Cheated by Previous Freight Forwarder, Khalid Turned to Us, Calling Us a Reliable Freight Forwarder China to Saudi Arabia
Cheated by Previous Freight Forwarder, Khalid Turned to Us, Calling Us a Reliable Freight Forwarder China to Saudi Arabia
The freight forwarder Khalid used before often switched air shipments to Matson, and regular Matson shipments to overtime ones. Air shipments usually take around 7 days, while regular Matson shipments take about 15 days. The freight forwarder told Khalid it was due to air shipment scheduling and congestion. Once, they even combined Khalid's cargo with some illegal and sensitive goods, resulting in customs seizing it for over 20 days. This often caused delays in Khalid's shipments.
Some small freight forwarders on the market often pull some tricks behind the scenes. When Khalid told me this, he was actually warning me indirectly not to pull any tricks. Of course, I knew what he meant.
I told Khalid that to find a reliable freight forwarder, one must first look for a large-scale freight forwarder company. Unreliable freight forwarders like the one above are usually small ones with just a couple of people in the village, having bad intentions from the start. Companies like ours definitely grew to such a large scale through normal operations and years of accumulation. I showed Khalid our office building and Yantian Port warehouse through a video call. If he wasn't assured, he was welcome to visit us anytime for an on-site inspection. This gave him an intuitive understanding of our company's strength and warehouse management. I told Khalid that we have nearly 100 employees and have purchased an entire floor of a Grade A office building with an area of 1,800 square meters. Such a formal logistics company builds its business step by step.
Khalid said he urgently needed to find a reliable freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia to transport a batch of mobile phone screens from Dongguan to his factory in Saudi Arabia. Khalid emphasized that time was tight, and any further delays would affect their customers' production schedules.
The 300 boxes of goods were all packed, but due to poor communication with the previous freight forwarder, they had already been delayed for a few days. Khalid clearly stated on the phone, "We need an efficient freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia that can ship in a timely manner. Can you do it?"
Khalid's goods were shipped from DongGuan, so the first option considered was direct flights from Guangzhou, such as those of China Southern Airlines and Air China. I even considered airlines from Sichuan. Although they take off from Sichuan, we can choose the first leg domestically from Guangzhou to Sichuan, and then from Sichuan to Dammam International Airport. For a professional freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, these are essentials. The goal is to have several alternative plans so that in case of unexpected situations, we can immediately activate them.
It was summer and very hot. Generally, airlines would overbook cargo as usual because customers often cancel orders, so the planes wouldn't be empty. For example, if a flight can carry 40 tons of cargo, it often accepts 45 tons or even 50 tons. Normally, the drawbacks of this practice are not obvious. If there are no canceled orders, we can just arrange the less urgent or new customers' cargo on the next flight and explain to them about flight weight restrictions. However, during high temperature weight restrictions, flights reduce cargo significantly, making these drawbacks more apparent and causing more delays.
Unfortunately, Khalid's goods were delayed! He was very anxious and kept calling me, asking me what to do. I knew the situation and immediately contacted the person in charge of the CA flight, actively striving to get the goods on the next flight while also contacting alternative plans just in case. I emphasized the importance of this order to the airline salesperson.
We are well-known in the logistics circle and are their long-time customers. They are familiar with us. The salesperson also said they would prioritize our arrangement and apply to the company to send the goods as soon as possible, promising to send them within two flights if possible.
At 4 pm, the airline said they would prioritize us this time, considering our special situation. I didn't dare to be negligent afterward and followed up with the airline every day to understand the daily cargo detention situation and the cargo departure situation of each flight. Finally, the goods were successfully loaded and shipped on the second flight!
Throughout the process, I copied every node's information to Khalid, letting him know what I was doing, with no black box operations. Although Khalid didn't say much, he was always closely following what I was doing. It seemed that the previous freight forwarder's secret operations had left a shadow on his mind. Seeing our transparent operations, Khalid fully trusted that we were a reliable freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia.
If you want to know more about me, read my diary, which records more details about freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia and the warm and touching stories between us and our clients. Feel free to contact me if you have any needs.

China’s COVID lies could prove deadly for America
The only thing not going viral in China is the truth. Chinese officials are spewing lies to cover up the massive COVID carnage there. Worse, US public-health officials dawdled for a week, allowing air travelers from China in without testing, while other countries immediately blocked infected travelers from entering.
Aerial photos and videos from China show body bags stacked outside hospitals, crematoria, and funeral home parking lots were packed. Hospitals overwhelmed with COVID patients jammed into hallways. According to internal government documents, more than 50% of the population is infected in Beijing and Sichuan. Yet the Chinese government officially claims there was only one COVID death in all of China on December 31, 30, and 29. That’s in a nation of 1.4 billion people.
More dangerous, China withheld laboratory evidence about what strains sickened its population. Is it the Omicron variants we are accustomed to treating or something new? We are all part of the human race and need to share this information. People in China are rushing to the exits. Outbound airline bookings nearly tripled daily after the government announced it was lifting travel restrictions that have been in place for almost three years.
It’s reasonable that the United States and other countries required air passengers from China — of any ethnicity — to provide a negative COVID test to board.
MSNBC’s TheReidOut Blog slams the COVID-test requirement as “jingoistic, reactionary and inhumane.” MSNBC is in sync with the Chinese Communist Party. Chinese officials are attacking the test requirement as “discriminatory” and warning that it will discourage global cooperation. What cooperation? China still refuses to allow investigations of how the virus originated. On Sunday, former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo exclaimed that in 2020, China’s President Xi Jinping “sent people around the world who he knew were infected.” Now “he’s doing it again.” But as Pompeo said, “There is no reason we should allow the Chinese to do this again.”
