in the entire trilogy I think the first movie is my favorite, but I'm ngl. If neither world tour or band together existed I probably wouldn't even be here

at some point you have got to remember that every single person is not the same. no one is. everyone has different levels of strength in different areas, and weaknesses as well.

why when someone performs despite something that happened, they are praised, but when someone does not perform because of something that happened, they are criticized? it's a sign of strength to acknowledge that you are NOT doing well and that you need to take care of yourself and take a break, instead of wearing yourself out and potentially making your situation worse.

chappell roan is a human being. and i'm afraid that so many people have forgotten that. she is not a machine meant to churn out music until she dies. she is not someone who can perform shows nonstop. she is not someone you can get photos out of. she is not someone you can talk to. she is a HUMAN BEING.

i saw someone on twitter say that if katy perry can perform 30 minutes after her husband texted her asking for divorce, then chappell can do this. do you realize that chappell may not be suited enough for this yet? for example, that concert where katy performed was when she was done with, like, 80% of her tour already. that was also her second tour, and her 4th year of her career (or at least her 4th year being famous/a celebrity).

chappell had only just blown up in april/may this year. she (technically) is on her second tour, but her first tour only had 8 dates and was a few months before her midwest princess tour. she hasn't performed as much as other artists. she is a NEW artist coming up on the scene. again, it hasn't even been a year since she got famous.

the fact that we are already seeing the fandom act like this; the fact that we are already seeing people complain about her cancelling shows for herself; the fact that we are seeing people harass her to this extent, acting hostile towards her in person and online is deeply saddening.

she is a HUMAN BEING. treat her like one.

I think today I will cry about BC not making tour vlogs anymore 😔

#yes i'm still bitter about the live performance video they posted yesterday #it seemed more like something made for promotion and marketing rather than for fans to relive the moment #or for fans who couldn’t attend to experience it as if they were there #the frame wouldn’t span on one moment for longer than 1.5 seconds which made it kinda messy #and you didn't really get a good picture of what the show was actually like #they didn't show how awkwardly long it took for the curtain to be gathered and carried away 🤭#instead they showed moshpits THAT DIDN'T EVEN HAPPEN DURING THOSE SONGS 🙄#and the content you see on their band account on tiktok/ig is no different #good for promotion i guess. uninteresting for their existing fans 🥱#i get that editing vlogs is extra work (for joonas) and that some of them may not want there to be a camera on their face all the time #and that *siiiiiiiiiiigh* ''youtube is dead'' 🙄#but i don't think i would have fallen for this band half as bad as i did if it wasn't for the umk/esc vlogs and the content from summer '21 #followed by more tour vlogs from their other tours #nowadays it's only fast-paced tiktoks and promotion and joel's SUPER FUNNY filters 🙂#i would give up them all for 5-minutes of vlog-like content from the EU tour 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭#whose dick do i need to suck for this huh?#joel is it yours (as the band's social media guy)?? i will do it in the back alley of your local sushi buffet #just tell me when and i'll be there but make sure your cock's already out and hard i haven't got all day

I do mean that book, and the 80’s movie, and now the musical which has rekindled my obsession
