Using a WordPress Autoresponder Plugin
Learn some advantages of using a WordPress Autoresponder Plugin. You have no restrictions like with online services and no monthly fees. Free autoresponder plugins are also available, find out which works best for you.
Why Do You Need An Autoresponder
As you progress in the internet marketing business, you will come to realize that you will need a list. The real money is in your email list that you will accumulate over time. In order to get a list, you have to have the tools to collect email addresses. You can purchase list or pay to use someone else's list. There are online autoresponder services, however for newbies, it can be expensive. When people first start out, they struggle with getting a good branding with a good website. Most that start out don’t have a budget to put into a monthly expense for an Autoresponder service. Using a WordPress Autoresponder plugin is actually a less expensive option. NOTE: There may be terms and acronyms that are foreign to you or just not clear. Visit my page, Internet Marketing Acronym Glossary for clarification.
My Reason For A WordPress Autoresponder Plugin
Many Autoresponders offer first month deals, often free. However, it can take most newbies at least 3 to 4 months to start seeing an income. This puts newbies into paying for a service that isn’t giving a return of investment, (ROI). With a WordPress Autoresponder, You can customize response pages and have limited to no restrictions. Many paid services have set rules or functionality limits. However, the main rules are for spammers. This also applies to a plugin autoresponders. The benefit of a WordPress Autoresponder, you can create emails and response pages with an HTML editor. You can even use page builders to fully customize the look. Paid services give you tools and templates with limits. You can only build with what templates they limit you too. My Search Criteria I began looking for a free WordPress Autoresponder plugin due to a tight budget. There were many that didn’t actually do what I wanted. The majority I found, were very limited. If it collected emails, it was into a file with no reply features. The plugin needed to collect their addresses and send a thank you for signing up, without them having to register to my site. I wanted the ability to send a series of emails over a period of time after signup.
A crucial must have function would be, to have the ability to integrate with an opt-in box. An opt-in box is the best way to capture leads, (email addresses). There are free Newsletter signup plugins but they do nothing but just capture the address in a file. However is they have no other functionality. So my goal was to find an Autoresponder that would collect email addresses, send an instant reply. Have the ability to use "double opt-in" to reduce spam or fake email addresses. It also had to send out a series of timely follow up emails and allow me to use my choice of opt-in boxes.
The Autoresponder I Found
I found a WordPress Autoresponder Plugin called BroadFast, it was available in both free and paid versions. At
the time, it was only a one time payment of $37, with a one year support. Later they became Arigato and the program increased in features and technology. It now has the ability to create emails in Text and HTML or both at the same time. It comes with a bounce management and trackable links. Setting up a list and campaigns are incredibly easy. Arigato vs Online Services I have tried a few of the big names for the promotional month free trial. Trying to figure out how to setup their list and campaigns is just a nightmare, let me tell you why.
You create a list, it is an empty list, but basically a place to collect email addresses. The next step would be to create a campaign. Campaigns house the auto response email swipes. In other words, the emails that go out on a timed fashion after someone is collected into the list. The whole process is very simple, well until you get on the online autoresponders. With most of the online autoresponders, they require you to setup the campaign first. This is usually done through wizards that follow no logic. You have to do it in the order they want. The lay out is so confusing, it creates a longer learning-curve on how to use it.
I am not saying don’t go with an online service. But, if you have never ran an Autoresponder before and not sure how the process works, Arigato might be easier to understand. With Arigato, the process is very easy to understand and it just works. The Arigato support is excellent, they respond same day and know their program. Suggested Autoresponder Service One of the best of the big name Autoresponders to try, is Aweber. One of the features they have I love is, it can send your campaign messages in . This is a great feature because there are still email clients that cannot receive HTML emails. This means you are losing potential buyers.
Arigato Pro
You will never find find a better WordPress Autoresponder Plugin than Arigato. It does all that the big named Autoresponder can do. You can schedule newsletters, import or export email list. Manage your bounced email addresses and get the reports you need to track your email marketing. Using the provided code or short code, you can create subscription opt-in’s anywhere on your pages you
want. You can place an opt-in anywhere in the content of a post or page. Combining Arigato with another plugin called Thrive Leads, you can create beautiful opt-in boxes, forms or widgets. Integration You get fully responsive sign up forms that work on any device. This WordPress Autoresponder Plugin integrates with Contact Form 7, Jetpack Contact Form and Ninja Forms. It really doesn’t require any top level of technical knowledge. Even a novice WordPress user can manage this plugin. The support is great, they always respond inside of a work day, there are videos that show you how to set it up and use it. The best part is that there are no monthly fees and it is yours forever. Quick Autoresponder Overview As I mentioned above, create a list. Give it a name, usually to the name of the product, newsletter or post to send out. You can import email addresses into the list if you have one. The nice part about having an Autoresponder plugin is, you don't have to worry about import/export limits set by your paid plan of your service provider.
Of course you want to stay ethical and not spam people. Hosting providers will not allow you to send out more than a 1000 emails a day. It is considered spamming for if you send 1000 emails per day. After you have created a list, you will proceed to setting up a campaign. You will give your campaign a name, usually the same or similar to your list name. The campaign is no more than a container for you email swipes. Email swipes are the sequential emails that will go out on a schedule after subscribing. Newletters An autoresponder is also setup to broadcast a newsletter. Newsletters are emails sent to everyone on a list. As a list grows from collecting emails from opt-in boxes, you can later use that list for newsletters. This also applies to what I mentioned above about the limit all autoresponders. No more than a 1000 emails per 24 hours. Autoresponders can be set to how many emails you want to go out per hour and per day. The limit is 100 per hour and 1000 a day. Do not exceed this limit, your domain may be marked as spam and you just destroyed your business.
Conclusion
For the most part, setting up an Autoresponder is the same no matter if you are using a WordPress plugin or using an online service. There are just different procedures between the programs. Some are easy and makes sense and others are cumbersome. When first starting out on a budget, I recommend going with a plugin. Once you have accumulated a decent size list and making some money. Invest your money into a big name autoresponder. The only drawback to having an autoresponder loaded into your site, is the resource. If you have slow hosting like Hostgator, your site could take a speed loss. It would be something to check out and measure. When I first started using a plugin, my hosting was Hostgator and it did not effect it. My websites were just so slow, I couldn't rank in search engines. Pros and Cons Pros: With Arigato or any other WordPress Autoresponder Plugin, you can do with it as you want, and set it up the way you want. There are no monthly or annual fees, you buy it or use a free one, it is yours forever. You have access to the HTML code which aids in creating many opt-in forms. Shortcode is provided to allow you to place opt-in forms anywhere you like, in a widget, page or post. Your Hosting Provider sets the limits to outgoing email broadcast. Email Bounce Management You get open rate, active emails and unsubscribe reports. Arigato allows you to send your messages in both Text and HTML at the same time. Arigato allows HTML messages. You can design your own emails or templates with an HTML Editor and send out some fancy pages. There is a free HTML Editor you can use called HTML5. Another option is this free WordPress plugin Elemenator that creates beautiful pages. Cons: To keep support for Arigato, you do have to pay for it once a year. However it does comes with one year support and free upgrades. There are not that many form templates to choose from like you get with most online services. Daily outgoing email limits are set by your hosting provider. However, online services also have their limits. If your Hosting is of a lower standard, you could be limited too much. If you want to tweak things beyond what comes out of the box, you do have to have a tiny bit of technical knowledge. Although nothing beyond simple instructions or watching a YouTube video can’t solve. Site Index Read the full article

You know what email is and you know what marketing is – so why is email marketing so hard to get right?
It shouldn’t be. And it won’t be after you read this article.
If you think email marketing can help you grow your online business, you’re right.
In terms of marketing investment, email is still the biggest bang for your buck.
Why?
Because speaking directly to people who have ASKED to hear from you is the most effective way to get (and retain) customers.
This article will show you everything you need to know about email marketing — including how I use it to sell products every day and what business tools I recommend.
Chapter 1: Email Marketing Defined
Chapter 2: How Does Email Marketing Work?
Chapter 3: Email Marketing Platforms
Chapter 4: Email Marketing Strategy
Chapter 5: Email marketing tips
What is Email Marketing?
Email marketing is the digital marketing activity of sending commercial messages – to a group of people – using an email service provider. In the simplest sense, every email message sent to a person for commercial purposes would be considered email marketing.
Chapter 1: Email Marketing Defined
A basic email marketing definition:
Messages sent by email with commercial intent.
In other words, any time a business uses email to reach prospects or customers, it can be considered email marketing.
If you are picturing the digital equivalent of flyers stuffed into a mailbox, it’s no wonder. Ever since marketers realized they could sell products directly to consumers via email, inboxes have been inundated with “special offers.”
No printing costs, no postage, and instant delivery to inboxes all over the world — email is an advertiser’s dream.
Early on, it was a free for all: companies bought and sold email lists, sent endless spam, and used pushy sales tactics.
Today, email marketing is much different, and better.
Sure, there are still bad actors buying lists and sending spam. But service providers filter out junk mail and (mostly) keep it out of your inbox.
And many countries have implemented laws banning spam.
What else is different about modern email marketing?
It’s permission-based.
Most marketing messages you see in your inbox are a result of you asking to receive them.
That means voluntarily joining a list, submitting your email, and agreeing to receive messages from a business.
We’re surrounded by advertising we didn’t ask to see — flyers in the mailbox, commercials on TV, promoted social media posts, billboards, and even podcast sponsorships.
The difference with email marketing is, generally, we’ve asked to see it.
And done right, marketing emails can actually be welcomed and appreciated.
It’s relevant and personalized.
Whether it’s a newsletter, a product pitch, or a reminder to complete the purchase in a shopping cart, the receiver is interested.
Otherwise, they wouldn’t have signed up.
How much more targeted can you get?
It’s respectful.
Opting into an email list is now a transparent and respectful process.
Businesses typically explain what kind of emails they will send, and with what frequency.
For example, Further promises to send one email per week, with a specific type of content:
The focus of email marketing should be providing added value to the customer. Giving away useful content and resources is usually part of the strategy — not constant sales offers.
And respectful marketing emails clearly explain how to unsubscribe and stop getting emails.
But the purpose of this guide is not to give you a long-winded history. It is to teach you how to use direct email marketing to grow your business, and why it’s essential that you start today.
The most compelling reason:
Every other marketing channel puts you at the mercy of someone else’s agenda.
When you have an email list, you own your traffic.
Consider these popular marketing channels:
SEO: Google updates the search algorithm and suddenly your blog posts are buried on page 43. You had a steady stream of website visitors, but it dries up overnight.
Social media: Your target demographic starts drifting to a new platform, and fewer people are seeing your posts. You now have to start from scratch building followers while you are losing sales.
YouTube: Your niche becomes crowded with competitors and suddenly, nobody is watching your videos (or clicking the links to buy).
All the time, effort, and money spent on those traffic sources up in smoke.
Unless… you’ve been building an email list.
When you collect email addresses (with permission) from people who are interested in your business, you retain a lasting benefit from all of your marketing efforts.
If you take care of that email list, it’s an asset that will drive your business for years to come.
So, how can you use email marketing to grow your business in 2019?
Let’s keep going to find out.
Chapter 2: How Does Email Marketing Work?
By now, you should be convinced:
Email marketing is essential to the success of your business.
But if you don’t have an email list, how do you get one?
This section is a step-by-step guide on how to do email marketing when you’re starting from scratch.
Step 1: Sign up with an email service provider
Email service providers are basically software services for managing subscribers and sending email campaigns.
Make sure you read Chapter 3 before you commit to a service. It covers my top picks for email marketing companies, and how to choose the best one for your business.
For now, just know the email service provider is the software you will use to:
Store email addresses and customer data.
Manage lists, add tags, and process unsubscribe requests.
Create sign up forms on your website.
Design and send emails to subscribers.
Step 2: Create an opt-in offer
What will you offer in exchange for an email address?
People are, understandably, reluctant to sign up for more email. For most of us, Inbox Zero is a cruel joke. But we still want free stuff!
“Sign up for my free newsletter” is not likely to convince anyone.
You need to provide a compelling reason for someone to hand over that email address. For example, here’s a lead magnet we use to attract people who want to learn how to start a podcast.
An opt-in offer is an instant benefit, free of charge, you will provide when someone joins your email list. In digital marketing, it’s often referred to as a lead magnet.
Lead magnets can be different things, depending on the type of business.
Here are three examples for you:
A discount offer like free shipping or a coupon code
2. A digital resource like an e-book or course
3. A free trial of the service
Whatever you decide to use as an opt-in offer, it must provide real value.
Try to think like your customers and ask yourself, “Would I hand over my email address for this?”
Here are a few tips for coming up with an enticing opt-in offer:
Save time by re-purposing resources you’ve already created into a new format. For example:
Books and guides >> video tutorials or email courses
Multiple small resources >> a bundle or a comprehensive package
A paid course >> offer one module for free
A book for sale >> give the first chapter for free
Target a specific and immediate problem your audience has. For example:

