A/N: Hey :) this my first time ever posting a fic or anything i’ve written so any feedback is very welcome, also about the tags and warnings and more technical stuff. Please keep in mind that english is not my first language so i already apologize if there’s any wrong spelling or weird sintax. Enjoy my smutty debut!

Eddie had started to take care of his room a little differently knowing you were regularly coming over: cleaning before, meant getting rid of the visible trash, folding three shirts before eventually shoving the rest of the clean laundry in the closet that barely closed and, of course, tuning and polishing his dear guitar.

This time he’s the big spoon so that he can gently align his nose where your neck meets your shoulder and smell his favorite -not so bad- stink.

In his eyes the bed could as well be yours. To him it was just a place where to sleep or to shove compromising objects under, but now it’s the perfect frame for everything you do in it. 

He loves to watch you fall asleep in his bed, to watch you wake up and use the bedsheets to innocently cover up. He loves to watch you get undressed, and get dressed. Day 2 - Spite [Huntsman x Sandy]

Implied post Season 3 Specials. No Major Spoilers.

Summary: Sintax is snooping around because had a fight with Huntsman and now his shampoo is missing. He finds in Huntsman's room a pile of clothing to big for him and you know the saying "Curiosity killed the cat", with some luck not the spider. Turn out Huntsman is hoarding clothers from the enemy out of spite and not because he likes wear them, or so he says.

Implied Silkteashipping. Sandy is only implied.

"Uh, Huntsman?" He called Sintax confused by what he was seeing. "Why are there so many clothes in your room?"

"Why are you there?!" The Spider Hunter barked from the other room, coming with a quick step. He was holding a bowl in which he was furiously mixing what could be able to be their dinner. For unknown reason the demon was stuck with belief he had to feed them, even though his cooking skills weren’t the best.

“I was looking for my shampoo! I know you hid it, you asshole! "

These was a war between them. Sintax had dared to comment one too many times on the division of chores within their clan and Huntsman had took it as an attack, they stopped talking out of spite, with Goliah trying in every way to be a peacemaker. Seemed like the hunter decided to step up his game.

"I didn't get your damn shampoo, I don't even use that stuff."

“Oh, sure. We all know that you only use the most luxurious, the green tea one, do you think we can't smell it? "

"I don't-" He broke off, clenching jaw shut. His scoop turned harder in the bowl, as if he were trying to mix it to death. "It's none of your business what I use, get out of my room, I didn't stole your stupid shampoo."

"No, wait, why do you have that pile of clothes?" The scientist asked sincerely curious. He had never seen the other do anything that wasn't strictly related to work for the clan. Which was good in the past, when none of them could move from the freezing cold after their near death with LDB, to have someone with enough determination to continue despite everything. He would never admit it, but the hunter was one of the reasons they were still alive and relatively healthy. He owed a lot him, although every time he opened his stupid mouth, he wanted to smack him in the face.

Now, the spider demon stared at him with a strange look in the four eyes, two of which kept eyeing guilty the clothes.

"Don't tell me you ate someone, and these are their clothes." He murmured opening his mouth wide in shock. “To be honest, please, tell me it's that and not your attempt to change your wardrobe, because the style of this stuff is absolutely deplorable. Besides it’s not even your size. " Seriously that red sweatshirt was enormous, who was the original owner? Who did the idiot stole from?

"Listen-"

"Oh, no, please tell me they're not really yours."

"I stole them." He admitted in frustration, pointing the dirty spoon at his chest. "Now get out of my room."

"Okay, but why?"

"It’s a trophy!"

"A trophy?!"

