For 🌻 I’m going with Jack Horner and Mariana X3

I’ve had these two in the back of my mind for a while now! And have had some ideas rattling around that I haven’t shared yet!

But they always had some form of attraction towards one another, Mariana being the more outwardly one about it than Jack. After the events of the movie Mariana uses some of her magic to save Jack to get one last wish. She has to face a fear she’s had since they’ve been together and in exchange for her wish she temporarily looses her disguise and has to confront him about being a partially immortal and half unicorn creature. Because although she really loves him that was the one thing she hid away.

And even after all of that, him being okay with her being half unicorn he STILL had an awful time with being outwardly affectionate when others are around. so

That’s where the plum pebble au comes in!

This au makes Jack realize that Mariana is truly someone he loves-like deeply and more than his ego/ persona he has to keep up to look big and scary. Because oh boy does he have to endure a lot with hubie, that boy gets under his skin and there’s no magic- no extra strength or any leverage to get out of the experience. Sure he’s strong but he needs the stuttering penguin and rocko’s help to save his girl from being tricked into marry drake. And the mere thought of loosing Mariana to someone else got through to him. So he may be terrible to others but he’s very much change into a THIS IS MY WIFE kind of guy.

And For 🍀 I gotta go with Francoeur and Colette ;w;

I have done some drawings of them being very soft together but I do eventually have certain things planned writing wise for them that I hope is just as soft/tender🫣🥰 because they have been comfortable around one another ever since they’ve meet. And Colette has treated Francoeur a lot like someone she’s known for a long time.

One thing she gets caught doing a lot is staring up at him, she just really gets lost in his eyes🥺 and it doesn’t help that orange is one of her favorite colors👉👈

Another thing they do a lot is sometimes Colette just doesn’t have the energy to talk- but Francoeur will make different noises back and forth with her to sort for communicate when these sort of days happen.

🍓 ⇢ how did you get into writing fanfiction? ...... oh man i barely know, y'know? I was an insatiable reader as a child, and at SOME point that morphed (of course) into wanting to write, and I was JUST at the right cusp of internet availability (given how poor my fam was) to find fanfic for... FMA (original anime) on LJ and ffn, and it felt really accessible, i guess? and everything snowballed from there lmaooo

🥤 ⇢ recommend an author or fanfic you love: IF you enjoy megamind at all, i will ALWAYS recommend Dal, it's been my favorite mm author since i first got INTO the fandom. Specifically I'll shout out With Every Heartbeat I Have Left. If you happen to be into Star Wars in ANY capacity, i'm obligated to recommend Fialleril, literally every work, but also SPECIFICALLY the double agent vader verse. Oughghg. augh.

i have low empathy (im autistic which probably causes it but i am also bipolar) and my biggest thing is that i simply Dont…i guess its a fine line between caring and understanding. if something bad happens i dont feel anything even if its something close to me. its as if my brain doesnt acknowledge whatever bad thing has happened (such as world tragedies or the death of a family friend) and i simply go about my day. even if my body reacts sadly (crying etc) theres still that disconnect in my brain. which comes into issues of other people that unless i have personally experienced myself, i cannot put emotional response into it. i will not feel sad because you are feeling sad, i dont feel anything at all.

instead i rely on conscious compassion. where even if i cant empathize or understand, i still acknowledge whats going on even when i dont at my core ‘care’ about the issue. <- or at least care in the traditional understanding of care.

i might be biased with my low empathy, low emotion so my experiences might not be universal with others with low empathy but this is how i live my life at least! simpliest way to explain. i just dont feel anything but not in a ‘void in myself’ type of way. just an unemotionally attached way
