I like the idea of ​​Toussaint becoming the new Panther, being this kid who grew up listening to his father's stories, hearing about how the great King T'challa became the Black Panther and all his deeds as a hero, growing up hearing about how his existence as his son should be hidden, should be a secret, and that he is the heir to one of the most important kingdoms on the planet and is destined to one day take his place as monarch of that same kingdom, take his place as the Black Panther. And that's amazing and he loves to admire everything that his father was and stood for, but it's also scary because there's the doubt, what if he can never be like his father? What if he can never come close to the man that he was? How will he learn to be as great as he was?

Much of his life has been spent away from the throne and away from Wakanda. No one can know about his existence because that would put a target on his head. He doesn't really know Wakanda. Even though he knows all the stories, culture, and customs of the kingdom, he's never actually lived there. How can you be the king of a kingdom you don't know? He's not sure. It's a great legacy to honor, great responsibilities to live up to. Will he really be able to do it? He constantly prays to his ancestors to have the wisdom and courage to be the king Wakanda deserves, to be a Black Panther who will make his father proud. It's so painfully distressing and inspiring. I really like all the possibilities this character brings.
