Just went looking for it and MIT CHABAD HAS A ROVING PIZZA SUKKAH?! IT'S A SUKKAH ON A PICKUP CALLED "PIZZA (IN A) HUT?!"

Okay, their Hillel page says the award-winning student-designed sukkah has been retired. But here it is in 1998:

"Designed by two women in the MIT department of architecture in 1991, the MIT sukkah is uniquely whimsical in its multi-colored, intricate latticework....

"Miriam Rosenblum, director of MIT Hillel, has noted that while the MIT sukkah has taken the basic requirements for a [kosher] sukkah, it has become an artistically distinctive structure in the use of color, materials, entryway and atrium roof. The pomegranate-shaped details also draw on the harvest holiday's traditions."

It won the Elie Wiesel Award for Jewish Arts and Humanities in 1993.

This is Hillel's sukkah this year. They get sushi in it one night, and their Chabad is doing s'mores, and I'm genuinely kinda jealous.

I was going to say that the pic of the MIT "Jews for Collective Liberation (But Still Not For Seeking Out and Supporting Activists in Palestine)" sukkah was taken before Sukkot started, and MAYBE they had some way to keep schach on the roof. But this one is their own pic:
