🌷. తాత్పర్యం : స్వర్గలోకములను గోరుచు వేదాధ్యయనము చేయువారు మరియు సోమరసమును పానము చేయువారు పరోక్షముగా నన్నే అర్చింతురు. పాపఫలముల నుండి పవిత్రులై అట్టివారు పుణ్య ఇంద్రలోకమున జన్మించి దేవభోగముల ననుభవింతురు.

🌷. భాష్యము : ఈ శ్లోకము నందలి “త్రైవిద్యా:” అను పదము సామవేదము, యజుర్వేదము, ఋగ్వేదములను సూచించుచున్నది. ఇట్టి మూడు వేదములను అధ్యయనము చేసిన బ్రహ్మణుడే “త్రివేది” యని పిలువబడును. ఈ వేదములందు తెలుపబడిన జ్ఞానము యెడ ఆకర్షణను కలిగియుండువాడు నిక్కముగా సంఘములో అత్యంత గౌరవనీయుడు కాగలడు. కాని దురదృష్టవశాత్తు వేదాధ్యయనపు అంతిమ ప్రయోజనమును తెలియని వేదపండితులే అధికముగా నున్నారు. కనుకనే ఆ త్రివేదులకు అంతిమలక్ష్యము తానేయని శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుడు ఇచ్చట ప్రకటించుచున్నాడు. నిజమైన త్రివేదులు శ్రీకృష్ణభగవానుని చరణకమలములకు శరణమునొంది అతని ప్రీత్యర్థమై భక్తియుక్తసేవలో నియుక్తులగుదురు.

అట్టి భక్తియోగము హరేకృష్ణ మహామంత్రమును జపించుటతోను మరియు అదేసమయమున కృష్ణుని గూర్చి నిజముగా అవగతము చేసికొనుట యత్నించుటతోను ఆరంభమగును. కాని దురదృష్టవశాత్తు వేదాధ్యయనపరులు సాధారణముగా ఇంద్రుడు, చంద్రుడు వంటి దేవతల కొరకు యజ్ఞములు చేయుట యందే మగ్నులగుదురు. అట్టి యత్నముచే వివిధ దేవతార్చకులు నిక్కముగా రజస్తమోగుణ సంపర్కము నుండి శుద్ధిపడినవారై మహర్లోకము, జనలోకము, తపోలోకము పలు ఊర్థ్వలోకములను(స్వర్గలోకములను) చేరుదురు. అట్టి ఉన్నతలోకములను చేరిన పిమ్మట వారు భూలోకమున్నను అనేక లక్షలరెట్లు అధికముగా సుఖముల ననుభవింతురు. 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹

🌴 Chapter 9 - Raja Vidya Raja Guhya Yoga - 20 🌴

20. trai-vidyā māṁ soma-pāḥ pūta-pāpā yajñair iṣṭvā svar-gatiṁ prārthayante te puṇyam āsādya surendra-lokam aśnanti divyān divi deva-bhogān

🌷 Translation : Those who study the Vedas and drink the soma juice, seeking the heavenly planets, worship Me indirectly. Purified of sinful reactions, they take birth on the pious, heavenly planet of Indra, where they enjoy godly delights.

🌹 Purport : The word trai-vidyāḥ refers to the three Vedas – Sāma, Yajur and Ṛg. A brāhmaṇa who has studied these three Vedas is called a tri-vedī. Anyone who is very much attached to knowledge derived from these three Vedas is respected in society. Unfortunately, there are many great scholars of the Vedas who do not know the ultimate purport of studying them. Therefore Kṛṣṇa herein declares Himself to be the ultimate goal for the tri-vedīs. Actual tri-vedīs take shelter under the lotus feet of Kṛṣṇa and engage in pure devotional service to satisfy the Lord. Devotional service begins with the chanting of the Hare Kṛṣṇa mantra and side by side trying to understand Kṛṣṇa in truth.

Unfortunately those who are simply official students of the Vedas become more interested in offering sacrifices to the different demigods like Indra and Candra. By such endeavor, the worshipers of different demigods are certainly purified of the contamination of the lower qualities of nature and are thereby elevated to the higher planetary systems or heavenly planets known as Maharloka, Janaloka, Tapoloka, etc. Once situated on those higher planetary systems, one can satisfy his senses hundreds of thousands of times better than on this planet. 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹 🌹

