Facing the crisis with a logical working approach
The time is to think about certain modifications and advancements towards business functioning. I am Shamit Khemka, the founder of SynapseIndia, always work by this way of bringing updates in the business, every now and then.
At present when the whole world is going through a tough face, I find remote working as the ideal way of working. Mainly because of keeping personal safety and security in mind, the virtual medium has been adopted. Also, allowing employees of the company to continue working remotely from their respective locations in a hassle-free manner.
I like to recommend virtual working space for all, not just to face the current situation but as a futuristic measure to work flexibly. Remember the fact that advancements and updates are necessary to adapt in order to run toe-to-toe with changing scenarios. Simply innovate the way you work now and in the future ahead.

Shamit Khemka – Major challenges faced by new leaders in a company
Shamit Khemka, the managing director of SynapseIndia, has seen leadership changes in many peer companies. The most universal problem faced by new CEOs is the gap between the expectation and the reality surrounding the role of a chief executive. According to a survey published in “Harvard Business Review,” most CEOs consider their transition to a new company challenging.
This is true even for seasoned industry executives. These leaders cite a number of factors that they find difficult to deal with while taking over as a new CEO. The factors include establishing a clear framework for managing a relationship with other senior leaders; managing time and energy; and ensuring seamless flow of information across the organization.
According to the survey mentioned earlier, most successful CEOs said that they dedicate a substantial amount of time to build and maintain healthy professional relationships across hierarchies. They believe that building trust and friendliness with all stakeholders, especially with the board, investors, and media is crucial to organizational governance. They acknowledge that good professional relationships are two-way streets.

There is no harm to learning from your mistake!
The main reason for bad clashes at the office premises happens due to ego! It is one of the bad things that should not come in the professional sphere. All should remember that collective thoughts should be given importance. So, there is always management that decides between right and wrong. These things are protocol and everybody should accept and respect the decisions. There is a thin line of maturity and professionalism. This needs to be understood that a professional person, never brings anything big in between profession and work.
So, being calm and professional is not only a quality that a person should bring in the office arena. There is no harm in saying sorry for something wrong you have done. Accept it and it will bring harmony at the workplace. The work environment should always be chill and happy and that is how the productivity will come towards the end.

Cybersecurity challenges being faced by companies in 2019
Cybersecurity is one of the most dynamic phenomena in today's industrial landscape, especially in the technology sector. Problems related to cybersecurity can be compared with viral diseases – they keep changing the nature and intensity of the attacks.
2019 is widely believed to be a remarkable year for all stakeholders of cybersecurity and digital technology. The year has already unfurled a number of phenomena and buzzwords related to digital transformation and cybersecurity. The buzzword that virtually ranks top in the discussions of cybersecurity experts is state-level hacking. Hacking has now become a vast industry that has forced organizations to take robust measure to defend against malware, viruses, and intrusive warfare.
Data protection and privacy are no less popular among cybersecurity enthusiasts and CEOs. With an unprecedented volume of consumer data being received by service providers and other companies, the protection of these humongous data has become a prime concern for many. An increasing number of companies are taking bold moves to ensure the safety of their consumers' data. Such measures are, in fact, being demanded by consumers around the world.
Deployment of cutting-edge technologies like artificial intelligence and Internet of Things adds another level of complexity to the pyramid of cybersecurity obstacles. To sum up, the challenges associated with cybersecurity are growing multi dimensionally and corporate leaders need to take bold measures before significant damage is done.
