"This was a chic and elegant lineup rendered principally in gray. The dropped shoulder coats and knit tops combined with tapered pants seen in last season's outing were complemented by jackets in and shirts in a beautifully shimmering silk, while a series of baggy pants designs lent the lineup a relaxed ambience. The inclusion of silk satin shirt jackets confirmed them as a must-have item for the sea- son. In contrast, there was a work wear story here, too, featuring dungaree shirts and sweat shirts with V-shaped ribbing at the neck as well as patchwork shirts and paint-splattered items, all of which served to lend the collection an innovative feel." -gap PRESS