పిమ్మట ఆచార్యుడు దేవాలయమునుండి బైటకు వచ్చి ద్వారమువద్ద నున్న చండ -ప్రచండులను ద్వారపాలకులకు పూజ చేయవలెను. మరల మండపములోనికి వెళ్ళి గరుత్మంతుని స్థాపింపవలెను. అన్ని దిక్కులందును ఆ యా దిక్పాలకులను, ఇతరదేవతలను స్థాపించి, శంఖచక్రాదులకు గూడ పూజ చేయవలెను. అందరు పార్షదులకును, భూతములకును బలి సమర్పింపవలెను. (యజమానుడు) ఆచార్యునకు గ్రామ-వస్త్ర-సువార్ణదులను దక్షిణగా ఈయవలెను. యజ్ఞమునకు ఉపయోగించు ద్రవ్యములు కూడ ఆచార్యున కీయవలెను. ఋత్విక్కులను ఆచార్యదిక్షిణలో సగ మీయవలెను. పిమ్మట బ్రాహ్మణులకు గూడ దక్షిణ ఇచ్చి భోజనము పెట్టవలెను. అచచటకు వచ్చు బ్రహ్మణు నెవ్వనిని అడ్డుపెట్టరాదు. అందరిని సత్కరించవలెను. పిమ్మట గురువు యజమానునకు ఫల మీయవలెను. భగద్విగ్రహప్రతిష్ఠ చేసిన పుణ్యాత్ముడు తన వంశీయు లందరిని తనతో పాటు శ్రీమహావిష్ణువు సమీపమునకు తీసికొని పోవును. ఇది అందరు దేవతలకును సాధారణమైన విధానము కాని ఆ యా దేవతల మూలమంత్రములు మాత్రము వేరు వేరుగ నుండను. మిగిలిన కార్యము లన్నియు సమానమే.

Chapter 60 🌻Mode of installation of the image of Vāsudeva - 5 🌻

29-30. (The priest) should infer the presence of the god from the yātrā[12] and varṣā[13]. Having saluted and sung the glories and recited the mantras of eight syllables[14] etc., the priest should come out and worship Caṇḍa and Pracaṇḍa (the two guardians) at the gate. (The priest) should go to the place of sacrificial fire, install the image of Garuḍa (the vehicle bird of Lord Viṣṇu) and worship.

Having installed and worshipped (the images) of different presiding deities of the quarters in their respective quarters, the priest should install the image of Lord Viṣvaksena[15] and worship the conch, disc etc.

Offerings should be made to the attendant gods and to the goblins. The priest should be given the fees—(which may be of the form of) proprietary right over a village, clothes and gold.

The materials required for (the performance of) sacrificial ceremony should be given to the principal priest. The attendant priests should be paid fees half of what was paid to the principal priest.

The other priests should be paid their fees. The brahmins should then be fed. Without any restraint the benefits of sacrifice should be extended to the patron-employer by the principal priest.

The consecrator of the image of Viṣṇu leads the self,. as well as his entire family (to the region of the god). This is the general mode of performance for all gods. Only the principal mantra would be different. The other formalities are the same.

🌻 10. సత్యం ఒక్కటే విజయవంతమవుతుంది 🌻

ఉపనిషత్తులు దేనినీ పూర్తిగా అసత్యంగా పరిగణించవు. ప్రతిదీ సత్యమే, కానీ సాపేక్షంగా. నిమ్న సత్యం నుండి ఉన్నత సత్యానికి ఎదుగుతారు. ఉపనిషత్తులు విషయాలను ఒక విచిత్రమైన పద్ధతిలో పరికల్పిస్తాయి. ప్రతిచోటా సత్యమే ప్రబలంగా ఉంటుంది. సత్యమే విజయం సాధిస్తుంది-సత్యమేవ జయతే-అసత్యం కాదు, ఎందుకంటే అసత్యం అసలు ఉనికిలో లేదు. అందువల్ల, ఎదుగుదల అనేది సత్యం యొక్క తక్కువ సంపూర్ణత నుండి దాని పైన ఉన్న ఎక్కువ సంపూర్ణతకు ఉంటుంది.

ఇలా ఎదుగుతూ, వాస్తవానికి, మనం చివరికి, పరమ సంపూర్ణమైన బ్రహ్మాన్ని చేరుకుంటాము. అదే సమయంలో, ఇది ఒక ఆనంద స్థితి నుండి మరొక ఆనంద స్థితికి ఆత్మ యొక్క ఆరోహణ. మనం దుఃఖం నుండి సంతోషానికి ఎదగము, ఎందుకంటే దుఃఖం అనేది ఆనందం పట్ల తప్పుడు ధోరణి మాత్రమే తప్ప ఇంకొకటి కాదు. ఇది దుఃఖం లేదా వేదనగా మనకు అనుభూతికి వచ్చే ఒక స్థానభ్రంశ ఉనికి. అసత్యం లేనట్లే, దుఃఖం కూడా లేదు, ఎందుకంటే అవి తప్పుగా ఉంచబడిన విలువలు. వాటిని సరైన సందర్భాలలో ఉంచినప్పుడు, అవి అందంగా కనిపిస్తాయి.

The Upanishads do not regard anything as absolutely untrue. Everything is true, but relatively so. There is a passage from the lower truth to the higher truth. The Upanishads have a strange way of envisaging things. The True alone prevails everywhere. Truth alone succeeds—satyameva jayate—not untruth, because untruth is not. Therefore, the rise is from a lesser wholeness of truth to the larger wholeness which is above it.

Actually, we reach, in the end, the Ultimate Wholeness which is Brahman, the Absolute. And also, simultaneously, it is an ascent of the soul from one condition of joy to another condition of joy. We do not rise from sorrow to joy, because sorrow is a misconceived tendency to happiness. It is a misplaced form of being which comes to us as a grief or agony. Just as untruth is not, sorrow also is not, because they are misplaced values, and when they are placed in their proper contexts, they look beautiful.
