I saw this and I wanted to guess which dragons we would probably be seeing!!

- Sunfyre ✅ (Battle of Rooks nest)

- Baela ✅ (Saw her riding in the trailer

- Silverwing (where getting dragon seeds this season and Ulf the white is confirmed to be played by Tom Bennett)

- Cannibal / Greyghost (We could possibly see people trying to claim them)

- Sheepstealer (I don’t think Nettles is appearing in season two, since she’s the only dragon seed without a casting, so idk if we will see sheapstealer.)

- Dreamfyre? (While I don’t think we will see Helaena riding dreamfyre, I do think there’s a good chance she appears. Although we did kind of see her in season 1?? But idk if that really counts.)

- Tessarion?? (UNFORTUNATELY, I don’t think where seeing her 😭, same reason as Nettles. Daeron the daring you will be avenged 😞.)

There’s a chance we could see some of the smaller dragons as well, think Tyraxes, Stromcloud, morning being born.

Either way, I’m super excited to see a bunch of new dragons!!! Especially since we were going to see some (like one or two lol) dragon battles this season!!!!

4.Where do you find inspiration for new ideas? pfff hahaha idk, random things. I see a post talking about a kink, next thing I know I really really want to write about that kink. Or a special pairing, or a funny situation... I also draw a lot of inspiration from other writers, that's how I end up with so many fics derivative from other works. There is something very challenging in trying to understand a character as written by another artist, and trying to follow the same train of thought...

8.Do you prefer the beginning, middle, or end of a story? I'm rubbish at endings (unless I have very clear what sort of last punch I want to throw) and as for beginnings sometimes I feel like I am unfocused or don't know if I'm dragging on a bit too much... Middles are my thing, then!

16.How many fic ideas are you nurturing right now? Share one of them? pah!! who knows, there are so many of my docs (numbered!! I don't learn) with random concepts or lines waiting to be remembered and developed... I'll have to disappoint you, though. Nothing worth reading in stock U_U

40.If someone were to make fanart of your work, what fic or scene would you hope to see? I would be downright melting if someone did artwork like that for me, never mind the fic or scene. whatever impacts them the most, or find the most beautiful. I personally like a lot the visual of Xiao Xingchen with a veil (Xie Lian style <3) so something like the scene from A Comedy of Yi City Errors when xue yang helps him down the stairs and can't take his eyes off him... or the other from Red Sun Rises, when Xiao Xingchen waits for Xue Yang in their room wearing the veiled hat and nothing else XD

55.Of the characters you write for, which is your favorite? Has that choice been swayed at all by your followers/readers’ reactions to certain ones? Xue yang will always be my favourite, my darling boy. I don't thing my way of writing him has changed much, but then again I haven't been writing for long either... Amongst OCs, my favourite is the stormcloud, that oversized toddler-brain natural disaster trying to rule over some ants ^w^

75.What scene in The Stromcloud took the longest to write? What was difficult about it?  Speaking of!! I was very hesitant with the last chapter (I promise, more are to come... someday...) because it's the first one the boys get to explore each other. I wanted it to feel warranted and not rushed, but I was so impatient with it, so eventually it seemed like the story was a bit disjointed. It tends to happen to me with longer fics, that's why I admire you guys so much that you can pull it off (I don't have the patience!)

76.Did you have any ideas that didn’t make the final cut of Uber-confident?  I considered adding a short epilogue with the aftermath, particularly how Song Lan felt about the whole thing and tried to report it but xiao xingchen was too ashamed and reluctant... but as you know, angst is not my forte, so I ended up scraping the whole idea and simply ending on a sharp note. If someone else wants to pick up the ball, feel free to do so! >/////<

Ok since both the anon and op are wrong.

Aegon and Daeron had their eggs hatch. Helaena and Aemond didn't and Rhaenyra and Laenor were the only two Targs in the previous generation to have a new dragon hatch for them as Viserys, Rhaenys and Daemon all claimed dragons born to other people (Balerion, Meleys and Caraxes)

You don't exactly 'earn' them more like they choose you because your souls vibe. This is a magical incestual family not a meritocracy.

Viserys II and Aegon were dragonless after Stromcloud died and Viserys' egg never hatched.

Its symbolisim is how the dragons were going exctint thanks to Viserys who had vibes so bad he killed Balerion not how the targtowers 'earned' a place they already had by simply being born

it is indeed symbolic that Alicent's children had to actively work to get something instead of having it handed on a silver platter

Supposedly Rhaena Targaryen placed eggs in the cradles of Alysanne and Jaehaerys. During Viserys I Targaryen’s reign, it became customary to place an egg in the cradle of a newborn. If the egg didn’t hatch or was born and died quickly, it was considered a bad omen. We don’t know if Aegon, Helaena, or Aemond had eggs placed in their cradle and/or if eggs were available to be placed in their cradle. If eggs were available, I think it’s safe to assume they were placed in their cradle but didn’t hatch.

I just think this is symbolic in a variety ways. But primarily of the fact that Alicent’s kids, while true blood Targaryen’s are more ride or die for House Hightower than House Targaryen. That’s all.

How the Post-Movie Madrigals Would Defend Each Other Headcannons Part 4: Pepa

Alma: She would be in the same situation as Julieta. She’d probably start getting anxious and summoning stromclouds, but then they’d poof away from her shock of seeing her mother absolutely roast the person.

Félix: Seeing her husband get insulted would send her into a whirlwind of anger. Literally. Don’t be surprised if a tiny rogue tornado took out that person’s house.

Julieta: People yelling at her sister for taking breaks and not healing every trivial thing? Better believe a storm is coming to them if Pepa finds out!

