How FTWD should've gone
(aka I'm still not over that dumpster fire)
Here's what should've happened in Fear: Troy should not have died in s3 (a death totally without any consequences for the main chars). Instead he should've lived and their little group (including Walker and Crazy Dog) should've managed to get out of this tight spot, maybe even with troy's help - which probably at least some of them would've resented (yes im talking about Walker and Crazy Dog. Maybe Daniel too if he stayed. Not too sure about him and Victor... I mean what their fates would've been, so I'm not really concentrating on those two). Madison also isn't too happy about Troy staying with them - too afraid she won't be able to control him (and the benefit, in her eyes, doesn't outweight the risk anymore, now that there's no war to be fought. But there's not a lot she can do, esp. since Nick is pretty much glued to Troy's side). Nick, of course, also isn't too happy that they're staying with Madison. He's pretty neutral about the rest of them. In summary, there's a lot of unease in their group, they gotta find their stride first.
It will take a while, of course, but I do think Taqa and Crazy Dog could come around to Troy… especially because I think Troy was set on a tentative path to redemption. Like… by the end of s3 he said some things that could maybe be taken in that spirit, e.g. "we're one big blended family". He probably didn't really mean it at that point. And I think he'll continue to just pay lip service to …well the idea of redemption/them working together with Walker and Crazy Dog… until he realizes he does, actually, take this seriously after all. No one will be more surprised than himself by this discovery hahaha. (Also he'll obviously prove useful to have around… they'll get new enemies they have to take care of, this will definitely help in them sticking together and growing closer).
Through all that, Madison could still be… distrustful of that new troy. It's as if she thinks she saw the real Troy and this new one is just a mask. It feels to her a bit like he's just waiting for the right time to fuck things up for them (like he did back at the ranch when he brought the horde down on them). A very significant development for Madison's character is also that she grows more ruthless/cuthroat overall. Like, maybe they get burned by another group. Maybe she was too trusting or whatever (maybe Troy warned them of it and they ignored him (well I do imagine Crazy Dog wasn't too keen on it either… but Walker is always fair and he wouldn't want to attack without cause… and Madison agreed tentatively. She might've been distrustful too but maybe her kids (Nick especially) had a fight with her over it. And maybe she didn't want to agree with Troy (didn't want Taqa to think she's on his side instead of Taqa's, who knows))). But from that moment on (a moment that maybe has consequences on their group, maybe alicia loses her arm here) she's very much, kill first, ask questions later.
Now I'm not sure who sees this, Madison growing more and more ruthless, as a worrying development first. Maybe Alicia. Instead of her having left for half an ep in s3, she could've stayed with them… and she leaves now instead. (I mean, Nick would've been a good candidate too but i think it hits a lot more, emotionally, if he kinda managed to… get closer to Madison again (obv. before he sees that she's growing worryingly ruthless), maybe because she seems to be less against Troy now…for what will happen next).
Because what happens next is that Troy is the second person to worry about Madison and the way she handles things. And he's gonna talk to Nick about it but Nick won't really listen, too glad about his repaired relationship with his mom. And then Troy is gonna confront Madison. Maybe they'll have a fight more than once. And in the last one he threatens maybe to go to Walker about this, thats how serious he thinks it is. Madison acting like she is, is threatening the whole group. He tells her she's gonna get them all killed (which Madison obv. thinks is hilarious, this coming from troy...). And THEN she kills him (with a hammer maybe even). And well, Nick does find out what his mom did (not sure if immediately or later on, whatever is more dramatic (I think maybe her lying at first about how Troy died but then later on slipping up and confessing to killing him might be most devastating)) and this time that will have long-lasting consequences for their relationship.
(And this way Troy's death actually means something. Is even tragic and affects the main chars in lasting ways. Instead of whatever bullshit we got served in canon. TWICE)
(For this whole outline I was going by what I read was the original plan for FTWD, namely Nick in the end killing Madison who turned into a bad person. So that's def happening. The question is whether the group first breaks with Madison. Has some adventures. And then rediscovers her in a position of power where she does a lot of damage.. and that then is when they decide to fight her… or whether Nick does it sooner, maybe they never break with her, try to make it work, it's even more uneasy than it was with Troy in the beginning and then something happens that makes Nick snap. Would also be fun.)

"Stella." From the Acts of the Apostles 13: 16-20.
Tumblr media
Paul as it turns out was not attempting to start a Christian Church but incite the onset of the Mashiach, the return of the Jewish people to Israel and the saturation of the world with God's power.
Luke identifies him as a Jew, a "fellow Israelite." This gives us a huge hint as to what to do with Christians; they are as Paul says Israelites like the rest of humankind. Let us see now how turn this knowledge into liquidity, a cash investment we can use to end all the types of oppression on this planet:
16 Paul stood up, motioned with his hand, and began to speak:
“Fellow Israelites and all Gentiles here who worship God: hear me!
17 The God of the people of Israel chose our ancestors and made the people a great nation during the time they lived as foreigners in Egypt. God brought them out of Egypt by his great power,
18 and for forty years he endured[b] them in the desert. 19 He destroyed seven nations in the land of Canaan and made his people the owners of the land. 20 All of this took about 450 years.
