Tobarsha is a small coastal city in the Summer Band of the planet Rade, which means that it's basically always summer there. It's the capital of the island of Aephar and hosts the majority of its population. It's where most of AOM takes place, and also specifically where Leon, Edith, Horatio, Celia, and Allison all live. Most of its buildings are only two stories tall, with exceptions for important buildings like the central library and post office. Houses are normally painted bright colors and are clustered around semi-open courtyards, usually four houses to a courtyard, and neighbors often share small gardens. Rooftop gardens are also extremely common. Its two wide central streets are known as the Runway and the Sunway, and the city's central plaza sits where they cross.