Step 3: Place an opt-in form on your website
The opt-in form (also called a sign-up form) is how people will submit their email and join your list. I use Thrive Leads for creating my forms, it enables me to create forms within my WordPress dashboard.
Here’s how it works.
First, choose which type of form you want.
When you log into your email service provider, you will find a variety of form options.
Choose a design and function to suit your website, the placement, and the opt-in offer.
For example, here are a few common types of opt-in form:
Popup box: Pops up in front of the page to grab attention.
Inline form: A box that can be placed anywhere on a page, including within the text of a blog post, or at the bottom of any page.
This example is taken from the Soul Salt blog where they are offering a content upgrade to how to find your purpose in life.
Ribbon: A banner across the full length of a page, usually at the top.
Next, customize the form.
The objective of an opt-in form is to convince the maximum number of people to opt-in.
Make it as easy as possible to complete.
Every extra field to complete means more work for potential subscribers — and more opportunities for them to change their minds before they hit “submit.”
These are the only things you really need to include:
Headline
Offer
Place to type an email address
Call to action button
With the text on your form, remember to focus on the benefit of signing up — think about what the opt-in offer does, rather than what it is.
You can also customize the colors on forms to stand out from the rest of your site.
If your website is on WordPress, you can take your opt-in forms to the next level with Thrive Leads:
Create all kinds of high-conversion forms.
Test different offers and forms: Automatically display variations of forms to see which ones get more sign-ups.
Target different users: Automatically display different forms, depending on which type of content they are interested in.
Finally, place the form on your website.
Your email provider will produce a block of code representing your customized form.
Copy and paste into your website.
After you save and refresh the page, this:
Will look like this:
If you use Thrive Leads, you won’t have to deal with any code — opt-in forms are created and placed from within your WordPress dashboard.
Step 4: Write a welcome series
There are two common mistakes that can derail your email marketing before you see any return on your investment.
The first mistake is not sending enough emails. A new prospect gives you their email address, only to have it sit there for weeks until you feel like sending an email blast.Weeks later, they don’t care nearly as much as they did when they first signed up. In fact, they may have forgotten signing up. Your first email is likely to go straight to the trash.
The second mistake is asking subscribers to buy something right away. Not only is that off-putting, but it’s ineffective. It’s a quick way to lose your new subscriber.
Both of these mistakes tend to get you reported as spam, which harms your deliverability. Being marked as spam means your emails are more likely to be filtered as junk mail.
Having a welcome series in place right from the start, you avoid both mistakes.
Right after they sign up to your list, your prospects are most excited to hear from you.
This is when you have the best chance to get their attention and gain their loyalty.
The good news is, you can do it automatically, while you sleep.
A welcome series uses the magic of automation to send pre-written messages on a predetermined schedule.
GET ACCESS TO OUR 4-PART EMAIL WELCOME SERIES
All you have to do is write a few emails and set them up to send over a few days or a week.
If this sounds complicated to set up, don’t worry. Automation is a standard feature for most email marketing companies. You can easily schedule emails to send at certain dates and times, or based on certain triggers.
The hard part is knowing what to write. Chapter 4 covers content and strategy (what to send and when) including how to write an effective welcome series.
I’m also sharing this resource with you:
Email Marketing Template: Welcome Series
Feel free to use the email marketing template for inspiration, or just fill in the blanks to customize for your audience.
Once you’ve written the emails you will send, schedule them to drip out over several days. Here’s a sample schedule you could use:
Email 1: Confirmation email triggered by the opt-in form being completed.
Email 2: Download or success email sent immediately after confirmed
Email 3: Send the next day, at [10:00] AM.
Email 4: Send the next day, at [10:00] AM
Tag and add the subscriber to an appropriate automation offer
Here’s what it looks like in ActiveCampaign:
Step 5: Grow your email list with traffic
With everything in place on your website, you can focus your efforts on building traffic.
The success of your opt-in email marketing now depends on numbers. Your task is to get your opt-in form in front of as many eyeballs as you can.
You especially need the eyeballs of people most likely to become your customers — your target audience.
Attracting targeted traffic to your website will help you fill your list with qualified leads. That’s marketing-speak for: people who need or want what your business offers.
With a brief search, you will find an overwhelming amount of advice on how best to increase traffic. There are many ways you can pursue this goal.
Most of the strategies involve some form of content marketing.
Content Marketing
Content marketing is a catch-all term for any free resources you publish, whether it’s a blog, YouTube channel, podcast, or webinar.
The aim of content marketing is to draw in the right people, by showing them your value.
The term is also a little misleading. Let me explain.
Any blogger can tell you how frustrating it is to toil away, writing and publishing amazing resources, while traffic remains flat. If feels like you’re screaming into a void.
If the right people aren’t finding your work, it’s a wasted effort.
That’s why when I talk about content marketing in 2019, I’m really talking about SEO (search engine optimization).
To make sure your content marketing is effective in building traffic, you have to first:
Make content your audience is searching for.
And second:
Make sure your content comes up in the search results.
Find out exactly how this process works in a step-by-step guide for how to get on the first page of Google.
Once you’ve nailed the process of creating the right content, try some tactics to amplify your reach.
Depending on how much time and money you want to invest, here are some ways to boost traffic:
Paid traffic: Google Ad, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Guest posting: Write for other blogs and include links back to your website.
Podcasts: Appear as a guest on podcasts to share your message.
Step 6: Testing and tweaks
An email marketing campaign can be automated, but your strategy should never be “set it and forget it.” Like starting a side hustle, email marketing takes consistent effort.
There are lots of things you can do to improve conversion rates for your opt-in form, and I’ll cover some of them in Chapter 4.
However, don’t worry about optimizing until you have some numbers to work with.
I advise my clients to focus 100% of their efforts on building traffic until they have at least 350 unique visits per day. That gives you enough information to judge how well your opt-in form is performing.
By comparing how many signups you get vs. how many unique visitors you get to your site, you get a percentage.
I shoot for a minimum 5% signup conversion rate from organic traffic.
From there, test and tweak variations of your opt-in form and lead magnet offers. This is how you can work towards a higher conversion rate.
Chapter 3: Email Marketing Platforms
Choosing the best email marketing service is a process of clarifying your needs, your budget, and the learning curve you can handle.
First, decide what you need.
Here are the basic features you should expect from an email service:
Personalization: Automatically fills email fields with the data of your contact. This is a must, so all of your emails aren’t addressed, “Hey, Newsletter Subscriber.”
Segmentation: This feature enables you to send different messages to different groups of people. For example, you can tag subscribers based on what they purchased, where they live, or the results of a quiz.
Here are what some of the results look like from a quiz we ran. We use Thrive Quiz Builder to build all our quizzes.
Automation: The ability to schedule when your emails will be delivered is essential. It’s the reason email service providers are sometimes called autoresponders.
Opt-in forms: You’ll need a variety of sign-up forms to place on different pages of your website and start collecting emails.
Analytics: Reporting on numbers like conversion rates, email open rates, and click-throughs, to help you optimize your marketing.
Compliance: Make sure your email service includes tools to comply with privacy and anti-spam laws such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
Now think about any specific requirements your business has, and make sure you choose a provider that covers you.
For example:
E-commerce businesses send purchase confirmations, abandoned cart reminders, and shipping information. Their email service has to integrate with their shopping cart, whether it’s Shopify, WooCommerce, or something else.
Service-based businesses like personal trainers or chiropractors may want to integrate appointment scheduling and reminders with their email marketing.
Information-based businesses like blogs the sell online courses have more straightforward needs. They need standard features for building an email list and engaging with subscribers.Sound interesting? Here’s how to start a blog.
Not all email marketing services are created equal, and their pricing often displays this. Let’s take a look at pricing.
How much should you spend on email marketing services?
If you’re serious about using email to grow your business, you won’t get far with free email software.
But here’s the good news:
The best email marketing platforms are not the most expensive. Most email services are priced on volume. That means you pay less in the beginning when your list is small. You can upgrade as you grow your list (and increase your revenue).
Chances are, you’ve seen emails in your inbox sent through popular service providers like MailChimp, Aweber, or Infusionsoft.
These names are ubiquitous not because they’re the best email marketing platforms. It’s just that they’ve been around for a long time — and in some cases, they have a very active sales force.
For example, Infusionsoft is marketed as an all-in-one online business tool. It’s also considerably more expensive and more complicated than most. If you just need an email service provider, there are cheaper and better options.
ConstantContact has been in the game since 1995 — but they lag far behind the competition in automation.
There are also many low-cost services and even free options like MailChimp. Inexpensive doesn’t necessarily mean low-quality. But in general, you get what you pay for. And you will eventually outgrow your free plan.
Don’t make the mistake of choosing based on familiarity or free offers.
Start with a platform that gives you the best tools for your growing business.
These are the platforms I recommend, and some compelling reasons to consider using them for your email marketing.
They’re not the biggest or most expensive players in the game, but they are the best.
ConvertKit
ConvertKit claims to be the best email marketing software for online creators — and I can personally back this claim.
As the creator of a podcast, blog, a book, and several online courses, ConvertKit has helped me grow my audience and increase my revenue.
If you’re new to email marketing, simplicity and ease-of-use should be one of your top criteria in choosing an email service. Because it’s designed for creators, not marketers, ConvertKit is easy to use.
Beyond simplicity, ConvertKit has all the essential features and powerful automation you will need to get started with email marketing, or to power-up your existing efforts.
Additionally, they have a couple of snazzy tools like A/B testing of email subject lines, varied send times, and premade email sequences to make your life easier and your email marketing better.
The bottom line is ConvertKit is an email service provider you can trust to have your best interests at heart.
Here’s what I love most about it:
ConvertKit is NOT trying to be everything to everyone. They have developed and are continuing to develop the perfect email marketing service for creators – bloggers, podcasts, YouTubers, etc.
Simple, yet effective. Yes, ConvertKit does automation and segmenting, but they have managed to create a tool that is intuitive and easy to use.
ConvertKit is founded and run by Nathan Barry, an honest, hard-working, and great guy.
ActiveCampaign
I love email marketing, and I’m fascinated by how it works. I’ve been using it for years.
That said, some of the email marketing platforms I’ve seen are way too complex, even for me. Sometimes I need to set up complicated automation. I do not want to spend weeks figuring out how to do it, or depend on outside help to make it work.
I’ve settled on ActiveCampaign because they make it incredibly easy to set up complex automations – from basic automated emails to transactional emails, and evergreen email funnels to RSS feed automation.
Yes, ActiveCampaign has advanced marketing automation built-in, but they make it simple to implement and understand.
I can map out a subscriber’s journey down to the tiniest detail, in minutes.
Chapter 4: Email Marketing Strategy
The first three chapters were all about how email marketing works, and how to start building an email list.
Now we get to the juicy part — what and when to email your subscribers.
Your email marketing strategy has one purpose.
(Hint: It’s not to let people know what you’re up to in newsletters.)
It’s sales. If selling doesn’t come naturally to you, don’t worry. It’s a skill you can learn.
And the best part?
You don’t have to be extroverted, pushy, or underhanded to sell products to your email list.
This chapter will show you how to bring subscribers on the following journey:
An effective email strategy accomplishes this lofty goal with three kinds of email.
I’m not talking about the content of the messages, which can look very different depending on what business you are in.
Instead, consider the three types of intent behind each message:
Engaging: Teaching readers what you’re all about, and engaging them further with your business.
Selling: Making relevant offers, and asking for the sale.
Segmenting: Finding out more about your subscribers and grouping or “tagging” them to sell more effectively.
Here’s how to use each type of email to build a strategy that will maximize your profits, without being sleazy.
Engaging
The first few emails you send any new subscriber should aim to engage them — get them to open, read, and take action.
Why? Because jumping straight into a sales pitch would be like proposing marriage on a first date. You can imagine what the answer would be.
New subscribers are most engaged in the first few days after signing up. You have their attention now, more than ever.
This is your opportunity to show them they are in the right place, and good things are going to happen when they stay on your list.
Writing an effective email welcome series
In terms of a subscriber’s journey, the first few emails should bring them from stranger to friend.
Starting with your very first welcome email, write with these objectives in mind:
Introduce yourself and your business: Personally welcome and celebrate your new subscriber. Help them get to know you a little better.
Tell your new subscriber what to expect: Let people know how often you will email them, and what kind of emails you will send.
Demonstrate the value of being a subscriber: Remind people why they signed up, and why they are going to love opening your emails.
Engage the subscriber to take further action: Ask them to “whitelist” you, by adding you to their contacts. Entice them to further engage by visiting your website and following your social media accounts.
Raise curiosity about what’s coming next: Give them a strong incentive to open your next emails, by hinting at good things to come.
Here’s what it looks like in action:
You can see in the example above that it’s possible to cover all the bases in one email. But sending a few more emails while your new prospect is still engaged and excited puts you in a much better position.
You want to provide plenty of opportunities for them to engage with one of your emails during this phase.
If they were busy and missed your first email, this gives new subscribers a few more chances to get on board.
Staying in touch
After the welcome series, some of your prospects should be ready to become customers. So absolutely, if you have a product to sell, start selling.
But what if you don’t have a product for sale yet? (If this is the case, you could try affiliate marketing.)
What if you’re still working on products for different segments of your market?
What if you have a product to sell, but it’s something with a longer sales cycle?
Even if none of those questions apply to your business, it’s a bad strategy to email only when you want to sell something.
In fact, regularly sending helpful resources, curated content, or news updates can help with a few important objectives:
Establishing authority: Branding yourself as an expert, and your business as a valuable resource.
Staying top of mind: When they need your product or service, you’ll be the first one they think of.
Deepening the relationship: Over time, regular contact helps readers get to know you better, and trust you more. Conversely, you get to learn more about them as you see what kind of messages get the best response.
Unfortunately, I can’t tell you exactly what to send. There’s no standard recipe for email marketing success. Frequency, content, and tone can vary widely, even within the same niche.
For example, The Hustle sends an email every single day, and Brian Clark at Further emails once a week.
A big retail store like Ikea sends targeted product listings, but a small independent cabinet maker might send updates from the workshop, or pictures of their latest project.
For Hack the Entrepreneur, I like to send a personal message every time I publish a new resource. Not so much when I just want to share a motivational quote.
While I can’t tell you exactly what to send, I can tell you to keep these guiding principles in mind with every email blast:
Be consistent: Whether you’re going to email every day, or once a month, tell people what to expect when they sign up. Then make sure you deliver.
Make it about them, not you: Always put your customer first. Ask yourself how what you are sending is going to help them. If you are writing about yourself, that’s fine. As long as you focus the message on how your story benefits the reader.
Selling
Direct selling is the bread and butter of your email marketing strategy. This is how you will grow your business and make real sales to real customers.
Ultimately, all of the emails you send are intended to sell customers on you and your brand. But product launches and sales funnels are specific art (and science).
The good news is, everything in this guide so far has been about placing you in a strategically brilliant position to close the sale.
If you’ve followed along so far, you have already “influenced” your potential customers.
With an awesome lead magnet, you’ve already provided value.
With an effective welcome series, you’ve convinced leads that they are in the right place.
Anyone still on your list is ready to consider the next step of the journey, moving from friend to customer.
Segmenting
Segmenting your email list is a crucial part of maintaining a healthy list.
Why?
Because irrelevant messages are a bother. People will unsubscribe.
Chances are, your business offers a variety of products and services that will appeal to different segments of your readers.
For example:
A gardening supply business:
Different plants grow in different climates.
Some gardeners grow vegetables, and some only flowers.
The list includes a combination of experienced gardeners and people buying their very first seed packet.
If this doesn’t sound anything like your business, you might be tempted to skip over this section. That would be a mistake.
Even if your email list is already super-targeted, segmenting emails helps to re-engage readers.
Here’s how segmenting emails work:
Email your readers and ask them to take an action related to a specific topic. For example:
Clicking a link to an article, on your blog or another high-quality website.
Taking a quiz or survey.
Jumping to a landing page for a free download, webinar, or video.
Clicking a button to stop receiving info about a certain topic.
Subscribers who take the requested action identify themselves as interested.
Email software tracks who clicks on the links your messages, and automatically adds tags. If you use a quiz, same thing — the results are tracked and responders are tagged.
You now have a subgroup of subscribers to target with relevant content, and you’ve re-engaged your long-term readers.
Now you know what segmenting emails are, and how they work. But when should you segment?
There are lots of reasons you might want to tag different groups of your audience. Here are a few of the most common uses:
After the welcome series: Filter new subscribers into the most relevant sales funnel after the welcome series.
Researching demand: Send a quiz, lead magnet, or new content to find out who might be interested in a new product, service, or business book.
Launching a new product: Find out who is interested first, so you can avoid pitching to readers who won’t care.
If you’re not actively researching or launching new products, you should still consider a segmenting email once or twice per year.
Why? To re-engage with your subscribers.
Segmenting emails are engaging — you are asking readers to do something.
Checking out something on your website, clicking to an interesting article, or getting a useful download — all of these things remind subscribers why they signed up in the first place.
Chapter 5: Email marketing tips
With a solid email marketing strategy in place and a few email marketing best practices, your list should be ticking along with steady growth in subscribers.
Time to sit back and watch sales roll in!
Yeah, no. It would be a minor miracle if everything worked flawlessly from day one.
Chances are, you’ll need to make some adjustments along the way to get the results you expect from your email marketing.
Even if you are getting decent results, there will always be room for improvement.
This chapter covers the most common obstacles that trip up many first-time email marketers — and some tips to get phenomenal results.
How do I know if my email marketing is working?
Email marketing covers multiple phases of the sales process, from lead generation to nurturing and closing a sale.
That means there are a few places that things can go… sideways.
The good news about any kind of online marketing: everything is tracked. You can use data to assess performance and diagnose weak points in your email marketing strategy.
Here are the key metrics you need to know, where to find them, and how to improve them.
1. Page impressions:
Page impressions is a simple measure of how many people are seeing the page. This metric is also referred to as traffic. It’s the first number to look at.
If you are getting lots of traffic, but nobody is signing up to your list, go on to the next metric (opt-in rate).
2. Opt-in rate:
The opt-in rate is a percentage of total visitors who sign up (opt-in) to your email list.
5 percent is a reasonable expectation. But if you target your lead magnet well, you can get as high 15 – 20 percent.
3. Open rate:
The open rate is the next thing to look at. It tells you how many people are opening (and hopefully reading) your emails, as a percentage.
Your initial message to a new subscriber will almost always have the highest open rate — 50 to 75 percent is normal.
It’s natural for the rates to drop over time. For example, in an automated welcome sequence or sales funnel, message two will usually drop into a range of 25 to 50 percent.
As the sequence continues, people will unsubscribe and open rates in the 30 percent range are normal.
4. Click-through rate:
This is the final step — and the limits of what email marketing can do: getting a subscriber to click on a link in your email.
Click-through rates vary quite a bit, depending on what you are asking subscribers to do.
For example, if your message is selling something, you might include a link to a sales page, and expect a rate of 7 to 30 percent.
If it’s a link to a free download, you 40 to 60 percent is reasonable.
How do I get (and keep) more subscribers?
First, let me answer that question with another question:
Do you have low traffic?
If only a handful of people visit your site each day, increasing traffic should be your most immediate concern. Without enough targeted traffic to your opt-in offer, nothing else you do will make a difference.
Stop reading this right now and learn how to increase traffic to your website (start with getting onto the first page of google)!
As traffic increases to your website, your email list should be growing. If it’s not, the question becomes:
Why isn’t your opt-in converting?
There are many things you can adjust to improve conversions. The easiest thing to try is simply changing your opt-in forms to make them more eye-catching.
Next, you can test different lead magnets to find a more compelling offer.
Finally, consider the sources of traffic to your website. How well do your website visitors match your offer, and how mentally prepared are they to take the next step?
For example, people who are referred by someone they trust are more likely to sign up. People who happen upon your site while looking for something else are less likely to sign up.
How do I get more people to open my emails?
The first challenge in getting opened is deliverability. So here’s another question for you:
Are your emails arriving in subscribers’ inboxes?
Although your welcome email should direct people to whitelist you, there is more you can do to avoid getting caught in spam filters:
After making it into the inbox, there are some factors that make a big impact on open rates:
1. Timing
In general, emails are more likely to be opened on weekday mornings.
This is when most people have a minute to scan their inbox for anything interesting — before they start working or going about their day.
Of course, this varies depending on who you are targeting. Some audiences (like mine) prefer to open emails later in the week and weekends.
Find the sweet spot for your audience by experimenting with different times and days.
2. Sender
People are more likely to open an email from friends and family first. And it’s hard to feel friendly towards a corporate entity, isn’t it?
Always use your name as the sender, and not the name of your company.
3. Subject
The subject line is a critical element in open rates. If it’s not compelling, your message will get ignored or deleted.
The subject should be descriptive of the contents, but also intriguing. And it has to be within 30 – 35 characters, or it will be shortened in the display.
4. Opening sentence
Many email clients, like Gmail, show the first sentence or two within the inbox.
Pay special attention to the opening of your message to make sure it grabs attention and promises to be worth reading.
5. Inactive subscribers
Low open rates can indicate a problem with list quality.
Over time, subscribers change email addresses or lose interest and stop reading. Some people provide fake email addresses to get a free offer.
The best thing to do is periodically prune the list by removing inactive email addresses.
How do I keep people from unsubscribing?
The short answer:
You can’t. And you shouldn’t try.
Don’t be afraid of unsubscribes. You can’t expect to keep every subscriber because your business isn’t for everyone.
Of course, you want to keep every potential customer on your list. The best way to do that is to be clear about what subscribers should expect to receive from you — and then deliver.
Many first-time email marketers worry about emailing too frequently. They don’t want to be perceived as pushy or annoying. They are also concerned that asking people to buy things all the time is too “salesy” and gross.
These concerns are understandable but wrong.
Your job is to offer as much value as you can with your email marketing. That means sending valuable information and sending frequently. That also includes relevant sales offers.
Never forget — your subscribers are being inundated with other people’s marketing messages. You need to stay in their awareness.
How do increase sales through email marketing?
Email marketing sales funnels are very effective for selling certain types of products. A series of messages strategically composed and timed can:
Create desire
Demonstrate value of the product
Establish urgency to buy
However, it’s difficult for readers to take the leap directly from an email to a shopping cart — especially for higher-priced products.
If you have an online business, your sales funnel should always direct readers to a sales page on your website. Read more about how to create a sales page that converts.
Thrive Leads is an excellent plugin for creating sales and landing pages in WordPress.

