Later, I looked at her palm and saw that her abdomen was blocked with gas, insufficient blood, and some anemia. She was asked to lie down on the bed again. With a little effort, the air mass in her abdomen rolled around, and the patient felt pain. Patient $continued to say that her blood sugar was low. I told her that it would be better to use acupoint pressing along the meridians for treatment, and that the whole body would be better if the qi could be unblocked. She asked me to treat the disease according to my diagnosis.

I press the smooth acupoint tapping method to treat it step by step, starting from the chest and abdomen, starting from the Ren pulse, starting from the Tiantu point, and pushing it three times with three fingers down to the ankle. She was also asked to lie on her back on the bed and touch it with her hands. Her right abdomen was distended and painful, with acupuncture like pain. It is consistent with manual diagnosis.

Follow the five step method of smooth acupoint tapping, and focus on the simultaneous operation of Dabao, Qimen, Zhangmen, Daimai and Sanyinjiao. The acupuncture points on the abdomen should be carried out with both hands at the same time, especially at the Taiyi meat sliding gate of Liangmen. The effect is achieved when there is a sound of running water in the abdomen. Then, the water should be used to build the stomach. 41. 术后肘腕伸不开，通顺点穴把病除

女，49岁，12年由她母亲领来。自述：右手腕不能转动，手指不能拿筷子，肘伸不开。是从二楼摔下，骨折，打石膏的后人。已经半年了，医院让做手术，不愿做。又用了好多法，无效果。她妈妈手腕摔伤是我治好的，她说她的比较重金，不知道能不能治好。经触诊，腕肘肩肌肉都不同程度僵硬，肩往上举超不过头，肘关节弯曲四十五度左右伸不开，腕不能转，手指也弯不下去。真的很严重。

主要问题是关节间隙被僵硬的肌肉挤住了，从肩到指都是。治疗先从肩膀上下手，再治手和腕，最后是肘。方案确定了，她也赞同。因为在其它地方只是治疗肘，同意方案就开始治疗。先按通顺点穴五步法顺进行，重点拨极泉，天宗，肩井周围的筋几，再点肩穴，肩膀周围发热，再把手腕上的总筋拨开，重点合谷后溪，中渚，阳溪，大阳池。手腕也发热。治疗结束。让患者向上举，一下举过头顶十公分，她特的高兴，激动的说：总算有救了。她妈就说这下相信了吧，早来治早好了。她说是缘分没到，罪还没受到头呢。治疗十次后，手腕活动范围大了，肘也伸直了一半了。三十次后，肘关节基本直了，手指能抓筷子了，能抓单杠用力了。

42. 脑外伤术后致左半身瘫痪

男，32岁，94年十月来咨询治疗的。家属代述，半年前焊接物体时，气瓶爆炸，把右脑袋骨骨折，去医院做了于术，去了十公分右一块骨，左半侧不能动，特别是腿一点也不能动。又转心脑血管医院治疗一月，无效果出院静养。我去诊断时，患者是元氏人，说话音变成普通话了，神质不太清。左腿一点也不能动，吃饭得两个人喂，坐不住，本来不想治，朋友一个劲求情，见过我治疗过这样的病例，一定让费费心，只要能让他自己吃饭就满足了，推不了，就治吧。经用通顺五步点穴法治疗一小时后，病人经络气敏感度很高，结束后，让他��腿，能抽动一下，家属异常兴奋，马上把一家十几个人喊来看效果，看见希望治疗到十次时，点穴后，浑身颤抖，说话又变回元氏的口音。到二十次时就能把腿抬起来了，给他饭自己能吃了。二十五次时，治疗完去洗手，不知道怎么样他在屋里地上躺着，他自己还不能坐起来呢。三十次后，治疗中，他又全身颤抖，问我为什么害他、又无冤无仇的，他活着不易，家人都很怕，不知道该怎么样好家人把我叫到另一个屋里说话，因为去家里治疗，路程四十分钟，每天我出发，他就喊快跑，来了来了。让我想办法给稳定了。

