Morgen is an anti-hero in the villainous verse not belonging to any group mostly as long as you pay her she'll do it good or bad. She's pretty talented in tech but that probably helps that she can quite literally transfer herself inside of technology. This has caused many different situations in her life but also makes it easy for her to hide away something she tends to do a lot due to her rough past of being poor and being seen as an outcast. Overall morgen is a shy, soft, caring, funny, sweet anti-hero.

How they met:

Morgen met Demencia by ending up in the wrong computer while sailing the sea of 1's and 0's she was supposed to end up in a random person's computer as someone had commissioned her to steal some passwords. However, she ended up in the computer of Dr. Flug this caused her to panic as she realized where she was knowing that black hat could easily delete her not just in the digital world but in the real world as well. As she's about to escape Demencia while rummaging around Flug's lab discovers morgen at first believing it is some kinda of new computer bug Flug had been making but quickly learns that morgen is indeed real. At this point, demencia had two options she could report morgen to black hat someone she deeply adored and looked up to, or get to know the digital being by hiding her in her room and her phone. Counting as we have a ship I think you can see what was chosen.

How they started dating:

Demencia and morgen had become pretty good friends at this point hanging out often granted due to her not feeling safe to roam the black hat home but nonetheless things were going well. Morgen easily has many chances to head away from the black hat wifi and keep on riding the digital seas and never looking back. However, while she still did her side jobs something always brought morgen back to demencias phone which led to her entering the real world more often. One day while out she came home to Demencia having a rose in her mouth at first believing this was due to Demencia developing another crush on black hat but instead was greeted by a digital sticky note saying that Demencia had grown a deep love for morgen.

Other info and headcannons:

Demencia is a pansexual demi girl however she could care less about her own gender

Morgen to this day has not ran into black hat and finds him very scary and is terrified of the thought of her love being the reason demencia is hurt

Morgen is really good friends with 505 the two often bonding over cartoons and cereal

Yes this also means morgen knows flug and has basically begged flug to keep her a secret this mostly worked because they share a love of Rollercoasters and are both autistic

Here's my fun facts:

You might notice that Connor’s brother is not in this fic. That is straight up because I forgot he existed as I was drafting the first few chapters. And by the time I remembered,  I was like I simply have too many side characters. It’s too many side characters! This is the challenge of writing about a sports team, there’s 20 guys in the room that I’m thinking about. So with Dylan and Leon and Tom and Mikey and Vinny and Lappy and Matt and allll the side characters, it was a little harder to fit in another puzzle piece of a character. Plus narratively speaking, I liked Connor being a little more isolated and only having Leon as his outside support when the fic begins. 

My experience flying into National is that in order to see the monuments, you have to sit on the right side of the plane, which is my favorite view of the city. And every fuuuucking time I start rereading my fic I do have the thought of “god bless he would not be doing that.” They’re not putting Connor McDavid on a commercial flight! He would charter a private plane and fly into Dulles! But I didn’t think about it that hard in the original draft when i was just fucking around and then the whole fic kind of hinged on him seeing the monuments as he flew into DCA, which he would not get if he flew private into Dulles. So it haunts me but I live with it

There’s a reference to Emily Rath’s hockey romance Pucking Around in chapter 8 with equipment manager Caleb lmfao

Part of my inspiration for Matt’s on ice injury was last season when Nick Jensen went down on the ice, and Nic Dowd got teary eyed in the presser afterwards because they’re such good friends. It was gut wrenching, and I remember saying to a friend at the time “can you imagine if that happened with one of the brother duos in the league?” It was a really humanizing and touching moment, because these players are our little blorbos, sure, but they’re real people and injuries like that are scary. It made me feel a lot of emotions and made me want to explore those feelings in a fic. Because that's the joy of fic writing! We're inspired by the thing that make us feel and we want to press on the bruise and explore it further.

Something i was thinking a lot about in the drafting of this fic and crafting the narrative arc is actually something i heard at the caps 50th fest. They brought some of the guys from the 2018 cup win and asked them why they thought they won that year. A bunch of the guys went around and said it was because the team loved each other, playing for the boys. But TJ Oshie (heavy sigh and i start booing him) said something along the lines of: “In previous years, it was almost like we were too good not to win, and then not winning weighed on us. It wasnt until we let go of that and started playing free that we had a shot.” I’m paraphrasing because i only half remember it, but I thought about that a lot for this fic and for Connor McDavid’s arc, both real life and in fiction. Narratively, for this little story, Connor can’t win the cup until he lets go of the expectations that have weighed him down his entire life and starts playing hockey for fun again. And he’s definitely not there yet, emotionally. we'll see where he goes in part three!

