Bachelor in Computer Application (BCA) is one of the popular courses among the students who want to make their career in the IT (Information Technology) field. The students are generally admitted on the basis of personal interview and written examination conducted by various institutes/universities. However some reputed colleges and universities conduct an entrance exam for taking admission in BCA course BCA Admission 2020 entrance test will be conducted in the month of April. This design research looks at the issues of designing and developing courses for online and on-site learning environments to ensure that learning outcomes are met through the design process. Care for equality in learning is central to this design process. The process was applied to the simultaneous design and development of an online and on-ground course at various universities in India. Several years ago, a team faculty member was charged with evaluating the six core courses in an MBA program.

An example of this was the online discussion boards. The question is how a peer interaction exchange is so important for the development of critical thinking skills. It was decided that the clues for online discussions could be used as the clues for the reflective magazine assignments in the online MBA courses.

This meant that the students had similar assignments and that they could apply in their lectures. The missing learning element entry and feedback in the MBA courses were solved. Challenges in designing effective courses include the lack of knowledge of the features and tools available in the online courses and the need for the faculty to understand the role of student-oriented learning to increase students.
