Price Tag and Credit Card Limits || Katsuki x Reader
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Genre: fluff Pairing: Katsuki x FEM!Reader Synopsis: You were shopping with Bakugou but every time you saw the price tag, you just had to put it back.
Tumblr media
You wandered into the boutique with an excited gleam in your eyes, the vibrant window display pulling you in like a moth to a flame. The racks were lined with beautiful clothes in every style imaginable, each piece seemingly tailored to your taste. Today was supposed to be a treat-yourself day, but as always, the guilt of spending too much loomed over you.
Bakugou had given you his credit card with his usual gruff dismissal, "Just get whatever the hell you want, damn it." It was his way of caring, and though you appreciated his generosity, you couldn't help but feel hesitant to spend his money so freely. He might be your sugar daddy, but that didn’t mean you had to act like some kind of gold digger.
You strolled through the store, picking up a cute blouse here, a stylish jacket there. The soft, silky fabric of a dress caught your attention, and you lifted it off the rack, holding it against your body as you admired it in the mirror. It was perfect—the kind of dress that made you feel like you could conquer the world. But as you glanced at the price tag, your heart sank.
"10,000 yen…" you muttered under your breath, eyes widening slightly.
You quickly hung the dress back on the rack, pretending to yourself and anyone watching that it wasn’t that great anyway. “Hmm, yeah, maybe not my style,” you murmured, moving on to the next item.
From across the store, Bakugou watched you with a keen eye. He wasn’t a fool; he could see the way your eyes lit up when you found something you liked, only to dim the moment you saw the price. It pissed him off a bit, honestly. What was the point of giving you his card if you were just going to put everything back?
He gritted his teeth, waiting until you had moved on to another section of the store before slipping over to the dress you had been eyeing. It was a deep emerald green, a color he knew would look stunning on you. “Excuse me,” he grunted to the nearest salesperson. “Can you get me this in whatever size they just had, and if you have it in a couple more colors, that’d be great.”
The salesperson blinked up at him, wide-eyed. “Of course, sir. Right away.”
Satisfied, Bakugou wandered back towards the center of the store, hands shoved in his pockets as he kept an eye on you. He didn’t get it. If you liked something, just get it. Money wasn’t an issue, and he wanted you to be happy.
You, meanwhile, had moved on to the accessories, fingers grazing over a row of necklaces and bracelets. One necklace in particular caught your eye—a delicate gold chain with a small, heart-shaped pendant. You reached out, your fingers brushing the cool metal, but again, you hesitated. The price tag stared back at you, mocking your hesitation.
With a sigh, you put it back, mumbling to yourself, “Maybe another time…”
Bakugou was already on the move before you had even turned away. He nodded subtly to the salesperson who had been helping him, pointing out the necklace. “Add that, too.”
This little game went on for a while. You would find something you liked, check the price, and then put it back with a wistful expression. And every time, Bakugou would follow behind you, snatching up the item and adding it to his growing pile.
Finally, you made your way to the fitting rooms with a few of the more reasonably priced items you’d picked out, unaware of the surprise that was awaiting you. As you tried on a simple sweater, Bakugou leaned against the wall outside, arms crossed over his chest.
When you stepped out, he eyed you critically, giving a small nod of approval. “Looks good,” he said simply, though his eyes flickered with a hint of satisfaction.
You smiled, doing a little twirl for him. “Thanks! I think I’ll get this one.”
Bakugou merely grunted in response, his expression giving nothing away.
As you headed towards the register, ready to make your purchase, the salesperson hurried over with a large garment bag and a smaller jewelry box. “Here you are, sir,” she said, smiling warmly. “Everything you requested, all packed up.”
You blinked in confusion, looking between Bakugou and the salesperson. “Everything…you requested?”
Bakugou smirked, stepping forward and casually handing over his credit card. “Yeah, everything. Including the stuff you kept putting back.”
Your eyes widened as the realization hit you. “Bakugou! You didn’t…”
He raised an eyebrow, his smirk widening. “What? You think I didn’t notice you eyeing all that stuff and then chickening out ‘cause of the price tag?” He shook his head, his tone softer than usual. “I told you to get whatever you want, didn’t I?”
You felt a flush creep up your cheeks, embarrassment and gratitude swirling together in your chest. “I just… I didn’t want to spend too much…”
Bakugou rolled his eyes, but there was a fondness in his gaze that made your heart skip a beat. “It’s my money, and I want to spend it on you. So stop worrying about it, okay? Just let me spoil you a little, damn it.”
You couldn’t help but smile at his words, warmth flooding through you. “Thank you, Bakugou. Really, I… I appreciate it.”
He shrugged, his cheeks tinging just slightly pink. “Yeah, yeah, don’t get all sappy on me now.”
The cashier finished ringing up everything, and Bakugou grabbed the bags, handing them to you with a gruff nod. “Here. Let’s get outta here before you start crying or something.”
You laughed, taking the bags from him and leaning up to press a quick kiss to his cheek. “You’re the best, you know that?”
He snorted, looking away to hide the way his ears turned red. “Yeah, yeah, whatever. Let’s just go, dumbass.”

Accessorize with bold and extravagant jewelry, such as statement necklaces or oversized earrings, and make sure your hair is styled to perfection, whether it's flowing locks or a bold updo. Animal prints and gold jewellery were made for leo venus.
Virgo Venus
Go for clean, practical, and detail-oriented fashion choices. Embrace earthy tones such as muted greens, browns, and neutrals, which resonate with Virgo's grounded nature. Pay attention to the smallest details in your outfit, like perfectly tailored clothing and well-coordinated accessories. Choose modest, well-fitted pieces that emphasize your natural beauty and avoid anything overly flashy or extravagant. Your style should exude professionalism and functionality, so consider incorporating classic pieces like tailored blazers, pencil skirts, and crisp white shirts. Also go for comfortable yet stylish footwear, and keep your hair and makeup understated, emphasizing a natural and polished look. Adding a hint of vintage charm or retro-inspired pieces can also align with Venus in Virgo's appreciation for the past.
Libra Venus
You should embrace elegance and harmony in your attire. Choose clothing that embodies balance and refined taste, such as well-tailored suits or dresses in soft, pastel colors or shades of pink, which resonate with Venus's love for beauty. Opt for outfits with clean lines and symmetrical patterns, as they appeal to Libra's sense of equilibrium. Accessories like tasteful jewelry, scarves, and belts can enhance your look, adding a touch of sophistication. Keep your hair and makeup balanced and graceful, avoiding overly bold or dramatic styles. Ultimately, aim for an ensemble that exudes charm, grace, and a sense of unity to align with the traits associated with Venus in Libra.
Scorpio Venus
Go for dark, intense colors like deep burgundy, black, or dark purple to exude passion and depth. Choose clothing that highlights your curves and adds an element of intrigue, such as form-fitting dresses, lacy lingerie, or leather accents. Incorporate accessories like statement jewelry with mystical or occult symbolism, and don't shy away from bold makeup with smoky eyes and deep, rich lip colors. Embrace fabrics like silk and velvet for their sensuality, and let your clothing choices reveal just enough skin to leave an air of mystery.
Sagittarius Venus
You should go for bold and vibrant colors that reflect your love for exploration and spontaneity. Choose comfortable, travel-friendly outfits that allow you to move freely. Consider loose-fitting bohemian dresses, wide-legged pants, and flowy tops for a laid-back yet stylish look. Accessorize with statement pieces like oversized sunglasses, feathered jewelry, or colorful scarves to showcase your eclectic taste. Footwear should be practical yet fashionable, such as comfy sandals or unique, eye-catching boots..
Capricorn Venus
You should opt for a classic and sophisticated style that exudes professionalism and ambition. Choose well-tailored, timeless pieces such as tailored blazers, pencil skirts, and crisp white shirts. Earthy and muted colors like black, navy, gray, and olive green are ideal, as they convey a sense of seriousness and authority. Invest in high-quality, durable materials like wool and leather. Accessories should be understated but elegant, such as a simple pearl necklace or a quality leather handbag. Practicality and functionality are key, so go for comfortable yet stylish shoes like classic pumps or ankle boots.
Aquarius Venus
Embody a unique and futuristic style that reflects your individuality and love for unconventional beauty. Go for clothing that incorporates metallic accents, electric blues, and vibrant purples, as these colors resonate with Aquarius energy. Experiment with asymmetrical and avant-garde designs, such as one-shoulder tops or geometric patterns. Statement accessories like chunky silver jewelry, oversized sunglasses, and tech-inspired pieces can add a touch of eccentricity to your look.
Pisces Venus
Embrace a dreamy and romantic style. Opt for flowing, ethereal fabrics like chiffon or silk in soft, oceanic colors like seafoam green, lavender, or aqua. Incorporate loose-fitting and comfortable clothing that allows you to move gracefully. Accessorize with subtle, mystical jewelry such as seashell necklaces, pearl earrings, or pieces featuring fish motifs, as Pisces is associated with the fish symbol. Don't shy away from pastel hues, and consider outfits with a touch of shimmer or iridescence to capture the Pisces love for fantasy and illusion. Flowing maxi dresses, bohemian-inspired attire, or anything reminiscent of a mermaid's allure will resonate.

Pairing : Huening Kai x INSECURE!reader
Genre : Fluff, comfort, v sad ig
WARNING : Mentions of eating disorders, reader talks down on herself
a/n : i hope yall like :3 Srry for such angsty stuff u guys i am js a girl . Also eeuuugh college is kicking my ass so sorry for not being consistent ☝️😢 but erm yeah enjoy , lmk if u fw it 🩵🥸
🎀
"What color dress should I get?" you asked, your fingers gliding over the luxurious fabrics of the fancy dresses. Kai, with a thoughtful expression, replied, "I think... green.
Your eyes met his, and a subtle smile formed on your lips. "Mm, I want one that's not just stylish but also comfortable—a dress you won't regret picking for me," you sighed, continuing the search for the perfect green gown.Kai's gaze lingered on a particular dress as he gently pulled it from the rack. "How about this one?" he suggested, presenting a knee-length, sparkling emerald green dress. The sequins shimmered in the ambient light, casting a magical glow. Kai truly had an eye for fashion.Your eyes widened with delight as you took in the sight of the dress. "It's stunning," you breathed, reaching out to touch the fabric.
As you took the sparkly green dress from Kai, you couldn't help but admire the intricate details of the fabric. "I love the sparkles; they add a touch of magic to it," you remarked, running your fingers over the sequins that caught the light. Kai's heart skipped a beat as your eyes lit up. "Do you want to try it on now? Or are you still looking?" he asked, his voice carrying a subtle warmth."I'll try it on now!" you exclaimed, your face lighting up with a big, warm smile. Your smile was so gorgeous, alluring, imperfectly perfect and Kai loved it.
You and Kai went into the fitting room together. This was a normal thing for you both, except for some reason even though Kai had seen all of you, he still would turn around when you were changing.
“Tell me when you’re done.” He said, facing towards the wall. He was most likely on his phone playing cookie run.