We are all foreigners trapped in the desert. Freaks and fuckups all around the world, who think they know God's Word are failing to achieve the Gospels in every possible way. God gave us these Acts of the Apostles to bridge our journeys and take us all into Canaan much faster than our common sense would ever be able to do it. In typical Torah terms, the end of the forty years in the desert which is defined below, takes 450 years of civilized life to complete:
Egypt=572, ךע‎ב, raab, "the hunger."
Forty years he endured them in the desert=2154, ךאןד, khand, "as a hand."
Hands represent the identity. The Torah says we have two, one that represents the self prior to Shabbat and the one after. The one we spend in the desert is the time we live completely in the sway of temptation and wickedness the not-Self. After the Sixth Day, we use the other hand.
We are trapped in the Third Day, waiting for the Great Flood of violence, rudeness, corruption, oppression, poverty, waste, abuse, fraud, and pollution to end. The goal of the Acts of the Apostles is to pry mankind out of the Third Day into the Fourth, the Age of Reason. But you will not do it.
Seven Nations in the Land of Canaan=1539, י״הלט, yehalt, "what you wished for, to rule."
450 Years=576, ךעו‎‎ ‎, techau‎‎ ‎, "seize it now."
"The verb תקע (taqa') means to blow, clap or strike; to produce a sudden and brief burst of force. Noun תקע (teqa') means a blast or sudden sound (of a horn). Noun תקוע (taqoa') means trumpet."
The decision to merge the Churches, which are named in the Revelation into a platform for religious unity and also human diversity is explained here.
This supposedly takes place after the desire to be in charge of one's living conditions exceeds one's willingness to acquiesce to the ravages of Egypt. The result is the onset of a system of global democratic freedom. This is a seminal Jewish concept intended for all mankind. The Values in Gematria are:
v. 16: Paul stood up. The Number is 6931, סט‎לא‎‎, stle, "Stella." AKA when the stars come out= the Fourth Day.
v. 17: The God of Israel chose our ancestors. The Acts of the Apostles and Paul the Apostle are clearly edifices of Jewish Scholarship. We must calibrate our understanding of life on earth as a result of this important fact immediately. As God says above, all foreign power is actually Jewish power and this is not that difficult to accept.
The Number is 8939, ‎פיתחליטי, phthalate, "multifunctional."
You realize you killed millions of Jews and desecrated sacred soil over the courses of centuries of sacrilege instead of reading the Bible? The science of Judaism was meant to train the human race in the divinities and also the humanities and teach them how to acquire the broad optics needed for all life on earth and you have decided to kill anyone who tries to do it. The Script now says how we can make amends for this:
v. 18-20: He made His People owners of the land. The Number is 7972, עט‎עב‎, ateb, "the fastener."
The Jewish people, the oldest contiguous surviving race on the planet were given the responsibility of creating an educated, domesticated, harmless, and sophisticated human race that fit into the God's conservation plans for the planet earth. And you have tormented and made plans to kill them for it. This must not continue.
We cannot possibly hope to understand all that we do not know about the Torah, the Gospels, Jesus, the Church, the Synagogue, the Quran, Allah, any of it so long as we keep planning to pinch off the Jewish people from the rest.
The final Gemara is ךע‎בךאןדי״הלטךעוסט‎לאפיתחליטיעט‎עב, techa'a‎becha'endayethaltecha'ost‎lepitachaliti'at‎av, "You are welcome to come and see us. Behind him he will see a man, faded into the light and shadow of the times. Ecclesiastes are the crowning embellishment."
The truths of human existence, our history and our accumulated learnings cannot change. We must change. Nothing we are doing works, because we refuse to heed the lessons of the past. The human race is afraid to change because it fears it is going to lose Jesus or that Allah is going to hate them if we obey the law, do right by other human beings and learn form science. But we know now we have listened to fools instead of the Holy Spirit and it is time for the stars to come out.

Assessor Courses training – becoming an NVQ course assessor in simple steps
The Assessor courses help you learn the basics of how to assess the learners who opt for an NVQ course or any of the job-based training. It is a great option to look into once you have specialised in a subject or have spent longer in the industry in your subject of expertise.
Responsibilities after completing the assessor courses
After successful completion of the assessor courses, you are eligible to certify individuals who meet the set standards of the industry, necessary to obtain a National Vocational Qualification in their respective field of work. As an assessor, you will be responsible to schedule the various training programs. It includes conducting the workshops and assessing candidates when they are at work. You will also need to examine the portfolio of the applicant and ensure that the applicant has the knowledge to control any unusual or unique scenario that may come up during their work.
In case the candidate does not have the relevant skills necessary to satisfy the standards of the NVQ, then you will need to guide the candidate about the sections that they need to bring improvements in. Once the candidate meets up the requirements of the NVQ standards, you can mark the update in his record and state his progress satisfactory as per the set benchmarks.
How to bring in assessment improvements?
Once you complete the training course as an NVQ assessor, you will need to work in association with the company’s training department. In general, you will have to maintain communication with the other assessors in order to effectively discuss the progress of the candidates and assess their portfolios. It is necessary to keep in mind that you will also be assessed through a systematic basis by a verifier (internal or external) as appointed by the organisation for its training department.
If you are planning to apply for any of the assessor courses, then knowing the duty hours along with the expected pay scale can help you develop an added interest in the training. The work hours of an NVQ assessor are generally limited to a range of 35 to 40 hours on a weekly basis. While the duty hours are generally limited to weekdays only, it may be necessary to work on the weekends as well to be at par with the schedule that has been assigned to him by the candidate.