Amen. The debate over whether to restrict travelers from China reveals the cowardice in our nation’s public-health apparatus. On Dec. 28, Italy imposed a negative-COVID-test requirement after nearly half the passengers on two flights from China to Milan were found to be infected. Italy made it effective immediately.
The US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention also announced its testing rule on Dec. 28 but made the start date Jan. 5. That’s crazy.
Officials said the test would “help limit the number of infected people” coming from China. So why wait until Jan. 5? To make life easier for airlines. United Airlines, Delta Airlines, and American Airlines operate dozens of flights from China to American cities. Lawrence Gostin, a public health lawyer at the World Health Organization, said the distant date “could let in a flood of visitors who are not vetted.”
If a lethal strain invades from China, thank the bunglers at the CDC. It’s also worrisome that many US scientists reject — separating the sick from the healthy. These scientists, infused with a globalist mentality and misplaced loyalties, argue America should rely on vaccination only and allow everyone in.
That’s wrong. The United States employs every tool — travel controls the vaccinations to protect our population. In America, the latest COVID strain, dubbed XBB, resists vaccines and boosters. Fortunately, it’s mild and isn’t causing a surge in deaths.
But what if China is coping with a variant that resists vaccines and causes serious illness? In China, infections are spreading so fast that scientists predict new variants will emerge soon. “The situation in China makes us very worried,” reflected Emory University scientist Wilbur Lam. The world needs to be notified as soon as new variants appear. But China won’t cooperate.
This is no time for political correctness or fuzzy globalist thinking. Travelers from China who are infected must be barred from the United States. And the CDC must toughen up. Our lives could be at stake.

Fatemah's Urgent Clothing Shipment to Saudi Arabia: How We Overcame Delays Due to Heat Restrictions
Fatemah's Urgent Clothing Shipment to Saudi Arabia: How We Overcame Delays Due to Heat Restrictions
When I first started working with Fatemah, she told me she runs a high-end clothing business in Saudi Arabia and regularly sources her stock from Guangzhou. She focuses on trendy clothing, so timing is crucial for her orders because fashion is seasonal. Fatemah specifically requested a direct airfreight option to Dammam International Airport, as speed was her top priority. If there were any delays, her customers wouldn't be happy. I assured her that for Sunny Worldwide Logistics, a freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia with 26 years of experience, this would be no problem.
After understanding her requirements for timing, the type of goods, and the destination, I began crafting a suitable plan. Since we offer door-to-door services, I didn’t just focus on airfreight speed but also made sure the local courier service in Saudi Arabia could meet the delivery deadlines. Every step had to be thoroughly planned, as any oversight could cause delays.
Fatemah's shipments always left from Guangzhou, so we initially considered direct flights from major airlines like China Southern Airlines and Air China. We even thought about using Sichuan Airlines, which could fly from Sichuan after transporting the cargo domestically from Guangzhou. Other cities like Xiamen and Haikou also came to mind—Haikou has recently opened more international routes and, as a duty-free zone, it’s becoming a hub for cargo transfers. We also looked into Shanghai, Zhengzhou, and Changsha. As a professional freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia, we always plan for multiple backup options in case of unexpected issues.
Since we’re members of several prestigious logistics associations, like the World Cargo Alliance (WCA), where we hold senior membership (ID 87909), we have access to trusted partners worldwide. These associations help us connect with high-quality freight agents for transfers, which is critical for any freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia. These aren't just any associations—you have to meet strict qualifications to join.
As we continued shipping for Fatemah, various challenges came up. One summer, during a period of extreme heat, Fatemah had a particularly urgent shipment that needed to reach Dammam International Airport as quickly as possible. However, due to the high temperatures, there were weight restrictions on flights.
Airlines often overbook cargo—if a plane can carry 40 tons, they might accept 45 or even 55 tons, just in case some shipments get canceled. In cooler months, this isn't usually an issue, but during summer, weight limits are strictly enforced. If an airline overbooks by 15 tons across three flights in a week, they might end up with a 15-ton backlog.
Unfortunately, Fatemah’s shipment was delayed due to these restrictions. She called me right away, saying, “If this doesn’t arrive in Saudi Arabia on time, you’ll be the one I come after!”
I knew how stressed she was, so I immediately flagged her order as urgent and followed up with the airline. I contacted the person in charge of the CA flight, pushing hard to ensure the shipment got on the next available plane. I also kept backup plans ready, just in case. But the news wasn’t great—many flights were facing similar issues due to the heat.
I explained the situation to the airline, emphasizing that this was a critical order for a long-term client. We had shipped so much cargo with them before, and I asked them to prioritize us this time. The representative assured me they would do their best and promised to get back to me by the end of the day.
Finally, at 5 p.m., I got the confirmation: after thorough discussions, they agreed to prioritize our shipment, guaranteeing that it would be on one of the next two flights. I immediately informed Fatemah, letting her know that we would do everything to get the cargo out within two flights.
After constant follow-ups with the airline and checking the cargo status daily, the shipment successfully left on the second flight!
In fact, industry giants like Huawei, Costco, and SF Express, along with over 100 other major companies, have relied on our services for years. In over 20 years of operation, we have a 99% on-time rate—only extreme circumstances like natural disasters cause delays.
When I shared the good news with Fatemah, she was thrilled. She said, “I had prepared myself to renegotiate with my clients, thinking it was impossible. But your persistence made it happen. I’m truly touched by your dedication—you’re definitely the most reliable freight forwarder China to Saudi Arabia!”
If you want to know more about me, feel free to check out my diary, where I document many stories from the world of international logistics, as well as heartwarming moments with our clients. And if you need help, don’t hesitate to contact me.