You carefully took off your regular clothes and slipped into the dress, being extra cautious not to damage it. The dress felt nice and comfy—no itchiness, which was a relief. However, as you looked at yourself in the mirror, you felt an uneasy feeling in the pit of your stomach. The problem wasn't with the dress itself, it was more about how it made you feel. You were used to wearing loose, baggy clothes because you felt a bit insecure about your body, especially your weight. The dress, although pretty, hugged your body in a way that you weren't used to, and it made you uncomfortable. You stared at your reflection, trying to see if the dress looked better from different angles. But no matter how you looked at it, you couldn't help but feel self-conscious. Baggy clothes had always been your go-to because they hid the parts you were insecure about. This dress, on the other hand, exposed those insecurities.
Standing there, scrutinizing yourself in the mirror, a mix of emotions swept over you. The weight of the dress seemed to carry the weight of your insecurities, and soon, tears began to stream down your cheeks, betraying the internal struggle you tried so hard to conceal. Your chest tightened, and you tilted your head up, desperately attempting to keep your composure.
You fought against the overwhelming surge of emotions. You clenched your fists, willing the tears to stop. Small sniffles and hiccups escaped from you, revealing the depth of your emotional turmoil.
Though Kai was indulged in his game, he still heard the sounds of your sobs and sniffles. He didn’t want to turn around because he was afraid of invading your privacy without consent (SWEET BOYYY).
Concern etched across his face, he hesitated for a moment, unsure if he should intervene. His instincts, however, propelled him to turn around slowly.
“Wow. Y/n that dress is gorgeous on you darling. It goes perfectly with the color of your hair an-”
You turned around to meet his gaze. The vulnerability in your eyes told him more than words ever could. "Hey, are you okay?" he asked, his voice laced with genuine concern. You attempted to respond, but your voice wavered with the weight of unspoken emotions. "I...I hate my body" you quietly sobbed, your vulnerability laid bare. He knew you struggled with an eating disorder in the past.
Kai's expression softened, and he came closer, pulling you into his warm embrace. The scent of his cologne enveloped you, creating a cocoon of comfort. "My love, you are so gorgeous. That dress looks so perfect on you, but remember, you're more than how you look in a dress," he whispered tenderly, his words like a soothing melody. Gently, Kai brought one hand up to wipe away the soft tears that adorned your flushed cheeks. “My beautiful girl. So gorgeous and pretty.” He murmured. His face hid in the crook of your neck, causing his voice to send shivers down your spine. Kai placed soft yet rough kisses to your jawline, neck and lips.
Despite the abundant love surrounding you, tears continued to flow down your cheeks. Kai tenderly ran his fingers through your soft hair, savoring the fragrance of your shampoo. "I love you. I love your body. The dress looks so beautiful. You have no idea how breathtaking you are," he murmured, his words a gentle reassurance.
His gaze locked with yours as he held you close, his hands now tenderly rubbing small circles on your stomach. The touch was so gentle, so soft, that it made you feel vulnerable yet cherished. In that moment, Kai treated you like an elegant piece of glass, handling you with such delicacy , so afraid you might break any moment. His fingers traced comforting patterns, each touch a silent promise of understanding and acceptance. I cherish you, every part of you," he continued, his voice a soothing melody. "You're like a rare gem, and I'll always handle you with the utmost care." His eyes held a depth of sincerity,
Soon enough, your tears stopped. “Are you okay, my girl?” Kai questioned placing gentle kisses on your hands. “Yes, I’m okay. Thank you Kai.” You smiled at him. “I’m hungry. Let’s get the dress and then can we.. get some food?” You asked. His face lit up with happiness.
“Of course we can. How does pizza sound?~”

Chapter 10
It was the era of the Polaroid and the beginning of videotape. He was the director and I his star acting out fantasies. We dressed up and undressed, played and wrestled, told stories, acted out our fantasies, and invented scenes. Whether it was dressing up in my school uniform and playing at being a sweet, innocent schoolgirl, or a secretary coming home from work and relaxing in the privacy of her own bedroom, or a teacher seducing her student, we were always inventing new stories, and eventually, I learned what stimulated Matt the most.
Almost every night I made quick trips to the local drugstore to buy considerable amounts of Polaroid film. Some of the cashiers knew me, and I wondered if they suspected what we were doing.
I put on dark glasses to “disguise” myself, but ended up looking even more conspicuous as I’d sweetly request twelve packs of Polaroid film while making excuses like, “Gee, the others must have been defective. I just can’t seem to get them to come out right,” or “You’re not going to believe this, but someone stole my film.”
Making it in and out of Graceland was no easy feat, either. I’d pass Mr. Stall at the gate at odd hours of the night, smiling and waving hello, returning shortly with the same smile and the same wave. I was sure he harbored some suspicious thoughts about what I was doing.
Matt laughed when I told him. “It’s all in your mind. He’s no more thinking anything than a dog sleeping.”
“Well, what if he starts spreading rumors, like I go out at night?”
“It might create some excitement around here. This town’s dead. Boston needs a little gossip!”
Matt and I both loved creating these sexual fantasies and it seemed to bring us closer together. I had no previous sexual experience to compare with his inventive sexuality and I was ready to indulge him any way I could. Being in the fast lane, he was exposed to every pleasure available in life. Ordinary thrills sometimes were not enough, especially when he was under the influence of powerful drugs.
At first I was totally open to Matt and many of his ideas. I lived for those moments we were alone. I was careful to say little that might jeopardize my bond with him. I fulfilled his needs, and his beliefs became mine. Under no circumstances were his ideas or playfulness perverted or in any way harmful.
A few days after he came home, he led me to his long black limousine and we sped off to one of Boston’s most exclusive boutiques on Union Street for some after-hours shopping, just as we’d done in Las Vegas. While the boys milled around the shop and the store’s sales staff tried to look nonchalant, Matt got a big kick out of having me model dozens of stunning dresses and suits and coats that were so stylish I was doubtful I could wear them. I was still an insecure teenager.
“Matt,” I said, wearing a sexy gold lamé gown that clung to my every curve, “these clothes are too sophisticated for me.”
“Sophisticated?” he said, regarding me admiringly. “What’s sophisticated? You could go around wearing a feather and that would be sophisticated.”
“Well, bring me a feather then.”
We spent four hours at that shop and during that time, I had a personalized lesson in the Matt Sturniolo Fashion Course.
As I tried on dress after dress, Matt delivered a running commentary on color. He liked me in red, blue, turquoise, emerald green, and black and white—the same colors he himself wore. He liked solids only, declaring that large prints took away from my looks. “Too distracting,” he said. He hated browns and dark green, colors inextricably associated in his mind with the Army.
Exhausted and a little confused about my new look, I walked out of the shop dressed in a sleek black linen suit with four-inch highheeled shoes to match. With Matt sitting proudly beside me, the guys loaded the trunk of the limo with armfuls of packages, and I felt very special.
Back at Graceland he had me model all my new clothes again for Grandma, who patiently sat through a long two hours of changes. I was Matt’s doll, his own living doll, to fashion as he pleased.
It was the early sixties, when clothes and makeup veered to extremes. Women’s eyeliner was heavier, their hair more teased, and their skirts shorter than ever before. All the rules I’d learned about dressing and applying makeup (less is more, the simpler the better) were being broken, and men seemed to love it. Matt certainly did. If I went a little light with the mascara or black eyeliner, he’d send me back upstairs to apply it more heavily.
Matt liked long hair. When I’d cut mine without asking his permission, he was shocked.
“How could you cut your goddamn hair? You know I like long hair. Men love long hair.”
He wanted it long and jet black, dyed to match his because, as he said, “You have pretty eyes, baby. Black hair will make your eyes stand out more.” He made a lot of sense to me and soon my hair was dyed jet black, like his.
The more we were together the more I came to resemble him in every way. His tastes, his insecurities, his hang-ups—all became mine.
For instance, high collars were his trademark, not because he especially liked them, but because he felt his neck looked too long. He never felt comfortable unless he was in a customized high-collared shirt, though in a pinch he’d turn the collar up on a regular shirt as he had when he was in school.
When he told me that the collar I was wearing on a particular blouse was too small for my “long, skinny neck,” I too began wearing high-collared shirts. Why not? My sole ambition was to please him, to be rewarded with his approval and affection. When he criticized me, I fell to pieces.
The Pygmalion nature of our relationship was a mixed blessing. The most fundamental thing at this stage in our life together was that Matt was my mentor, someone who studied my every gesture, listened critically to my every utterance, and was generous, to a fault, with advice.
When I did something that wasn’t to his liking, I was corrected. It is extremely difficult to relax under such scrutiny. Little escaped him. Little except the most salient fact of allthat I was a volcano about to erupt.
There were evenings when he’d send me back upstairs to change clothes because my choice was “dull,” “unflattering,” or “not dressy enough” for him. Even the way I walked came under review; he told me to move more slowly, and for a short while, he had me walking around the house with a book on my head.
I appreciated his interest, but I hated having to hear him remind me of my shortcomings so many times, and each time having to promise him that he’d never have to tell me again.
Would I ever be able to live up to his vision of how his ideal woman should behave and appear? She had to be sensitive, loving, and extremely understanding, meeting unusual demands any average woman might reject. This included being left behind when he made spur-of-the-moment, questionable “business” trips.
She had to be pretty and she had to possess an offbeat sense of humor to survive all the joking at Graceland. Often I’d walk into Sunday afternoon football gatherings and hear inside jokes about the cute all-American cheerleaders. Eventually I found myself thinking like one of the guys. “Nice tits and ass,” I’d say to myself. “A little heavy in the thighs, but the face makes up for it.”
Matt had a strong aversion to wearing jeans. As a poor boy, he had no choice but to wear them and he never wanted to lay eyes on another pair. That applied to everyone in the group.
His firm ideas on my wardrobe didn’t make it easy for me to go out and buy clothes for myself. One day I came home proud of a dress I’d just bought and couldn’t wait to put on. I knew he didn’t like prints, but this was a blackand-white flowered silk that I thought very special.
The first words out of his mouth when he saw me were: “That dress doesn’t suit you. Does nothing for you. Takes away from your face, your eyes. All you see’s the dress.”
As he tore me apart I started to cry. “Are you quite finished?” I inquired. I didn’t give him a chance to answer, bolting for my bathroom and slamming the door.
A few minutes later I heard his voice from the other side of the door: “You gotta keep away from those large prints. You’re a small girl, Sattnin.”
I opened the bathroom door and snapped, “Okay, I’ll return the fuckin’ dress.”
Matt fell to the floor laughing; eventually I joined in, unable to stop myself. Once again I’d compromised my own taste.
He ignored no aspect of my appearance, including my teeth. He took me to his dentist, told him to clean my teeth and give me a thorough examination. He was to look for probable cavities only and should I need any fillings, they were to be made of white porcelain. To him a mouth loaded with gold or silver was an eyesore.
He was equally fanatical about posture. If I slumped, he’d straighten my back. When I’d look up at him and wrinkle my forehead, he’d smooth it out—or tap it—telling me not to get in that habit. I didn’t like him rapping me, so I learned that one fast.
When we came home from the movies one night, I was getting ready for bed and he was in his office playing the piano. I came in to listen, propping my foot on the bench where he was sitting. He looked down at a small chip in my nail polish and I immediately withdrew my foot from the bench and started making up excuses about why it wasn’t fixed. “I’m going to have my pedicure tomorrow,” I promised.
“Good,” he said, “cause that doesn’t look like my Little Girl’s. You should always keep them looking nice.”