第二天去了，点他的鬼门十三穴，他就浑身抖，一连几次后，不抖了，也能站起来了，能走了。

43. 近视术后眼睛干涩难受

女，三十岁，眼干涩难受。12年九月，经人介绍来咨询，自述：做了近视手术后，眼干涩，吃过很多药无效，点眼药水无效。去北京的医院治疗无好转我诊断为眼供血不足造成的，再看颈椎也不好，也影响到眼睛供血。治疗以改变眼部供血为主。开始按通顺点穴法，五步法的顺序操作。重点穴，以风池穴风府赞竹太阳穴为主。最后以振通法结束。点风池穴时，病人明显感觉有水在眼里流，马上就湿润了，清亮了。经过十次治疗，干涩的毛病不再有。

女，五十八岁，二零二零年六月二十三，经人介绍过来治疗膝盖扭伤。自述：摔了一跤膝盖痛，脚腕也疼，两腿无力。按正常的病例，扭伤，伤腿无力正常，好腿也无力，我感觉可能是腹部有问题，随后，看她手掌心，进行手诊看到腹部有胀气堵了，气血不足，有些贫血。又让她躺床上，用触诊的方法，稍一用力，腹中气团咕噜转动了一下，病人感到疼痛。病人$接着说她血糖低，我告诉她用循经点穴治疗才能好的快，能把气打通，整个身体才能好转。她让我按照我诊断的病去治疗。

我按通顺点穴法，一步一步来治疗，先从胸腹开始，从任脉下手，从天突穴开始，用三指往下，到脚腕，推三遍。再用中指点水分，上脘，气海，带脉，梁门，天枢，点完一遍，第二遍时腹中有流水声，再点时，腹部疼痛减轻，接着往腿上的阳陵，三里，解溪，昆仑，太溪，照海，三阴交等穴点三遍。用中指拨委中，解溪，阳陵处的筋三遍，再转动腿，最后用空手心振动腹部，大腿的前后左右，结束。

病人感觉膝盖消肿很多，疼痛大减，腹部也舒服了。第三天一进来就高兴的说，腿有力气了，膝盖好多了。又治疗三次，腿好了。最使她高兴的是，她的低血糖好了，这几天没有出来过腿无力了。一个月后再见她，说没有出现过低血糖，两腿有力了。

女：55岁，2018年10月来求诊，自述：右肋间疼，经过仪器检查没有问题，有时口苦。看手诊，有轻微的胆囊炎，肝火大。又让她仰卧床上，用手触摸，右腹胀疼，有针刺样疼痛。和手诊相符合。

Someone asked why the abdomen had to be treated? Breast hyperplasia and the abdomen, especially the reproductive system, are integrated and interrelated. If you do not follow the meridians, the effect is poor, or even not good.

Wang's Tongshun Method: Why is it said that "the leg should be treated first for the waist"? Why is the leg pain related to the waist? Why is the protrusion of the lumbar disc causing leg pain. Because most lumbar disc herniation will compress the sciatic nerve, causing radiation pain or numbness in one or both lower limbs. Its root is in the waist. If the waist does not recover, even if the leg does not hurt now, it will recur. Treatment should start from the root, reduce recurrence, and dredge the channels and collaterals is an effective solution.

A lot of methods have been used, but they have no effect. Her mother's wrist injury was cured by me. She said that she had a lot of money, and I don't know whether it can be cured.

The palpation showed that the wrist, elbow and shoulder muscles were stiff to varying degrees, the shoulder could not be lifted too high, the elbow joint could not be extended around 45 degrees, the wrist could not be turned, and the fingers could not be bent down. It's really serious. The main problem is that the joint space is squeezed by stiff muscles, from the shoulder to the finger. The treatment starts from the shoulder, then the hand and wrist, and finally the elbow. She agreed with the plan. Because only the elbow is treated in other places, the treatment is started when the scheme is agreed.

