everyday I wish for companies to start making more merch of girl transformers. like wdym death trackers get their tfo blookes figures but not chromia, arcee or airachnid??? like come on?? airachnid still doesn't even have a single normal figure, the only one she currently has is a cheap toy which isn't even accurate

don't get me wrong, I'm happy for death trackers fans (if they even exist) but I can't help but be jealous. THEY SHOULD BE HERE TOO 🥲🥲🥲

these designs are so beautiful, I'd kill for TFO Firestar, Chromia and Arcee. I know that they had like mere seconds of screen time but so does other background characters? yet we still have tons of merch with them, ehh. I guess I should buy tfo cards one day and hope to get all the girls.

Final Version for the "Prime's Maids" from my Court of Order and Autocracy AU!

The Prime’s Maids, as I affectionately call them in my AU, are a ragtag bunch of gals under the management of Ariel—who’s secretly Blackarachnia working for the Decepticons—working as retainers for the newly appointed Optimus Prime. So what happens when you put an adrenaline junkie with a criminal record, a hyper competent bully, a klutz who’s barely adult, a veteran with PTSD, and an undercover spy together?

A headache. A huge, huge, headache, is what Ariel will tell you.

Moonracer

Exhuberant and youthful, Moonracer is always looking for thrill and new friends! A promising young racer from Velocitron, Moonracer was on the way of becoming one of the best athletes in Cybertron history. However, she lost all chances of making a career out of her talents when she was caught participating in illegal street racing to earn money for her struggling friends.

Firestar

There’s nothing Firestar can’t do,” is what people would begrudgingly say about her. Firestar joined the Rescue Bots thanks to her admiration for Elita One, but was expelled for bullying another trainee. If it weren’t for her arrogance, she might’ve gotten further in life, but for now, she serves as a maid under the strict leadership of Ariel and, hopefully, will learn a thing or two about teamwork and humility.

Arcee

Kind, cheerful, yet somewhat naive, Arcee is a young bot recently out of sparklinghood. However, because of her apparent clumsiness and lack of obvious talent, she couldn’t maintain any apprenticeship for the better jobs in Iacon. This is how she ended up as a simple maid in the Primal Palace under Ariel’s stewardship.

Chromia

Stoic and though, Chromia was a frontline soldier during the Second Quintesson War. She came out of this experience jaded and closed-off, having experienced torture under the claws of the enemy. Because of the withdrawn behaviour caused by her trauma, she was sent away from the army to serve as one of Optimus Prime’s bodyguards. However, deep inside, Chromia hides a gentle spark that is simply waiting to heal.

Ariel

Chief of staff of Optimus Prime, Ariel is a strict but highly competent Primal Aid. Under her management, the Primal Palace runs like a well-oiled machine; "Nothing less than perfection!" is her favourite motto. However, under this guise of a perfect servant, Ariel is actually the Decepticon Blackarachnia! Using her shifter powers, she has infiltrated Iacon to bring down Optimus Prime...

So me and my brother finally got to the Elita-1 episode, something he’s been waiting for for a while (I think because she’s the only member of the TF One quartet we haven’t seen yet, though I told him that this is like her only appearance)

Personally I quite liked the episode, though personally I was a bit annoyed with them constantly referring to Elita’s group as the “female Autobots”, like they’re some sort of separate species from the male/“normal” Autobots, and also pairing off every female character with a male one (with Optimus and Elita it’s fine, but it’s all of them where it bugs me), though they never outright said anything so outside of maybe Elita and Optimus, I choose to interpret them as just friends. Oh well, it’s a cartoon for boys from the 80s, what you gonna do

But yeah, so I decided to draw the main three girls from the episode outside of Elita. I’m not sure why I didn’t draw her, but oh well, maybe another time. But I also wanted to somewhat redesign them as well

I think this all stemmed from me wanting to give Moonracer a head like TFA Blurr, which is what I tried to do here. Honestly, I think she turned out fairly well, same with Chromia

It’s pretty much Firestar I’m dissatisfied with, probably because I wasn’t sure what I wanted to do with her design. She’s the only one that went through two iterations of designs because I didn’t know what I was doing. Probably also doesn’t help that I can’t really remember Firestar’s character, unlike Moonracer and Chromia whom I can at least remember some general vibes of. Also in general, I don’t really like her color scheme, I feel like the silver really clashes, as well as her canon blue eyes

Sorry Firestar. But at least other people have some banger designs for you

But yeah I played around with some of the eye colors again. I gave Chromia red optics specifically because while watching the episode, I think once or twice her eyes were accidentally colored red in a shot. But personally I thought the red worked really well on her, more than the blue, so red eyes she gets. As for Firestar, it was mostly a case of me again thinking the blue really didn’t fit her colors, and going with orange since I thought it’d work best

The blue I think still looks fine on Moonracer though, it works well with her seafoam green

And yeah, I think that’s it for these. Not really much to say honestly, other than needing to make a better design for Firestar