I was leading a double life—a schoolgirl by day, a femme fatale by night. Our evening appearance downstairs usually resembled a grand entrance. Even when our only intention was to have dinner, we always dressed for the occasion. Matt might wear a three-piece suit with a brocade vest and a Stetson hat. Under his coat he always carried a gun. He’d given me a small pearl-handled derringer and I carried it in my bra or tucked it into a holster around my waist. We were a modern-day Bonnie and Clyde.
Matt loved films, and we went to the Memphian almost every night. He was still renting the whole house after regular hours since he couldn’t attend a movie without being mobbed. One of the guys always lined up several films in case Matt didn’t like one of them or decided to see as many as three or four in a row. We usually arrived around midnight, our limousine pulling around to the back of the Memphian. From there we’d proceed into the side door like a royal couple leading their court.
Already seated in the theater were the usual crowd of thirty to fifty local friends and fans. Matt always sat in the same seat—with Nate Doe to his right, me to his left.
Before calling “Roll ’em!” he looked around the theater to make sure everyone was seated. He was an acutely aware person and could immediately spot any unwanted or unfamiliar faces. If any new faces were sitting too close to him, Matt suggested they move elsewhere. He was more lenient with the girls. He might not demand they move but he certainly wanted to know who they were, and should they object to being asked for this information or smart off in any way, he would not hesitate to have one of the boys escort them out, telling them never to come back.
There were times Matt rented the entire Boston Fairgrounds after closing and we all  spent hours on our favorite rides. We tried such daredevil feats on the roller-coaster as seeing who could stand the longest with both arms outstretched as it whipped and twisted around the track again and again.
Matt loved the bumper cars and would team up with the entourage against some locals. They’d spend the night seemingly trying to kill each other, laughing and bruising themselves like tough little boys while we girls watched and cheered them on. After several hours my own enthusiasm waned.

Since I've already shared some Kuvira headcanons, now it's time for Republic City's resident hero Lin Beifong, so here are some miscellaneous headcanons of our favorite Chief Crankypants (affective).
While she was in her teens and already in a relationship with Tenzin, Lin came to terms with the fact that she had been harboring a crush on Izumi. She had originally dismissed her feelings as admiration since Izumi was the older girl of the group. Lin admired Izumi discreetly, finding her to be stylish, elegant, and cool, but as Lin got older, she realized that what she had been feeling was attraction, and thanks to the Air Nomad influence cortesy of Aang, she wasn't troubled or ashamed of being attracted to another girl. Since she was in love with Tenzin, she decided not tell anything to anyone, but what Lin didn't know is that Kya had noticed but decided not to tease her until she had come to terms with what she felt on her own. Not only that, Izumi herself had also noticed (she had caught Lin gawking at her while they've been all vacationing in Ember Island) and found it cute and flattering, especially since she knew Lin was on her way to becoming a gorgeous young woman. Luckily for Lin, Izumi was used to having admirers, something that came along with being Fire Nation royalty, according to her dad Firelord Zuko, who at his age still kept plenty of them.
Speaking of Fire Lord Zuko, weeks after Lin was left with scars from the incident with Suyin, Zuko was told what happened by Katara since she had been the lead healer to take care of her. After a conversation with Toph, during one of his official visits to Republic City, he requested to have Lin assigned to his security detail. What Lin didn't know is that this was the pretext Zuko used so he could have an opportunity to talk to Lin and allow her the opportunity to open up about what she was feeling with someone who like her, also carried the scars of a unfortunate incident with a family member on his face, and he wanted to provide her with the support he wished he’d had back then. After Toph left the reins of the department to Lin, she made sure to keep contact with Zuko, and they've remained good friends to this day.
This last one is a bonus Linvira headcanon for the rarepair fans like @redcatmusings 😉
Lin has had this deep green dress that makes her look and feel more of a knockout that she already is for the longest time, but between work and lack of opportunities, she has worn it only a handful of times. Back when they began their very discreet relationship while they were still sorting out their unique situation, Kuvira noticed the emerald dress, surprised that Lin kept such fashionable clothes tucked away between her uniforms in the closet, because she couldn't remember the last time she had seen Lin in something else other than her police uniform or her beloved tank tops. Curiosity got the best of her, so Kuvira asked why she hadn't worn it, to which Lin replied that she was waiting for the right occasion and the right company to go along with it. Months after this conversation, when their relationship was no longer the best kept secret in the city, Lin decided to attend Asami's gala for the first time as a guest and not as part of her police duties. When Kuvira rushed home to get ready to the gala, her jaw dropped with the vision of Lin in the figure hugging dress that was tailor-made for her. That evening, Kuvira had the distinction of being the only person who had both helped Lin fit into it and had also taken it off her🤭

appearance headcanons for younger hotd generation
---------------------
• jacaerys has an aquiline nose and purple eyes, like his mother. there is little time you will see him dressed in anything other than a plain grey or brown training coat or riding gear, and some ladies at court jest that even vermax is better dressed than him. it does have a certain charm to it, however, and who could resist those beautiful purple eyes?
• lucerys has some white streaks in his curls, and he has fluffier hair than his brothers. he often dresses rather plainly, with deep velaryon blues and silver scarves that bring out his greyish-fawn eyes. he tries to stay as well groomed as possible, but by the end of the day rhaenyra is surprised if he doesn't have sand on his head and water in his coat.
• joffrey looks the least like rhaenyra, but he's the reflection of harwin. his clothes are often simple garments, black pads for silver training armour he uses while sparring with the small folk children of dragonstone. daeron gave him a dragon pin for his seventh birthday, and he wears it everywhere.
• baela is a spectacle. she's stylish, but in the "my armor is decorated with rubies and silver" sort of way. her hair is often braided into cornrows or buns, while moondancers saddle is often garnished with emeralds and sapphires, and the mixed banners of her parent houses.
• rhaena loves luxury. she ADORES luxury. gold and silver hair rings looped in her braids, chokers with small rhinestones and big diamonds, velvet dresses with fronted myrish lace; anything fashion, rhaena has. the others usually come to her for fashion designs and rightfully so.
• helaena likes simple chic. long, fitted lavender dresses with veiled silver tiaras. bejeweled bodices and soft, pastel colours. she hates the heavy queens crown, but loves small circlets with little gems like topaz and rubies. she also adores cloaks and capes, and feels like she can hide in them when she wants to.
• daeron doesn't have white hair. no, I think he has light auburn, just like his mother! he's also the favorite, and due to being raised in oldtown, often dresses in Hightower grey. sometimes a light, cheerful mint or deep green as well. tessarion is often adorned in these colours as well, even down to the design of her saddle.
• aegon dresses like a rat bffr everyone
• aemond has green hightower eyes (or, well, eye) and takes advantage of that. black suits and high ponytails are common, as well as emerald clips and black pearl headbands. he's very fashionable, unbeknownst to most that see him at first. Vhagar is often bejeweled as well; he can't have her looking ugly in front of the most beautiful dragon in the realm.

Edward knocked the end of his pristinely polished, golden cane against the door at the back entrance of the warehouse, signalling his arrival with a distinct rhythm before entering. Once inside, the door securely locked behind him, he reached a gloved hand into the inside pocket of his suit jacket and pulled a silken handkerchief, monogrammed in a bright green with his initials. He ran it idly over the top of the cane where he had touched the door with it as he walked towards the centre of the dark space.
“Crane…? Have you forgotten our meeting? Or are you perhaps hiding in the shadows, intent on trying to scare me?”
A voice replied to him from somewhere to his right, obscured by the darkness, but recognisable as his dear friend.
“You know me all too well, Nygma.”
Appearing almost instantly, magically, as he stepped out from the pitch black and into the glow cast from the solitary, low-hanging ceiling lamp, Jonathan smiled as he devoured the sight of Edward. He was dressed as smart as usual, a distinct flare, however, in the exquisite patterned tie obviously a new purchase, as it wasn’t one he recognised.
“Dressed for the occasion?”
“As always. And I see you aren’t… as always.”
Edward let his own eyes drift judgmentally up and down Jonathan’s slender frame, taking in the scruffy, hole-ridden clothes he refused to give up wearing. The sentimentality behind them pushed Edward’s lips up into a small smile, one not missed by Jonathan, who offered his in return.
“If I were to dress differently, you might think that there was something wrong. I know how your mind works. Always overthinking, trying so hard to use that big brain when there really isn’t much call for it.”
“Charming.”
Edward rolled his eyes, unable to refute the very astute observation. Sometimes, more often than he cared to admit, he could completely forget that Jonathan wasn’t just a slender, nightmarish vision in decades old garments, but that he was an accomplished academic. Nowhere near as smart as Edward, but enough for him to begrudgingly consider him a peer.
“Well, would you care to exchange gifts?”
“Seems apt.”
Edward’s response was dripping with sarcasm, a playful cruelty that had Jonathan’s eyebrow raised. That was until he opened the wrapping paper and held up the overly stylish shirt, in Edward’s signature, emerald shade, against his torso.
“I… see. A gift for yourself when I inevitably don’t wear it?”
“Tut tut, Crane. As if I would ever be so selfish. Now! My turn! Give it here!”
Edward put his hands out expectantly, grunting as Jonathan landed a small pile of three presents onto his palms. Eddie looked at the wrapped gifts, then back to Jonathan, and then back to the gifts.
“Well, open them.”
Jonathan splayed his hand out, inviting Edward to partake in his side of the festive tradition of their gift exchange. When he had all three of the gifts in his hands, unwrapped and visible, he took another look around the warehouse, almost knowingly, as though he had found the answer to a question he had been pondering the entire time.
“These are hardly any different from the kind of gifts you usually get me, Crane.”
A bottle of flavoured lube, a pair of new, shiny handcuffs, and a Wartenburg wheel in the shape of a question mark. A nice touch, but nothing he wouldn’t have expected.
“I suppose the location is what makes this different?”
Jonathan shook his head, a half-smile crossing his face.
“In a way, yes. The location serves a… purpose. But don’t be so ungrateful Edward. These gifts here, these are just… appetisers, if you will. This… is your main course.”
With a flourish, Jonathan held out his hand, gesturing to his right. His left hand flicked a switch on the wall behind him.
“Now, I know we agreed not to make a big deal out of all of this, but…”
The lights flickered, a gentle buzzing and a sharp, high-pitched clink sounding out as they came to life. They highlighted Edward’s gift, like a priceless artefact in a museum, like a jewel behind bulletproof glass. The light above his present perfectly illuminated it. All that was missing was the slow rotation of a lazy Susan to give that gameshow-esque prize treatment.
“Tah dah.”
Jonathan’s smile was smug, so self-satisfied. Not only had he made Edward feel guilty about his previous attitude towards his gift, but he had surprised him, something that was almost impossible to do when The Riddler was always four steps ahead.
“Oh, Jonathan… you’ve outdone yourself! It’s - he’s - perfect.”
“I can’t offer any self-effacing modesty, I really have won this year’s exchange.”
Edward crouched down, looking into Batman’s eyes, as unimpressed as they were, and laughed incredulously as he rolled them.
“So… how did you do it?”
“It wasn’t as difficult as you might think. We managed to come to an… amicable agreement.”
With eyebrows raised, Edward turned his head swiftly to Jonathan in disbelief.
“You got him to agree to this? Willingly?”
Jonathan tilted his head from side to side, as though measuring up the facts surrounding the capture of Batman and his hour-long monologue which had been delivered to his kidnappee before Edward had arrived.
