I'll change the answer in other asks just because i CAN jdjdjdj but for now I'm thinking it's the pinky touching under the blanket in ep3. That was the exact moment that made me fall for this show. I've said this before ig but I dont watch a lot of shows and I'm very very selective before watching anything. So when i first started watching atots (i waited until ep3 was out and then binge watched them) I already liked it from the opening line "I always thought that life was like a game". But that pibky touching scene was the EXACT moment that made me go this is it! This is the love of my life now. And I remember replaying that part and crying for 3/4 hours straight 😩😩 I even cried when I was binge watching the eps before ep9.

also this is a VERY long headcanon!!

so last night vee got ill, he had been regressed in the afternoon with patton and he was acting much more fussy than usual - not being entertained by his cartoons, not having the energy to play with his rattle, pretty much constantly whining and pouting and he gets very wriggly when he's fussy

patton assumed it was because vee had been upset earlier that day. at one point vee started gripping his stomach, and patton assumed its because he was hungry and could smell the food roman was cooking

but when dinner came around no matter how hard patton tried he couldnt get vee to eat a morsel - he kept turning his head away from the food and whining. at one point patton and logan both managed to convince him to eat a spoonful but his face crumpled with a wince and it looked almost painful for him to swallow it. it was at this point logan noticed he had a faint sheen of sweat on his forehead

things fell into place quickly after that - logan checked his temperature and it was indeed slightly higher than was healthy, they noticed vee's hands were trembling and he was constantly on the verge of tears :(

while patton cleared away dinner and excused roman who wanted to go and craft in his room, logan took vee to his bedroom and tried to check for more symptoms, since vee was non verbal and unresponsive totheir questions. he tested his tummy by pushing it a little to see if the pain got worse when he released it (this is a test for appendicitis) but there was no reaction thankfully except vee being upset by logan not cuddling him. he checked his throat for any redness or infection, nothing.

vee's crying became more pronounced and eventually he was in constant tears, occassionally pleading 'mama mama' through sniffles and hiccups and whines of pain :(( Patton brought him a baby bottle of cooled tea made with fresh mint leaves since that is supposed to help stomach pains. though he left the room again since logan thought it was best not to crowd virgil. Vee's crying had dissipated but he was strangely silent and seemed almost loopy now. he only drank a little of the tea before he pushed it away with a gag.

logan immediately took him to the bathroom knowing what was coming, and sure enough vee threw up into the toilet, crying between gags. logan dutifully managed to keep vee in his lap the whole time and held his hair and rubbed his back, telling him he was such a good boy the whole time

Thankfully it didnt last long as there wasnt much in vees stomach to be emptied. he was shivering and sweating and flushed and had lost all energy. he wasnt even crying anymore, just whimpering under his breath. with a bit of a struggle logan managed to show him how to rinse his mouth out with mouthwash - though he had to hold vee over the sink and pat his back to make sure he didnt swallow it

during all of this patton wasnt able to help because of his heightened empathy, if he sees someone throwing up the likeihood is he will too and that wiuldnt be very helpful! so instead he drives to the store to pick up some medicine and ice pops - and comes back with half the store including some actual baby medicine smh - ((im actually begging u to read that linked post i think its so funny))

it was originallly meant to be logans night to put roman to bed but understandably patton took on that task instead. after roman was drifting off patton pokes his head into vee's room. he had hoped to find lo and vee asleep but they werent. they were lying in the dark with an in the night garden audio story playing on a portable speaker and with vees salt lamp and star night light lighting up the room in a soft glow.

logan offered a strained little smile and nod to patton as he stroked vee's hair and cuddled him close. vee was completely out of it honestly. his body was wholly lax against his mama, his lips were in a permanent pout and his eyes were puffy and wet. he barely even acknowledged his papa coming in, his teary eyes just settled on him for a moment then dropped back to the bedsheets without a reaction. he kept lifting his thumb up to suck on it but logan kept capturing it and apologising as he brought it away. Vee shouldnt suck on his thumb and logan doesnt want to give him a paci while he's ill. understandably, baby vee was completely miserable.

patton asks if logan thinks vee could handle a popsicle or plain crackers at the moment but logan disagrees. he doesnt expect either of them to get much sleep so he will make sure vee eats something in a few hours. with a gentle kiss on vee's forehead patton goes off to bed, confident that logan will be able to look after vee and will come get him if theres any issues

logan and vee really dont sleep much at all. Vee drifts off for a few minutes at a time then gasps awake from vivid fever dreams. logan keeps ice cubes in a bowl by the bed for vee to suck on if he needs to cool down and wraps a couple in a flannel to press to vee's head when his fever rises in the middle of the night.

