I headed out with my backpack packed for 5 days to explore the bits and pieces of South Fork Trinity River accessible from the National Recreation Trail. I also wanted to hike the bits of the Bigfoot Trail in the area. First day was lots of miles generally high above that river with a few chunky creek crossings.

Ruidoso and the surrounding area are engulfed in flames, including Mescalero Apache tribal land. Mass evacuation are underway and people are losing everything.

I've got a friend with Community Power New Mexico who is taking donations (we're giving a bed) and I'm wondering if any of y'all would be able to help?

I went hiking today. Here are my favorite photos, plus a meme I made because I started getting emotional over a blurb written about how the arches will likely not last too much longer due to their very nature, and then decided they were doomed gays.

Big South Fork park, on the TN/KY border. Twin Arches trail. Recommend hiking it if you're anywhere near. All the cool stuff is within the first 2.5 miles, and the only difficult part is the really steep stairs built down one of the arches.

yeah its kinda depressing that every fandom seems to have some anti shipper niche but its also so fuckin funny sometimes. like im just remembering that rick and morty exists and holy shit was that a show that contained Sensitive Subjects portrayed only for crass amusement and self gratification. and even that show has anti shippers. hey do yall know what the pilot was about. bc the og r&m pilot was a back to the future parody where morty has to suck off rick in order for him to have big brain power. like the og r&m has uncensored underage incest blowjobs. also the actual final show has an episode where a character proposes a "multi generational sandwich" 3way. yeah yeah but portraying incest is problematic. do u hear urself. incest doesnt even make the top 10 as far as ricks crimes against humanity go. how do yall live like that