First, follow the five step method of smooth acupoint tapping. Focus on tapping Jiquan, Tianzong, and the tendons around the shoulder well. Then, point the three shoulder acupoints. 00年正月，有几位打太极拳的朋友来喝茶，有一位女拳友姓杜用左手去端杯，细看右手肿胀，问她原因说，去年初下雪滑倒，手掌撑地上了，去医院拍照片，有骨折，打石膏固定了。第二天复查没对正，又复一次，隔天又复查，还是不太正。手腕都肿了，手臂也肿了，医生不敢再动了、要求等肿消了再来。在家养了一段时间不行，经人介绍她又去找民间的医生去消肿了，用了一周的药，好一些，手腕还肿不能动。她在北京的儿子接她去找北京有名正骨专家诊治，说时间长了不好治，用中药吧，配了一副药八百，外敷。用完了药手腕也不能转，不能拿筷子吃饭，朋友让我给她诊断一下，通过触诊，骨头没事，就是肌肉僵硬，骨缝小了。有一姓许朋友把我叫一旁，小声说能治吗？能治就给治疗吧，早就介绍她来找你，一直也没来。我说治这种病太多了，对我来说是小病。病人已经放弃治疗了也不太相信，又怎么给她治？

31. 女，六十二岁，二零一九年五月，来找我咨询。自述：不能弯，不能伸，不能包饺子，用不上力，一用力就疼。曾在医院打过一次封闭针，无效。医生说只有做手术了，本人不愿意，选择保守治疗。

31. 通过触诊，拇指根下有疙瘩，稍微用力就疼，弯垂更疼。我就用通顺点穴五步法治疗。

31.一：归经，用手掌从颈肩开始往手指尖推按三遍。

31.二：点穴，缺盆，中府，肩贞，曲池，内外关等穴三遍。

31.三：拨筋：极泉，少海，总筋阳池等处的筋，拨三遍。

四：制动，也就是转动肩关节，肘关节，手腕，手指等三遍。重点把拇指根的疙瘩处多转动，左右上下都转到。

五：振通，用空手心从肩上到手掌振，拍三遍结束。

病人的拇指马上就能弯下去好多疙瘩也小了，向上还不行。又经过四次治疗，都能转动了，客人特别高兴，说终于您能包饺子了，赶紧回家包饺子给家人吃。

32. 男，三十八岁，二零二零年六月十三号，来找我咨询手腕肿疼，不能握手，不能用快子，已经治疗了二个多月，时轻时重。来找我时手腕不能上下活动，肿的厉害，大拇指不能弯曲，其它的还能动一些。

32. 根据以往经验，判断病根在拇指根下有一个疙瘩，用手指按特别的疼，告诉他原因，他说治疗了好多地方，没有人说是这里的原因。我说，正因为没人治疗这里，到现在病才没有好。按这病治疗一次，若有效就接着治，无效就是诊断错了。他说治疗一次看看吧。这种病也是腱鞘囊肿的一种，有的人是大拇指不能用力，有的是手腕肿，手腕重的少。大多数人是在手腕上一个疙瘩，时间长的特别的硬，短时间的软。

32. 我在客人身上，从肩上往下推拿三遍，开始点穴位，，缺盆，云门，曲池，内外关，阳池，大陵穴等点上三遍，再拨极泉，少海，总筋。然后转动肩关节，肘关节，手腕。手腕要轻，看病人的表情定轻重。转动五个手指头。拇指根的疙瘩处用手指尖拨动几次就行。最后用手掌从肩上往手指尖处振动，就结束了

24. 《案例》严重膝关节骨质增生

女，52岁，膝关节疼。08年四月来治疗时，膝盖痛，不能弯，由家人开车送来，需人扶着走。因是熟人，有病时常来找我，虽然诊断出很严重，也不好意思说不治。治疗五次后，就不来了。过了一周带着片子来让我看，膝盖下增生点长满了。客人说因为治疗五次效果不好，去找其他的地方治疗，他们用肘按，她受不了治疗后更疼了，家属去医院拍片，说很严重，必须手术，她不同意，又来找我，说不怕慢，只要能治就行。经过十次治疗，不用人扶了能走，她就骑电三轮自己来治疗，经过二月治疗能骑自行车了，膝关节能弯回来了，伸弯自如。