around 3am logan jolts awake and realises he had drifted off. and vee isnt anywhere in the room. he panics momentarily, bolting up from the bed and dashing to the closet to see if virgil is in there - which he tends to do when he is overwhelmed - but then he hears sniffling from the bathroom.

he finds vee, no longer regressed, curled up against the side of the bathtub with his bangs clinging to his sweaty head. vee is the palest person logan knows but he looks positively grey at the moment

'can i help in any way?' he asks, aware that he doesnt need to baby talk at the moment but still eager to look after this bundle of miserableness

virgil just groans under his breath and clutches his knees to his chest. 'i.. i didnt know what to do with the..' he gestures vaguely to something on the floor

logan notices virgil, being not regressed anymore, had obviously wrestled off the diaper he had been changed into the night before and not known how to dispose of it

'its ok, ive got it' logan wraps it up in a bag and puts it in the trash can they have in the room for just this purpose

'sorry.. m stupid' virgil croaks

'You're not stupid.' logan says firmly as he washes his hands 'You're ill and probably delirious from the fever. it's alright virgil'

theres quiet for a bit longer, virge's head pressed against the porcelain edge of the bathtub likely in an attempt to cool his fever. logan stays there with him for a while just waiting. then suddenly virgil starts sobbing and buries his face in his hands.

'sweetheart, tell me whats wrong please' logan hurries to kneel beside him, lifting his hands away from his face. that wouldnt help the fever

'i dont feel well' virgil cries pathetically, tears rolling down his face.

logans heart breaks 'no, you dont. i'm sorry little one, i know its not nice'

at the nickname virgils thumb raises to his lips again, which logan hurriedly intercepts. 'i'll make you a deal, okay? you're allowed to use a pacifier, but you have to use the same one everyday until you are better. we will need to sterilise it every night too.'

vee sniffles and nods, then chokes 'm not a baby right now though'

'that doesnt matter. you dont need to be regressed to want one of your pacis, vee'

vee is unresponsive and starts scratching at his pyjama pants. logan gets a feeling he isnt saying something. then he notices virgil's pout is much more infantile than his adult ones. 'are you feeling little, baby?'

with a harsh shake of his head vee starts crying again. he whispers 'dont wanna be a b...' then cuts himself off and whimpers

logan cards his fingers through virgils damp bangs. he knows what virgils mind has jumped to. 'were you going to say you dont want to be a baby?' he lifts virgils chin up to look at him 'or that you dont want to be a burden?'

virgils pale lip wobbles 'same fing'

'no sweetheart, no no no,' logan sits on the tiles beside vee and pulls him into his lap. virgil goes willingly. logan rocks his baby as he says 'youre always always allowed to be a baby and its never ever going to upset your family. even if you're an adorable wonderful brave baby boy alllll of the time' he scribbles his finger on virgils rosy cheek and delights at the tiny smile it earns him. 'but especially when you're feeling yucky. you feel a bit yucky today dont you, little one?'

vee nods with a pout

'but yknow whats not yucky? softies and pacis and diapers and lots and lots of cuddles with mama' he holds virgil tighter to prove his point. vee sighs and drops his head to nuzzle against his mama's neck. logan feels he still has a slight fever. 'i know what might help you feel less yucky. does my sweet baby want a sweet ice pop?'

thankfully vee nods against his shoulder and grips tight onto his pyjama shirt, preparing for when logan lifts him up

he first makes sure to change vee into another diaper and even decides that he should wear one of mama's t-shirts as a light dress so he doesnt get as overheated by his pyjamas. at this point vee actually giggles for the first time pretty much all day as he feels the tshirt swish lazily around his legs. logan makes a mental note to observe whether little vee might want to try wearing dresses if the feeling sparks this much joy (at this point logan is unaware that vee has secretly been trying skirts and dresses in his room for months, and roman found out a few weeks ago, but vee isnt ready to tell the cgs yet)

by the time vee is in his diaper and mamas tshirt dress and has a paci and jiji clutched to his chest he is a lot calmer and happier. he's still very ill and exhausted and teary, but theres a tiny smile on his face instead of a pout. in the kitchen he picks a strawberry ice pop and it goes down well, logan convinces him to have a cracker too though vee is in such a young headspace by then that he is just sucking on it, which logan supposes is fine too