Expected duty hours and income scale
The expected income of an assessor can vary depending upon the organisation that he/she is working with. The annual income of an assessor can be expected to range from £ 16,000 to £ 25,000 depending upon the experience and location that the assessor is working in. As you keep gathering more experience, you are sure to reach the highest slab of the pay scale.
If you are unsure about choosing the training provider, you can opt to get in touch with the various options present in your area and compare out what each of the options has in offer for you. You can then select the best one suiting your purpose. You can research the web to know more about the course.

2 Chronicles 20: 20-23. "Echad: People Who are One With God."
Tumblr media
The People of Judah are under attack by an invading force of low born barbarians replete with their wicked smelly snakes* and their allies from the suburbs. Jehoshaphat, the King of Judah gets them to rally:
20 Early in the morning they left for the Desert of Tekoa. As they set out, Jehoshaphat stood and said, “Listen to me, Judah and people of Jerusalem! Have faith in the Lord your God and you will be upheld; have faith in his prophets and you will be successful.”
Something stirred the people, made them want to look back, like Edith the wife of Lot. The King of the Ordinances, knowing full well going back was forbidden, first thing in the morning took the people of Judah to the Desert of Tekoa saying "the Religion has to be upheld", and gave them a refresher course in Sodom and Gomorrah, a place God destroyed because its people were without boundaries.
תקע
The verb תקע (taqa') means to blow, clap or strike; to produce a sudden and brief burst of force. Noun תקע (teqa') means a blast or sudden sound (of a horn). Noun תקוע (taqoa') means trumpet.
21 After consulting the people, Jehoshaphat appointed men to sing to the Lord and to praise him for the splendor of his[c] holiness as they went out at the head of the army, saying:
“Give thanks to the Lord,     for his love endures forever.”
22 As they began to sing and praise, the Lord set ambushes against the men of Ammon and Moab and Mount Seir who were invading Judah, and they were defeated.
23 The Ammonites and Moabites rose up against the men from Mount Seir to destroy and annihilate them. After they finished slaughtering the men from Seir, they helped to destroy one another.
The text of the Nigun Atik, "messenger melody" of which the above two lines are but a few is said to open the dialogue between God and man, especially when there is doubt the Religion can withstand attacks from the low born:
Again we shall turn to the ancient melody And the song shall give us pleasure We'll kiss the old, guarded glass With joyful eyes and heart. Our tents are good And the dance beckons Our tents are good Again we shall turn to the ancient melody.
This was enough to convince the townspeople and the traditionalists to defeat the hairy cavemen from Seir who put themselves above their betters and came looking for trouble- to brutally enforce their religion on the people of Judah.
The bizarre ending to this tale, verse 23, says "they helped to destroy one another" has a winding staircase of Gematria, but it explains the entire section.
The reason Egypt fell and became a slave state, the reason everything goes wrong on this planet is jealousy.
Jealousy leads to slavery. Prevention of slavery is why governors consult with the people when dissent arises.
All the problems confronting the world are because we refuse to discuss scientific ways to alleviate the jealousy we have for each other. If we did, we would be amazed.
The Gematria for verse 23 is:
First, God smelled these cave guys odeurs and recoiled: And Lo The Wicked Revealed Their Weaknesses To All Mighty God And As Less Than Snakes Their Smells Fully Know Each And All Met All Gods Might.
2. Then He explained what the source of the stank was: Ye Shall Not Bear False Witness Against Nor Willfully Deceive Any Nor Yet Covet Or Steal Their Goods.
3. Next, He stated what has to be done to repent: When Mind Vision Unfolds To A Higher Stage In The Human Race By Increasing Awareness Of The Divine Light Which Centers Man.
4. The evidence is obtained, explained, and documented: And That Mystery Knoweth Why The Light Land Hath Arisen And Why The Great Receiver Of The Light Hath Arisen.
The value in Gematria is 7634 זו‎ד‎ה‎ "it's the same" meaning idolatry and slavery, which has a value of 20, the letter Yud, associated with Yosef the youngest son of Israel, who turned Egypt upside down by transitioning it from a state religion based on Idolatry to the worship of One God of Israel.
Our raiders in this section of the Tanakh were bent on doing the opposite to the People of Judah:
The mere removal of the dalet’s yud changes the concept of “one G‑d” to “other gods,” or idol worship. By removing the yud, thus declaring one’s belief in other gods, the Midrash tells us it is as if one is “destroying worlds.”
We find a reverse situation in regard to the birth of Joseph (Yosef). When Joseph was born, his mother, our Matriarch Rachel, said, “Yosef li Hashem ben acher—G‑d, add to me another son (ben).” In Hebrew, the word yosef means “to add.” Acher means “other.” The Tzemach Tzedek explains that the mission of every Jew is to change a person who is “other,” who doesn’t appreciate holiness, into one who is a ben (a child of G‑d). In other words we must transform an acher into an echad, a person who is one with G‑d.
This wraps around nicely with what is stated at the beginning of this section which discusses Tekoa, "to push from doubt to realization with the fanfare of trumpets" so slavery and oppression of the other does not return for any reason.