Bruno: Pepa had put up a facade of anger about what happened at her wedding to hide that she missed her baby brother. After the events of the movie and the triplets’ reunion, Pepa would no doubt start to be honest. So to hear people continue talking about him like a curse, to his face no less?! Let’s just say: the wedding hurricane was nothing compared to what was coming for them.

Agustín: Seeing her brother in-law get insulted for his clumsiness would anger her. She wouldn’t get as mad as she would if it was Félix, but she would be mad all the same.

Isabela: Hearing people whispering about Isabela being ’out of control’ or ’not perfect’ would definitely push her buttons. After years of having to hide away her own emotions when it came to her powers, Pepa probably understands well what Isabela is going through. Both have powers that are often triggered by emotions (Pepa more than Isabela but still). To hear the words that were once (and still sometimes were) spoken about her be said about her niece... Let’s just say that would be a sunny day for no one.

Dolores: Hearing her daughter get called the oddball of the family would definitely not sit right with Pepa given the probable context. Pepa would be one of the first people to defend her daughter and tell off the perpetrators. If her daughter was getting overwhelmed she’d bring her to a quiet spot in Casita (most likely Delores’ room) and help comfort her.

Luisa: If Pepa noticed Luisa being overworked, she’d definitely get mad. (I apologize for not being able to come up with many specifics for the Luisa ones. My mind is drawing a blank).

Camilo: If Pepa saw her child be insulted for their identity, she’d be quick to defend him. She’d get so mad that her words might even hurt worse than the storm clouds.

Mirabel: Hearing her youngest niece still be insulted and treated less for not having a gift, even after Mirabel saved the magic?! Nope. Not in Pepa’s village. There was no place for that kind of thing anymore (and there never should’ve been). Not in Pepa’s mind, and not in any of the Madrigal’s minds. The storm that would develop wouldn’t take long for the rest of her family to interpret and get angry about.

Antonio: Insulting her baby boy?! Unacceptable! Even if the person was some schoolyard bully, Pepa would throw a fit! The storm above would be never ending until it was resolved. Needless to say the other kid’s parents would get a stern talking to and the child would be punished accordingly. (Nothing too bad tho considering they would still be a child and that would open up a whole new can of worms).

A storm approaches, and Logi has to go back to land before it starts pouring and his wings get wet and heavy.Just before the stormclouds swallow the last rays of sunlight, he takes a leap of faith above the roaring sea and the rocks as sharp as teeth. Will he make it back alive?

The answer is: I have idea, I haven't written any sort of story for this picture. ^^" Anyway, here's another painting of my Logi looking all fluffy and EPIC! I wanted to convey a sense of danger with the sharp rocks, and the dark stromclouds. As always, I loved making a pretty light effect, and I hope it conveys the transparency and fragility of Logi's bat wings well. I also tried to give the painting a bit more sharpness and personnality by adding a bit of texture and pencil strokes.So I'm curious, what do you think of it? What could I work on improving for future paintings?

I’m actually really curious to see what kind of role Joffrey, Aegon ||| and Viserys || will have in season two!!

Most of my post will be discussing these leaks:

So, I definitely don’t think either character will have that much of a prominent role (in this season in particular) but I feel as if they are probably building up there characters for later seasons (Joffrey and the storming of the dragon pit, Aegon watching Rhaenyra burn)

But I feel like it would be cool to see them progress as the seasons go on, and yk the horrible devastation of watching there last few scenes.

I also think it would be really cute to see there brotherly bond!!!! And there relationship with there sisters!!!

NOW!! Onto there dragons, Tyraxes and storm cloud. Neither dragon is described in the books but I think from the names we can kind of guess what there colours could possible be.

I think from the name ‘stromcloud’ we can presume he was grey or a blueish grey, similar to an actual stormcloud.

I really like the blueish grey, I feel like it makes stormcloud more unique. However knowing the show and there dislike for any kind of colour (I will avenge you Sunfyre’s pink wings) I can definitely see them just going the grey root. I’ll give them a pass for that since we don’t really see Stormcloud all to much.

Tyraxes:

Tyraxes doesn’t really do anything in the series except die (I WILL AVENGEGEGEGEGE YOUUUUU) but I do kind of hope they add more scenes of him. Not for any real particular reason, I just really like dragons.

To me, the name ‘Tyraxes’ sounds as if it comes from the ‘Caraxes’ who was a red dragon. So I can definitely see Tyraxes being a red dragon, it would be really cool to see!!! Honestly, as long as neither dragon is green I’ll be happy.

I think another colour for Tyraxes could be a pale yellow or a pale gold

I think this would be really cute as like a way of mixing Syrax and Seasmoke!!! It’s honestly just a really cute colour. And it’s basic enough for the show.

Sometimes, Roman wondered how he had managed to fall in love with somebody so stubborn. 

“I’m coming with you.”

“Absolutely not.”

“If you’re going, I’m going too!” 

Roman sighed as he turned away to pull his armor on over his regular orange tunic. There were reports of a piranha-plant attack at the edge of his kingdom;  something that ordinarily would not be too difficult to handle, but people were saying this particular piranha-plant attacking was like nothing anyone had ever seen. It was stampeding through his kingdom, and so far no one had been able to stop it. Roman had decreed that he would go confront the beast, but Virgil was adamant that he not go unless he had extra protection. 

Unfortunately, Virgil was also insisting that he be that extra protection, and Roman was having none of it. 

“I am a prince, I can order you to stay behind.” 

“Oh yeah?” Virgil countered. “Well I’m your boyfriend.” 

“What’s that got to do with anything?” 

“It’s my job to protect you, dumb-ass!” 

“And what do you think my job is then?” Roman asked, his voice rising in volume as he spun around to meet Virgil’s eyes. “I am the prince of this kingdom! It’s my job to protect everyone in it, and that includes you. So there’s now way in hell I’m letting you follow me out there to face who knows what kind of danger!”
