University Events - Notifications and Calendar Mod

Hello everyone! I created a mod that adds the events that happen at University onto the calendar and gives a notification when these events start. Currently in the game, there is no way of knowing when these events start, unless you are on the lot during the time of the event. I thought this mod would help enjoy University more since now you will be able to see when something is happening on campus!

University Events - Notifications and Calendar Mod

This mod adds the events at the university the Sim is attending onto the calendar and gives notifications when the event starts.  Notifications - A notification will appear when an event is starting at the University the sim is attending.

Calendar - The calendar will show the events happening on the Sim’s campus. Events for Britechester will only show for sims attending Britechester and events for Foxbury will only show for sims attending Foxbury.

If you start a new save, the game does not load the events on the calendar or notifications for the events until the next day.

If you enroll in University in the middle of the week, the calendar will not update until the next week, but notifications will still appear each time an event starts.

The game handles the scheduling for the University events differently than the other events in the game, some events will appear on the calendar before the start of the week and on Monday instead of Sunday.

Hi everyone! I created a mod that increases the amount of Simoleons earned when blackmailing a celebrity Sim or a Sim with a specific career! This mod also adds moodlets to the blackmailed Sim and the Sim doing the blackmailing and new notifications from the sim that was blackmailed. I think it is more realistic for Sims to pay more money based on the prestige of their celebrity status or their career. I also think it is more realistic for the blackmailed sim or sim that has done the blackmailing to have a reaction with a moodlet.

📩 Increased Blackmail Payouts Based on Career and Celebrity Status

This mod changes the amount of Simoleons received based on specific careers or celebrity status of the Blackmailed Sim. This happens when Blackmailing Sims with the Listening Device, Snooping, and Wishing Well. The Sim blackmailing and the Sim that is being blackmailed will now also receive a moodlet.

Evil Sims will receive a unique moodlet from blackmailing Sims.

Friends will receive a unique moodlet when blackmailed.

The sun hung low, casting a golden hue over the rows of grapevines as Nerva and Sabine worked side by side, their hands deftly snipping bunches of grapes and placing them carefully into their baskets. The rhythmic sound of clippers and soft laughter echoed in the air, creating a serene atmosphere as the afternoon wore on. 🍇☀️

Nerva, her dark hair falling loosely around her shoulders, looked over at Sabine with a grin. "You know," she began, her tone light and playful, "I've been meaning to tell you a bit more about Spula and me." 👀

Sabine raised an eyebrow, her curiosity piqued. She paused for a moment, setting her basket down as she adjusted a vine. "Oh?" she asked, turning to face Nerva, a smile tugging at her lips. "I didn’t realize you had a story to share."

Nerva chuckled softly, her fingers expertly picking the ripe grapes. "It’s not a long one, really. We’ve been together for a few seasons now. Spula’s always been... well, Spula. Headstrong, independent, a bit too fierce for her own good at times," she said with a fond smile, "but I love that about her. She makes me feel like I can be myself." 💅🏽

Sabine nodded, admiring the way Nerva spoke so openly about her relationship. "That sounds nice," she said, her voice warm.

Nerva paused for a moment, studying Sabine thoughtfully. She leaned against the vine for a moment, her eyes twinkling with curiosity. "So, what about you, Sabine? Are you seeing anyone? You’ve got that look about you, like you're not the type to settle down just yet."

Sabine laughed softly, a bit of surprise crossing her face. "No," she admitted, taking a deep breath as she looked out over the vineyard, the rows of grapes stretching out like a sea of green. "I’m not dating anyone right now. I’ve been so focused on getting settled here, you know, establishing myself, that I haven’t really had time to think about it."

Nerva raised an eyebrow, a playful smirk tugging at her lips. "I get that. But you’ve got plenty of time for that later. It’s just... hard to believe that someone as vibrant as you isn’t being pursued by suitors left and right." 🏛️👯‍♀️

Sabine felt a slight flush rise to her cheeks, and she shrugged, trying to brush it off. "It’s not that I’m uninterested. I just... I’ve got my own path to follow first, I guess. I want to make something of myself, focus on my work here. Once I’ve done that, maybe I’ll think about finding someone…" 🏺

Maisie had her girl Gisela as her maid of honour and her best friend Paul as the ring bearer. Jacob keeps to himself so just let Maisie pick the wedding crew (man core.)

I can’t believe they are already married, I didn’t even know if I wanted Maisie to marry Jacob but he proposed and she had the deeply in love sentiment so I knew I had to do it! I honestly think it’s worked out for the best hehe.
