A more niche opinion I guess I have is that jyn might easily take Cassian’s surname (maybe even before they’re romantically involved) due to the realities of how tightly the Erso name has now been tied to, y’know, the Death Star, and what a liability it might be to walk around as an erso in the rebellion. And she’d rather be Andor than carry a false placeholder name again when she’s spent so long as a wanderer erasing herself from the world
