Chapter 1: First Experience with the Magical Charm

Back in 2002, when AN was still a college student, he rented a room in the same lodgings with a young Cambodian girl named Hai, who had a roundish shape, akin to a jackfruit seed, and deep tan skin. Her smile exudes warmth, like the blazing summer sun in the central region.

This lodging was on alley 1 * * on B T Street, X X District, H C M City. When he first moved there, some guys from his hometown warned him not to get involved with her but didn’t give a reason. Their warning just made him more curious about her. She didn’t seem to work; she just slept all day. Around 3 p.m. every day, someone would show up to pick her up, always a different young, handsome guy in a nice car or on an SH motorbike.

After a while, curiosity got the better of AN and he decided to chat up the innkeeper about it. She said that Hai was involved in the magical charm and warned him not to get close to her. She wanted to boot Hai, but fear held her back, so she let her stay there. AN was clueless about what magical charm meant at the time, so it was like speaking a foreign language to him. One day, when AN headed out early to hit up Mrs. D's café, he found Hai was hanging out there too. When Hai spotted AN, she broke into a grin and threw out a question:

"Been here a while; you haven't said hi to the neighbor?"

AN thought everything was normal, so he chatted with her casually for a bit. Through their chitchat, he found out that Hai was from A G, an orphan without parents. She had been wandering the streets since she was young, and her nature was quite cheerful, unlike what others had said.

One day, AN's curiosity got the best of him.

"Hey Hai, what do you do for a living? People say you're into magical charm; is that true? What's that all about?"

Hai stared at AN as he dropped from the sky and then burst out laughing. After that incident, AN and Hai started getting closer.

Everything remained normal until Hai disappeared for over a month.

One day, she suddenly emerged from the morning mist and called AN out for coffee. Out of nowhere, she handed AN a 10,000 VND note and said:

"Keep this safe; never spend it."

AN didn't give it much thought and just followed the instructions. However, from that day on, things began to feel strange. AN started to notice changes. At university, girls whom AN used to adore but never spoke to suddenly started approaching him. No matter how hard AN tried to avoid them, it was like they were stuck to him like ticks. Even at the restaurant where he worked part-time, his fellow students started treating him differently. They treated AN as if he were some kind of idol. The peak of this was when N accidentally dropped something, and the restaurant owner didn't scold him or fire him as she did to others. In the boarding house area, he would find a folded note with a heart drawn on it tucked under his door every day.

At first, AN didn’t think much about these changes, but gradually he found them extremely strange. The climax was when AN started having dreams and making predictions about random events. Sometimes he saw odd numbers, and the next day, the lottery results matched his dream. After a few instances like this, he mentioned it to his roommates. One of them tried the numbers and won. From then on, every morning, they all gathered to ask, "What did you dream of last night?" And every few days, they'd hit the lottery. As a result, they bought drinks and treats, hosted parties, and treated AN like an emperor.

AN started to worry and think a lot. Suddenly possessing such peculiar abilities, people say blessings come with misfortunes. Who knows? With all this happening, he might be hit with disasters or bad luck his whole life.

Since childhood, AN didn't understand much about spirituality, and he never really thought about it either. That's why he kept wondering without grasping the reason behind it all.

One day, AN happened to buy some cigarettes, and the VND 10,000 note Hai had given him caught his eye. He paused and began to contemplate. Could all these incidents be connected to that VND 10,000 note?

After a few days of pondering, AN decided to ask Hai directly.

"Hey, can I ask you something?"

He called out as he saw Hai opening her room door.

"What's up? Why are you shouting like that, my granddad?"

"Is the VND 10,000 note you gave me some sort of magical charm? I've been feeling strange lately, and I think it might be related. Do you know?"

Hai looked at AN like he had fallen from the sky, then burst into laughter.

"Haha, the magical spell? No, it's the magical charm. Remember when you asked me what that was? Well, now you know, hihi."

"Damn, I don't need it. Can it cause any harm? I'll just burn it."

"If you're brave enough, burn it and find out the consequences. Hold onto it for a while; all incidents will fade away. Whether you believe it or not is up to you."