“Perhaps not entirely willingly. But! He did agree, once we had our gentlemanly discussion. And certainly with more enthusiasm than I thought he would.”
Turning his attention once more towards the hulking mass of muscles that sat in the chair, tied up with copious amounts of rope, Edward smiled with an air of arrogance as he lifted up the strong chin of his new plaything, their eyes meeting.
“Is that so, Batman?”
The caped crusader narrowed his eyes below his mask, refusing to blink, not wanting to give Eddie the satisfaction.
“At least if I know you two are distracted by whatever this is, then you’re not out there terrorising innocent people.”
“Oh, I dare say there’ll be hours of freedom for the good people of Gotham. I plan to get as much out of you as I can.”
Trying hard to keep his breath steady, remaining cool and collected as expected from him, Batman gritted his teeth, his spit frothing behind his words as he demanded an answer from them with the kind of aggression he felt they expected, or wanted, to see.
“So what kind of sick plan do you have for me? Am I here to witness the kind of acts you described to me in your lengthy monologue, Crane?”
Jonathan stepped up to Edward, standing next to him before crouching slightly to get closer to Batman as his smile spread wide enough for his crooked teeth to show.
“Afraid not, dear Bat. You are the main attraction for this evening. Although, I’m sure you already knew that, given how quickly you gave in to my proposal. You practically tied those ropes yourself.”
As Jonathan taunted him, Edward had made his way around to the back of the chair and was draping himself over Batman’s wide, squared shoulders. His hands drifted lazily down the front of the kevlar coated suit, the curvature and ridges of the defined muscles speaking to him through his palms. With a quick grunt, Batman shifted his body ever so slightly, struggling briefly against the ropes as he played up the charade of trying to move himself away from Edward’s gentle, teasing touch. Tutting out loud, Edward let go and returned to Jonathan as he spoke.
“Pretend all you want, but you’re putting up very little fight for someone who has beaten me half to death for a lot less than kidnapping and the looming threat of sexual exploration.”
The two men stood side by side, eyes sparkling with lust and excitement as they waited with bated breath for the other to make the first move. Jonathan gave in, typically not one to deny himself any pleasure in the name of keeping face.
“Now, Eddie… shall we continue our conquest of the virginal vigilante?”
Edward took Jonathan’s hand in his own, beaming with excitement and joy at the events that were to unfold before him.
“Oh, Jonathan. You make this terrible season almost tolerable."

There is not enough letters in the alphabet for me to tell you how much I love you
E - Emerald
She seemed uncomfortable.
Standing there, amongst all those diplomats, kings, queens, princes, princesses, dukes, duchesses, or whatever their alien equivalent is.
It was so oblivious she felt out of place.
Every time she tried sneaking away from all this attention to a calmer corner, someone demanded her focus on them once more. Allura had ordered all of them to be on their best behaviour, a smile was to be constantly plastered on their faces for the entire duration of the night. So Pidge had no choice but to give it to them.
He had spent most of his time observing her, so really, it wasn't surprising when their eyes found each other. Keith could see she was trying hard to look in her element, but he knew her so well. Her eyes said it all.
This was it, the moment the red paladin of Voltron would be ultimately defeated.
She was beautiful in that emerald dress
Staring at him with the same wonder-struck look. It was like she understood him perfectly. The feeling when you long to be close to someone so badly, the one that gives you the impression your heart is going to jump out of your throat every time. All you want to do is keep that person close to you, scared it will be the last time you'll ever see each other.
When she first entered the reception with the altean princess after their teammates did, she caught the attention of many others, including him.
And yet, it was in his direction she smiled shyly.
Not those arrogant princes who thought everyone should like them for a reason as stupid as their title and how filled their pockets were.
How could a human be so mesmerizing?
Maybe it was a bit selfish, or even possessive, but deep down, Keith hoped he would forever be the only one Pidge gazed at like she was currently doing.
The green dress was about two shades darker than her lion and armor. Nevertheless, the colour was perfect on her skin, which adored war scars. The open back of the floor-length gown revealed the now partially white mark. How she acquired it still left him shameful. He had failed to protect her by making sure no one approached her while she was attempting to hack a Galra cruiser.
Keith had felt so guilty, watching her staying by her side the entire time she was in the healing pods, refusing to leave her alone even at night.
After she fell out of the pod, he waited until she was aware enough of where she was before she started to apologize profusely, his arms still around her.
She had only laughed, saying she was fine and that neither of them expected so many foes to show up. It was an honest mistake and she forgave him.
Maybe it was when she grinned at him that he realized how much he truly loved her.
A slower song was beginning to play in the ballroom. Both knew many would attempt approaching the paladins in hopes of stealing at least a dance with them. Keith could see Lance already enjoying the attention on the other side of the room.
There was no way the red paladin was going to stand there and watch Pidge being taken from his grasp.
Ignoring anyone who tried talking to him and those surrounding the green paladin, he offered his hand to her.
"May I have this dance?"
For the first time that night, she smiled brightly, obviously struggling to stop herself from laughing as her teammate bowed in front of her. "Of course you may."
She deposed her calloused hand from working constantly and all the fights they survived in his similar one.
Allura had meticulously put the top half of Pidge's hair in a messy but stylish braid, which she had then placed in a bun. The bottom was slightly curled, successfully managing to tame the young girl's wild hair. She had let her hair grow a bit but never more than five centimetres past her shoulder after four years in space. She said it would be too much of a hazard to take care of.
From up close, Keith noted the princess somehow convinced the younger girl to let her apply some light makeup on her face. A simple pink blush on her cheeks, what appeared to be glitter on her eyelids, and some mascara. There was also a red tint on her lips that made them look so... kissable.
If only he could confess, maybe she would let him-
Quiznack, Keith could feel his face heating up.
Would it be crazy to wish only he could see how gorgeous she was, like that, no one would even try to steal her away from him?
This was unlikely to happen and he knew it. She was simply that pretty.
The song was already over before he could savour the moment. Shit, he was so lost in her beauty he had no idea for how long they danced. Judging from her equally confused expression, she was in the same situation.
Soon, the guest began leaving.
*******
After Allura, Shiro and Coran congratulated them on the successful impression they gave, Keith and Pidge were the only ones left on the bridge.
Just because he yearned to be close to her as much as he could, the red paladin offered his dearest friend (and hopefully more in the nearest future possible) to walk her back to her room. A simple act of courtesy.
They didn't talk much, but it was more than fine. Their silence was far from awkward, on the contrary, he loved them more than anything. Well... less than he adores her.
And just like their dance, the pleasant moment ended far too quickly.
Instead of immediately bidding him goodnight and entering her room, Pidge hesitated to leave him in the quiet and empty hallway, her hand immobile in front of her door.
Keith saw her shoulder go up and down as she took a big breath before she swiftly turned, facing him with determination in her eyes. That expression was usually reserved as she piloted her lion in a fight.
With her hand, Pidge signalled him to lean down at her level. Keith thought she had something important to say when she seemed to get closer to his ear. Useless to mention he was utterly surprised when she placed a gentle kiss on his cheek.
"Sleep well, and thank you for tonight."
Keith didn't even have time to respond, hell, he didn't have the chance to register what she had just done before the door was closed as he stared stupidly at it.
Pidge just kissed him. Who cares if it was only on the cheek? His heart was beating at a dangerously fast pace.
Oh God. Without even having to look in a mirror, the boy knew his face was probably as red as his lion.
*******
As he lay wide awake in his bed, his fingertips were delicately touching the place she had graced with her soft ruddy lips. A smile was plastered on his face, stubbornly refusing to go, preventing him from falling asleep, making his jaw ache. Only one thought in his mind.
Maybe he did have a chance with her.

1: an artistic female sim with wavy, chestnut brown hair, striking emerald green eyes and a smattering of freckles across her cheeks / prefers casual, artsy clothes with a touch of elegance
2: a muscular male sim with short, tossled hair, hazel eyes, and wears comforable athletic wear
3: a musical female sim with long wavy auburn hair, and striking green eyes / prefers a mix of vintage and modern, often wearing unique patterns and accessorizing with chunky jewelry

A preview from the big upcoming Evangelite Fashions article. These two represent the kingdom's middle class.
Lore under the cut:
MARRIED TOWNSMAN
Location: Newell
The average, middle-class Evangelite man performs skilled jobs that slaves are not permitted to do, such as forestry and hunting. This man is a fur trapper, and his shaggy hairstyle is popular with those in his profession. City-dwellers may scoff at this look, but it’s considered “rugged” by his rural peers. He must work hard, as his mustache indicates that he has a wife to support. If he does not already have children, he likely will soon.
This Married Townsman is not wearing his hunting gear, but a more casual outfit that is typical for men of his demographic. His white shirt is simple and unassuming, but the slight flare in his sleeves adds a fashionable element that shows he can afford quality clothing. His leather vest is both practical and stylish, with its large pockets and sheep’s wool lining. His thick pants and rough boots are those of a typical rural working man–perhaps not the fanciest, but ones that get the job done.
The typical Evangelite Married Townsman tries to balance style and utility in the way he dresses, so that he can fit in among his peers, get his hands dirty when needed, and not embarrass his family in public by looking poor or slovenly.
UNMARRIED TOWNSWOMAN
Location: Aldfog
Evangelite women display their relationship status by the way they style their hair. Covering their hair with a headscarf indicates that they’re married, wearing an updo might mean they’re dating someone or otherwise unavailable, and wearing their hair loose means they’re single and interested in marriage.
This young Unmarried Townswoman is seeking a husband, as indicated by her simple yet well-groomed hairstyle. She does not wear makeup, which is common for young, middle-class townswomen. She wears an emerald green dress with some flair in the sleeves and hem, which gives the impression that she is not poor, but not rich either. Her corset and boots are made of quality leather. Women of her demographic don’t typically adorn themselves with a lot of jewelry, and she is no exception, preferring to let her natural beauty speak for itself. She wears only a white beaded bracelet and an iron “Crowned Man” necklace, indicating that she is a Lindist.
It is rare for Unmarried Townswomen to be employed. They are typically supported by their parents until they marry, and then they are supported by their husband. However, just because they don’t work doesn’t mean they have nothing to do. Quite the contrary, these women are responsible for all the cooking, cleaning, caregiving, shopping, and planning in their households. Their outfits balance practicality and attractiveness so they can accomplish all this work while also beguiling a husband. Since they do not work, all the money they have is what their families have chosen to give them. This allowance is what they use to buy their clothes.

Little Shadowcat Chapter 1
Daeron Targaryen x Cerelle Lannister
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Warnings: None this a pretty fluffy chapter. Some spying, mention of murder.
Notes: Cerelle only communicates through sign language and gestures.
Tyland Lannister wandered through the lush gardens of Casterly Rock, searching for his little niece, Cerelle. He was informed by the septa that the triplets, Jaissa, Elissa, and Marissa had been teasing Cerelle once again. Cerelle was an easy target for their mocking because she was born deaf.
Tyland was visiting Casterly Rock for Cerelle’s sixth name day. It was nice to get away fron King's Landing and its purtrid stink, to get some fresh air for once. Though, he couldn’t stay away for long. Based on what he had heard, Lady Laena Valyrion's funeral was a complete and utter catastrophe. In short, Prince Aemond had tamed the great beast Vhagar. However, he later had his eye gouged out by one of Princess Rhaenyra’s bastards. The Queen in turn attempted to kill the Princess, and somehow it ended with Lord Laenor dead and the Princess married to her uncle, Prince Daemon.