IPCC Beri Sinyal 'Angpao' Deviden, Laba 2022 Tembus Rp150 Miliar

BALIPORTALNEWS.COM, JAKARTA - PT. Indonesia Kendaraan Terminal Tbk (IPCC Terminal Kendaraan/IPCC) memberikan sinyal 'Angpao' deviden, pasca lonjakan laba 2022 mencapai Rp150 miliar, torehkan kinerja sangat baik yang berdampak positif terhadap kondisi perekonomian global dan nasional. Direktur Utama IPCC, Sugeng Mulyadi menyebut, kondisi ini menjadi kontribusi positif terutama pada permintaan kendaraan dan berimbas pada peningkatan kegiatan bongkar muat di Terminal IPCC. Dengan adanya peningkatan kinerja tersebut, Manajemen berencana untuk membagikan pencapaiannya ini kepada para pemegang saham loyal IPCC dalam bentuk dividen. "Berdasarkan laporan keuangan IPCC periode 2022, tercatat pada posisi bottom line, IPCC catatkan Laba Tahun Berjalan sebanyak Rp161,72 miliar atau mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 169,29% YoY. Ini menjadi prestasi yang sangat dibanggakan bagi kami. Bahkan hasil ini dapat dikatakan melampaui target," ucap Sugeng, seperti yang dikutip wartawan Baliportalnews.com dari rilis resmi IPCC, pada Rabu (28/6/2023). Disebutkannya, bahwa sebelumnya manajemen memperkirakan pencapaian laba akhir di tahun 2022 berada dikisaran Rp130-150 miliar namun, realisasinya IPCC mampu mencapai di atas angka perkiraan. Meski kegiatan bongkar muat sepanjang tahun 2022 mengalami peningkatan yang luar biasa namun, manajemen tetap melakukan cost control dan cost effectiveness sehingga pengeluaran biaya tetap dapat terkendali. Adapun pencapaian peningkatan laba, juga didukung oleh adanya peningkatan Pendapatan Operasi di sepanjang 2022. Di sepanjang tahun 2022, IPCC mampu meraup pendapatan sebanyak Rp726,57 miliar atau naik 40,58% secara year on year (YoY) dari pencapaian di tahun sebelumnya sebesar Rp516,84 miliar. Raihan pendapatan tersebut dikontribusi dari peningkatan Pelayanan Jasa Terminal yang naik 40,35% YoY menjadi Rp671,07 miliar. Sementara itu, Pelayanan Jasa Barang turut memberikan kontribusi positif dengan kenaikan sebanyak 18,06% YoY menjadi Rp38,43 miliar. Selain itu, kontribusi dari pendapatan Pelayanan Rupa-rupa Usaha dan Pengusahaan Tanah, Bangunan, Air, dan Listrik (TBAL) masing-masing memberikan kontribusi sebesar Rp8,81 miliar dan Rp8,25 miliar dengan kenaikan masing-masing 76,90% dan 614,99% secara YoY. "Saat ini kami sedang melakukan diskusi internal untuk menentukan besaran dividen yang akan dibagikan nantinya. Semua akan diputuskan dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham (RUPS, red). Sesuai dengan yang dilaporkan kepada Otoritas Jasa Keuangan dan PT Bursa Efek Indonesia, IPCC berencana melaksanakan RUPS Tahunan, dimana salah satu agendanya ialah Penggunaan Laba/Rugi Bersih," imbuhnya. Dalam pelaksanaan RUPS ini, baik fisik maupun virtual, tentunya hanya pemegang saham dan para undangan yang dapat hadir dan diperkenankan untuk ikut dalam pelaksanaan RUPS tersebut. Adapun, nama-nama pemegang saham yang dapat hadir dalam RUPS tersebut ialah mereka yang tercatat sebagai pemegang saham IPCC per tanggal 31 Mei 2023. “Pembagian dividen ini merupakan apresiasi dari Manajemen kepada para pemegang saham loyal yang telah mendukung pencapaian IPCC. Adanya peningkatan kinerja dari IPCC di sepanjang 2022 memberikan sentimen positif pada saham IPCC. Di sisi lain, selain peningkatan harga saham IPCC, para investor pemegang saham pun juga akan mendapatkan dividen atas pencapaian kinerja kami. Untuk besaran, memang untuk saat ini belum dapat kami sampaikan karena masih dalam tahap pembahasan dan nantinya akan diputuskan dalam RUPS Tahunan akhir bulan ini. Kita tunggu saja. How they met:

Morgen was one day scrolling though some old cartoons she liked and grew up with one however that she didn't recognize caught her eye angel hare. Coming from a religious up bringing morgen was shocked to have never heard of the series but perhaps it was one of those local low budget cartoons. So morgen booted up the disk into her computer and played the first episode and it seemed fine at first but something just felt....off but not in a bad way it just felt more alive. So when the main character gabby asked for her name she played along and was shocked when gabby responded seemingly able to communicate with morgen despite this not much was said as gabby asked morgen some questions before there hands touched though the glass and from that day on a connection was formed