女，五十八岁，九八年来咨询病因。自述：脚后跟疼不敢走路，她本人就在医院上班，怎么也治不好，四五年了，听熟人介绍说见我治疗过好多例子，就来了。先诊断一下，让她脱了鞋，鞋下垫着厚棉布，鞋跟上挖个坑。问她，她说不垫棉布疼的不敢走。挖个坑垫上布好一些。

通过触诊，知她脚腕无病，活动范围正常。告诉她是着凉，造成的，可以试试看吧。

这种病可以循经，也可局部上截下导。都可以治好的，我突然想起来家父告诉我的特别的方法，可以用一用，就让她把手给我，她满脸疑惑不解，我说，要我父亲治，他就不点穴了，至接针灸了，我说我，用指代针费心费力，是怕你晕针才用指。知她是西医，对针有抵触。

一手母指点压合谷穴，中指点压后溪，相队用力，她酸麻胀反应很大，我又用另一个手的中指点老宫穴，点压二分钟，她就身上出汗了让她用力踩地，她惊奇的说不疼了。松开手指，让她走，马上就敢走了，让她躲脚，她不敢，说走路不疼就谢天谢地了，明天再来治疗吧。

He said it was three months ago, and there were three people in the meantime. By touching around the shoulder, my muscles are soft, and I can't lift them until they are even with the shoulder circumference. I ordered it several more times, but it still didn't work. Then he carefully observed his face and made a hand diagnosis. I went out with my friends and said that they could not be treated anymore. It was not normal. In my experience, it can certainly be lifted. Now I can't lift it up. It may be bone tuberculosis or bone cancer. There is a one in a thousand probability of this. Cases: Shoulder pain caused by lung cancer

Male, 65 years old, came to me for treatment of shoulder pain in 1994. He said he had shoulder pain and could not turn over at night. When I touch it with my hands, my muscles are not stiff and I can't lift them. He looked pale and listless, and there were no lines of scapulohumeral periarthritis in the manual examination. Generally, this kind of disease does not check the pulse. I have more heart, so I can check it. As a result, the pulse is chaotic, hard, and counting. I know it is not as simple as scapulohumeral periarthritis. Asked if he had been examined in the hospital, the child said that he had been examined, but the results had not yet come out.

They said to treat it first. I will bring it tomorrow when there is a result. I will treat the shoulder periarthritis. After the treatment, the patient feels more relaxed and raises his arm higher. The next day, he came back for treatment and said that he didn't feel too painful after turning over at night. 11. 女，六十二岁。二零一四年，经人介绍来咨询。自述：头晕耳鸣二年了，特别是耳鸣，去看了好多地方了，也住过医院，就是不见效。我说我先诊断一下，用手诊诊断，她说用把脉吗？我说不用了，考虑她看中医肯定把过，不只是一两个人了，再把脉她也就没信心了。看手诊，知道她颈椎病很厉害。又用触诊，告诉她是那个部位压迫到致的。她问能治好吗，我说诊断对了，就有效果，她说先治疗一次看看。

11. 按通顺点穴法五步九穴法（归经，拨筋，点穴，制动，振通。九穴，肩井，风府，风池，天柱大椎，膏肓，天宗，极泉）治疗后，再用两手中指堵住病人两耳，一至三分钟，突然拔开，病人头耳朵马上轻松了，当时也不耳鸣了。第二次来，说上午不耳鸣了，下午又鸣，又治疗，第五次来说白天不耳鸣了，晚上还鸣，连续治疗十五次，不再头晕耳鸣了。