Second Chances
a post season 8 story by
NoemiTenshi and rebelbravado
Chapter 6 - Bite
The next few days(?) went by like a waking nightmare. Troy didn’t know when he was actually awake, didn’t even remember what he did during the times he was. He experienced everything through a haze of pain, was grateful whenever exhaustion took him over, whenever he fell unconscious. The fever still clung to him and at times he thought this would be his end.
When he next was awake, truly awake, not waiting to stumble from one nightmare into the next, Ri was in the room with him. She didn’t elicit the same response Lee did, he didn’t know her in the same way (but then, apart from Lee, he didn’t know any of the people he’d seen here) but he knew her now. Knew her as well as one could know the person nursing them back to health; of course she wasn’t the only one – but she was the one that spent most time with him. She’d become a constant in this wakeful dream-haze he’d found himself in, being by his side more often than not. So he didn’t know her – but he knew her.
“Your fever broke,” she declared, when she’d checked him over and he could hear the relief in her voice. It confirmed to Troy his fears, that this could’ve been his end.
“I still feel like shit,” he croaked. A tired smile pulled at her lips.
“Lee told me you have trouble with your memory?”
That innocent question had him strangely defensive and he only managed a half shrug. Ri just nodded.
“I’ll sent Dasha to check you over. Might be nothing, a consequence of your injuries.”
“Or might be something.” Troy said the thing she hadn’t. Ri pressed her lips together.
“Too soon to tell.”
She was placating him and he didn’t like it, so he huffed a snarl at her.
And also there was something else, as well. Something. pulling, at the edge of his consciousness. Something he couldn’t quite grasp, frustrating him. Something to do with that scar on his temple (from the first time he’d accidentally touched it he avoided that area. Like an old reflex).
“Could be… because of that?” And he tilted his head, presenting the scar.
Tumblr media
Ri’s lips formed a thin line.
“...Could be,” she admitted, “You had that when you came to us.”
Troy knew without knowing.
“But Troy, it could be temporary.”
He shrugged that reassurance off. Sure, could be. Could also be his head had been cooked a long time ago. (What difference did it make to him now?)
Silently he watched how she sat him up. Such a small frame she had but she managed it efficiently; causing him no undue strain. He recognized her practiced movements as if it were something he also knew how to do.
When she handed him his pills he took them without hesitation and he didn’t need to grab for the glass of water; it was already set against his lips. He drank greedily – both from thirst and the hope the pills would work quickly.
Then her hands went to his bandages and he grimaced. The pain was always more present when they got changed – something about the way he had to strain and arch so they could wind around him.
His gaze went to her face, a childish gesture ‘If I can’t see it, it’s not happening.’ There was something fascinating about her profile – the set of those full lips, that cute nose, the way her dark eyes were fixed intently on his injury. Or was he fascinated just because she chose to help him so single-mindedly? Or maybe, maybe it was something else entirely. Something like…
“Do I know you?”
“No.” She didn’t look up as she spoke. So dedicated to his recovery.
“Do I know anyone else here?”
“Yes, one. Lee’s best friend. Taqa. Qualetaqa Walker.”
That name didn’t spark any recognition and Troy shook his head way past the point were the pain intensified nigh unbearably. She paused what she was doing, caught his gaze. Such pitying eyes.
“This still doesn’t mean anything…”
And again he ignored her assurances.
“Do you know my story… with Lee?” he asked instead. Asked to distract himself. Asked because he couldn’t help himself. It was strange he’d thought he’d get help from Lee when Lee himself had told him their story was drenched in conflict. Though he had been right thinking it, hadn’t he? Lee had helped him. So… how had he known? Was there something else going on?
But when he listened to Ri telling (a probably abridged version of) the story, he really didn’t know why he’d been so sure Lee would help him. He hadn’t had any reason to. In fact, quite the opposite – at least that was what Troy thought he would’ve done in Lee’s place. Though when he really thought about it, imagining finding the other man near death and entertaining the idea of just leaving him to it, something in him rebelled. That same something that had been convinced Lee could help him…?
Or did he just cling to Lee since he was the only person his mind recognized (without memories). His only tie to his past (and what did it matter, what did it matter?!)
“If you know all that – why would you help me?” Troy asked Ri, almost an accusation. He just didn’t understand, not anything about this situation – why he felt safe with Lee, why Lee had helped him…
“That was a long time ago,” Ri said (Lee had said that to him, too). “Also. I didn’t know any of that when I brought you here.”
Troy watched her closely. Was that… a joke? Definitely not the real reason, he didn’t think so.
“Something tells me that wouldn’t have stopped you,” he hazarded a guess. It had an honest smile curving her lips and Troy impulsively thought he’d like to make her smile like that more often as seeing it lifted his spirits unexpectedly.
“I’m not in the business of letting people die.”
“No…” Troy agreed slowly, “You’re in the business of saving people’s lives.” It made that little smile appear again. Until he added “Indiscriminately?” with a certain… sharpness that surprised himself.
But he didn’t it back or soften it because he found that he wanted to know.
“Yes,” Ri replied, a certain hardness to her tone now.
“That ever bite you in the ass?” Another question that just sprang from him, another need to know he couldn’t quite explain.
“What do you think?” She stood abruptly, taking the used bandages and throwing them away before washing her hands – she was all agitated movements. Apparently her willingness to share had taken a dive. He probably could say something to gentle that line of questioning. Thing just was – he didn’t feel like it (and he couldn’t even say why. God, the things he didn’t know!)