Oh Gods, how Tyland wished he could have been there to witness all of the melodrama unfold in person. He found it amusing that House Targaryen was tearing itself apart from within, and civil war seemed inevitable, plunging the realm into chaos. With chaos came opportunity, and now that the Greens had Vhagar on their side, Tyland knew whom to bet on.
After searching for some time, he finally found Cerelle hiding up a tall tree, her big emerald eyes were puffy from crying. She didn't hear him approach, so he shook the tree to get her attention. She noticed the quaking leaves and looked down.
"Cerelle, dear. Can I come up?" Tyland knew sign language, having learned for her. Something, that even her own parents did not bother to do.
She nodded and signed, "Please."
With practiced ease, Tyland climbed up the tree to reach Cerelle, as he had done many times before. As he approached her, he could see tears streaming down her face, and her expensive dress was dirtied from the climbing. Her once-stylish golden hair now resembled frizzy cat ears, adding to her disheveled appearance as she sniveled helplessly.
"What's wrong, little one?" he asked her.
"They teased me again," she signed back, her fingers trembling. "Marissa thinks my voice is weird.”
With a deep sigh, Tyland thought about Johanna's insistence on Cerelle taking speaking lessons with their Maester. He understood how hard it must be for her to learn to pronounce words that she could not hear. It was moments like this that made him empathize with Cerelle, who he knew was an outsider even within her own family. They were like shadowcats among the lions, always watching and waiting. Tyland reached out to tuck a loose lock of Cerelle's hair behind her ear, a small gesture of understanding between two kindred spirits.
"I know it's hard, Cerelle. But your deafness is a gift," he signed to her. Cerelle looked at him, confusion etched on her face.
“How so?” She asked. “I am a cripple.”
“You cannot hear people's lies, and you can see them for what they truly are."
"I do not understand," she signed back. Tyland took a deep breath, trying to find the right words to explain.
"People always say one thing but mean another, they hide their true intentions," he signed. "But you can see the truth in their actions and in their eyes. You can see the world as it truly is." Cerelle looked at him, her eyes wide with understanding. Tyland knew that he had gotten through to her. He wiped away her tears with his thumb and smiled at her.
"Now, let us go inside, it is time for supper and I am sure all that crying made you famished.” he signed to her. She nodded in agreement.
Once they climbed down the tree together, he took her little hand in his. As they made their way back into the Rock, Cerelle tugged on his sleeve to get his attention.
"Uncle," she signed, "Can I have a dragon for my name day?" Cerelle had been enamored with dragons since her Maester had first told her about them. She believed that with a dragon of her own, no one would ever dare tease her again. They wouldn't be able to look down on her if she was soaring high above them on her dragon. Tyland chuckled softly.
"My dear, a Lannister can afford anything in this world except for a dragon. Only a person who posses Valyrian blood can ride a dragon." Tyland saw the disappointment in her eyes and quickly added, "But, what about a pet cat instead? They can be just as fierce and loyal as any dragon, and I promise it will be the best cat in all of Westeros."
Cerelle's face lit up as she eagerly signed, "Yes, please!"
Her beaming smile warmed Tyland’s black heart. Perhaps, that was because a part of him hoped that by bringing joy to his lonely niece’s life, he could redeem himself in a way.
(8 years later in Kingslanding)
Cerelle crouched on the rooftop, peering down at the bustling streets of Fleebottom. She had been following the movements of one of the White Worm’s servants for hours now, hoping to gather information that could prove useful to her uncle. Ser Whiskers, her cat and faithful companion, sat next to her cleaning himself.
Cerelle had to be disguised whenever she went out on these assignments. No one could know that Tyland Lannister’s little niece was prowling the streets of Kingslanding. Her suit was practical and prioritized stealth. She wore flat shoes and fingerless gloves to maintain tactile sensation, while her slim-fitting black pants were crafted from a flexible material to maximize mobility. The top and bottom of the ensemble was a charcoal grey. Cerelle opted not to wear excessive armor that would impede her mobility, but she did wear metal poleyns on her knees and small pauldrons that resembled a lion’s visage. She concealed her face by wearing a mask. Finally, She donned a pitch black hooded cloak adorned with shadow cat fur on the shoulders and frayed at the hem, creating an impression that she was partly comprised of darkness whilst wearing it.
Cerelle had a repeating crossbow slung over her back and two daggers with flamberge blades secured to her waist. Additionally, she had a pouch of arrows with poisoned tips.
As she watched, the servant stopped in front of a rundown tavern and spoke briefly with two men. One was skinny as a rail with a long rodent-like nose. The other one was huge, he looked as if he could easily break elephant bone. She recognized them, although for the life of her, she could not remember their names. She knew the skinny one had once worked as a rat catcher for the Red Keep; she used to see him work in the Keep's tunnels. The big man was once a member of the City Watch. She remembered sitting in the ladies' gallery, watching him get stripped of his rank of Sergeant of the City Watch by the Hand. From what her uncle told her, it was because he beat a girl to death with his bare fists. Cerelle took out her spyglass to get a better look and read their lips.
“2 million gold dragons or we’re not doin it” The big one said.
“We agreed to 500,000.” The servant replied.
“500,000 isn’t shit!” The skinny one sneered. “Not for what she want us to do!”
“The Mistress will not be pleased,”
“Fuck the White Worm! You can tell that bitch if she wants a royal de-”
Suddenly, a piercing roar split the air, and Cerelle noticed smallfolk scrambling off the streets in terror. She flinched as she felt the strong wind of something swooping overhead. Ser Whiskers leaped into her arms, shaking. Looking up, she saw a massive blue dragon soaring in the sky. Its wings were a dark cobalt, while its claws, crest, and belly scales were the color of bright beaten copper. Atop the dragon, she saw a boy – a Targaryen, she figured by his looks– but she had never seen this boy or dragon before. She watched as the dragon flew off to the Dragonpit.
After a couple of moments she turned back her attention to the streets, the servant and thugs were no where in sight. Cerelle mentally cursed as she surveyed the area for any sign of were they might of went. It was no use. She wished she could have witnessed the rest of their conversation but from what she gathered, it was not hard for Cerelle to assume that the White Worm wanted someone dead, but surely she wasn’t stupid enough to target someone in the royal family? After all, Mysaria had been Otto Hightower's informant for years – it just didn't add up. And yet, in a city like King's Landing, where the number of liars and cheats far outweighed the number of rats, maybe it made perfect sense after all.
Cerelle suspected that the target of any assassination would be Prince Aemond Targaryen, who had become a kinslayer after the events at Storm's End - a grave offense in Westeros that carried no forgiveness. The mere thought of the word "kinslayer" left a bitter taste in her mouth, but she could not deny that she had no room to judge.
With Ser Whiskers trailing behind her, Cerelle gracefully descended from the rooftop and headed back to the Keep. She had plenty to report, but for now, all she wanted was a hot bath and a good meal to wash away the stench of the gutters. Her mind was consumed with the image of the boy riding the dragon as she walked, replaying it over and over again. Questions of his identity swirled around in her head, until a distant memory surfaced. Uncle had once mentioned a third son of the late King Visarys. Suddenly, everything clicked, the lost Prince Daeron Targaryen had finally returned home. Cerelle quickened her pace towards the castle.
Oh Gods, this should be interesting...

Men's Perspectives in Wedding Fashion
Wedding fashion has traditionally centered around the bride and her bridal party, with bridesmaid dresses, floral arrangements, and bridal gowns often taking the spotlight. However, the role and influence of men in wedding fashion have gained increasing attention in recent years. As gender roles evolve and fashion becomes more inclusive, understanding the male perspective in wedding fashion reveals a rich tapestry of trends, traditions, and innovations.
The Evolution of Men's Wedding Attire
Historically, men's wedding fashion has been relatively straightforward, often limited to classic black tuxedos or traditional suits. The groom's attire was designed to be timeless and understated, ensuring the bride remained the focal point. However, this dynamic is changing. Modern grooms are increasingly seeking to express their personal style and preferences, leading to a broader range of options and greater creativity in men's wedding fashion.
Personal Expression and Customization
Today's grooms are more involved in the wedding planning process, including their attire. Customization has become a significant trend, with many men opting for bespoke suits that reflect their individuality. From selecting unique fabrics and colors to incorporating personal touches like monograms or special linings, grooms are making a statement through their wedding attire. This shift towards personalization allows men to feel more connected to their wedding day ensemble and contributes to the overall aesthetic of the event.
Color and Style Variations
Gone are the days when grooms were limited to black or navy suits. Modern wedding fashion embraces a diverse palette of colors and styles. Shades of blue, gray, and even bold colors like burgundy or emerald green are becoming popular choices. Additionally, contemporary grooms are experimenting with different styles, such as velvet blazers, patterned jackets, and slim-fit trousers. These variations not only add visual interest but also allow grooms to coordinate with the overall wedding theme and color scheme.
Accessories and Detailing
Accessories play a crucial role in elevating men's wedding fashion. From pocket squares and cufflinks to tie clips and watches, these small details can significantly impact the overall look. Boutonnieres, matching the bride's bouquet or the sage bridesmaid dresses, provide a cohesive and polished appearance. Shoes, belts, and even socks are chosen with great care, ensuring that every element of the groom's outfit is thoughtfully coordinated.
The Influence of Celebrity Weddings
Celebrity weddings often set trends in wedding fashion, and grooms are no exception. High-profile weddings showcase innovative and stylish groom attire, inspiring couples around the world. For instance, the royal weddings of Prince William and Prince Harry highlighted the appeal of military uniforms and traditional British tailoring, influencing many grooms to adopt similar styles. Celebrity weddings not only spotlight the groom's attire but also emphasize the importance of a well-dressed bridal party, including bridesmaid dresses and groomsmen suits.click here: https://www.lavetir.com/collections/burnt-orange-bridesmaid-dresses
Groomsmen and Coordination
The groom's influence extends to his groomsmen, who are often dressed in coordinated outfits that complement the overall wedding theme. While traditional black suits are still common, there is a growing trend towards more personalized and cohesive looks. Groomsmen may wear suits in different shades or styles that align with the groom's attire, creating a harmonious and visually appealing ensemble. The coordination between groomsmen and bridesmaid dresses is also a key consideration, ensuring a unified and elegant look for the entire bridal party.
Cultural and Regional Influences
Cultural and regional differences play a significant role in men's wedding fashion. In some cultures, traditional attire is preferred, such as the Indian sherwani or the Scottish kilt. These garments not only honor cultural heritage but also add a unique and personal touch to the wedding ceremony. In Western cultures, there is a blend of tradition and modernity, with grooms opting for a mix of classic and contemporary styles. This diversity in wedding fashion reflects the global nature of modern weddings and the importance of cultural identity.
Sustainable and Ethical Fashion
As awareness of sustainability and ethical fashion grows, many grooms are considering the environmental impact of their wedding attire. Choosing suits made from eco-friendly materials, supporting local tailors, and opting for reusable and versatile pieces are ways in which grooms can make more sustainable fashion choices. This trend aligns with the broader movement towards conscious consumption and reflects a growing awareness of the fashion industry's impact on the environment.