15年夏，我多年的老友问我三叉神经能点穴治疗吗？我说一般的都可以，他说这个严重，正住院呢，四小时吃一次止痛药，不吃就不行，这两天吃药也不行，不能吃饭，吃了就吐。医院让打孔，说是影响到血管，有些堵了。这么重，我不想治，无奈朋友说是他儿媳妇的母亲，儿媳抱着一岁的孩不能管她母亲，老是啼哭，让我先去诊断一下再说。去了后，一问，六十四岁，头向右歪，脸皮色蜡黄，脑后疼。我心想三叉神经怎么在脑袋后边疼呢？医院诊断了，也不好再说什么。再用触诊的方法摸，两肩膀上僵硬，右边的更硬，颈椎边上有条索状的硬结两肩甲骨不对称，断定是颈椎病引起的，小声对朋友说，问题不大，可以治疗。按通顺点穴法，颈椎五步九穴法，走一遍。重点施治颈椎两侧的筋结，等发热了。我右手按右肩上左手按右头，往相反方向用力，咔嚓一声，头就正过来了，脸色就红润了，病人立刻就喊不疼了。连续治疗五次，一切正常了。今年国庆节来找我，还说起这个病，到现在也没疼过。

13. 男，五十八岁，一八年六月来找我咨询身体状况。自述两腿无力，全身乏力，最近才做过体检，没有问题的。我看了他手掌纹，诊断了一遍，告诉他肠胃不好，气血堵在了腹部，影响气血运行，治疗腹部吧。他不太信，说能吃能喝的，没有问题的。又让他躺床上用触诊再诊断，让他体会到，用力按腹部肚脐上下左右都疼，特别是肚脐上和左下更疼。他才说不按真不知道啊！

13. 经用通顺点穴五步法，治疗一遍，重点治疗腹部的穴位，他的两腿往外跑凉气，最后又发热了，让他起来走走，走了一圈，高兴的说有劲了，全身舒服了，知道原因了。他又问还用时来治疗吗？治疗告诉他虽然见效快，若是不再坚持治疗，会加重病情的。应该连续治疗几次，腹部不疼就行了。

男，六十五岁，九九年八月，经人介绍来找我咨询病情。自述在医院检查，查不出问题，输了一段时间液体，也没有改变。我看他手诊，是有颈椎病，再用触诊，颈椎两侧肌肉僵硬，不平衡，断定是颈椎压迫神经造成的。通过用治疗颈椎的五步九穴法（五步，归经，点穴，拨筋，制动，振通。九穴，风池，极泉，天宗，肩井，膏肓，大椎，天柱，风府，肩贞）。治疗一次后，患者再起床，就见轻了。连续治疗十天，眩晕症状消失了。

15. 《案例》骨癌引起的肩周疼

15. 男，六十八岁，八九年去我朋友处治疗肩周炎，我去了，让我给点点穴。问他治疗的多常时间了，说是三个月了，其间换了三个人了。我通过触摸肩周围，肌肉柔软，抬到与肩周平就抬不起来了。又点了几次，还是不行。这才仔细观察他的面色，手诊。我跟朋友一起去外面说，不能再治疗了，不太正常。以我的经验，肯定能抬起来。现在就是抬不起来，可能是骨结核，或骨癌。这种情况有千分之一的概率。让病人去医院检查一下吧。

15. 第二天，他儿子就去大医院检查去了。过了半年，病人的亲戚来找我治疗，说我可神了，问我咋知道是癌症。他在其他地方治疗很长时间也没有人知道是癌症，都是按肩周炎治疗的。八十年代检查仪器不像现在这么普及，大多数人农村人还不去检查的。问病人情况，说第二天去大医院检查，就住院了，治疗了三个月就（走了）。

15. 通过这次的案例，我就更加注重诊断，不断学习诊断知识，以免误诊，给病人增加负担。

16. 《案例》肺癌引起的肩周疼

男，六十五岁，一九九四年来找我治疗肩周疼，自述肩周疼，晚上疼的不能翻身。我用手触摸，肌肉不僵硬，抬不起来。看他面色苍白，精神萎靡，看手诊也没有肩周炎的纹线。这种病一般情况下是不把脉的，我多了个心，把一下吧，结果脉相乱，硬，数，知道不是肩周炎这么简单。问他在医院检查过没有，孩子说，检查过，结果还没有出来呢。