How to Create an Email Newsletter [Checklist]
When starting an email newsletter, you're juggling a lot of balls in the air at once.
You have to worry about proofreading the copy, creating compelling calls-to-action, designing the email to work for multiple inboxes and devices, avoiding any spam triggers, and brainstorming clickable subject lines -- all while staying within the confines of email law (yes, there is such a thing).
Oh, and if you mess any of your email up, there's no undoing it once you send it to your subscribers.
If you want to make sure you won't miss any steps when making a newsletter, keep reading. Inspired by a blog post from former leader of HubSpot Academy, Mark Kilens, we pulled together a completely updated and comprehensive checklist for anyone looking to send an email newsletter.
If you're sending newsletters, bookmark the following steps in your browser, or print it out and hang it up next to you. You don't want to miss out on these crucial steps.
How to Create an Email Newsletter
Here are 12 steps to create the best email newsletter for your business or personal goals.
Step 1: Figure out your newsletter's goal.
Before you start drafting a single word, make sure you're fully aware of the newsletter's goal and how it fits into your larger content strategy. (Have one in place? Go ahead, skip to the next section.)
Is your newsletter supposed to help you generate leads? Get more email contacts? Send traffic to your website? Figure out your goal and let the rest of your decisions flow from it.
Keep in mind your goal should be something beyond "how many people opened it." Instead, it should be more closely tied to your overall business goals. Your email's open rate can give you an indication of the newsletter's performance, but it shouldn't be the only number you care about each month. Here are some email marketing metrics to consider.
Step 2: Gather your content.
Once you have a goal for your newsletter, you'll find content for it. Depending on how early you set your newsletter's goal and how often you plan on sending this newsletter, you could be able to actively or passively find content in the time between two email sends. Active means you're going on the hunt for content that'll solve a specific goal. Passive means that you'll randomly stumble on it when browsing for other content, but realize it could fit in nicely.
When I put together newsletters, I tended to do a lot of active searching ... but I could've saved myself a lot of time if I were passive. Since I knew a newsletter needed to be sent each month, bookmarking links throughout the month would've been a great timesaver. Instead, I usually spent several hours clicking the "Back" button on my blog, hunting for content.
However you like to gather content is up to you, but great places to look for content are your company's blog, social media accounts, lead-generation content, internal newsletters, and training documents.
Step 3: Design your template.
Make sure you've got an idea of how your newsletter will look before writing copy. That way, you'll know exactly how much space you have to promote a piece of content -- there's few things more frustrating than trying to squeeze copy into too tight a space.
Your template doesn't have to be flashy or anything -- even newsletters with minimal text and color formatting will look great. The design just needs to make it easy for your recipients to read, scan, and click elements of the email. This means it should be mobile-friendly, too. According to data from Litmus, most people (46%) opened their email on a mobile device in 2018 -- nearly 30% higher than email opens on desktop.
If you want to get some inspiration for great email newsletter design, check out this post. I'd also recommend looking into pre-made templates if you're not familiar with designing emails -- it can save you a lot of heartache down the road. If you're a HubSpot customer, you'll have a bunch of pre-made templates in the email tool.
Step 4: Set your email newsletter size.
Unfortunately, email newsletters don't size themselves when you send them to subscribers. But because everyone opens their email on their device and email service of choice, how are you supposed to know what size or resolution they should be?
Most providers will default your email newsletter size to 600px wide, with email body padding another 30px wide on all sides. And when this happens, the content inside your newsletter might not survive the adjustment. Therefore, it's important to ensure your newsletter design fits inside that universal 600px width.
What about height? Ultimately, your email can be as high (or, rather, as long) as you want it to be without the email client distorting its design. However, people are much less likely to click through to your website if the email goes on forever -- and email clients with sensitive spam filters might take notice as well. As a general rule, try not to make your email recipients scroll for more than a second before reaching the end of it.
Step 5: Add in your body content.
Next up: filling in the template with words and pictures. This will be the meat of your email newsletter, so spend time perfecting it. Most people keep the copy short and sweet to encourage clickthroughs, though some notable newsletter take the opposite approach. This post can help you with email newsletter copy if you need it. Be sure to add in some images if they can help support your copy.
Don't forget to edit your email thoroughly -- maybe even send it on to one of your teammates for a once-over. Remember, once you send the thing, you can't fix those embarrassing typos like you can with web content.
Step 6: Add in personalization tokens and smart content.
The best email newsletters I get feel like they've been written personally for me -- like a friend actually took the time to put together a newsletter with things only I would like. I open them, I click on them, I share them ... pretty much every time.
If you want your newsletters to feel that personal, you should do three things:
Segment your emails and choose content that group of people will love.
Add in personalization tokens. If your marketing software supports personalization, this is a really easy thing to implement that could have big results for your conversion rates. That being said, only add in a few personalization tokens -- you don't want to creep out your email recipients. ;)
Also add in smart content. This is content that shows one thing to one part of your audience and one thing to another. An example would be a Smart CTA -- your leads would see a CTA for talking to your sales reps and your customers would see one about getting tickets to a customer-only event. Neither audience would want to see the other audience's CTA, so smart content will show only the right CTA to the right person.
Step 7: Choose your subject line and sender name.
Your audience may like different things, but we've found that having a sender name from a real person increased opens and clickthroughs. Try running an A/B test to see if it works for you, too. Whatever you choose, make sure it's something recognizable so recipients aren't confused as to why they're receiving your email.
Subject lines are a little trickier. Lots of things can help you put together a click-worthy subject line, including brevity and an immediately actionable value proposition. That being said, some really great marketing emails have been sent with the subject "Hey." Use the subject line best practices as a jumping-off point, then run your own A/B tests to see what your audience loves.
Step 8: Support your newsletter content with alt text and plain text.
At this point, you'll have the email pretty much ready to go. While going through the steps above, I'm guessing you forgot two absolutely crucial things (I know I forget them almost every time I make an email): the alt text and plain text.
Alt text is the text that appears when a picture isn't loaded. Since not all email providers load images properly, you have to make sure the alt text is there so your recipients know what they're looking at. If you're including a CTA that's an image, your conversion rates will definitely suffer without alt text.
Some email clients also won't display HTML properly, which is why you need to make sure your emails look great in plain text. Make sure the links are easy to click and that it's clear what the email is about without the photos.
Step 9: Make sure you're legally compliant.
Before you hit "Send," be sure that your emails are all good from a legal perspective. The two biggest laws you need to worry about? CAN-SPAM and GDPR.
CAN-SPAM requires that you have a footer in your email with your address and an easy way to unsubscribe from your emails if they don't want to receive them anymore.
GDPR is a similar but more comprehensive privacy law that passed in Europe in 2018, requiring (among other things) that email marketers only send newsletters to those people who have manually opted in to receive them. In other words, wherever on your website you collect email subscribers, you cannot automatically check the "opt-in" box for them if these recipients live in Europe. They must deliberately check this box themselves.
Step 10: Test different browsers and email providers.
Email providers don't all read email code the same way -- what looks fine on Gmail in Chrome will look terrible in Outlook, for example. So you need to test out emails in the most popular browsers and email providers.
If you have HubSpot, you can test emails for different providers in the tool. If you don't, check out Litmus, or create a bunch of fake email accounts and test everything manually.
Step 11: Send your email.
The moment of truth! Having made sure all your email recipients have subscribed to receive this email, and your email has all the branding and legal compliance it's worthy of, it's time to click send. Then, wait for the data to roll in.
Step 12: Analyze and iterate.
Fast-forward a few days: The data's in. How did your newsletter do? What do you do next?
Check to see how your email newsletter performed on the goals you set back in step one. See which parts of your email got the most clicks, and which parts of the newsletter contributed most to your goal. If you have closed-loop analytics, measuring this all will be pretty easy.
Once you have that data, you have a direction to go in for your next email newsletter send. Whether your next send is in a day, a week, a month, or a quarter, you'll have insights to make the next newsletter even better.

