There was a man who had everything. He can buy anything he wants, live wherever he wants and travel to anywhere he wants. However, he got all of these things from his brother. He robbed his brother years ago and locked him in a basement. Wherever he goes, he’ll bring his brother with him because after all, these possessions came from him. One day, he was so drunk and left the basement open. His brother took the chance to escape and got him by surprise. At the same time, his enemies from the bar invaded their home and held them captive. They were tied and held waiting until the enemies finished destroying their home. The enemies turned their attention to them and picked randomly who to kill first. One of the enemies laughed and shot the man but things happened so fast, in front of him is his brother whom he robbed and mutilated for years, soaked in his blood. His brother took the bullet for him and had seconds left to live. He cried loudly as he asked his brother why but his brother smiled and said, “You are my brother, I love you and I forgive you,” and then died.
Let this story be a reminder to all of us that just like how God saved us from our sins, we will also serve our brothers and sisters with love. Just like the brother who got imprisoned in the basement for years, he was ready to die for his brother because of love— this is like Jesus who died on the cross for us because of His great love towards us.
Therefore, let us serve one another just like how God served His love to us. After all, love covers a multitude of sins. Even our sins that go long way back to generations were all covered by the love of Jesus through His blood.
May we serve our brethren today with the strength God provided us and in so, will glorify Jesus Christ.

Had a dinner date with family at home tonight. ❤️ At this moment, we just wanted to celebrate the unconditional love that God has given to this family. Because of that love, we were able to withstand again to a difficult situation recently where everyone of us kept that love blazing. We also thank God for the strong bond that He enrooted in our hearts. Always the best love of all! 😍 From our family, HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY! #spreadingtheloveofGod 😇❤️ https://www.instagram.com/p/B8jLYBulhYU/?igshid=nnogmoxaayuo

Don’t rush, just wait.
We always choose fast food chains over restaurants because we hate waiting. We don’t want to wait for thirty minutes, so we will resort to fast food chains that will serve our food within five minutes. We don’t want to wait for the bus, so we will take a cab even if it costs so much. We really just hate waiting.
However, God wants us to wait. He wants to teach us how to be patient and to let us understand that there is always time for everything. God has set a perfect time for everything— for everything we prayed.
You may be in a situation where you are praying for a relationship and you have been praying this for years, but always remember that God’s plans are better than yours— there is a time to love.
In our situation too right now, we are all praying that the pandemic will end but it is growing worse, yet again, there is always a time for everything— a time for peace and a time for war. Let us just continue to be faithful in everything we do, with prayer and petitions.
In God’s perfect time, there is always time for everything.

“That God was reconciling the world to Himself in Christ, not counting people’s sins against them. And He has committed to us the message of reconciliation.” - 2 Corinthians 5:19

“Liar!”
“Thief! “Hello, murderer”
“Sinner”
Those are just examples of names we are called everyday. It is not new that people around us only see what we did wrong, out of all the good things we did. No matter how much we try, people will always count our mistakes.
We all have pasts that we are not proud of, and we have shortcomings that we try very hard to hide. Yet the people around us will try to use these mistakes to shame us, and sometimes to prove that they are better than us.
All of these wretched schemes are from the devil. The devil will always use our pasts to steer us away from seeing the forgiveness that Jesus bought by His blood for us. The enemy wants to remind us of our sins because he knows that these are our weaknesses and we can easily be snatched away from God’s grace through attacking our mind.
However, God is a loving God. He doesn’t want to count all of our sins because His wrath was poured out on Jesus when He hung on the cross for our sake. Even if the devil knows our name, he calls us by our sins, but God knows all of our shortcomings; our sins; and our past, yet He will still call us by our name.
Jesus will never count our sins anymore because He already died for us. The black smoke that is circling inside us, is now washed clean by the blood of Jesus Christ. He will not call us by our sins because it was already hanged on the cross together with Him, instead He will call us His— we are all His.
“Jane, my child”
“Robert, my beloved”
“You are redeemed, Rose”