他们说先治疗吧，明天有结果了拿来，我按肩周炎治疗，治疗结束后，病人感觉轻松多了，抬手臂也高了。第二天又来治疗，说晚上翻身也不太疼了。连续治疗四天了，但是我感觉到不是肩周炎的问题，要是肩周炎，治疗后，抬起来了，就不疼了，他的也能抬起来了，还是疼。就向他孩子要医院的检查结果。孩子说明天拿给我。第五天没有来。又过了一个礼拜，有认识他的人说，他是肺癌晚期，去医院住了一礼拜，就“走了”。

我真的是庆幸，要了好几次检查结果，他家人知道是肺癌晚期，瞒着他不说，病人治疗后舒服，要来治疗，我要的紧，他才不来了，怕他知道了。我也不敢保证要是继续治疗后，会有啥结果，病人是见轻了。若在我处，断了气，我如何收场，想起来就后怕。

17. 《案例》颊骨炎

男，二十八岁，一五年六月来找我，自述张口有摩擦声，咬硬东西颊骨疼，因是年轻人，一看他眼睛周围有黑眼圈，无精神，面部表情不自然，知他是熬夜，整天开着空调，吹出来的病。就直接点按，风池穴，风府，风门穴，再配合医风，高骨，颊车，下关。还有人迎，大迎，地苍穴，不一会，面部周围就发热发胀了，病人再张口就没有摩擦声了。第二天接着治疗，再咬硬东西就不疼了。

为什么要先点代风字的穴？穴位名字蕴含天机，风府是挟风出府，通领风穴。吹冷风，冷风进府了，先让他出来。人迎穴是送往迎来之穴，有来有往，相当于中药的白虎承气汤。地苍是大地苍库之穴，带苍者，扶正气之穴，相当于补中益气。这些穴，只要点穴得效，取准穴位，用力火候到位，疾病应手而解。

国医王氏通顺点穴法传承人国医王保龙之循经点穴治病的原理及《案例》。

传说最早掌握按摩术的名医是歧伯的老师僦贷季,为神农(炎帝)时代的人,精于诊断,擅长察色、诊脉,又能调和药剂及用按摩的方法来治疗疾病,但僦贷季似乎未掌握针灸术。

这一传说也是符合逻辑推理的,因药物疗法和按摩疗法可能直接来源于人的动物本能,而砭石的打制则是生产技术发展到一定程度的产物,必然晚于药物及手法。

僦贷季把医术传给了弟子歧伯,歧伯发展了老师的医疗技术并建立了中医学理论体系,故被尊为中医之祖。传说歧伯是黄帝的大臣,君臣问答讨论医药而产生了属于医学概论性质的《黄帝内经》一书及属于推拿专著性质的《黄帝歧伯按摩经》十卷。由于《黄帝歧伯按摩经》十卷早已亡,我们难以讨论其学术特点。但从内经中一些关于按摩疗法的零星记载来看,歧伯不仅掌握了按摩治疗方法,而且对按摩作用机理,按摩适应证、禁忌证均有深入研究。如《举痛论》篇对同样是寒气侵犯人体而引起的疼痛,由于病机的不同,认为有的痛“按之则热气至,热气至则痛至矣”,有的痛“按之则血气散,故按之痛止”,而有的痛因“深按之不能及,按之无益”,甚至有的痛反而“痛甚不可按也”。如果歧伯没有长期的按摩临床实践,是不可能有如此精辟见解的。

但有较为明确史料记载的推拿治疗病案,当推神医扁。

《周礼》疏记载,扁鹊��虢境,遇虢太子患尸厥暴卒,扁鹊自告奋勇为其诊治,令子明炊汤,子仪脉神,子游按摩,数法并下,成功地治愈了虢太子病。《韩诗外传》亦有同样记载。

循经点穴治病的原理

中医学是中华民族特有的医学体系，包括汉族以及其他民族，如藏医，蒙医，苗医等统称为中医。中医包括中草药学，经络穴位说（包括针灸推拿循经点穴）阴阳五行脏俯学说，导引学说等等。