10 Free Tools You Need to Make Your Website More Effective
New Post has been published on https://britishdigitalmarketingnews.com/10-free-tools-you-need-to-make-your-website-more-effective/
10 Free Tools You Need to Make Your Website More Effective
There are two types of websites out on the internet. The first ones are revenue-generating-visitor-luring machines. While others are — just out on the internet.
If you have clicked on this blog, it’s probably because your website comes under the second category or maybe you are interested in unleashing the full potential of your website.
Whatever your motive is, this blog will provide you with the 10 FREE tools that your business website need to be among the elite class and unlock its full efficiency. So let’s get started.
1. Lead Form
A business website without a lead form is just like an unsharpened pencil – no point. Whether you are a wedding planner, a food caterer, an artist, a web development company or an online retail store selling baby products, a lead form is imperative for your website as it allows the visitor to get in touch with you or send you a quick inquiry.
“But hey! I have already added my contact information on the page. Isn’t that enough?”
Providing the contact information is, of course, is a good idea but adding a lead form on the page is something you don’t want to neglect. Why? Because with a lead form you are proactively asking the visitor to drop the inquiry right away rather than just providing the contact information which opens up the possibility of, “Maybe I’ll call in the evening. Or tomorrow. Or at the time of doomsday!”
But your job doesn’t end there, as you must take utmost care while deciding the fields of the form. Any unnecessary details asked in the form can act as a friction while converting the visitors into leads. Take the example of Expedia. The global travel giant spiked its annual profit by $12 million just by removing an unnecessary field from the form. So, make sure you have a lead form on your website with proper fields that will convert the visitors into leads.
(Expedia’s lead form before and after)
2. Google Analytics
The digital world is made of data and the one who can analyze it, definitely, has an edge over others. And one of the tools that bestow you with the valuable data and insights about your website is Google Analytics.
This tool is packed with fascinating features that allows you to understand your visitors and website performance in a better way. The best part is one can get started with Google Analytics in just a few steps and it’s absolutely free!
Google Analytics provides you with data such as total traffic, the number of visitors, bounce rate, average time spend on your site by the visitor, the demographic and region of the visitors and more. Let’s understand its benefits in detail.
Know your audience
Google Analytics gives you the supernatural psychic powers like Professor-X. (Alright, not literally!) But yes, it does allows you to know and understand your users, their behaviour, demography and their interests. This data is a gold mine when it comes to crafting the content of your website. You can create content targeting your audience and get better results!
Reduce website bounce rate
Bounce rate shows that the visitors are dissatisfied with your website. It can be due to irrelevant content, possibly your website was not appealing enough to grab their attention or the content doesn’t carry substance and quality. And this hits hard on the conversion! With Google Analytics one can analyze the pages with higher bounce rate and the pages where the users spend more time. Thus, helping you to understand the flaws and make necessary changes.
Conversion and high performing pages
Google Analytics provides data about your pages that are most popular or frequently visited and the pages that visitors found relevant so that you can improve the other pages accordingly.
3. Google Webmaster (Search Console)
If you are awe-inspired with Google Analytics, let me say that the best is yet to come: Google Webmaster.
Google webmaster is a free service by Google, helping website owners diagnose issues and optimize their website. It not only provides you with the valuable insights but also allows you to resolve them and take actions such as:
Identifying the issues with your website and providing solutions to fix it.
Get insights and reports about the external and internal links.
Your targeted keywords and the impressions on the search engine.
Notifies if your website is infected by any kind of malware or spams.
Helps to crawl and index your content on the web and even fixes the crawl errors.
Provides you with the valuable search statistics on Google.

