March successful 2015
I didn't real do one for February but here is one for March. Calm I want to take this month to focus on being calm. Especially with weigh ins every Tuesday I need to keep my stress levels down for that and for better health in general. Others goals for March are : Aim for my 60-70oz of water a day. Post my food intake each day. Workout 3-5 days a week. Aim to get body fat down 3-5% by the end of the month. Take 10-20 minutes a day to relax and do something that calms me down.

Chapter 3
+ March 2015 → Attitude
Chapters 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12
This month I NEED to focus on attitude. Last month definitely didn't go as planned and I'm kinda bummed about it. The best part about this whole year so far is that I've been able to work out at least one day every week. My biggest thing is my diet. Most of all, I need to let go of a lot. I need to get the mentality of needing as much sleep as possible "for my anxiety" out of my head. I need to stop worrying about being too tired and I'm giving myself too many breaks. I need to be able to say fuck it and get my workout and healthy eating on. I need to hang with friends and my boyfriend and do what I want to do. I need to make this part of my life more prevalent.

→ Eat clean 6 days a week.
→ Exercise at least 4x a week.
→ Finish reading my book and start a new one.
→ Move home, learn to balance school, exercise, eating healthy, working, homework, and friends. That's a long list but I can do it.
→ Budget wisely, 100/week.
→ Begin Bullet Journaling as a relaxing activity. 
*My goal is to lose 1-2 pounds a week. *I plan on making one of my bullet journals dedicated to fitness and health, This should definitely help me stay on track. I just need to start making this a huge part of my life like it once was. I definitely need a little help.

You only need to blend all the ingredients and bon appetit.

+ February 2015 → Faithfulness
Chapters 1 - 2 - 3 - 4 - 5 - 6 - 7 - 8 - 9 - 10 - 11 - 12
This month I'm going to focus on being faithful to myself and goals. This month, I was learning how to balance school, exercise, and learn how to eat healthy again. Now is the time to execute those goals without excuses (unless I literally feel like my mental health is in shambles). This is important to me. I need to be able to fully grasp that.
+ Challenges:
→ #FMLS90 hosted by John
→ #successful2015 hosted by YogiPeach
→ Eat clean this entire month EXCEPT for Valentines day, and two saturdays.
→ Exercise at least 3 times a week, even if that includes weekends, and it doesn't include yoga unless it's for more than 30 minutes.
→ Begin reading a new book.
→ Continue to get all of my homework done during the week so I don't have any on the weekends!
→ Budget wisely, 100/week. 
→ Continue volunteering with Care Ring.
→ Write in my journal 3 times. (I didn't do it last month!) :c
*At the end of the month, I will splurge and buy myself something awesome. This could be a new pair of Nikes, a new pair of boots, or a bathing suit. I don't know yet!

Chapter 1; day 14
❤️Hey lovely fitblrs!❤️ Overview of last week: ✔️successfully hit goals for water intake, recording food daily, decreasing my caloric intake, strength 5/7 days, yoga 6/7 days, bath time, facial mask, started school and begin studying/doing work in advance, created meal plans, business meeting 🔨things I need to work on: jogging consistently, vitamins daily, smoothie a day, TV watching stopping at 9 pm (I read instead for only 5 days of the 7), start drawing 🎆🎆Week Three🎆🎆 SW: 216 CW: 214 woohoo! Lost another lb from last weeks weigh in!! Upcoming goals: 🔅Nutrition • take daily vitamins (I'll be last week I forgot one vitamin on two different days) • record food and stay within range • a smoothie (with spirulina and chlorella) daily 🔅Fitness • continue my strength challenges: plank, squat, push-up • begin jogging! 4 days a week is my goal again (i will get it this week!!) • yoga for 20 minutes daily, include asanas to prepare for headstands and splits 🔅Self care • replace tv watching to reading before bed (after 9pm) •go to a movie! :) 🔅Life stuff • maintain momentum with school/homework • study daily-each topic for 45 minutes • start lotioning and type up informational papers •contact school re:nursing program That's all folks! Squished in a mini-workout tonight while watching Supernatural. Nothing makes me feel more like a badass than using my muscles while the Winchester bros kick some ass. I’m so shakey and out of practice though. :D
Still about 300 fuel points shy of today’s goal though...

Weekly report - goals time!
Day 19, Jan 19 –  Well I did my 3 smoothies this week and I feel better, improve my digestion so much and that's awesome, my belly it's more flat and I fit a lot better in my jeaaans!!!!!!!!!! so happy for this new changes that I'm doing.
I don't like to weight myself so fast, so I will do it the next week.

Successful 2015
* Learning balance this month was such a good idea because it is so important that I can understand that I'm here in this moment for a reason. The universe and planets make things happen at a certain time for everybody. *Practicing yoga at least 3x a week has done marvelous things for me. Even though my practice is what I consider easy it's exactly what I need everyday. *I can't believe I finally finished my book. I had been reading the series since 2011 and now it's over. I'm desperately searching for a new novel to read, but I am also reading "Peace is Every Step" to teach me about living in peace. If anyone knows of any other books like that, let me know! *Figuring out my sleep schedule and what I need has probably been the best part of this balance process. I had no idea how much sleep affected me and my anxiety and now I feel so much more in control. *Also, figuring out that too much of anything is a bad thing has done amazing things for me. Laying in bed for 3 days straight gives me anxiety when I have to be productive. Not going to the gym makes me feel unproductive. Learning how good these things are to me give me a whole new outlook on my life and what I really need.

ufff the past week was super lazy and I didn't do yoga every day... I'm feeling super lazy lately and now I have work so I didn't practice today either... h e l p !
Goals for week 2
Do yoga at least 5 days this week...
Drink more water!
Walk more or be active, somehow...
Do not eat bread, I'm feeling a little weak with this one.
Keep the yoga challenge of Adriene.
Do 3 smoothies this week.