中国医学认为，人体脏俯的功能虽各不相同，但均以气是人体的原动力。内部的气分顺调，能加强脏俯的运化机能，从而增强对疾病的抵抗力。筋养气，气养血，血养筋。血随气行，气以筋为轨，筋得血而养，三者循环而生，三者循环而生，互相联系不可或缺。

人生病，是人的正常气机运行失调，中医药不能直接作用于病灶。而是经过八纲辨证的分析论证，以君臣佐使方剂对症下药治疗，使药性气化并佐以心理疗法，药膳，形体锻炼把不正常的气机调整到工常的状态，病态解除。

中医治病通过，四诊手诊耳诊面诊服药等综合疗法。经络穴位是中医特有的发现和治疗法宝。

循经点穴，是直接作用于人体的生物疗法，也叫以人疗人之法，人与人的生物场比较相同，是任何机器代替不了的。施术之人经过长期有序的锻炼，身体强壮，经络畅通，气血充足，生物场生物电高于常人。通过点压穴位及特定的部位刺激激活失调的闭合穴位，使它产生真气，产生生物电，传导病位，冲开经络，达到气通，把失调的穴位气机矫正过来。因此，中医治病侧重的不是药物，不是灭菌，不是抗生素，不是攻击病灶，不是物理生化疗法，而是调理气机，激发穴位产生真气。

从这点出发，中医的发展不能主要依靠药物，应发展到激活经络穴位或者说激发细胞再生，增强免疫力。这也是我从医的经验。没有超前意识，便没有创造，更谈不上治病救人，继承发展中医药文化。黄帝内经早就为我们指出过道路，可惜后人没有重视和积极应用。一味的用药，用药越来越多，病越来越难治。

王氏通顺颈椎点穴法，在利用传统望闻问切四诊的基础上，更加注重触诊、手诊的作用。通过触诊能更直观感知相应经络路线上肌肉软硬薄厚和瘀滞情况。通过手诊观察手的型、气、色、纹，清楚判断患者的体质、脏腑情况、心理状态。这一切都为循经点穴调理身心奠定了科学基础。王氏点穴手法要义可以概括为五步九穴。五步分别为：归经、拨筋、点穴、制动、振通。九穴分别是：风池、风府、大椎、肩井、天宗、肩贞、膏肓、天柱、极泉。

颈椎

1. 《案例》咽炎吃药无效果，病因就在颈椎上。

15年四月，有一女，五十岁，陪家人来治疗颈推病，问颈椎病能引起多少种病，当我说到能影响咽炎时，她说她的咽炎很重，吃了好几年的中西药，就是不好，可能和颈椎病有关吧。等给患者治疗结束后给她诊断，看手诊是有颈椎病，再用触诊，颈椎周围有条索状的筋结，颈椎病肯定有，但是不是压迫咽炎，不确定。让她俯卧床上，枕上枕头，先向左侧歪，用手掌小鱼际，压颈后，压到大椎处，她大咳嗽，再压再咳嗽，憋着咽喉疼，有针扎似的痛，断为颈椎病压迫造成的咽炎，经治疗一次，咽喉畅快，继续治疗六次，再压不咳嗽了。又巩固治疗四次痊愈这样的例子，九十年代，治疗过好多人了，积累了大量的病例，愿大家引起重视早日康复。

2. 《案例》颈椎病压迫食道

男，40岁，12年六月五日，吃饭时咽食物堵的慌，有时反胃。他父亲是我的朋友，来咨询的，说他儿子抱着他哭。交待了好多事，认为得了食道癌。让我去诊断，问了一些日常生习惯，又看手诊。用触诊的方法检查颈椎周围肌肉的僵硬程度。用手指点大椎上的穴，他食道有气感，我心理就有底了。随后用通顺颈椎点穴法，治疗一遍，病人马上感觉舒服了。让他吃食物轻松了，特别的高兴最后又让他去拍片验证一下诊断结果，去除心理阴影。第二天来拿着片子来告诉我是有颈椎病，食道无事。经十次治疗，完全正常了。