by the (real) morning vee is still regressed and has managed to have a couple hours undisturbed sleep. its not much but its better than nothing. logan didnt fare much better. by then vee misses his papa and asks for him and logan hands the responsibility over to papa patton, trustinf the other caregiver enough to catch up on a quick power nap himself

but yes, the main thing is vee thought being ill was a burden enough that he shouldnt be regressed too, but logan makes him see that its okay. vee is regressed pretty much the whole time he is ill over the next few days because its stressful and painful and its a lot easier to feel comforted when ur a baby

"so ive been thinking."

i said slowly, looking to chris across the table from me. we hadnt really talked much about tour in the past weeks and its been daunting, constantly in the back of my mind. i didnt want to do this but i couldnt stop myself anymore.

"okay?"

he said, brow raised. he looked almost intrigued. i scraped a prong of my fork lightly against the plate in front of me.

"i dont think I can do this anymore."

I looked down at the table almost ashamed. I just wanted to get this over with.

"What are you saying?"

He said slowly. When I looked back up at him he was staring me down, hurt written all over his features. I frowned.

"I can't handle this back and forth like I thought I could. Everything was so nice in the beginning but every time you leave I just feel so alone."

He drew his brows.

"I don't wanna be that person but I did tell you you could come along-"

"And leave my life?"

I cut him off. He set his fork down.

"Okay but you can't blame this on me. I did offer-"

I held my hand up.

"I get that, Chris, but I just can't handle this. I can't handle the guilt of not going but I also refuse to leave my job, my home, my life; for months at a time. I love you, I really do. But for my own sanity I can't do this anymore."

He seemed like he was getting angrier and the few patrons at the tables around us had began to look and point. I felt even worse now than I did when coming to terms with this decision.

"So what you're saying is you don't want me anymore."

I looked down and shook my head.

"That not it at all."

I looked back to him.

"Like I said, I do love you. I care so deeply for you. But I can't physically or emotionally deal with you coming and going all the time."

He nodded slowly.

"Can't we make this work? Even a little bit?"

I let out an exasperated laugh.

"How?"

He threw his hands in the air.

"Hell I don't know, take a leave of absence? Video call more? Spend more time together all around?"

I sighed.

"We both know that's not gonna work."

He closed his eyes and turned his head to the ceiling. I could see the vein at the base of his neck pop out a little bit as he got more frustrated.

"Okay."

He said, looking back at me. He nodded.

"Okay, I'll let go. But I don't want this to end badly. I do love you too and I want so badly for this to work."

I could tell he really meant it but I just couldn't do this.

"I know, I did too, but at this point it just can't last."

He let out a long breath.

"Is it alright if I wait till after tour to get my stuff from your house?"

I nodded.

"Yeah, I'll keep it safe till you get back."

I wiped my hands on the kitchen towel as a knock came from my front door a second time.

"I'm coming!"

I yelled.

"Calm down."

I said, rolling my eyes as I reached the door. I unlocked it and swung it open only to see Chris standing in front of me with a small smile on his face.

"I'm back."

He said with a half laugh, scratching the back in his neck. He had been gone for almost two months. I had almost forgot we had broken up... I still talked to him while he was gone so not much had changed. Other than the tone and energy of everything of course.

"I see that."

I said amused.

"Can I come in? I came for my stuff if that's okay."

He asked and I nodded.

"Uh, yeah, I have most of it packed."

I pointed to a box in the living room as he entered. There was still some clothes I hadn't packed yet but most of his other stuff was ready to go.

"I do wish you would've called first though, I just finished making dinner."

He blushed a bit as he knelt in front of the box.

"Yeah sorry about that but I was in the neighborhood and figured I'd try."

I nodded.

"That's okay, I made enough for two. if you want to stay?''

He looked back up at me and smiled.

"I'd love that, and maybe take a look around and make sure I've got everything before I leave?

I let out a short laugh.

"Yeah if you want I don't mind, in case I forgot anything. The only thing I haven't really packed is your clothes."

He nodded, noticing my shirt.

"I see that."

I frowned for a second before looking down. I hadn't even realized till now. I always wore this shirt, it didn't even occur to me that it wasn't mine. Not anymore at least.

"Right."

He laughed a little.