"Yeah! I’m challenging a person and out of spite, I’m using this as intimidation tactic! "

 “You’re stealing, uh, someone’s clothes out of spite?!” He repeated raising an hairbow, for the first time he looked at what the other was wearing. "Wait, that's not your tunic, that's a sweatshirt too large for you!" Sintax opened and closed his mouth as the demon's exoskeleton in front of him darkened to a deep purple. Normally he would have mistaken it for fury, but the embarrassed look and the way the scoop trembled in his fingers told another story

"No! They are, uh, military tactics! I'm doing it with the intent of hurt him! "

“Is your plan to leave a giant in underwear? Oh, Huntsman, I don't know if I should be impressed or scared. Should we expect not to see you again for the next mating demon season? If they kidnap you, do I tell our Queen to leave you alone? "

“What the hell are you saying?! Don't be ridiculous, this is intimidation and spite for my enemy! I'm just doing it to confuse him and find the right moment to attack! "

Sintax put his hands in his pockets, definitely amused. “Oh, yeah, will you give him his clothes back before you attack him or are you going to do you epic battle with him in his underwear? Your next move out of spite, obviously," He chuckled at him savouring how the other was eyeing the door ready to escape from the situation. “Will it be aiming for that, too? No mercy for an enemy, am I right, my dear friend?"

"Okay, listen, I'll go buy you some new shampoo if you shut up."

"For the next six months?"

"Now-"

"Oh, I hadn't thought of that, so we could have guests for the next mating season? I should inform the Queen, don't you think? " Sintax pressed him, approaching conspiratorially.

"All right!" He hissed as he threw the spoon at him, which fell to the ground with a thud. “Okay, shampoo for six months. Shut up, go out and mind your damn business. "

The scientist gave him a victorious grin, sneaking out running before the hunter could change his mind and chase him, forcing him to keep silent with more painful methods.

let's see, that could count as the first fact so here are the rest:

2. i absolutely refused to watch season 4 of stranger things at first because i had thought season 3 was so bad and i was tired because i thought every season followed the same tired pattern (portal opens, strange things happen, different teams do different stuff, portal must be close, rinse and repeat).

3. i decided to watch the first chapter. i completely fell in love with Chrissy and Eddie and i thought hey maybe i can watch this season if i'll have more of these characters! then Chrissy died at the end of the first chapter and it felt like a cosmic joke

4. i basically pulled through the season because i wanted to see Eddie's journey through and then he also died. hilarious.

5. i used to write fanfic and i may write again but i am currently having a lot of trouble with the english language, since my last formal class was, oh, some six years ago. i love hellcheer so much that i'm trying to write again, tho. i would army crawl my way thorugh english sintax for them.

I love Svalla and Sintax because while they’re pretty stable they still have Stuff in their pasts and honestly they both need stability, they’ve been through enough, it’s nice to just write them loving each other.

Truour and Epsilo are fun because of their bickering but also that Truour is the sole person in Epsilo’s life who’s been consistent after his other quads died or left and while Epsilo will never admit it that means a lot to him.

A Origem dos Palavrões - PARTE I: Etimologia da Palavra

As palavras de baixo calão ou simplesmente palavrões estão constantemente relacionadas a ofensas e nomenclaturas que se referem ao sexo, contudo, nem sempre essas denominações foram empregadas da mesma maneira em todas as regiões e épocas, muito menos em contextos idênticos. Ou seja, nem todo “palavrão” que conhecemos dentro do vocabulário coloquial brasileiro possui o mesmo significado – ou até mesmo existência – no português de Portugal. Tal diversidade acentua a heterogeneidade linguística em sua concepção dialógica de linguagem.

Mas então, como as palavras de baixo calão se tornaram tão polêmicas e ao mesmo tempo empregáveis?

Os palavrões, em geral, surgiram de termos inocentes que se transformaram em tabu de acordo com a mudança sócio histórica e cultural de determinada comunidade linguística, isto é, pela transformação da língua de acordo com a necessidade de seus falantes. Termos utilizados para designar ou nomear determinado objeto sofreram alterações a ponto de adquirirem um valor simbólico e ideológico, como a expressão “Vá para o Inferno!”, cujo caráter era de extrema ofensa se empregado décadas atrás quando o predomínio da Igreja Católica ditava os comportamentos da sociedade, alterando o uso da expressão em algo semelhante a uma maldição a quem se dirigia. Nos contextos atuais, tal termo perdera sua eficácia devido a diversidade religiosa difundida pela globalização, em resumo, nas palavras de Bakhtin: “Tudo que é ideológico possui um significado e remete a algo situado fora de si mesmo.” (BAKHTIN, 1997: 31).

