Tv series you recommend? :)

oooooh, so many!! i’ll start with three that are extremely popular but somehow also very niche? 

hannibal - i have a somewhat warped sense of what’s horror/terror and what isn’t. to me, myself, personally, hannibal is not a scary show, but it is said to be, so i’ll just go ahead and say it is. but! it’s extremely well written, it constructs its relationships in beautifully intricate ways, it’s got beautiful visuals and just. it’s a really really good show. it was cancelled after s03 ended, but it ended in a very satisfying way. i really love it, can’t rec it enough (if you’re into that kinda thing. it is about a cannibal sooooo)

band of brothers - it’s a miniseries hbo put out in 2001 and it’s got a stellar cast. it’s about the invasion of europe by us military in the 2nd ww. it focuses mostly on major winters, and i honestly cannot tell you how good it is. it’s won a billion awards so i guess that tells you, but still. you will fall in love with literally everyone. it’s only 10 episodes, and it’s very worth it.

star trek (1966) - the parent of all television sci-fi and the actual, real creator of “slash”, as in, the fanfiction thing. what else can i say? it’s corny and fun and good. it’s prob my #1 comfort show. 

after we got that out of the way, let’s go for more things i love:

9-1-1 - about firefighters with a side of police and dispatch center. it sounds generic but the characters and relationships are really, really good. it goes to some touchy subjects, and does a good job with them. i guess you can see, but it’ my current obsession sdkjfhskjdlfhkhf i’m in deep

9-1-1 lone star - the sister show! also good!!!!! it’s got what is probably my very favorite character in any piece of media across the board right now, mr. judson ryder. he’s my baby.

kim’s convenience - it’s about the kim family! they’re a korean family living in toronto and a lot of the show is about their culture and them navigating that with being canadian. it’s very very funny and it goes by super quick! i adore it

schitt’s creek - my baby!!!!!! it’s! such! a! good! show! i cannot tell you, it has one of my very favorite media couples, patrick and david. it’s got a LOT of character development, it’s got HEALTHY, guys in healthy love in a healthy relationship, and honestly, just overall such good representation of sexuality, family relations, and such, i just! cannot explain, i love it. (i will say... the first, like, two episodes..... are a little bit of a pain to get through, because everyone is extremely annoying at first sight. but after that? it’s perfect)

shameless (us) - the show that has the single best character development arc ever with mickey milkovich. it’s about a messed up, really not functional family trying to live through the mess that is their lives, and it is messy, by god. but it’s a good, deep show, that cuts and hurts, but everyone develops and grows and i. love it.

dawson’s creek - what can i say? a true classic

I used to have lavender hair - I’m growing it out, and it’s faded closer to a white/grey.

7: do you sleep with a stuffed animal? I dooooooo. I don't usually but my boyfriend got me a monkey and we're currently in a long distance relationship. So I snuggle Turk(the monkey) every night while I miss my boyfriend ^^.

9: Fandom you're a part of? Rhink obviously ^^ I started out in the Destiel Fandom. Then I'm also in the Hannibal and good omens Fandom. And as of recent, the IT Reddie Fandom ^^.

12: do you watch alot of television? Mmmm I don't watch TV at all. I watch alot of shoes and movies though. But it's all online on my laptop. General television channels and stuff are pretty boring🙈

I think the 600 Pillows video was really awesome. It was very ambitious, too, especially considering it was made back when they were at the basement studio! (and I like to think the song is about their friendship, minus the whole “getting a new you” part... that would make for an angsty fic, though...)
