If anyone didn't know by now, Gwynriel is my otp. I mean my whole account is about them and Valkyries lol

Moment I shipped them? Definitely the "See you tomorrow, Shadowsinger" part. That was the point we see Gwyn being comfortable around a man enough to tease him and it just made me really look into their interactions.

Reasons

Dynamic

I'm a banter girlie. I live for the banter. And that's something Gwyn and Azriel as a pair doesn't seem to lack. Gwyn and Azriel's whole dynamic is so unique compared to other ships and I'm totally here for it.

Potential

Gwyn and Azriel is that kind of pair who if become endgame have the potential to overshadow every other pair. They're two pieces that fit together perfectly.

Writing

Idk how to explain this, but Sarah's writing about these two just makes you fond of them. Like she made a point to highlight Azriel's reactions to Gwyn and her actions. She also emphasized their differences as well as similarities. That for me isn't a coincidence. She wanted us to notice it. It was like she was saying, 'Pay close attention dears. These are my endgame.'