“We can hold our own,” Ri added on a little head-tilt. Might’ve been arrogant except for the absolute conviction in her demeanor. He still felt the need to needle.
“So that’s a yes?”
“...Most people, believe it or not, really appreciate being rescued. Especially now. Hence they’re not inclined to fuck over the helping hand.”
“Bite.”
“What?”
“Bite the helping hand… I may not know myself but I do know the saying.”
“Sure. Bite.”
Her left hand was balancing a bowl of soup (he hadn’t even realized she brought it with her when she came in) as she sat back down next to him, her right holding a spoon.
“Do you bite, Troy?”
She brought the spoon to his lips and he dutifully opened his mouth. Sustenance was good, would help him. His stomach had other ideas, rebelling at that thought and he forced himself to swallow anyway. The spoon went back into the soup as he said,
“I don’t know myself… remember?”
“Well. I don’t think you would.” She had let go of the spoon to pat his cheek as she spoke. It should’ve felt condescending but somehow didn’t. Then she fed him another uncomfortable swallow.
“You don’t know me either,” he pointed out when he’d forced it down, “You just told me that.”
She did a little head wiggle he wasn’t sure how to interpret. And another spoon went in.
“I’ve got a feeling. You learn to tell these things.”
Troy thought of the story she’d told him about himself. Thought of that angry scar on his temple, the hole in his guts…
“Seems to me… I’ve done some biting of my own,” he pointed out, his hand reaching for his stomach. Her gaze caught that movement.
“You don’t know what happened there. Don’t make up things in your head.” And as if to distract him she quickly fed him another spoonful. That almost didn’t make it down. She must’ve seen because she put the bowl away.
He growled, frustrated. Frustrated for having trouble eating. Frustrated because his memories were a black hole.
“Yeah, I don’t know what happened. I don’t know! But somehow I do know. It’s like it’s there. Just beyond reach but it’s there.”
“Ssh, don’t force it.” Ri’s hand was on his collarbone, pressing gently, moving to his shoulder to pat him. He tried to let it soothe him but his frustration was tenacious.
“… I could be a wolf in sheep’s clothing for all you know. Maybe my memories should stay buried.” He didn’t know what had compelled him to say this. He just knew that that thought, him hurting her as the wolf in sheep’s clothing, upset him.
Apparently it didn’t upset her.
“Maybe you are,” she told him easily, “Maybe that’s how my Wolf found you.”
Troy furrowed his brows – just to stop immediately when his headache increased tenfold.
“Wha—” he started to ask.
As if called, the door opened slightly more and a dog trotted in. Troy watched him curiously for a moment, his gaze drawn to his flews.
“His name is Wolf?” he asked softly; Wolf’s head turned to look at Troy. That was as much answer as Troy needed. Ri still nodded.
“And he led us right to you…”
The name made sense somehow. Troy wasn't sure what breed the animal was, but his resemblance to a Wolf was there. He was big, his head easily reaching the top of the bed. If Ri were to stand he bet it come up to her waist. Its fur was an indistinct colour -or maybe that was just Troy's eyesight, who knew- in between a muddy grey and brown, keen light eyes though and a strong jaw. A useful animal he imagined, with the right training.
“Probably drawn by the smell of blood…” Troy guessed. But as he watched Wolf come carefully closer and move his nose against Troy’s hand, placed right at the edge of the bed, a strange gratefulness came over him. His stomach settled.
“Let me guess. He doesn’t bite?”
Ri again wiggled her head in this nondescript way.
“Oh, Wolf’s the sweetest,” she said, her voice turning sweet, too. As if he understood her, Wolf went to Ri, his head against her leg. She scratched his head lovingly. “And he can tear a walker apart in seconds.”
Troy’s gaze was still fixed to Wolf, imagining the strength his jaws, the strength it took to tear a walker apart in seconds. His respect for Wolf grew.
“Try to get some more rest, Troy. You need to heal before you can do any biting of your own,” Ri told him, still cuddling with Wolf. Though it didn’t sound dismissive. It sounded… jovial. It sounded like…
“I’m going to make it?” The question just burst from Troy the second he had that thought.
She raised her gaze to his and grinned. It made his heart feel light even before he heard what she said next.
“Sure looks that way, doesn’t it?”

Note
I'd suggest we all bombard the ftwd writers on twitter and ask them to bring crazy dog, taqa, and diana back but then they might kill them off :((((
Well, for the rest of the season, there’s nothing that can be done anymore, since they’ve already finished the shootings. Perhaps showing the writers the negative reviews they are getting from the critics? I don’t have a twitter but I guess you can tag them or something, like on those articles from Digital Spy and Forbes. Always being polite, of course. - Camila

This encourages you acquire the abilities and information that businesses are searching for, regardless of whether it implies you're beginning without any preparation, or hoping to improve aptitudes you as of now have.

There's no time-limit on finishing a NVQ, so you can learn at a speed believe it or not, and agreeable for you. What's more, there are no tests. Appraisal depends on your capacity to do the assignments and obligations essential for the NVQ you're examining.
Otherwise called Regulated Qualifications Framework, these first appeared in 2015 and are intended to allow you to list capabilities dependent on their level and size. This implies, the higher the capability, the more prominent the unpredictability and trouble of abilities/information that is related with it.