4. Blog
Blogs are the most common strategy for any business to boost their online presence. And in the era where people consume blogs and articles more than ever, it can be a great tool to achieve the growth you are looking for.
Blogs are one of the most efficient and cost-effective ways to spread your company’s philosophy, share your industry knowledge, get recognition as an expert and connect with your audience. In fact, software products like HubSpot and Coschedule have created their empire with blogging and sharing quality content as their foundation. The following are some of the major benefits you can enjoy by starting a blog on your website.
Boost traffic
A well-written blog often ranks higher on the search engine that drives traffic to the website. And when you have a bunch of such blogs that are on the top of SERP, your website is definitely going to be flooded with visitors. Thus increasing the organic traffic on your website.
Build authority
Blogs allow you to share your expertise and industry knowledge with the readers. No matter what industry it is, whether it be fitness, fashion, home decor or logistics, when you share useful insights and tips of your niche, people consuming the content will perceive you as an expert that builds your authority.
Generate inbound links
Generating links is one of the prime factors that boost the SEO performance of the website. And when you provide quality content through your blogs, it works as a resource for others and naturally backlinks are generated to your website.
5. Newsletters
Blogs are a great way to communicate with your audience but, they are not an active mode of communication. You may write the best blogs providing deep insight knowledge but if the reader doesn’t come across it, they are of no use. You can work on sharing the blogs and boosting it on SERP but one of the easiest methods to make the content reach to your audience is the newsletter.
The prime benefit of the newsletter is that you stay connected with your customers even when they don’t visit your website. You can provide them with the blogs and useful insights or share the news and updates about your business directly into their inbox.
Sending newsletters at regular interval also helps in keeping your brand name on the top of the mind. And when something is on top of the mind it will be on the tip of the tongue, boosting the referrals through word-of-mouth.
6. Captcha on forms
Captcha has been an annoying part of the internet for a while now but we can not deny it’s significant role as a saviour against spammers. It has been used to differentiate between the humans and bots ensuring that your website doesn’t get spammed. So if you have a form on your website, a captcha goes without saying.
Recently, Google has introduced a new tool to avoid spamming known as reCAPTCH. It is a similar tool like captcha that allows the website to distinguish between a robot and a human. But instead of hurting the human eyes with irritating jumbled words, now the users can just click on a checkbox or sometimes identify some pictures to prove that they are humans. Simple yet effective!
7. Whatsapp Business
On its official blog, Whatsapp announced that the number of its daily active users crossed the 1 billion mark. That’s a huge number! And to leverage this enormous user base for the benefit of small and medium business, Whatsapp has launched their new mobile app called Whatsapp Business.
It allows the user to create a business profile making it easy to stay connected with the customers and integrating it to the website will help you to stay connected even more efficiently. It has some amazing features that could elevate the customer experience compared to the traditional phone numbers.
Create your business profile
One can create a business profile providing information such as contact numbers, email address, website, business store address, etc. The profile can also be verified just like Facebook’s blue tick.
Instant messaging tool
Whatsapp business works as an instant messaging tool that makes it easier for the business and the customer to connect. The business can also set ‘quick replies’ and ‘automated responses’ for any frequently asked questions or when you are away.
Get more than just messages
The archive of messages works as a source of data that can be used in the business. Also, the statistics of the messages like the messages sent, delivered, received and read can be quite handy.
8. Embedding Instagram Feeds
Who doesn’t love amazing pictures and stories with beautiful filters! You know what I’m talking about, right?
Instagram is one of the most widely used social media mobile platforms. And now it can be used outside its own app by embedding the feeds to the website. But why one would integrate Instagram into their website?
Instagram feeds have a significant impact on users. Stats show that 5% of the user take decisions being inspired by a post. Thus, an Instagram news feed can be a great tool for marketing and driving sales on your website. Integrating Instagram gallery to the company’s website works as an attraction to the visitors who can know more about the brand, company’s culture and employees life. It also works great as your company’s portfolio that can provide images of the products and services.
In fact, when you use faces and user generated photos on the website, visitors are more likely to connect with the brand that results in improving the conversion rate.
DMCA stands for Digital Millennium Copyright Act that protects your creative works such as blogs, articles, photos and videos on the internet against plagiarism.
The DMCA.com provides you with a badge on your website that prevents the thieves from copying or stealing your content. And in case if they do, DMCA.com will take down the content for you. Some of its features are:
DMCA badge
You get a DMCA batch on the website that depicts that your content is protected and if plagiarized legal actions could be taken.
Watermarked images
The images on the website are watermarked with the copyright info and the brand, thus protecting it against any illegal use.
Scans plagiarized content
DMCA.com scans the internet to find the duplicate content and takes it down on the user’s behalf.
10. All In One WordPress Security plugin
While now your website is safe from the prying eyes looking to copy the content, you need to look out for another mighty threat – hackers!
With the ever-increasing number of website and our dependence on the online world, the evil of cybercrime has worsened. In fact, according to a report by Cybercrime Ventures, the cybercrime damage will cost $6 trillion annually by 2021.
That annual loss is more than the GDP of Canada, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland and Russia combined!

