During 90s when everyone was focusing on never ending love-stories, laughable joys with families and beginning of next generation superstars someone tried to pull strings from some unfortunate events which caused a huge impact on people's of Sikh community and their families.

We are talking here about 1996 release "Maachis" directed by Gulzar based on 1984 riots in Punjab and the after-effects caused by it how people got removed from their houses. Kripal (Chandrachur Singh) is enjoying the life of being young, and is getting ready to marry with her lover Veera (Tabu) when suddenly one day his best friend Jassi (Raj Zutshi) is taken by the police for interrogation. Later on, Kripal comes to know that his friend is suspected to be a terrorist and is undergoing third degree treatment from the police in this regard. When his friend is finally released he is totally crushed and has lost all strength for life.

Kripal gets annoyed with this incident and later decides to take revenge from whosoever is responsible for his friends condition. Taking advantage of his anger, Sanatan (Om Puri) convinces Kripal that terrorism is the only way to avenge his friend. So Kripal joins Sanatan’s gang and undergoes training. Then he joins a mission to kill Inspector Vohra (Kanwaljeet Singh) who was responsible for his friend’s plight. Kripal is joined by three others, Jimmy (Jimmy Shergill), Vazira (Suneel Sinha) and Kuldip (Ravi Gossain) and together they set out on their mission.

Will they get sucess in what they were trying to achieve and will they set a mark that terrorism is only the way to live in peace? I strongly recommend you to see this film and do share your opinions if you haven't seen it then go give this a chance.

Maachis tries to identify the reasons why youth turn to such illogical means and also highlights the role played by persuaders like Sanatan who for their personal goals manipulate the thinking of youth to take up arms. Then the movie also dwells on the moral issues surrounding terrorists, their families and the society at large.

As the movie was directed by Gulzar and those who know him in a really well manner they can always be so sure about the music. Gulzar came out with a strategy by giving a chance to newcomers along with this film. Vishal Bhardwaj as the music director and music maestro Krishnakumar Kunnath a.k.a (KK) made an extraordinary debut from this masterpiece.Gulzar did an extraordinary job in Maachis the set, the location and most importantly the aspects which I most liked about this film is it's direction, screenplay and it's writing.

In the last six months, it has provided more than Rs 50 crore of top credit quality loans in a variety of sets to 5,500+ borrowers from different income groups in 10 states of the country.

5. INDwealth

8. GroMo

Gurugram-based GroMo is a truly technology-enabled 'social commerce platform' that offers consumers a range of financial products such as loans, insurance and investments through its GroMo Partners.

Currently GroMo claims to provide loan and insurance services on its platform. GroMo was founded by 3 alumni of IIT Delhi, Ankit Khandelwal, Darpan Khurana and Arpit Khandelwal.