Analyzing Roles and Influences
Men's perspectives in wedding fashion are evolving, with grooms taking a more active role in expressing their style and individuality. From personalized suits and diverse color choices to the influence of celebrity weddings and cultural traditions, men's wedding fashion is becoming more dynamic and inclusive. As grooms continue to explore new trends and break away from traditional norms, their influence on wedding fashion will only grow. This evolution not only enhances the groom's experience but also contributes to a more balanced and harmonious wedding aesthetic, where every detail, from groomsmen attire to bridesmaid dresses, is thoughtfully considered.

Chapter 1: Snowy Sight for Sore Eyes
The once pristine snow on the ground was now red with blood, leading up to a motionless figure lying on the ground. The woman was bleeding heavily from her stomach and had a hand pressed on the wound, but her eyes remained open. Despite the pain, she kept them open in a state of agony, taken aback by the gruesome scene that was unfolding before her.
Despite significant effort, she managed to tilt her head, causing another burst of blood to spray onto the snow below. Even as her life slipped away, she desperately tried to move her hand that rested on the ground, in a last-ditch effort to move her fingers. Her efforts may have been futile, but she continued to fight on until the very end.
On the last of their efforts, She was unable to move even a single muscle. It was hopeless. She knew it was only a matter of time before the end come.
Her gaze turned upward, where the snowy scene met her eyes. Despite her dire situation, the beauty of the moment was mesmerizing. She let out a deep sigh as she reflected on her life, wondering what was really the point of continuing to live? In the end, what did it all mean?
With a heavy heart, she closed her eyes. The pain and suffering that she experienced were finally going to come to an end..
But fate doesn't want that.
____________________________________________
"Amara, do you think she'll be okay? It's been hours–.."
"She'll be alright, you've been asking this for an hour straight"
Upon opening her eyes, the person immediately noticed two things: a throbbing pain in her head, causing her discomfort, and the noise of people talking, which was only making her condition worse.
"IM JUST WORRIED OKAY" When she tilted her head to look towards the voice, she found herself face-to-face with a tall woman with curly, dark brown hair that reached her waist. The woman's skin was a shade of brown that complemented her striking scarlet eyes.
Her outer appearance was striking, with a long coat and gloves in warm colors, contrasting the black fishnets and boots with golden heels. Her overall look was practical and stylish, though some might find the outfit..overly elaborate. To round it off, she wore sunglasses on the top of her head, providing a sleek and fashionable finish.
"Shhh..! Lower it down, you might wake her u–"
The other woman in the room had striking features that were distinct from her companion. She had raven-black hair that had been tied in a side ponytail, adding a sense of youthfulness to her appearance. Her porcelain-like skin contrasted with her green eyes, which resembled the brilliance of emeralds.
"She's awake!" Exclaimed the woman with emerald green eyes.
In addition to her natural appearance, the second woman was wearing a nursing uniform that had seen better days. The light blue color of the uniform was faded, but it was still clear that it was a nursing dress.
The skirt reached down to her ankles, where the white socks and shoes ended, giving her a professional yet approachable appearance, now this one is more appropriate.
"Really?!" The other woman with the scarlet eyes rushed over to the person who was lying there "Hey, you alright?? Does something hurt?? Can you hear me???"
But wait a minute.
Where was she?
What happened to her?
More Importantly..
Who was she?
As she gazed upon the Brunette that stood in front of her, her eyes widened in shock. Suddenly, she had an epiphany that she didn't recognize the woman nor her companion, let alone anyone else.. 'How come I couldn't recall anyone..?' The thought ran through her mind.
"Uh..hello..?
"Anata-tachi wa daredesu ka?!" Her words came out in a language she didn't know, and the realization gave her a physical shock. She had no idea where it came from or how she knew it, making the experience both bizarre and disorienting, leaving her feeling rattled and uncertain.
"H-huh..? Amara, what did she say?" As the brunette turned to address the other woman, the mystery lady's eyes widened in surprise once again. It seemed as though her name was Amara, which she found to be quite intriguing.
Amara sighed and looked back at the Brunette, "Iris, just go get Viktoriya, she'll know what to do" Her attention shifted towards Iris as she spoke, her eyes narrowing in thought before she finally responded.
"Okay, Wait here, take care of the kid while I'm gone!" Iris left the room, leaving her alone with Amara. She let out a deep sigh, and the other's heart raced, fearing the worst.
As she turned to face her, Amara's eyes were filled with concern, as if she actually cared. Despite her appearance, the lady was still on guard, prepared for any sudden movement or word that could signal danger.
"Hey, Sorry about Iris..she gets frantic sometimes, I'm Amara by the way, it's nice to meet you" Her soothing voice and warm smile made her blush, but she couldn't let my guard down just yet, as she still needed to be cautious about Amara's intentions.
She composed herself by taking a deep breath and clearing her head, making sure to keep an eye on Amara as she continued to observe her carefully.
She nodded her head in response to Amara's words, fully aware that if she tried to speak, Amara wouldn't be able to understand her. The language barrier between them was an unspoken but clear, one that left her feeling frustrated and out of her own.
But..how could she understand her again..?
How come she can't speak her language yet she could understand her.
"Hey I know your confused about the situation right now, your scared..that you can't remember anything right..?" As Amara began to speak, she found herself completely stunned. It was if she was reading her mind, as if she knew everything about her, including the fact that she couldn't remember anything.
"Iris didnt find any ID card on you..It must be hard especially when you dont even know your name.."
'What? Pfft- No way..there's no way I can't remember my own identity, yeah I mean I can't recall my memories but I know I'm..'
'Who am I? Shit..No..NO..NO.NO.NO! Why can't I remember my name?!'
The thoughts has struck her mind in realization.
"Watashi wa dekimasen! Oboete okanakereba narimasen!" She suddenly burst into a fit of rage, pulling at her hair with an almost primal intensity. Her emotions boiled to the point of wanting to scream, shout and cry all at once, yet she was unable to express herself. Her frustration grew, leaving her feeling completely at a loss for words.
"Miss, Stop! You can't hurt yourself!" She rushed to the edge of her hospital bed, shaking and erratic due to her emotions. Amara tried to stop her, but she pushed her way past, desperate to escape the overwhelming emotions tearing her apart.
As she tried to force herself up, her legs gave out and she fell to the cold, hard floor. Confusion and panic rose within her, making her feel overwhelmed as she struggled to comprehend what was happening.
"Miss! Are you alright?!" She looked up and saw Amara disheveled and wrinkled, her hair disheveled and her clothes wrinkled. Her heart sank as she realized that she might have caused her to fall, leaving her feeling a mix of guilt and confusion.
"..Here let me help you up" Despite the struggles and emotions, she knew Amara had been kind to her and questioned what was happening, but still feared resistance, despite her weakness. She was still confused and scared, unsure what to make of it all.
Amara's slight struggle to help her up only made her feel all the more grateful for her kindness. As she guided her back to her bed and sat her down, she wondered what Amara was doing behind her at the cabinet, though that isn't her business.
The mystery lady then noticed her legs were wrapped in bandages, which reminded her of her recent fall. She tried moving her legs, but they were too weak to support her, causing her to let out a frustrated sigh. She realized she would be bedridden for the foreseeable future.
"Toriaezu hai mawaru shika na-sa-sōdesu.." She muttered softly, feeling annoyed and helpless.
"Ah there it is!" She heard Amara spoke up from behind, looks like she was finding something before..
'No wonder she took so long.'
Amara approached her, her steps quick and efficient, a stack of neatly folded clothes held neatly in her arms. She paused before her, placing down the clothes and bending down to make eye contact.
"Here, This was your clothes when Iris found you, dont worry we got it washed up for you" she said, her voice soft and calming, "You should probably get dressed."
The lady took the clothes with both hands, and Amara helped her to her feet, walking with her as she hobbled towards the bathroom.
"Take your time, I'll be waiting here for you" Amara said, her voice soft as she smiled sweetly and closed the door for her.
With that she was alone.
She was still too weak to move on her own and her legs felt close to collapsing, but luckily there was a wall to catch her if they did. She felt a huge sense of relief at having that source of stability in that dangerous moment.
As she spread out the clothes Amara brought for her, she noticed her reflection in the mirror. Even in her weakened state, she couldn't help but be drawn to her appearance, particularly the wild waves of her black hair, which gave her a disconnected mullet. Her bangs, dyed red on one side, fell over the right half of her purple eyes.
Looking in the mirror, she noticed her round head shape, which complemented her brown skin well. Her figure may have been flat but it wasn't her main concern now, as all she could focus on was her weakened legs.
Despite the challenges, she was able to change her clothes without any significant problems, feeling more like herself. She sighed with relief, happy to finally be dressed in something other than the hospital robe.
After putting on her clothes, she looked at herself in the mirror again and felt proud of her accomplishment. She wore a double-breasted suit jacket that reached her waist, paired with a white shirt underneath. Despite her sleeves being unbalanced, with one rolled up to her elbows and the other oversized, she felt comfortable in her outfit. To cover the bandages on her wrists, she wore lavender arm gloves.
In addition to her double-breasted suit jacket and white shirt, She had also worn a black-colored neck tie, which she left loose, and a gold-colored necklace..with a weird symbol on it, which she found in a side pocket of my jacket.
For her lower half, she was wearing a two-piece faded magenta belt with a small pocket bag on the side, along with a violet short pleated skirt.
Despite her bandages covering one leg, she wore a purple sock on the other, decorated with a cat design that brought a smile to her face. The white knee-length boots had light bloodstains on them, but she was still happy with the overall look.
Then she heard a knock on the door.
"Hello? You okay in there?" It's Amara's voice.
"Ō! Mattekudasai, kimasu!" She exclaimed, not really realizing that she was speaking out loud until the words had already left her mouth.
She then instinctively moved her body towards the wall beside the door, leaning her weight against it for support as she quickly turned the doorknob to allow Amara to enter.
"Woah, let me help you up, hold on" As soon as Amara saw her slumped against the wall, she quickly went over to her and helped her stand up.
As they go back to the main room with Amara's guidance, her eyes widened in surprise only to see another person there beside Iris.
The woman stood taller than her with a more defined figure. Her jet-black hair was dyed with blue tips, which formed a long, low ponytail to complement her dark blue eyes and fair skin.
Besides her natural features, which were striking, the woman was wearing safety goggles to protect her eyes. Her outfit also included a black tank top and long black arm gloves, which had silver affirmation bracelets on both sides.
For her lower half, She wore black shorts, which were covered by a blue checkered jacket, which gave her outfit a unique look. She also had knee guards, white socks, and red rubber shoes, which was an unconventional combination, but she wore it confidently, which added to her coolness.
"Anatahadaredesu ka?" Despite her best efforts at self-control, she found herself yet asking another question without thinking, once again rambling on without a second thought.
"Watashi wa Viktoriya Mihairudesu, o ai dekite kōeidesu" She was able to communicate with her, leaving her speechless and overwhelmed, but also suspicious of her true intentions. She wondered who this 'Viktoriya' person was and what she wanted from her.
Amara tried to hold her steady, but she made an effort to break free and take a few steps towards Viktoriya. She was desperate to go and talk to her herself.
However, the moment she attempted to stand on her own, she found herself once again falling, she closed her eyes hoping her fall wouldn't hurt as bad as before..
But her landing wasn't the same this time. Instead of falling to the cold, hard floor, she was caught before she could make contact. She turned her head to see who caught her and was surprised to see Iris, who had a concerned look on her face.