Value Deliver Review - Are you looking for even more expertise concerning Value Deliver? Please review my truthful evaluation concerning it prior to picking, to evaluate the weaknesses as well as toughness of it. Can it be worth your time and effort and also money?
Introduce Value Deliver
Just how does building an e-mail listing grow my company?
When you decide to construct an email list you need to comprehend that you're constructing a long term marketing possession. To reword what Brennan stated in our interview over "every one of the computer system code apart, my e-mail listing is my firm's most valuable property."
I would certainly concur with that declaration as well as below's why you must too. According to study from the Direct Advertising And Marketing Association (DMA) e-mail returns $40 for every $1 spend on average. Furthermore, the same research located that e-mail advertising and marketing has a buy price 1000% greater than social networks (such as Facebook and Twitter), and also double that of organic search engine marketing (SEO).
The reason why constructing an e-mail list will certainly likewise expand your sales is because presuming you on a regular basis email your Value Deliver subscribers (at the very least when per quarter) as well as provide something of value, that's a straight line of communication with individuals and also it functions to develop as well as keep the relationship.
This consequently causes purchases, recommendations, leads, social sharing, and also various other monetarily pertinent chances.
Talking from personal experience, I literally released my firm with a solitary email to my individual network in 2010. We discovered our first client much less than 2 weeks later.
Over the course of the adhere to year and also 3 even more e-mail e-newsletters sent, AutoGrow produced $90,000 in profits as an outcome of referrals and also client inquiries that was available in direct feedback to the email blasts.
My tactics for accomplishing this was to keep those first e-mails personalized, friendly, reveal what my team and I were working with (what type of web marketing or website design projects we can). As well as I would certainly make a direct ask in several of those emails:
" Do you know any individual who could take advantage of our solutions? We value any kind of recommendations."
That generated real outcomes for us, and also in my point of view we might have done a whole lot more give value to our listing back then (which we're doing much more of currently with free training courses and blog posts like these).
To make sure that is the value of constructing an email checklist.

Exactly how do I decide what to discuss?
If you sign-up for Derek Halpern's newsletter, the first significant suggestion he'll encourage you on via his auto-responder is to lay your claim around a particular concept or phrase that explains the type of content you'll be creating.
The reason for this is:
According to Derek, this makes easier for other individuals to naturally spread your blog site or e-newsletter and also suggest it to others via word-of-mouth. Derek's description for his content is something like "advertising tips as well as concepts based upon psychology concepts and also research study."
According to me, it helps to focus your innovative power in a solitary instructions around whatever your chosen subject is. The description for AutoGrow's material is "tactics and methods for developing a sales engine that obtains customers ahead to you."
Individuals are active, lazy, and also bewildered with information coming at them from all sides. So we naturally such as to place tags on whatever to streamline our lives and also make points very easy to remember.
So before you start creating your task is to choose a details subject or specific niche. If you're unclear maybe you require to do even more research study on what your target audience wants. Consider considering the e-newsletters and blogs of others in your industry.
If you're still uncertain, just pick a subject to aid you begin. Do not stress over getting it right the first time, simply do your ideal to tighten it down over time and concentrate around the web content one core suggestion.
Creating your first e-mail (and blog site)
After you've got all your tools and foundational elements configuration, you prepare to send out the initial e-mail newsletter promoting your content.
Begin by putting together an e-mail listing of contacts who you've met with personally over the in 2014, that have purchased from you in the recent past, or that are friends however highly likely to find what you're writing about pertinent.
If your list is little, don't stress. What we're outlining here is implied to grow that number, whatever it might be, gradually by corresponding as well as diligent. I began with a couple of hundred individuals on my e-mail list when I was a senior in university. As well as Brennan began with zero, but today has more than 10,000 e-mail customers. So it's not where you start, it's just how much you go.
If you already have an email list from a previous project, that's wonderful. But make certain the audience matches with the web content you'll be sending so regarding avoid spamming individuals, which can injure your reputation.
In this circumstances - because our objective is to arrangement a system as well as a routine for growing your email listing - you must think about email newsletters and also blog posts as collectively relevant activities. The e-mail newsletter you'll be sending out need to be an appetizer to the main course, luring individuals to click through to review the full blog site article. To puts it simply:
As you can see, I had some fun with this news letter in the means I aesthetically formatted the lines to obtain shorter as well as shorter, like an arrowhead indicating the link.
The layout that I utilize right here I utilize widely nearly weekly. I usually will certainly start with a friendly "hi there," using the individual's name if I have it, after that talk briefly concerning an individual story or story. Next I'll transition right into how that annecdote is in fact connected to the subject of my article for that week.
Individuals are quickly drawn-in by stories, as well as individuals like individuals who are "real," so I've constantly figured this was an engaging and practical way to obtain people to review the e-newsletter and click the web link.
Today my open rate is about 40%. Contrasted to the market criterion, that has to do with 8x the average. I think this is primarily because I've concentrated hard on creating content that had not been "enjoyable." Rather, I picked to focus on developing web content that is relevant and solves a problem for them.
You should create your very own style, however this is what has worked well for me so far.
" Yet what should I blog around, I have no suggestions?"
On principle, think about what the discomfort factors as well as issues of your clients are. What keeps them up during the night?
For my audience, and part of the factor I write articles like these are due to the fact that I understand most entrepreneurs and small company owners have problem with their marketing, as well as a lot more particularly they wrestle regularly with:
" How do I create leads as well as expand consistently?"
Given that this is something I personally dealt with for a long period of time when I originally started my organisation, I can relate and it's easy to consider lots of article suggestions to write about ...
However yes, you're not me. So allow's state you're marketing a telephone call answering solution concentrating on clients in Houston, Texas as my dear friend Kelly Cammack is. While it may look like the topics that might potentially be talked about on such a blog site's web site are limited, the opposite is the case.
Afterall, responding to calls for expert service business (e.g. physicians, lawyers) is first of all about offering timely, reliable client service while being knowledgeable, pleasant, respectful, and also expert. There are about a lots various short article titles you can most likely brainstorm around top quality client service in a matter of minutes.

