A few observations: 1) He uses more than one apparently-magical attack, not just the wings.

Photos 6 + 7: The medallions on his belt 'activate', and glow red. He goes on to execute some kind of whirling shadow attack, sending red sparks flying. Photos 8 + 9: Certain moves envelope him in a fuchsia mist + sparkles as he teleports or swipes with his blades. If there is a pink + purple magical cloud on the battlefield, it is 100% Lucanis doing the Bisexual Backflip, finishing a fantastically unneccessary flourish with his blades, or using his teleport ability to move across a distance rather than walk or run (also gay).

2) At some moments, immediately after (maybe right before) executing a move (using a power/magic) his whole head is shrouded in twisting shadows and red sparks. And at least once, he sported what appear to be glowing red 'eyes' inside the shadow cloud:

My general feeling on The Stolen Heir/The Prisoner’s Throne is that I liked, I had a great time, I LOVE Oak and Wren to a degree that is perhaps embarrassing and maybe too personally revealing, BUT. My only overall thing was that throughout both books, everything felt a little crammed and rushed. I think the story could’ve had me by the THROAT if there was more time for it to build up, to breathe, to really let things develop.

But also Cruel Prince is one of my fave series of all time so it’s a tough act to follow and given that high expectation really my issues are more quibbles

actually looking back on it it was kinda funny that i turned out trans because as my parents first child (and also an accident), they had no fucking idea what to do so they defaulted to getting me all the most stereotypical female disney princess shit and baby dolls and barbies for the first few years of my life, only to find out that i was an absolute gremlin of a creature who loathed everything they gave to me and wanted nothing more than to play Lets Behead Baby with hot wheels and war with dinosaurs and scribble blood all over my lunchbox because it was covered in disney princesses and i fucking hated disney princesses. like i was the most difficult fucking kid and i know it (part of it was the undiagnosed autism), but i also came out of the woumb already knowing i was a boy and fighting everyone who tried to tell me otherwise as viciously as a little kid could

Hey since we're talking dubs... does Tracker still speak ocasional spanish on the brazilian dub? Asking bc the two languages are very similar and afaik he only says occasional words on spanish, but what happens if the word he happened to say is one of several words that are the same in both languages? Does he just... pronounce it differently???

Before you ask, in the latam spanish dub, they pulled a switcheroo and have him say iccasional english words. Same thing they did for Dora the explorer, but still kinda funny when the character is clearly meant to be latinamerican lol -💖🌟✨️💫

YES, he does speak occasional Spanish in the Brazilian dub!! And YES, IT GETS FUNNY WHEN THE WORDS ARE ALIKE, JUST WITH SLIGHTLY DIFFERENT PRONOUNCES 😂
