Hello beautiful souls, and welcome to the very first post on Nova Vita Rising! 🌿 I’m Sandra Carolina, Lina for short I am a single mother, survivor, and Mind & Body Wellness Practitioner practitioner. Today marks the beginning of a journey we will take together a journey of healing, empowerment, and transformation.

This space was created with YOU in mind. I know what it’s like to feel trapped, just surviving day by day, holding on to what little belief in your self-worth you have left. I’ve been there. But I also know that there is a way out. There is a way to rebuild, reclaim, and rise above. 🌸

At Nova Vita Rising, we focus on helping women—especially single mothers and survivors of domestic violence—break free from the emotional and psychological chains that have held them back. I’m here to share my personal journey, practical tools for emotional healing, and powerful techniques that helped me rediscover my own strength. 💪