Not Using Cold Email Templates As An Agent? Big Mistake (with Dave Lawrence from Follow Up Boss!)
https://www.youtube.com/embed/CMMg3jm7n6M
Have you mastered the art of cold emailing as an Agent yet?
A cold email is any communication you send before actually making that connection in person.
Unlike unsolicited spam, your contact has to opt-in for your emails first, like by signing up for your newsletter, downloading a free content offer from your website, or by connecting via an aggregate site like Zillow, Realtor.com, or Trulia.
Cold emailing as a real estate agent requires a balance between delivering value to your subscriber and encouraging them to reach out to discuss home buying or selling in person.
Once you have a lead, you don’t want to waste it. So let’s talk about how to set up your email templates for success.
Six Key Components of Every Successful Cold Email
Email templates make your life easier by removing the guesswork of following up at the right time.
In order for a cold email to appeal to your new leads, it must contain these six essentials:
1. A Clickworthy Subject Line
According to one study, 64% of people admit they open an email solely due to the subject line.
So grab the attention of your leads and they’ll be more likely to open your email, click through the links, and read what you have to say.
Bonus: Emails that include the first name of the recipient in their subject line have higher clickthrough rates than emails that skipped this.
2. Personalization to Create Warm, Fuzzy Vibes
Personalized messages have a 75% higher open rate than those that aren’t customized for their recipients. Personalization also improves click-through rates and conversions by over 5%.
When we share our favorite cold email templates for agents later, we’ll assume you’re going to begin each one with Hi, Hello, or Hey followed by an auto-populated name.
It’s so easy for your email client to do this automatically and it works so well.
3. Valuable Content to Keep Leads Interested
To get your leads to continue reading your emails (and eventually follow your call to action), you have to sweeten the pot with something for them.
Since half of all email users check their inbox when they’re bored, providing content they’ll find useful, valuable, and pertinent will do a lot to entertain them.
To provide valuable content to your leads that improves your open and click-through rates, you’ll need to segment your audience to determine where your lead is in the buying or selling process.
For example, depending on your type of lead, you may want to link to blog posts about what they should expect during the home-selling process, a free first-time homebuyer’s guide, daily listings in their area, etc.
4. One Single Call to Action to Direct Your Recipient
Don’t ask your intended receiver to browse hand-picked listings, follow you on Instagram, and check out your recent blog posts all in the same email. They won’t do any of them.
Give them one direct call to action (CTA) and that will be the only one they take. Conveniently, that’s exactly what you’re aiming for.
5. All Your Contact Details
This means adding your name, title, cell/work numbers, email address, agency website, links to your content, social media profiles, etc. You want potential leads to contact you however they feel most comfortable.
6. Optimization for Mobile
Stats tell us that 54% of emails are opened on a smartphone and 75% of Gmail users access their accounts from mobile devices.
Yet less than a quarter of emails are actually optimized for mobile screens.
Don’t lose out on this huge chunk of readers just because your emails aren’t formatted right. You’ll gain the competitive advantage and notice higher open and click through rates as a result.
When you include these six must-haves in your cold emails, you’ll increase the chances of hearing back from your leads.
These points also create a general skeleton to follow when creating templates to use instead of constantly writing generic, repetitive emails.
8 Email Templates Every Agent Needs in their Pocket
You know exactly what you want to say at each touch point with your leads, but now you don’t have to waste the brain power or effort to do so.
Write out your version of each of these 8 templates in advance so that you can automate the process with your email marketing provider of choice.
1. The Welcome Email
When someone signs up for your newsletter or registers for notifications about listings on your site, take the opportunity to introduce yourself and make friends.
Don’t bombard your new lead with a ton of info. Keep it short and sweet.
Introduce yourself, quickly explain why you provide something of value, and clearly state your CTA.
Example
You’re smart for signing up for notifications about new listings in the City Heights area.
That market is so hot right now and you’ll be the first to hear about properties that fit your wishlist.
Over the past X years, I’ve worked with first-time homebuyers and seasoned vets in the City Heights area to find their dream home.
To help you during this exciting time, check out this blog post about the 10 Biggest Things to Look for During an Open House (link to content).
You can reach me anytime to discuss the market and your options.
This Works because people are more likely to work with and buy from people they know and trust. Consider your welcome email your chance to show subscribers why you’re in it for them.
2. The Here’s What to Expect Email
Send your welcome email immediately after you score a new subscriber; send an email to lay out what your new contact should expect the next day.
This email should give your lead an idea of how often they’ll receive emails from you and what those emails will contain. Show your client the value of your emails and they’ll start to look forward to them.
Example
How’s everything going with your home search in the South Bank neighborhood?
Right now you’re receiving emails whenever homes matching your preferences hit the market. And then I’ll be the first to help you find out if that listing is your dream home.
Expect a weekly email about the current real estate market in your area, including links to vital content and information to aid your search.
My doors are always open and my cell phone’s practically glued to my hand. Don’t hesitate to reach out!
This Works because you’re specifically showing your leads the service you’re going to provide to them (for free), which keeps them on the lookout for your upcoming emails.
3. Your Content Emails
In case you haven’t noticed the pattern, delivering value to your subscribers is the number one way to gain their trust and loyalty — and every Agent knows these are both necessary for establishing a relationship and making a sale happen down the road.
If you’re not already active with blogging or social media, consider creating (or outsourcing) high-quality content for your subscribers.
Vary your content between information only you can create (like local guides) and curated content you think your mailing list would be interested in.
Example
Happy Friday!
Did you get a chance to read our most popular blogs of the week? If not, here’s your chance to catch up:
Insert blog titles and links
And in case you missed this week’s new listings in the North Ridge area, here are the 5 most viewed homes of the week:
Listing 1 (link)
Listing 2 (link), etc.
This Works because you’re establishing authority and credibility with your target audience. That means showing your subscribers that you’re the Go-To person when it comes to information about the local housing market, schools in the area, home values, etc.
Plus, including a few of the most recent listings provides your subscriber with value from opening your email even if they don’t click to read your content.
4. The Testimonial Email
So much of your business is referral-based because people value the experiences and recommendations of others they know.
What better way to prove you’re the right agent for the job than by showing your leads how happy you’ve made other people and families?
Example
I hope you’ve had a chance to browse some of the listings I sent over in my last email — houses in this area go fast!
If you haven’t already done so, here’s the link to my blog post about the best ways to position yourself as the right buyer in a hot, competitive market (link to blog).
Locals just like you were surprised to learn how quickly they needed to act to secure the home of their dreams in their ideal neighborhood. Check out a few of their stories about working together:
(Include two or three short testimonials)
You can head over to my website to read more testimonials here. (include link)
I’m not only here to help, I’m excited to get started on the most important search of your life. Let’s find your property nirvana together.
This Works because when you frame a recent home-buying story around a testimonial tied to the specific market your lead is interested in, they’ll want (and expect) you to do the same for them.
5. The Learning More About You Email
When you notice a drop in your open or click through rates, or your new subscribers are opening your emails, but not contacting you, it’s time to gather more information about what they’re truly looking for.
Example
I hope you’re finding the content I’m sending along helpful and informative for all your home buying decisions.
To make sure I totally understand what you’re looking for, I’d love to meet with you at my office, or at the new coffee shop on Elm Street, to discuss your wishlist in detail.
You can reach me by replying to this email or contacting me by phone. My number is:…
In the meantime, have you read my clients’ favorite blog posts about buying a home for the first time?:
The 10 Biggest Things to Look for in a New House
How to Become a Well-Qualified Homebuyer (and skip ahead of the pack!)
Please don’t hesitate to reach out; I look forward to hearing from you!
This Works because you’ll be gaining valuable insight about your target audience so you can create content that better connects with them. That will increase your chances of working together.
6. The Wellness Check / Haven’t-Heard-From-You-Yet Email
You won’t hear back from all your leads, and that’s okay.
Whether they were just casual browsers or decided not to take their house-hunting to the next level, they’re still interested in receiving your emails if they haven’t unsubscribed from your emails or marked them as spam yet.
Give them a poke to let them know you’re still ready to help.
Example
Have you seen any homes you want to tour lately?
There’s an open house at 123 Magnolia Street this Saturday at 1 pm I’d love to meet you at! (insert invite)
If your search preferences have changed, you can update them here so you receive properties that better fit your new search. (include link)
Reply to this email and I can change your home criteria search preferences for you or remove you from the email list and notification system if you’d prefer to meet in person and have me search for your dream home instead.
Please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’m looking forward to learning more about how I can help you find your perfect home.
This Works because you’re encouraging contact without being pushy and still providing value. Whether they take you up on this offer or not, they know you want to help.
7. The No Longer Available Lead
When a new lead comes through as the result of a listing another site hasn’t taken down yet, don’t let the lead off the hook just yet.
Example
I loved that house in the South Shores area, too, but unfortunately it’s no longer available.
If you’re still interested in the other amazing properties in the South Shores, check out these South Shores listings that are still available:
Property 1 (insert link)
Property 2 (insert link)
Property 3 (insert link)
I’d love to help you find your perfect home in the South Shores ASAP.
(insert signature)
PS: If you need a cheatsheet of the South Shores area, I’ve attached one to this email. Hope it helps!
This Works because you’re grabbing a lead that may have otherwise walked away if you didn’t present them with other options and a free guide to get them to stick around.
8. The Referral Cold Email
As an agent, 75% of your real estate business comes from referrals. Nailing the referral email for your leads is critical to nabbing their business as well.
Example
Tom Smith gave me your email address.
He may not have told you, but I helped Tom save thousands during the purchase of his first house. We found his dream home together in a tight market in less than six months!
Can I buy you a cup of coffee sometime this week? I haven’t been to the new coffee shop on Willowbranch if you’d like to discuss your home search more in person.
Give me a ring or reply to this email and we’ll meet soon!
This Works because name dropping establishes credibility and builds a bridge to a future relationship. You’re also showing off the benefits that their acquaintance received thanks to your help (and how you’ll try to do the same for them).
Start Your Cold Email Campaign Now and Upgrade Your Leads from Potential to Loyal Customers
Cold email templates guarantee you always automatically have the right words to say at the right touch point with your leads, no matter where they are in your sales funnel.
Just learn how many emails to send without annoying your readers, as 78% of people have unsubscribed because a brand was sending too many.
Ansty buyers should receive new listing emails at least every week if not every day; casual shoppers should have a monthly email from you at a minimum.
Always remember to deliver value, make your emails about your potential customers, and give them one specific call to action to follow and you’ll find success with cold email marketing as a real estate agent in no time.

Antoine de Saint-Exupery: Behind all seen things lies something vaster, everything is but a path, a portal, or a window opening on to something other than itself.
Albert Einstein: The most beautiful and deepest experience a man can have is the sense of the mysterious… He who never had this experience seems to me, if not dead, then at least blind. The sense that behind anything that can be experienced there is a something that our mind cannot grasp and whose beauty and sublimity reaches us only indirectly and as feeble reflection, this is religiousness. In this sense I am religious. To me it suffices to wonder at these secrets and to attempt humbly to grasp with my mind a mere image of the lofty structure of all that there is.
The Buddha: Both delusion and enlightenment originate within the mind, and every phenomenon arises from the functions of the mind, just as different things appear from the sleeve of a magician.
Joseph Campbell: When you follow your bliss… doors will open where you would not have thought there would be doors; and where there wouldn’t be a door for anyone else.

Dear Shafin,
Your course has been a one on one conversation where l not only learned valuable lessons but also got to know my teacher. This gave me the added advantage of having a role model: warm, kind and also tough and matter of fact when needed. You are wise, generous and inspiring. Thank you.
Alfred D. Herger Ph. D. Psychologist
Dearest Shafin,
I cannot express in words how grateful I am of all the stuff you have sent me. I cannot wait to share it with all my friends and families. It’s a life changing experience! You helped me reshape my values and thinking system, I find myself more confident, in control, wiser, a clearer vision of my future and the courage to pursuit it.
I think that everyone and every living form on this planet is special, we all have a mission, a purpose to have come to this world. Until we find out what the mission entails we are just a scattered energy floating about, and feeling something is missing without knowing what exactly it is. I am so grateful that you entered into my life. It’s one of the best things happened to me! You are absolutely brilliant!
Sincerely yours,
Lena Ramsay
Hello Shafin
I cant believe how your 7 day coaching has changed my life. Its truly amazing. Heres my story:
In 2003 I was diagnosed with “Major Depression” and was told I would have to take mediation for the rest of my life. When I was first diagnosed I was started on the lowest dosage of antidepressants, over the years my doctors kept increasing my mediation and I was taken 4 times the amount of medication I initially started with. The side-effects were awful and I still was not feeling 100%. Over the years I started abusing drugs, starting with pot and working my up to heroin. I kept thinking to my self this is not the way I want to live my life, life cant be this difficult, why is my life such a mess, nothing was going the way I wanted it to, I was surviving life, not living life, I felt I was just going down hill, FAST.
I then came across your web site and took part in your 7-Day E-course. The shifting in my personality has been life changing; I dont even have the words to describe how it has changed my life. My thinking has taken a completely new direction. I havent touched drugs or anti-depressants for the past 3 weeks now, it may not seem allot to some people, but to me it means the world. From living the past 8 years taking pills and drugs on a daily basis to now not taken anything is truly a miracle for me. Its as if I have been blind but now I can see. The sounds I hear are louder, the colors are brighter, the tastes are tastier and the feelings, well I now know what it is like to feel love from people; my entire perspective on life has changed.
I now know my life will be different, I still cant believe it; its like I have been reborn to live life again. I am so grateful to you.
I have even gone back to college and iv decided to study Electrical engineering, something I never in my wildest dreams thought I would be able to do. I have gone from thinking, “I cant, its impossible, it wont happen to me” to I AM, I CAN, I WILL!” My family cant believe how my personality has changed. Thank-you so much, you have changed my life!!!
I have been telling everyone I know about you and how my life has changed. You have given me a reason to live again, and for that I am eternally grateful.
Yours truly,
Dean Jacobsen South Africa, Durban

Hi Shafin,
I’ve tried to quit smoking several times with no success. I was so used to the idea that I smoke, that when I quitted I started smoking again after a day or two.. just because I thought that I can’t quit. On day 1 of the coaching course you told me that reality is what I create it to be, and on day 4 you told me that I am what I believe I am, so I said to my self: “I believe I can quit smoking”.
It’s been three weeks now, and I haven’t even thought of smoking ever again. And I believe this is just the beginning of change. Thank you for inspiring me! Best wishes,
Plamen Peev, Bulgaria
Thank you Shafin de Zane! Thanks to God that you are in this world.
I have too much to say but I will be short here. You showed me the key to understand this world and to be happy. You gave the answer of the question “why?” that I have searching my entire life. I realized that all my life I was exercising to control my body, and my behaviour. I was trying to control the results.
You explained how mind is working, what are the feelings. You showed the Source. Now I’m learning from your course to create these results. Now as never before I can’t stop. I want to go on, I want more. This 7 Day
Course does miracles. I’m beginner but already feel much calmer and happier. I’m on the way to buy Redefine Your Reality Package.
Keep creating, keep making miracles with us!