This marked AN's first encounter with something called magical charm, and its karmic repercussions have continued until now. Things took a different turn after a trip with Hai to the Seven Mountains.

Witch behold

Summary;

Forbidden love.

That is one way you could describe their relationship. Between a powerful witch and a soon-to-be alpha. This was never supposed to happen, ever. It has never happened and it has been centuries since someone had a mate other than another werewolf. Why had the moon goddess decided this?

Hecate and the moon goddess as good friends as they are had always hated the fragile and aggressive anger and hatred their creations had for one another. Thus as it became better they saw it would just take one awful event and hungry power begins to ruin it all over again. Growing tired and tired as it kept repeating and repeating they finally had enough of their creations.

By making a prophecy they soon made beings worthy of their goal to bring peace to all. But not all could be worthy of this responsibility so they made sure they could endure the greatest pain and endure the physical and mental drains that it required to change the world.

They chose a pair that were as powerful and strong together as they were apart. One that would have values and morals that wouldn't be questionable. A pair that complimented each other like no other. One that was destined for each other.

Thus as they saw a great enemy near they made sure that everything was in place for them to bring the change the world needed. But as powerful as they are they could have never seen what was to happen with this project of theirs...

The Haunting Melody: Exploring the myth of the cursed music box

Music has been known to inspire the feelings, relax one’s spirit, and there are those who believe and do act on that statement it even heals the heart. While attempting to create a structure for a potential story, one must consider the fact that what if the tune itself evoked insanity? It is a music box with a fascinator music and an ability to create anything it wants – a death of innocent people; The Haunting Melody remained a subject of discussion. In the following blog post of the music blogs series, we’ll focus on revealing the background of this truly creepy music box, as well as the details regarding its eerie melodic pattern, and its powers that seem to have a mind-bending effect.

The Origins of the Haunting Melody: The story telling has it that the music box was made by an ingenious yet troubled composer of the late 1800s. This musician, who was a perfectionist and could not compose a single piece without delivering the perfect melody, devoted himself for the music box. There are also good examples in the life of an artist; for instance, as he painted he became more and more obsessed with his work, he lost his friends, his health, and even his mind. It was the only thing that continued to remain close to him and so he left all his feelings in its beautiful melody.

The story of the music box has a starting point, a crucial Initial situation: a young couple, newly wed, received the music box as a gift from a mysterious stranger. They loved the tune of the music so much, and the beauty of the model, that they continued to dance and play with it even as death drew near. In their interactions, they were apprehensive, fighting, and overtly self-centered with time that had gone by. Witnesses claimed to have heard voices and screams during nights in the apartment of neighbors. There was one evening, they were discovered seated side by side on the bed with their hands held, lifeless while the music box continued to play.

The Trail of Tragedies: Since then, tales of deaths related to the music box have circulated the community, leaving a haunting aura surrounding it. One family received this box from their distant relative for generations, but they were bombarded with internal problems and fundamental conflicts that led the members to disown each other. A musician with much energy and motivation fell for this melody to the extent that he devoted his efforts towards reproducing this melody, and being a sensitive musician, he developed a schizophrenic condition that led to attempted suicide one day. An inheritor who purchased the box at an auction was discovered with a pool of blood near his chest, among his collection, the music box continued to play the same melody.

That’s the science behind the curse Of seeing those to whom one has Given the rod, and then trying to Take it back again.

Cultural Significance: The music box can be seen as a vestige of a given culture, as well as a cultural object with semi-phagic features that evoke paradigmatic experiences, thus, historical and archetypal associations, associated with fear.

Breaking the Curse Numerous destruction attempts of the music box resulting failures, it keep reappearing, always managing again into hands of an unsuspecting victim. Some people think that only way break curse is understanding musician's intentions, to untangle mystery behind haunting melody. Other people suggest that music box should be locked away, concealed from humanity, to prevent happening additional tragedies.

Conclusion The Haunting Melody staying enigma, testament to the power of music for evoking emotions and manipulating the mind. We continuing to untangle its secrets, must proceed with caution no to succumbing to its curse. The music box reminders delicate line between creativity and obsession, sanity and madness.
