e pure, certamente, l'8 giugno 2024 al Verknipt Festival, che si tiene ad Utrecht, allo Strijkviertel, in Olanda. Il Bolgia apre alle 23.30 e si balla fino alle 6 del mattino.