"Oop..that was close, not so fast child, Viktoriya still haven't gave you the ankle bracelet yet!" Iris's smile was genuine as she lifted her up and carried her over to her bed. Her movements were effortless, as if she was nothing more than a light feather.
Despite her initial appreciation for Iris's kindness, she still had doubts about her intentions. The fact that Iris had found her made her wonder if she was somehow responsible for putting her in her current state as Amara had mentioned.
Ultimately, she knew it was important to remain cautious around Iris, despite her seemingly benevolent demeanor.
Also..what ankle bracelet?
"Ah! Just incase you haven't caught it already, this is Viktoriya Mikhail, she'll be your translator and mentor on speaking English while you stay here! Judging from what you said to me, it sounds like you were speaking Japanese, luckily Viktoriya here is half Japanese!"
Iris's introduction of Viktoriya began with the latter reaching into her jacket pocket and retrieving an ankle bracelet, which seemed capable of supporting a significant amount of weight.
Viktoriya kneeled down in front of the lady to attach the device to her ankles. However, as she did so, she wondered what Iris meant by her staying in this place.
The fact that they were now attaching an ankle monitor to her only served to solidify her suspicion that they had ulterior motives for keeping her here.
"She's also our Automative Mechanic for our agency!" Added Iris.
"Dairiten?" As she continued to mull over the questions that plagued her mind, Iris made the announcement that she would be staying in their agency, causing her to raise a mental eyebrow.
What exactly did she mean by 'agency' and what were these people trying to accomplish?
As the thought formed in her head, a sense of unease overcame her as Viktoriya knelt before her and began to attach a bracelet to her ankle.
The physical sensation of Viktoriya's touch made her shudder, and she couldn't shake off the feeling that something sinister was afoot.
As she was keeping silence to herself, Viktoriya appeared to take notice of her question as to what was on her mind. Upon seeing her response, she then turned her attention to Iris "Ah, Iris she's wondering what you meant by the agency"
"Oh right! My bad, I forgot you dont know anything, Well currently your staying at our Spy Agency! You'll be given a tour once Viktoriya is done on you"
Now, She knows everything isn't a dream and it's all real but..
A SPY AGENCY?!
____________________________________________
"And this is the big hallway! it's a bit empty right now but we did what we can!"
'Spy Agency..i can't be involved with the government when i haven't even figured out my own identity yet!'
More thoughts rambled on her mind.
'What is this guy even talking about? It's like he doesn't know I wasn't even listening the entire time!
"And that's where we usually stand when we do nothing but that's probably just me, HAHAHAHA!"
'Wow, so this is the guy who's supposed to be guiding me? Iris told me his name was Nemo, and I can't even remember his last name now, but it doesn't matter - he doesn't really look that professional, to be honest' She judged him on her thoughts.
"Hey, hey, look! We also painted the walls Cream last week!"
She can see that he has bright ginger hair that falls across his scalp elegantly, accentuating the wonderful texture. His deep obsidian eyes and fair complexion contrast beautifully against each other, making him a stand-out with his distinct appearance and style. His British accent adds to his charismatic personality.
Upon inspection, she noticed his slender frame, which mirrored her own. His attire, on the other hand, was interesting to say the least. A light orange polo, paired with sunglasses and a cowboy hat, completed the ensemble. Tan shorts and brown knee-length boots held up by a black belt topped it off. His unique style was a bit eccentric.
"Hello! Are you there, Miss?"
As she emerged from her thoughts, She realized that Nemo was standing just a few inches away from her, turning his body towards her and noticing that she wasn't listening at all..it was an awkward moment.
"Uh huh..Hai" She leaned forward with a slow nod, as the person facing her displayed a hint of amusement on their face and brought their hands together in an animated manner.
"Haha..sorry about her, she seems to be a bit lost due to her loss of memories.." The unexpected touch of Viktoriya's hand resting on her shoulder sent a shiver down her spine, but her reassuring smile immediately put them at ease. It was a brief moment of physical connection that left her feeling..nervous.
"Oh it's alright, Viktoriya! I'm just happy she's loving the tour, this hallway isn't usually that quiet, you usually will find an agent everytime you go her– And just as I'm saying!" All of a sudden, someone else entered the room. This person's appearance caught her eye, piquing her interest.
"Oh hey Sara!" Nemo called.
'Sara..? hmm.. That's her name then.. pretty basic, but that doesn't matter regardless'
As Nemo called out to her, Sara couldn't help but feel offput by the unexpected interaction. Who wouldn't be put off by someone calling for them out of nowhere?
Putting aside her behaviour, the most notable thing about Sara was her unique appearance. She had a white Afro hairstyle that covered her eyes, leaving people curious as to how she managed to see through all that hair. It complemented her dark skin and round body shape surprisingly well, and she looked rather..unique.
"Sara! Come here, let me introduce you to the new lady" Nemo called out for Sara again, and this time she was left with no choice but to comply and approach them.
They were drawn to her outfit as she walked towards them, with an earpiece in her ear. She was also dressed quite uniquely, wearing a grey fuzzy coat with fluffy sleeves and a small v-chest window. Black thermo leggings, pink leg warmers, and grey boots completed the playful ensemble.
As she finally reached us, Sara gave them a simple nod of acknowledgment instead of attempting to engage in conversation.
"Ah, this is Sara by the way, she's our Sign Language Interpreter, she's mute aswell so she can't really engage in small talks! Sara, meet uh.." Nemo looked at Sara then back to us "Say..you never told me your name"
'Right..You don't need to remind me as there is nothing I'm aware of, thank you very much'
As she was about to correct him, Viktoriya suddenly interrupted by stepping in front of her and inserting herself into the conversation.
"Ah Nemo, didn't Iris tell you? She currently can't remember anything, you see" She chided, raising her finger in the air.
"Oh, I see, sorry Miss..uhh, say wait, if you can't remember your name, let's just make you a new one, what do you say?" Nemo suggested as he grabbed both of her hands with excitement in his eyes.
"Uh..Tashika ni sō omoimasu.." She gave him an awkward smile with her response along with it.
"She said sure" Viktoriya translated, which was very useful to the other at the time.
"Wonderful! We can think for your name while we're on tour!" Nemo announced happily as he turned his head to Sara
As Nemo proclaimed with joy and turned his head toward Sara, she observed them intently, waiting to see how they would react to one another.
"I'll see you later Sara! I heard Aiden and Yamir are cooking tonight, let's order take-out just incase..yknow what, we'll get going now!" As he quickly waved goodbye to her, Nemo's actions suggested that he might be in a hurry.
Additionally, the suggestion of takeout, particularly when someone is already cooking, seemed like a frivolous use of money.
Shifting the focus away from Nemo's departure, the lady took a peek into Sara's eyes through her hair, revealing a crimson color that would be perfect for a warrior. However, there was a sense of fragility in her eyes, lacking any confidence or sense of strength..
_________________________________________________
"And this is the kitchen! This is where we cook food, but that's probably obvious by now, since we are currently in Iceland, we usually have to catch our own food or buy to thr nearest grocery store a mile away..the government has been hard on us yknow.."
Nemo's tone grew somber as he spoke, leaving her wondering what he meant by his final sentence..
Was he referring to the lack of government support for those who perform acts of heroism or bravery, such as taking down terrorists?
..It was unclear and left her with more questions than answers..
"Nemo? What are you doing here?" A male voice suddenly sprang from behind, causing her to automatically raise her guard and position myself for a possible fight.
It was almost as if her body had a mind of its own, and it was simply preparing itself for what could be to come.
"Oh, Yamir there you are! Please tell me you didn't let Aiden do the cooking this time.." Nemo sounded like he was about to die if this Aiden guy started cooking.
'I wonder if I could cook before..' She thought to herself.
"Hah..do you want to be strangled?" The voice came from the counter, they looked at the direction and she supposed this was the Aiden guy they're talking about, as he spoke, it quickly became evident that he was partially joking, but also seemed to be slightly irritated.
His expression suggested that what Nemo says is true, he's fucking terrible at cooking.
'No wonder..'
"Be careful what you say Aiden or i might tell Iris about this" Viktoriya playfully threatened with a smirk on her face.
As they conversed, her eye was caught by Yamir's physical features. His black hair was styled in a beachy texture with a center part, and his hazel brown eyes gave off an endearing quality. His slender frame completed the young, dashing look of a sophisticated and attractive individual.
Upon closer inspection, she could see that Yamir wore a tan sweater vest with a taupe-hued checkered polo underneath, as well as khaki-colored pants and brown boots.
A pair of retro-styled black glasses with chains on the frame also brought an added touch of individuality to his overall look, completing the put-together ensemble.
"Uh..hey there Miss, sorry for breaking it to you but..you've been staring at me for awhile, is something wrong? Actually who even are you?" Yamir's sudden call out caused her to snap back to reality, prompting her to look directly at him once more.
"Oh, this is uhm..actually we don't know her
name yet as she has Amnesia but Iris rescued her from almost dying, please let her feel welcomed" Viktoriya chimed in, though quite unsure on her tone.
She quickly bowed down by instinct and immediately moved away from where she was standing and sat on the counter which made the others confused, but they understand that she's not really the social type so they let her be.
As the others continued conversating among themselves, she found herself at the counter, sitting in solitude while Aiden, this unfamiliar man with a wrapped hand, was cutting up some carrots.
From the looks of it, it seemed as though he had made several mistakes and had hurt himself, perhaps accidentally, during the process.
She still managed to get a glimpse of him, taking note of Aiden's physical characteristics. His hair was ashy blonde and styled in a messy fashion, which suited his red eyes and pale skin.
He also had a rather slender physique, which was quite similar to her own.
His clothing consisted of a sky blue suit vest that was adorned with a white polo underneath, accompanied by a black tie. He also had a light blue waist bag, which added a pop of color, as well as a cross necklace that hung around his neck.
To complete his outfit, Aiden sported black cargo jeans and black formal shoes. However, it did seem as if he was overdressing for the occasion, given the fact that he was a spy.
Though the two didn't really talk to each other as neither started to anyways, it won't matter in minutes as Nemo started to make his way on the counter, probably because he noticed the silent atmosphere between them.
"Oh hey, why so quiet here? She must've not caught your name!" Nemo started as he leaned to the table and faced Aiden, which is response he placed tye Knife on the chopping board and looked back at the other.
"Well obviously I didn't throw it" Replied Aiden.
"Just introduce yourself, C'mon, you know your not usually like this" Nemo protested even more.
Aiden sighed "She's clearly not interested in talking but whatever, hey there I'm Aiden, the Cyber Threat analysts, i basically take care..most of the tech stuff" He said, looking at Viktoriya "and my buddy there is Yamir, he's our Cartographer, he's my best friend too!" He smiled when he mentioned Yamir, pointing at his direction.
Yamir looked at their direction and simply waved as a sign of 'hello', he's really not a talker, is he?
"Hah, what's gotten into you, Aiden? Your usually not this..monotone" Viktoriya joined in the conversation "Mind your own business, Vik" Aiden replied as he picked up his knife again and began cutting up the rest of the vegetables.
"Don't think much about him, Miss, he usually isn't like this, trust me!" Nemo smiled and looked at her with reassurance in his tone "Now! We're done here, let's move on shall we? Well then, I'll see you both on dinner tonight, see ya!"