O emprego destes termos tornou-se significativo, pois estes não servem apenas como ofensas, mas também expressam humor, intensidade e, além disso, transmitem toda carga emocional da palavra propriamente dita. Há quem defenda que os palavrões são mais sofisticados que muitos termos da linguagem comum, visto que atualmente o uso de determinadas palavras podem até mesmo desencadear o nível de intimidade entre o falante e seu interlocutor.

“Mais do que qualquer outra forma de linguagem, xingar recruta nossas faculdades de expressão ao máximo: o poder de combinação da sintaxe; a força evocativa da metáfora e a carga emocional das nossas atitudes, tanto as pensadas quanto impensadas” (PINKER, Steven. “Stuff of Thought”. In. “A Ciência do Palavrão”. 2016) 

Diante desse conceito abordaremos nesta primeira parte do tópico “A Origem dos Palavrões” algumas palavras que acarretaram o que atualmente conhecemos por vocabulário chulo, para em seguida, aprofundarmos a questão do preconceito linguístico designado aos falantes dessa variação.

·         Porra: Nomenclatura designada a uma espécie de arma utilizada na Idade Média composta por um bastão de madeira de ponta protuberante e cravejado de lanças de metal.

·         Cu: Originado do latim culum que literalmente significa ânus ou traseiro, a palavra também serviu para se referir a parte oposta da ponta da agulha onde há um pequeno buraco utilizado para se passar a linha.

·         Imbecil: Originado do latim imbecillis cujo significado é fraco ou frágil, fora utilizado para expressar qualquer coisa débil antes de ganhar o seu significado atual.

·         Otário: Gênero dos animais que se movem com dificuldade em terra firme e, posteriormente se tornam presas vulneráveis. As comunidades menos favorecidas de Buenos Aires acabaram utilizando o termo para se referir à ingenuidade.

·         Buceta: Originado do latim buxis que significa “caixa de buxo” -espécie de árvore que as mulheres utilizavam para guardar objetos de valor. Em seu sentido conotativo a palavra ganha a definição de “o lugar onde está o tesouro feminino”.

·         Puta: Originado do latim “poda” fora utilizado para designar a deusa menor da agricultura na mitologia romana responsável pelas podas das árvores. As sacerdotisas dessa deusa se prostituíam para honrá-la nos rituais em homenagem a Dionísio, contudo, o sentido pejorativo da palavra também leva o peso da construção histórica machista dentro da sociedade.

Vale lembrar que muitos palavrões ganham sentido pejorativo a partir dos tabus impostos por cada comunidade, por esta razão muitos são associados ao sexo, como por exemplo a palavra “pau”.

the topic of how my trolls fight came up in conversation last night and its always fun to kinda look at that

focusing on the main three dipshits:

sonati is the ultimate powerhouse. she hits hard, and can take a lot of hits considering her insanely high pain tolerance. she attacks recklessly and usually goes for just pure overwhelming force to win a fight

sintax is essentially the living definition of glass cannon. he can land good solid attacks, but one strong hit against him and he will be curled up on the ground in pain. in fights youre more likely to see him defending than attacking

sevenn relies more on speed than the power behind his attacks. years and years of punishment and also the fact int*xi literally reinforced his entire skeleton means hes able to take more of a beating than sintax, but not nearly as much as sonati. he focuses more on dodging attacks rather than blocking them, and goes for rapid, precise strikes instead of stronger, broader ones

as a note, because ive never been able to WORD it properly until now

the way the game affected the main 3 is that they essentially age at half speed

so Sevenn has been. ‘alive’ for 26 sweeps, but in reality he’s like, 13? if that makes sense. its one of the reasons he looks as young as he does. literally all of it is because Nixtractin intended to keep him as her ideal version of her lover from her universe

this also extends to Sintax and Sonati who are copies of Sevenn with various added codes

Sonati is technically 32 sweeps old, but is physically, her body is 16 sweeps old

and Sintax is technically 28 sweeps, but physically 14 sweeps old