"How about we start in the bedroom."

I nodded and followed him as he walked down the hallway. When we got there I stood in the doorway and watched him, pulling open drawers slowly and inspecting them. He grabbed the few things and tossed them in the empty box by the closet before going in. I had really meant to pack it all, I just hadn't gotten around to it. I sighed and walked further into the room to watch as he dropped more clothes into the box. The last was a large black hoodie with the 'gentlemans hockey club' on it that he always wore. God those days out skating were some of my favorite. I sighed, crossing my arms over my chest and looking to the ground.

"You okay?"

He asked, snapping my attention. I shrugged.

"Yeah I'm fine."

He stepped closer to me and I dropped my arms.

"I guess that's the only thing not packed."

He said, reaching for the shirt and rubbing his fingers over the hem. I tried to study his face, us just staring at each other for a second, neither wanting to let go. Before I knew it he was inching forward, looking to my lips quickly, then to my eyes for protest. he wouldn't get it though. He kissed me gently and I couldn't help but melt into him, draping my arms over his shoulders. I had missed him so much and so badly didn't want to let this go. When he pulled away I was quick to kiss him again, our mouths moving against each other.

"i still need my shirt back."

he said a little breathless. i nodded.

"youre right."

i said pulling it up and over my head before kissing him again, very needy this time. he kissed me back with passion as we walked back into the bed.

"god i missed you."

he said as we fell back, him laying on top of me as we breathed heavily.

"i missed you too."

i said before kissing him again, running my fingers gently over his face. his hands roamed my body slowly as we made out.

"Chris?"

I asked through kisses. He hummed in response.

"Nevermind, keep going."

As we laid side by side, panting heavily, my head reeled. I told myself I wouldn't go through with this but here I was contemplating it again. I heard him laugh lightly as he ran his hand over his exposed stomach. I looked over at him, a huge grin on his face.

"What?"

I asked, not sure what joke I missed. He shook his head.

"It's nothing I just, did not expect today to go like this at all."

He looked over at me and I couldn't help the smile creeping its way across my lips too.

"You and me both babe."

He studied my face for a second before rolling onto his side and staring at me. I thought for a second before mirroring him.

"I don't want you to go."

I said softly, his hand making its way to my cheek.

"I thought you said this couldnt work."

I nodded.

"I know but as much as I hate seeing you go I can't help but revel in the feeling of having you home. I missed that so much."

I said, watching his eyes dance back and forth looking to my own.

"Ya know, all of tour I kept telling myself things were complicated. Not that we were over, just that we needed work. And maybe that's true."

I placed my hand on his and held it for a second.

"Are you willing to give this another try?"

I asked hopeful. He nodded before kissing the tip of my nose gently.

"I'm willing to give this a million more tries."

this will come off rude so im sorry but why do you not accept requests then go write a paragraph long blurp on asks??? like genuinely, i dont get it. I've seen you reject doing requests several times then I scroll down to see you answer asks where you write something small from going off what the anon said. I'm just wondering cause I've been a follower for a while and have sent in some of my own that have never been answered or written...is it more you just pick and choose when and what you're going to write, not actually fulfill your readers requests? cause thats what it seems like to me. its fine either way since its your blog, thats why I've never said anything before but I really just wanna know

You’re right, it does come off as rude, and quite frankly as very entitled as well. The short answer is that you answered your own question. It’s my blog, I get to write what I want and when I want. If you were paying me that would be different, but this is a thing I do for fun in my free time so yes, I’m going to do what I want and write as much as I want.

The longer answer is that there is a massive difference between the blurbs I answer for asks and what I do for one shots and drabbles. At minimum, drabbles need to be a page long or over 600 words. If I have to do it in google docs it’s too big to be an ask. Most asks I prefer if they’re answerable in 10-20 minutes, I aim for 2-3 paragraphs minimum. That’s still a far cry from the amount I write for a request. When an ask goes longer it’s because I liked it, it gave me ideas. If I wrote more it’s because I had fun with it. You can clearly see the asks I liked more because I have more to say. In some cases they get very long or inspire longer writings, I don’t think it’s a bad thing that I get excited. But seeing as I’m the writer, if you want a really long answer you have to send in stuff that caters to what I like because that’s what’s going to spark ideas, and that goes for most writers honestly.

