Hey! I just read your fic “and all I can taste is this moment” and omg what do I even say because it was absolutely perfect like I can’t even begin to describe it. Adam is literally how I thought of him in my mind so thank you so much for writing it. I watched vld a couple of years ago but only got into Adam like recently as initially I was too obsessed with Lance to notice anyone else but I have come to really adore Adam although he has like 2 scenes in the show but it’s just something about him that made me really like him and it pissed me off so much that the only time we see him interact with Shiro is when they’re literally breaking up and so I had to read some fics where they get a happy ending because they deserve it and I found your fic and I am so glad that I did. My favourite scene probably has to be when Adam’s grandpa passed away and to make him feel better Shiro takes him on a ride on the speeder and they’re about to have their first kiss and they get oh so rudely interrupted like that was hilarious (my apologies to Adam and Shiro because I know they certainly didn’t find it half as funny as I did). My heart was broken for second when they crashed, I thought I hadn’t read the tags properly and I was worried if it was going to be a major character death moment but THANKFULLY neither of them died and they get to be happy and oh yeah loveddd the proposal scene so muchhhh I mean it was so wholesome and Adam agreeing even before Shiro had asked the question was so in character. So I just had to thank you for writing this beautiful story and sharing it and really sorry for the rant 😅

I am not kidding when I saw that getting this comment singlehandedly revived my joy in the voltron fandom and in this pairing. It makes me SO happy to know that someone is still enjoying this fic, because it really is one of my absolute favorites I've ever written. <3

They're both partial to Wyll's "wyllisms" (ie., "where there's a will there's a y."). Wyll is used to no one else laughing at them even though they're HILARIOUS, and Cyrus thinks they're the funniest thing in the whole world, which makes Wyll extra pleased because he's made it his life goal to get Cyrus to laugh as much as possible.

9. Have they made each other cry?

In a productive, "they've both repressed a lot of sadness that they finally feel safe expressing" kind of way. Cyrus gets teary-eyed in the follow-up conversation after their first kiss, and while I haven't gotten to it yet in this playthrough, I imagine Wyll cries a bit after he tells Cyrus the truth about his pact. It's so hard and so scary to let that stoicism slip and admit (to the limited extent that either of them have come to terms with it) that they've been hurt, but having the other to hold them through it helps
