And not in a murder, manipulation yandere way.

I mean in a constantly screaming, foot in mouth, horribly passive aggressive, can't hide his emotions crying if a music shaker knocks over kinda way.

This man couldn't manipulate his way out of a paper bag.

His daycare only has ONE rule because he has no boundaries with anything and is just desperate for attention to be on him.

Where's my unhinged Sun?

The Sun that screams at you.

The Sun who, is very forward in his actions about what he wants even if he doesn't explicitly explain himself. (Constantly grabbing Gregory if he moves one foot away from him cus he doesn't want him to find the security desk or turn the lights off or leave his sight)

The Sun that throws children out of the Daycare if they piss him off to literally die.

He has the mental stability of a fainting goat.

I do think these traits are just a result of being abandoned for so long....

But I just think that he's always had these issues. So even if the story takes place before or after the events of Security Breach, I do think he should still exhibit some of those behaviors. Even if to a lesser extent.

I think the idea steamed from, "oh he works with children so he's good at manipulating kids to do what he needs them to do" hahahaha... No he's not. He can't hold Gregory in place for five seconds before he gets ignored and Gregory goes awall. And the messages in the dufflebags claim kids are scared of Sun as well as Moon. It's both of them.

Everytime I see Sun act with some level of level of passive agressive master manipulation like he's Kira or something....

Cool characterization. Appreciate it. Like to see a new side of him cus there's not much to work from in the games.

Y’all Sun isn’t out of character in Help Wanted 2 😭 did you forget that in Security Breach he violently tossed a child out into the floor and called security on him? And in Ruin he has no issue yelling at a child when she does something incorrect?

The only thing that changed is more people actual realize Sun’s not nice because you’ve got more interaction with him now 😓 when he’s never been nice in the first place

If you can take Moon’s backwards-walking Cicero ass and make him a soft-spoken shy boy then nothing should change with how you’ve always characterized high-strung “I’m done with this shit” Sun as Spongebob 2.0.

☀️Sundrop is a different animatronic from Moondrop, the two of them work together to run the daycare. Sun playing and entertaining the kids, making them tired enough for when it was time for them to have a nap while Moon watches over the kids and helps them sleep by singing soft lullabies and reassuring them when they have nightmares. The only reason they share a body in Security Breach is due to budget cuts.

this one is all about how taken off guard he was by goodness and kindness suddenly appearing in his life - and how he initially distrusted it, and didn’t think it was truly sincere. he didn’t think the world was capable of kindness, especially not towards him.

honestly jack stauber is just sun / moons whole vibe to me, but this one is a good one! it’s got a fun contrast between mentioning melatonin and caffeine, which is what I HC the little candies that have to be, and it’s about yknow. A choice between those two, and about mild denial for your own actions and things around you, which is also true to sun/moon.