Like NVQs, there are involved 8 levels. In any case, RQFs contrast from NVQs in light of the fact that they are upheld by 3 passage levels. This is on the grounds that not these capabilities can be alloted to a solitary level. In that capacity, these passage levels are utilized to assist with this cover.
With regards to 'size', this depends on the how it will require for you to generally finish the course, including study time, completing tasks and being evaluated. Presently, not at all like a great deal of courses there is no set cutoff time for finishing these capabilities. All things considered, you can do them at your own speed – like online courses – and spend as meager as half a month to a couple of years completing them.
 •             NVQ's are a work-arranged professional capability. Dissimilar to customary capabilities of the past, they can be customized to suit the student's necessities and are not totally study hall based. There is no last assessment and you don't get an evaluation on finish. Rather NVQ's attention on the students aptitudes, information and conduct inside the working environment.
•             NVQs are made utilizing broadly characterized word related principles. The student's capacity to do a competency based errand is surveyed against execution measures set by the public word related principles. The appraisals are recorded utilizing a scope of strategies and earlier learning encounters, which gather the proof used to meet the capabilities arrangement of units.
•             NVQ's can likewise be finished throughout longer timeframes utilizing a unit based methodology which is currently accessible on the Qualification Credit Framework (QCF). This course permits students to have an adaptable way to deal with learning and appraisal, and at times, can support achievement rates as unit consummation furnishes students with a superior pride, by finishing the NVQ in reasonable lumps.
•             The point of a NVQ capability is to perceive the aptitudes and abilities of students in the working environment.
 Representatives will profit by NVQ:
 •             A more clear comprehension of their duty inside their association.
•             The occasion to grow new aptitudes, and certify their insight. Carrying groundbreaking plans to the labor force. While acquiring while they learn.
•             One to one help from an accomplished proficient.
•             Being profoundly energetic as the association has put resources into them and their future.
•             A capability benchmarked against public execution norms of work-based, hands on learning.
CAVA represents Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement while TAQA isn't a capability, it represents Training Assessments and Quality Assurance and it is only the title to amass the entirety of the preparation, appraisals and quality affirmation capabilities.
On the off chance that somebody is stating that they will get their TAQA, it could imply that they are going to preparing on appraisals, quality affirmation or one of different ones. CAVA is the capability, though TAQA is the gathering of capabilities.
You need to take on the assessor capability Now
One sure fire approach to get a compensation rise is to demonstrate your value and increase the value of an organization. A prepared labor force makes a business cash, that is true. So you don't have to persuade your boss that understudies are a smart thought. One brief glance at government details on apprenticeships and preparing from the Center of Business and Economics will disclose to them this.
Anyway, you have all your NVQs, etc, so you might be stuck for thoughts on the best way to advance. In any case, one chance remaining parts: you can prepare others while proceeding with the normal everyday employment you love to such an extent.
In a cost-cutting world, businesses are progressively seeing the advantages of in-house assessors: they set aside cash and time. Turning into an assessor yourself can truly continue to prepare costs down and augment those benefits for your manager. Indicating to them how you can set aside them cash by surveying others places you are in an incredible situation to arrange a compensation rise.
You've strolled the walk, and you presently have what is classified "word related competency". That implies you have your NVQ level 3 and various years experience. With this experience added to your repertoire, you set the principles. You understand what you are searching for in the ideal stylist, repairman or cosmetologist. This eye for detail can move into another job as an assessor, add a string to your bow, conceivably getting you into a more generously compensated position.
Simply top-up this involvement in an assessor capability, learned at your own speed. A few understudies will finish it in 10 weeks, some will assume control longer than a year and separate it into considerably more modest lumps. It is absolutely adaptable, and totally up to you. You needn't quit doing what you love close by this. It's an ideal opportunity to get that bit of paper and request that pay rise!. To know more about the course and to avail the best training go to

North Sea oil: new owners for twilight years raise questions of national interest
Modifications within the pipeline. Arild Lilleboe
The altering of the guard within the UK North Sea has reached a symbolic turning level. The reverse takeover deal between Chrysaor and Premier Oil overhauls BP to create a brand new number-one oil and fuel operator, producing some 270,000 barrels of oil equal per day. Considerably, the brand new entity is managed by personal fairness.
The deal marks a brand new period within the North Sea through which personal fairness teams and nationwide oil firms are steadily changing the outdated oil majors to dominate the UK’s oil and fuel assets. Chrysaor’s rise highlights this shift. Backed by Harbour Vitality, an vitality funding automobile shaped by Washington-based personal fairness agency EIG International Vitality Companions, it has grown quickly by spending billions of kilos shopping for oil and fuel fields previously owned by Royal Dutch Shell and ConocoPhillips.
Tumblr media
The brand new primary. Chrysaor
The shift in possession offshore is influenced by UK authorities coverage, which seeks to draw funding into the North Sea to spice up manufacturing from a declining basin. However the scale of the possession revolution has acquired little remark and has arguably been hastened by the pandemic. So what does it imply for UK oil and fuel manufacturing to be much less tied to the methods of the normal oil majors? And what are the results for an business that employs over 250,000 individuals and nonetheless offers a big proportion of gasoline and electrical energy (through fuel) to the UK?
