To know me, is to know the bond that I shared with my cat, Twiggy. 🐾❤

My sister had gotten him when I was about 11 years old and he lived to be about 20 1/2. He was with me through childhood, the rebellious teenage years 😂, at my side in college, and a good part of my "adulting years." 🤪

People even classified me as only being a cat lady 😂 as my adult years were spent with just a cat who I adored and probably tortured, to no end 😜 (our annual Christmas photo would attest to that! 😁), but I didn't care.

The truth is, we had 4 dogs (3 cocker spaniels and a rottweiler) and at least 2 cats all at one time, while I was growing up. Twiggy was just the only lasting member of our original family. So call me sentimental, as I am a product of divorce, but he was truly special and one of a kind. I am so grateful that for the last 8 years of his life, he was all mine. 😍

I can't believe that it has been 8 years today, since he transitioned across the rainbow bridge. 🌈 Thank you for choosing me and for staying as long as you did. Forever my Warrior Prince. 💚

Love you, Twigsters!! And miss you, always!! 🐾😘🤗

I am forever grateful that he still visits me in my dreams. 😇✨🙏