Dear Shafin,
My warmest greetings to you! I almost feel as though I know you! I really wish I did! I would love to have you as my neighbour! You have definitely impacted my life and I truly thank you from my heart.
To a large extent, I have put my life on hold for the past 7 days! I’ve been scanning my inbox searching for your next email eCourse! It couldn’t have come at a better time!!!
The exercises helped me focus my awareness on taking the next step towards defining my own personal success. Made me aware that we are the creators of our own adventures and destiny and that we need to take responsibility for defining our own course in life. That has to be in some ways one of the most difficult things to do.
I truly thank you for helping me find my way. You really make the world a better place. I admire your dedication to helping so many people in finding their way.
Hope the new year will bring you lots of joy and continued success!

Dear Shafin:
My Name is Pierre Zidor and I am from Haiti.
Before I took your 7 day life coaching course, my brother and I used to read the Book “The secret” and also watched the video.
One of our wants was to get something that would confirm what we learned from the secret. I meditated on that want, and one day while I was checking my email on Gmail, I saw this banner crossing through my screen with “Redefine your reality”: I quickly took advantage of it for I think it should be related to what I just learned.
And here we are, not only your e-course confirmed what we knew, but the way you explained things and the exercises you gave were just proper, and did a good job in getting me to start looking from within.
Thanks Shafin for this initiative and sacrifice you’re making to help others; this should be praised and recognized around the world. I will write you about the successes I will soon be experiencing
Thanks,
Pierre Zidor, Haiti
Shafin. My name is Aaron Chidlow, i have spent the last week or so being inspired by your words in your life coaching course. For a long time now i have felt deep inside of me that there is so much more to the life we see in front of us and your words have given me so much more than just knowledge, i really feel you have opened my eyes to a better place that “lives” inside all of us. Now i really can “GO MAKE THE WORLD A BETTER PLACE”. Thank you! Aaron Chidlow
Hello Shafin,
Thank you for your 7 day life coaching. Your lessons and the questions you posed inspired me to not just read the material , but to live it, play with it and prove it to myself. The mission statement is still on the paper I wrote it on, but it’s also in my heart and mind.
Things that used to be big issues, aren’t so big anymore. I have been able to be more direct and decisive as a result. Thank you!

Hi Shafin
I am David Fritz, living on a small holding near Benoni, Johannesburg, South Africa.
I am so excited about this course… From the first words i read of yours I was intrigued, because they “felt right”. It was said of Jesus that he taught with authority, different to the way the Pharisees taught, and I felt that same “conviction”, knowing”, “this is it” in your discourse.
Since December 2008, about 7 months ago, I have decided to be a lightworker, bringing healing and comfort to as many as i can, using my music talent, and all other talents, gifts and experience and knowledge that I have gained through the years. Your course gave me a shove in the right direction: I have wanted to use meditation as the basis of healing myself and grounding myself, then healing others, but till now had just read about meditation and said “sure, will do one day”.
Now, with the exercise in your course, I have started this practice regularly and cannot wait to extend into with the guided meditation. I found it very fascinating to find lessons on male and female attraction in this course and it testifies to your holistic knowledge and approach.
I look forward to a long and mutually edifying relationship.

Shafin,
I find your regular emails like breaths of fresh air, in the pace of everyday life, I stop and take a deep breath because each time I find something new and always, a moment to meditate. And miracles happen, small and big.
Makes me realize that while we are constantly reminded that terrible things that happen in a moment – miracles too happen in a moment. Thank You.

Hi, it hasn’t been long since I found out about you. I want to thank you for being there for us, for helping us awaken little by little with your teachings.
I have learnt and remembered so many things, that now I feel less stressed. There is one thing I have to continue working with, perseverance. Thanks again for everything you do.
May you have the greatest of holidays.

Dearest Shafin, First of all, i have fallen in love with u since i enrolled with this amazing 7 day course and helped me to change my life. I never felt so strong and confident from inside. Starting from the 1st day course till 7 day course, every single article made me change my thoughts, made me change my life. I must congratulate to those people who chose this e-course and would suggest all the people (who can not believe that miracles can happen in your life, if u really want it to happen) to enroll for this e-course. I always used to think that i am loser since i lost the love of my life, i lost my mother. But now i am so confident and happy, that i can make other people happy too. It all happened because of u Shafin. Thank u so much for bringing this miracle to my life.

First I want to introduce myself. I am Etienne Jacobs, I was confused, and had one hundred million questions as to why is it that other people have what I can only dream of and never seemed to be able to reach or get. Yes I was the classic LOSER. Then by chance I stumbled across Shafin’s Website and enrolled for the 7 day E-Course, I thought it would be more mumbo-jumbo like all the other “So Called Self Help” stuff. But I was WRONG!!! OH SO WRONG!!! Shafin! This is for you: Thanks so much for opening my eyes and showing me the way where I can find the answers! Thanks for letting me discover what my real potential is! And that I am in control of my reality! You said something about Millionaires. Well I am going to be one of them! I am going to make it HAPPEN! I can, I will! Thanks again, Etienne Jacobs, South-Africa
Dear Shafin,
Repeating every joyful comment like the ones you are used to receiving would be the least I can do to express my satisfaction for your guidance through the course. Although I live on one of the most blessed and beautiful spots on the planet, I feel unfortunate that you don’t visit Greece giving lectures and seminars. But I feel very fortunate about my fluent English so that I will be able to read your work as soon as I obtain it (something I plan to do real soon ). I really want to be able to put into practice what I have recently learnt from you and other teacher-writers, stuff I have all alone looked for, without any guidance or recommendation. Maybe it’s the Call or the right time.
Thanks again. I remain your true friend. I will try to convey to my teenage kids your views. My daughter needs self reassurance as she will face very competitive exams on June and she is the easy part. My 20 year old son resists a lot but I will give a try.

Dear Shafin,
The title Redefine Your Reality says it all. I have been reading and practicing a few meditation and self-development books. Your message in eCourse and in eBook is very powerful. Your insights validate the truth: the connectedness of all beings and our ability to create our own universe.
I ‘stumbled upon’ this course just when I was going through a painful situation (the universe always plans it that way); the eCourse and the eBook ground me to go inward and do a profound practice.
Thank you for your wonderful service to the world.

Hi Shafin,
Well, I got introduced to the concept of consciousness around 6 yrs ago. However, I have been efforts to walk the path for a little more than a year now. So, at the outset I would say that what I saw in the 7 day ecourse wasn’t all new.
However, I must say one thing; It very strongly drove home the point that “I can do it”!!!! I have been mulling over the idea of quitting my job so that I can dedicate more time to helping people and also dedicate more time to ‘realizing’ by direct experience all that was put in words in the 7 day ecourse. Reading all material in that and the subsequent mails made me feel stronger in a sense that nothing can touch the real me! I am a child of the universe and if there is something that I really really want to do, the universe will conspire that it happens!
I loved the mail where you mentioned about how we will be tested. Since then, I have been able to observe the distractions that pop up in front of me and am consciously able to witness the events that occur in my life, more than being a part of them!!
Thanks so much. When I was wondering if I was doing the right thing or not, I stumbled upon your work and it has erased the doubts and strengthened my conviction in what I should be doing!!!
Jayanth Ganapathy, India
My name is Biljana and I live in Greece.
You’ve helped me determine ONE course in my life which is the only course worth following.
I still have a long long way ahead of me, but for me there is no way I’m giving up on myself. This feeling- to dive into the silence within you! Everything I do to achieve it is worth doing.

Hi Shafin,
My Name is Roxanne Robinson and I want to tell you that your E-course has been one of the most informative courses I have ever gotten on the Internet. My girlfriends have been using the buddy system to keep us on track. Your exercises have helped us stay focused and have brought more abundance into our lives then ever before. You truly rock!
I repeat your words every morning and evening and for me that is truly a miracle, you do have a special way of explaining the way life is working and how we can redefine it. I truly believe you have opened new avenues for us and I thank you for that.
I have always believed in the idea that we create our own life, you have just helped me to confirm my beliefs. Life is just too short for everyone not to have everything they have every dreamed of and you are one of the special individuals that can really bring people around to believing in themselves. Thank you again for your words of wisdom.

Hi Shafin, The 7 day life coaching Course is the beginning of an enlightening journey and the experience was way beyond my expectations. I have bought the Redefine Your Reality ebook, this has somehow opened my eyes and given me a deeper understanding of myself.
It has changed my life for the better as it brings more peace and happiness within and I feel more energetic and focused. This is a great experience for anyone who is ready to change and is looking for a guiding light to realize the true powers within. Thank you very much Shafin.
Peter from New Zealand
Dear Shafin:
First, wanted to thank you for spreading your teachings and for sharing your valuable knowledge with us. God Bless You!
Your teaching just further confirmed my commitment to meditate and to look for the answers inside and not outside of myself… It is so clear now that what is real is our inside world and that the outside world is just the result of what is inside, so powerful!!!
I wish for people to be happier and happier:)
Thank you!

Hi Shafin,
I’m Grazvydas from Lithuania. Maybe you know, that the Index of Happiness in my country is one of the lowest in the whole world. But thanks to you it has increased this month because I have received the Course.
There are great inspiring message in Day 2: I am not the events of my life. I am my consciousness, I am my creation among my creations. Cogito ergo sum.
So there is not reason to be unhappy. Well done, Shafin. The world stay better. You really guide people from darkness to light, like me in the attached picture. Thank you
Grazvydas, Lithuania
Hi Shafin,
I have just finished your
coaching course and all I can say that this one is really different and of great value.
I have been interested in this “law of attraction” stuff for quite some time now, even before “The Secret”, and I have received e-courses from lots of different teachers. But this is a real eye-opener, as it brings quite a few insights that may be unpopular at first view, such as your lessons about the way that attraction works and the common mistakes most of us make in our relationships. But we have to face this and deal with it!
Thanks a lot for this information!