Oil and COVID-19
The short-term results of COVID-19 for this sector have been extreme. COVID-19 crashed demand for petrol and aviation gasoline within the UK and world wide.
The worldwide oil value plummeted, and at round US$40 a barrel it stays nicely down on the US$60-US$70 vary that preceded the pandemic. Shell lower its dividend for the primary time for the reason that second world warfare and reported an US$18 billion loss in its second-quarter outcomes, whereas BP declared it will write off as much as US$17.5 billion of its belongings.
Within the area of some months, COVID-19 has crystallised questions in regards to the future value of oil in a warming world, and the implications for oil and fuel producers of sustained downturns in demand. COVID-19, it appears, has ushered in a brand new interval of transformation for international oil, through which the way forward for the UK’s North Sea hangs within the steadiness.
The brand new guard
But specializing in the pandemic obscures the broader North Sea transformation over the previous decade. With majors like Shell, BP, Chevron and Exxon now not proudly owning all the pieces from rigs to pipelines to refineries, the results of COVID-19 are taking part in out towards a really completely different business to that which dominated for many years.
Analysis by our workforce explores the shift in possession as a part of the evolving relationship between worldwide oil companies and the UK. BP and Shell, two of the pioneers of UK North Sea petroleum within the 1960s and 1970s, now account for lower than a fifth of complete oil manufacturing.
In all, the majors have offered round £20 billion in UK belongings up to now three years, with extra more likely to come. Generally, they’ve determined to focus on extra worthwhile performs elsewhere. Paradoxically, the Chrysaor/Premier Oil deal put paid to a deal through which Premier would have purchased a few of BP’s North Sea belongings, however the course of journey is evident sufficient.
After Chrysaor/Premier Oil, BP and Shell, the subsequent most vital oil participant is now CNOOC (Chinese language Nationwide Offshore Oil Firm). Owned by the Chinese language state, CNOOC entered the UK via its US$15 billion acquisition of Canadian firm Nexen in 2012. This advance has been mirrored by different state entities together with TAQA (in any other case often known as the Abu Dhabi Nationwide Vitality Firm) and Dana Petroleum (since 2010, an entirely owned subsidiary of the Korea Nationwide Oil Firm).
The truth that BP and Shell are solely concerned in 11 of the 133 bids for acreage within the 32nd North Sea licensing spherical can be very telling. Most awards will go to relative minnows, lots of them managed by personal fairness firms that have a tendency to hunt fast returns to pay down excessive ranges of debt.
There’s little or no dialogue of whether or not this new North Sea possession is within the nationwide curiosity. The UK authorities has tended to suppose when it comes to maximising oil and fuel manufacturing and defending jobs. The brand new homeowners are very a lot a part of the deal as a result of they bring about funding, rent employees and help the availability chain (distinction this with the American furore that made it inconceivable for CNOOC to purchase oil group Unocal for $18.5 billion in 2005).
Tumblr media
In retreat: BP and Shell. Jevanto Productions
Nonetheless, the brand new arrivals are making a sector that’s completely different in important methods. They’re targeted nearly solely on extracting oil and fuel, and have neither the broad footprint nor long-term reciprocal relationships between agency and state that developed (for higher or worse) round firms like Shell and BP once they oversaw your complete petroleum manufacturing chain. There are indicators that the connection is changing into extra transactional, centred on offshore entry reasonably than points like supplying gasoline to the nation or offering the underpinning infrastructure.
The priority is much less a slender “nationwide” one about whether or not worldwide or UK homeowners exploit the North Sea than in regards to the rising financial mannequin via which the UK is making an attempt to lengthen manufacturing. This more and more rests on new entrants, lots of whom don’t personal downstream belongings within the UK similar to refineries, usually are not topic to the disclosure necessities of publicly listed firms, and prioritise fast returns from offshore manufacturing.
The UK authorities’s laissez-faire perspective to possession in an effort to maximise manufacturing has attracted a brand new set of companies to the UK and remodeled the construction of the sector within the course of. The financial mannequin for the North Sea’s twilight years is changing into clear, and it’s one through which personal fairness and international state-owned companies more and more name the pictures. Latest adjustments in possession within the North Sea deserve extra scrutiny and are of nationwide curiosity, as they are going to decide who reaps the advantages and who bears the prices of the basin’s long-term decline.

twd/ftwd crossover confirmed?
Roughly a year ago, I made a post about the possibility of a crossover between The Walking Dead and its companion series, Fear the Walking Dead. Originally, I think it was discussed how they were two separate shows within the same universe, but this past NYCC 2017, the panel had stated that there may be a character that shows up in FTWD. People are now hypothesizing, and with evidence by Cudlitz’s tweet, that it will be Abraham since he may have been in Houston at the same time as FTWD characters. Now as that’s cool and I do enjoy Abraham’s character, I think it has been increasingly evident that the FTWD group is entirely capable and may even plan to go across the country. Whether that be the villain leader Proctor John, or Taqa gearing up with Crazy Dog to move north, or even Strand begging for Madison and her children to get the hell outta dodge... the ultimate goal is to keep moving. This group settles down much less than Rick’s group, despite Madison wanting to plant her roots in deep. And Madison’s group scatters much more frequently, eager to do their own thing. Rick’s group functions as a large village while Madison’s is compiled of lone wolves forced to become a pack. My main focus on Madison, more than Abraham, stems from my previous and obsessive theory that Madison is Alpha, the leader of the Whisperers.