There’s a bunch of reasons your asks may not have been answered. They may have been eaten by tumblr, it happens often and the only way to 100% know if I got it is to ask me. It might still be in my inbox since it’ll take me a while at times to get things answered so again, the only way to know is to ask. If you said “can I request” I’m going to assume you want a one shot and I’ll delete because as you know, I don’t take requests for one shots. Another major reason is it breaks the rules. The rules page is very easy to access and you may have to check back. If your ask was deleted in the past I can almost guarantee that you broke a rule because that’s the number 1 reason I delete asks.

You say that it’s fine either way whatever I do but the “not actually fulfill your readers requests” begs to differ, doesn’t it. You realize that that makes you sound entitled, right? It makes it sound like it’s my obligation to do as you ask. It isn’t. I do this for fun like I said above. I have a job, I have obligations, appointments, friends, a life to live. I won’t write all the time. I’m not frivolous in what I delete but even if I was, it wouldn’t matter. I am allowed to delete any ask I don’t want to write for any reason. My rules lay out what I won’t and what I don’t like to write. The “favourites” tag will tell you what I do like. But at the end of the day, you aren’t paying me, in fact people barely come in and respond when their ask gets answered, nor do they reblog it and comment so if you’re giving so little why should I bend over backwards to suit anyone?

Y’all do need to remember that I am a person, not an erotica bot. I have feelings and triggers and likes and dislikes and the responses to asks are going to match those and reflect those.

first creation and most recent creation of 2020: okay so listen... I mainly got into BTS just for the sake of writing fics like my old 13 year old did with 1D, it was around this time of the year when I was still a baby ARMY so pls don’t come for me, it’s Absolutely Smitten a fic that was requested and back when i (foolishly) thought I would never write other than fluff. The most recent is Teen Idle, part of my ongoing Electra Heart series (yes, from Marina the singer bc its funny shes Marina, I’m Marina I’ll shut up now) it somehow got lost in the tags due to the algorithm but hey, it’s there.

one of your favorite creations from 2020: If you are familiar with my writing I think you can guess this one, it’s actually a series, 대취타 (DAECHWITA) (which yeah I may or may not continue with drabbles and ask my characters you just wait till I get my writer mojo back), but it just means so much for me, I actually loved it, had fun with it, writing it was therapeutic and I also adored the response to it.

a creation you’re really proud of:  Imma keep bringing it up. 대취타 (DAECHWITA) but also Kids in the Dark, idk how that came to be bc I was crying the whole time writing it, I just let all of my feelings out on that one.

a creation that took you forever: gotta give this one to Power and Control it took me a whole month in the middle of exam season, but we made it.

a creation from 2020 that received the most notes: mmmm listen, the queen takes it all 대취타 (DAECHWITA)  is my most read fanfic.

a creation you think deserved more notes: i think all of them have received the love they deserve, I honestly wish I could up my quality content (and im working on it) but mmmm it really took me some time and a lot of effort to put out  Teen Idle so i hate the fact that Tumblr messed up.

a new fandom you joined and a creation you made for it: listen I’ve been here since 2013, this is the new fandom. But I guess I once wrote a Criminal Minds fic during the year (not on this blog tho).

a creation you made that breaks your heart: this year hasn’t been easy on me tbh, on top of it all, my dog passed away and that inspired On the Edge of Sunshine

Will you draw _______ for me? Maybe? It depends! Simple requests or funny asks might get doodles, but theres no guarantee I’ll do it, or what you want. If it involves OCs or something a bit more specific, commissions are almost always open!

Can I use your headcanons / draw in your style? Fuck yeah go nuts dudes!!! Also if you do I’d love to see it. I dont get pings so DM me things if you want me to see it

You drew vent art / something I might think is personal… is it OK to reblog this? Yes!!! I never post any art (or post at all) unless I want or expect it to be reblogged. All of my art, even vent art, is 100% fine to be reblogged.

Is it ok if I tag your art as me / kin / etc? Hell yeah, go ahead! The only time I don’t want you tagging something as kin is if its a commission of somebody’s OC; as that is not my call to make. Anything else I draw is ok to tag as kin <3

I sent you an ask, but you haven’t answered it :( Sorry!!! Sometimes i really don’t have the energy to answer asks in as much detail or with as much art as I’d like to, so I tend to hoard them until I feel like I can properly answer them! I will most likely get to it, though I will admit it might take a while because I get a lot of asks. I only ever delete asks if they’re really weird, repetitive, or I’ve answered one just like it recently.