With Nemo's farewell, the other three has walked out of the room leaving Aiden and Yamir working in the kitchen once again..
As they left, Aiden snuck a small smile underneath and Yamir happened to caught a glimpse of it..which left him feeling troubled..

When they entered a larger and more spacious area, they noticed various weapons on display along the walls. These ranged from swords, guns, explosives, and deadly devices disguised as ordinary items though it seems all of them seems used or on the brink of breaking.
"And this here is the training grounds, you probably already guessed by now this is where we train obviously" Viktoriya started off as she made hand gestures to elaborate her speech more.
"Oh yeah and, and here we-!" As Nemo continued voicing his thoughts, her attention turned to a noise that emanated below them.
The sounds of shooting bullets clashing onto blades grabbed her attention, and her eyes shifted towards the source. She was intrigued to discover what was happening and what had caused the ruckus.
"And that's wha–.." As Nemo looked back at her, he saw that his companion's attention was focused elsewhere. Resigning himself to the fact that she was no longer giving him her undivided attention, he decided to change the subject to regain her interest.
Nemo moved towards her, blocking her view. Though she was annoyed by his actions, she gave in and shifted to another viewpoint, attempting to find a new line of sight. However, Nemo didn't give up and continued to block her from doing so. This went on for a period of time until she let out a heavy sigh and fixed a annoyed stare on Nemo "Meiwakuna.."
"Now that I've got your attention! I see your interested on what's happening below right? Well as Viktoriya said, we train here and just happened, there's one happening right now so lets check it out!" Nemo positioned himself behind her and gently pushed her as they marched down the stairs to get a closer look at the ongoing battle.
Coming down, revealed a heated combat between two figures - a male brandishing a machine gun and a female using a pocketknife as her sole weapon. The vast difference in power appeared shocking; however, the lady was more surprised by the ongoing battle, which had yet to reach a conclusion.
"Don't worry child, I know that this may seem unfair but they're professionals, they'll be fine" Viktoriya reassured her.
"Just give it up, we've been here for half an hour already!" Upon getting a clear look at the two warring individuals, the lady noticed that the male attacker had brown skin and was sporting a dark brown, buzz cut. He also had dark brown eyes and a muscular body type that can probably be described as trapezoidal.
His ensemble consists of a tight-fitting black T-shirt, on which there is a metal chest plate with small ammo pouches. He also has an additional casing hanging from his belt, which is possibly a spare container. Furthermore, the soldier wears camouflage-patterned military pants and brown boots.
Adding up, he also wore short fingerless black gloves which makes sense as it protects him from blisters when using the gun.
"No way, not until you admit to it!" The female opponent argued back and attempted to advance towards him. Unlike him, she had curly brown hair that framed her hazel eyes. Her shoulders and chest were larger compared to her hips, making her waist less defined.
She had on a tight black turtle-neck top, with a green-hued half-zip flight jacket on top. In addition, she wore black gloves that were short in length.
Her outfit was completed with a brown belt, which was tilted slightly on her waist, and dark green pants that reached her knees. She topped it off with light green knee-length boots.
The battle dragged on as the female combatant attempted to close in on her opponent, who opened fire on her. In response, she guarded herself using her pocket knife - which finally broke after the male attacker's onslaught.
"Awe, C'mon! I just had that fixed yesterday!" The female fighter exclaimed as she picked up the broken pieces from it.
"Hahaha! What did I tell you on using that old thing, just switch up to something better like a sword or something!" With the female combatant defeated, the male attacker chuckled in jest at her defeat, while the remaining three observed. Then, Viktoriya finally intervened and started applauding.
"That was awesome, I mean not as awesome as me but still awesome, oh and Adrianne, you can just drop off the knife on my workshop, I'll drop it off to you in the morning" Viktoriya Implored, clasping her hands together.
"Awe Yeah! Thanks 'Toriya!" Without missing a beat, she immediately reached for Viktoriya's hand and gave her a high five. Evidently, they share a close rapport.
"Haha! I didn't know you'll come here, why? did you come to see me?" With a playful grin, the male went over to Viktoriya and gave her a high five as well.
"Hah! You wish!" Viktoriya said in a cold yet jokingly manner.
As the spotlight shifted away from Viktoriya, Adrianne, the female attacker, seemed to have become aware of the additional individual's presence "Uh..say, 'Toriya, who's this little lady? Don't tell me you guys hired another agent and we're uninformed!" Adrianne shouted, in an offended tone.
"Don't worry, this came as a surprise aswell but Iris rescued her y'know..and uhh she also doesn't remember anything...even her name.." Viktoriya said, rubbing her hair from behind.
Adrianne looked the new person over, appraising her from head to toe, analyzing her expressions and appearance. She initially appeared to be guarded, but her reservations seemed to dissipate as she exchanged a warm smile and showed a friendlier demeanor.
"Hey there, I'm Adrianne, judging Iris, she must've already told you about the whole Spy and agency thing so I'll just say it, I'm the Polygraph Examiner here, I take care of the interrogations, nice to meet you!" She cajoled as she presented a happy and bright grin infront of her.
"You must've seen my cool fighting out there, right? You can just call me Barnaby, lad! I'm the Paramilitary Operations Officer, welcome to AZALEAS!" Upon receiving a high five from Barnaby, she appeared perplexed by the mention of 'AZALEAS.' The introduction was certainly well-established, but she remained clueless about the subject at hand.
"AZA..LEAS?" She queried.
...
"Wait–..She doesn't know our agency name..?" Adrianne turned to the other two, who seemed hesitant to engage in eye contact with her. As Viktoriya hesitated while humming, and Nemo fiddled with his fingers, it seemed that they were harboring guilt.
"You two have been going with her all this time and you didn't even tell her the literal brand of our job?! No wonder she looks so clueless! I mean i expected it from Nemo but..'Toriya, really?" Adrianne added more as he placed two fingers on the bridge of her nose, sighing.
"Hey what's that supposed to mean?!" Nemo gasped, offended by her comment.
"Haha..well we thought Iris already told her so we didn't bother.." Viktoriya hesitantly replied, still avoiding eye contact with Adrianne.
"C'mon Adrianne, y'know Viktoriya is already overworked as she is, don't be too hard on her!" Barnaby stepped in, defending Viktoriya as he placed a hand on Adrianne's shoulder.
She looked at Barnaby and sighed "Fine, yeah I guess your already tired..but you should take a break sometimes, when was the last time you slept?"
"I don't need sleep, sleep needs me–"
"I better see you sleeping tonight" Adrianne cut her off, not allowing her to finish that sentence even more "I can't promise such a thing but I'll tryy" Viktoriya replied with a smile which just made Adrianne even more worried.
"Are you guys done? Me and miss here is getting bored" Nemo interrupted with a raised finger, seemingly realizing that the time had come for Viktoriya to look back at Adrianne and Barnaby.
"Oh yeah! Okay, we'll get going now, I'll see you guys later!" Viktoriya gave them a final wave of farewell.
"Alright don't forget about my pocket knife!" Adrianne shouted in last minute as she waved goodbye aswell.
"Bye Viktoriya! Bye Nemo! Bye New Member! Bye Viktoriya!" Barnaby followed "You said 'Bye Viktoriya' twice" Adrianne informed him.
"I know" Barnaby muttered under his breath, only for Adrianne to hear him.

The contrast between the previous room and the current one was stark -- the latter was more significant, as evidenced by the massive globe hologram in the center, which displayed the Earth's geography with miniature flags attached. The hologram was located above a large round table that was encircled by thirteen seats.
"And this is the meeting room, this is where Iris talks about the plans for further missions!" Nemo pointed out, as he continued to speak another voice joined in, Great more people to meet.
"Ay! Is that Viktoriya?! Is she finally out of her workshop for once??" A pleasant feminine voice echoed through the chamber, drawing out the attention of everyone. Upon closer inspection, it turns out that the voice belonged to a person concealed behind the giant globe hologram.
"Oh, hey Azzurra! Where's Rafaèlla and Espen? I thought you guys were together" Upon being approached by the female, Viktoriya acknowledged her greeting. It appears that she has many friends, judging by the hundreds of people she is talking to.
The female possesses black hair that has bleached tips styled into a messy bun, along with captivating brown eyes. She has a chubby, but adorable body shape that complements her light brown skin.
Her attire consisted of a structured magenta jacket with a single button fastened near the center. Beneath it was a white shirt. The ensemble was completed with magenta pants and a pair of pink heels. She also had a pair of fascia-tinted sunglasses casually hung on her head.
"Wowww, really Viktoriya? I'm literally just right here" Another person, presumably a female, spoke up to Viktoriya in a playful and lighthearted fashion, seemingly trying to make her laugh.
The source of the voice was soon revealed as the person who was previously concealed beneath the vast table suddenly emerged into plain sight.
"Aha, well how can I find you when your obviously hiding from me?!" Viktoriya exclaimed jokingly.
"Geez, chillax Viktoriya, this is why you shouldn't spend so much time in your workshop" The female sauntered towards the group and positioned herself beside the other woman. Her hair was black in color with a purple hue surrounding its contours. It was arranged into a single, long braid that cascades onto her shoulder, all going well with her light skin.
She wore a thick, sleeveless turtleneck top that exuded a crimson ambiance. It was paired with comfy light maroon trousers and black boots. The finishing touch was the maroon trench coat that draped over her shoulders.
"Hah whatever.." Viktoriya let out a deep sigh, looking at her friends then to the other two, realizing the continuation of their presence "Oh right, I forgot to tell you, Azzurra, Rafaèlla, this is..Miss, yeah call her Miss..hah, she has Amnesia so she really dont know anything."
"Damn, did Iris picked her up from somewhere? She looks..like she experienced things.." Rafaèlla, on the other hand, sidled up to the woman and began adjusting her strands of strands of hair that kept falling forward, brushing them out of her face with a playful nature.
"Yeah, I mean C'mon you know her" Viktoriya straightforwardly muttered.
"Hah! Okay then, well 'Miss', I'm Rafaèlla, I'm the Economic Analyst here" She begum "And this is my partner, Azzurra, she is my partner and is the Political Analyst here!" Rafaèlla exuded panache and exuberance as she made introductions, waving her hands in the air with enthusiasm in an attempt to draw attention while Azzurra casually exchanged greetings with the female by briefly waving at her.
As a gesture of diplomacy, the amnesiac girl bowed down towards the newcomers as a salutation, leaving them both flabbergasted. Still, regardless of their initial confusion, the duo decided to accept the girl's gesture of goodwill.
"Haha! What a weird way to say hello, Vik how come you never done that?" Nemo jumped in, presumably just to tease the female "I grew up on Russia, my mother was banned on Japan ever since she tried to recreate a certain nuking event" Viktoriya casually replied.
"Damn, your mom's kinda hot, oh yeah and also.."
How do they treat this as a normal conversation? Does everyone's family here commits crime?? But for some reason, this context seems familiar to her aswell.
However, as time went on, the four others remained caught up in each other's company, and the woman refused to simply stand by idly. In this case, she made the best possible decision for herself..
She left.
Wandering around the hallways was quite easy considering she's been through here a lot of times already although she didn't think it through on where exactly she's going, guess she just wanted to get out of that room.
It's just something tells her, it's better being alone than being on a room of people that won't even acknowledge you. Maybe she should tr