This is due to a few constants within Madison’s group:
Madison’s group is constantly mobile. By my estimation, Madison’s group usually only settles in one place for maybe a week to four weeks, before either having to go back to hoofing it or searching for missing members of their family after a short separation.
Nick’s obsession with utilizing walker/infected blood. It’s one of the first things he does to get by in the apocalypse. He knows how to travel long distance with herds by using the blood and I don’t think it’s that much of a stretch to see him utilizing the flesh.
The possibility of Nick’s death (in which this will cause a heartbroken Madison to go to the greater extent of walking in skins, rather than just using blood). I don’t think it’s a major theory by the fandom that Nick will die. He’s too wily for that, of course. But I think Nick’s death would be an extreme catalyst for sending Madison over the deep end. She’s usually perfectly quiet if Alicia wants to do her own thing, hardly fighting her when Alicia wants to leave. But when Nick starts slipping, she’s agitated, irritated, and anguished. If Nick ever does die, which I think he will although I don’t want him to, he seems to be the one person that could utterly destroy what remains of Madison’s already tattered psyche.
I will discuss my previous post written a year ago and break down that because there is obviously new information about Madison that definitely plays into her capabilities in becoming a villain that rivals Negan.
I’m totally in this small practically nonexistent pocket of fandom that believes that Madison is Alpha of the Whisperers. Kim Dickens had previously acknowledged that she knew something about the character that fans and the rest of the cast didn’t know. People postulated that she perhaps had familial ties to the Dixon family, or even the Grimes family. I think that was scrubbed with the discovery that Madison had killed her father in order to protect her mother and herself. This may have been the piece of information that only Dickens knew.
**SLIGHT SPOILERS FOR THE COMICS BELOW** (Note: It’s been a while since I’ve read the comics.)
I think the one thing that could also tie Alpha to Madison is their children. It’s clear that Alpha only has a daughter named Lydia. Madison has a son, Nick, and daughter, Alicia. Nick is probably the only person who could send Madison in a downward spiral. Even their conversation at the end of season three, he states that one day she may have to kill him and he question if would she be able to do it. He basically taunts her. I think having to kill him would also be something that absolutely ruins her. That’s the child she poured the most energy into it and feels the most responsible for. Madison and Alicia have a tenuous relationship at best. But the one thing that differs from Alicia and Lydia is their dispositions in that Alicia despite not quite understanding the post-apocalypse world initially, she adapted quite quickly. Lydia doesn’t have that strong of a relationship with Alpha as Alpha doesn’t think Lydia has the strength to survive. These two mother-daughter relationships are similar in vague ways, but the showrunners have proven before that they aren’t that rigid when it comes to comic canon content and the show’s canon content.
And to throw some more outrageous theories out there, I think Strand could quite possibly be the show’s counterpart for Beta. As FTWD evolves, it becomes more evident that Strand and Madison are extremely close. He wants to protect his friends, his new family, and honestly his leader. This past season he’s reiterated the question to Madison, “What do you want?” And with each answer, he strives to make it happen. Even though the results aren’t want he expected or desired.
So... I’m going to say what I had said in my previous post. FTWD is a companion and prequel series to TWD. It has to end some time, like all companion shows do, but it would be interesting to see the tie-in to the main series. As much as it would be awesome to see Abraham pre-Eugene/Rosita, I think this proves that the showrunners won’t shy away at the prospect of more crossover content and hopefully will take advantage of the fact that the FTWD fandom sympathizes with many of its characters, and it would be interesting to see what would turn them into some of the most violent villains.
EDIT: So, after watching Talking Dead for the season 8 debut of TWD, I believe it was Kirkman who spoke of the possibility of a crossover. And then he gave three timestamp examples of when it could take place. 1) At the end of season 8 of TWD, 2) At the beginning(/during) of season 4 of FTWD, or 3) At the beginning of season 9 of TWD. Now although I remember them being vague about the possibility of a crossover last year or the year before last because I’m sure they were trying to make it two separate shows, they’ve obviously changed their minds. Again. So what’s keeping them from having one crossover or even two or even three? I think Kirkman was being vague on purpose. Again. So, going with my ludicrous idea of Madison being Alpha here’s what I think could happen.
1) At the end of season 8 of TWD, like many of the seasons that preceded this one and assuming the war is finally over (yeah! two year canonical gap!), season 8 could end with a hazy cameo appearance of the Whisperers (headed by Madison/Alpha). 2) At the beginning of or throughout season 4 of FTWD, Abraham makes a cameo appearance when the group (or just Alicia? or maybe the Proctors?) arrives in Houston. 3) At the beginning of season 9 of TWD, like many of the seasons that preceded this one, season 9 will start with a new villainous group (i.e. the Whisperers headed by Madison/Alpha).
Regardless of which one is true (or perhaps all of them are), it doesn’t deny the fact that Madison’s group is prospectively heading east. And Madison is the one person in her core group that has the closest ties to the other side of the country and could urge the group to go on the journey once they reach Houston. But more importantly, two years is more than enough time for Madison to make her way to Alexandria to wreck terror.
+PLUS, they teased the shit out of the Whisperers in episode one of season eight.