3. 《案例》颈椎病引起的呼吸不畅

女，二十八，94年经人介绍来咨询，自述：一转头就不能出气，按感冒治疗无效。通过触诊，断为颈椎病，病人不想信，我说按颈椎病治有效，说明诊断正确，无效就不对。因为当时很少人说颈椎病，人们还不知道颈椎病是什么病。颈椎病是八五年才确定了病名，不是专业人员不知道很正常。这也是我第一个遇到的病例，也特别用心治疗，按通顺点穴法一步一步的来，对天柱穴周围的条索物用力拔动，把大椎旁边的肌肉拔开，随后转动头颈，咔嚓声响，头转动过来了。再让她转动，转动灵活了，再转头气顺畅多了。这时病人才相信我诊断的正确。

4. 《案例》颈椎病导致右手臂二十四小时麻木

男，五十八岁，职业编辑。时间2014年。自述手臂整天麻木，经用各种方法治疗一年，无效果，想去做手术，经朋友介绍来治疗的。刚开始也没啥信心了，一直问我治疗过的患者情况，我说颈椎病引起好多病，方法正确了也不难，你试试看吧，一二次无效就选别的法，他找按摩理疗正骨的地方多了，心存疑惑，朋友说，我的点穴法跟其他人不一样，来了就治一次，今天不收费，管用再来。看他这种情况，颈肩臂的肉僵硬，又治疗这么长时间无效果，治疗多了表皮肌肉发软了一些。我就重点拔筋，和点穴。他都有反应，知道肯定有效了，再用振通法，通上半身和手臂，结束后，手指麻木见轻了。

当治疗到第十次时，颈肩臂，反应灵敏了，基本上不木了，他让我多用些力治疗，又和我聊天，说很舒服的，又让我治疗一遍，本来不能再治了，经不住他说，又来一遍。结束后告诉他，治多了，反应大，血流动快，感觉不舒服会难受的，他说知道，没事的。晚上给我打电话说难受，又跟刚治疗时一样，手臂麻烦没地方放。我解释半天，他也不太理解。又告诉他这几天不用治疗，难受过去就彻底好了。他也没再联系我，二十多天后打来电话说有人去找我，一小时后，他单位的记者，腰痛不能翻身，走路让人扶，说是他介绍来的，经治疗马上能翻身了下床能站直了。他的司机也说腰痛也让治疗。一边治一边聊，他说是主任介绍来，把你说成神仙了，去了就大见效，我们不信，在其它地方治疗一星期还不能下床，才来的，我问你们主任现在怎么样，他说，颈椎病好了，也不说手臂麻木了，以前天天喊难受，去找地方治疗。现在主任每见到这种病症就让找你去治疗，就夸你的点穴手法奇特，起初我们也不太信，但经过治疗算是彻底相信了。

00年秋，经人介绍来咨询经常感冒有啥办法，月月感冒，经常输液，也治问她感冒发烧吗？说不烧，就是头背不舒服，经常这样，一两年了。经诊断大椎处有大包，颈椎右遍僵硬明显高，断为颈椎病。病人也不太想信，我说治疗一次你就想信了。按通顺颈推点穴法，重点治大椎和右边的僵硬的部位，治疗结束后，后背上发热，肩上冒热气，全身轻松了，后背不冷了。第二天又来治疗，见面就说你诊断的太对了，一次就见大效了。以前花了钱，受罪，也没治了病，庸医害人。

女，50岁，教师，16年五月经人介绍来治疗的。自述:胸闷气短，背部有压迫感，像有几十斤石头压着，颈也不舒服，按心脏病治疗一般时间无效。我用四诊、手诊，看不出有心脏病，又用触诊，颈椎病很历害，颈外肌肉僵硬，有筋结，条索状。两肩上的肉更硬，大椎穴周围也高，断定是颈椎病引起的假性心脏病。经用通顺颈椎五步九穴法治疗后，背部立感轻松，像去了几十斤的物体，胸口立刻敞亮，气也顺了。在临床中，遇到这样的例子很多，若按心脏病吃药，无效，有的人把胃都吃坏了。

病人问以前的从没听说过是这原因，我说，颈椎病也是这十几年才特别的多仪器还没有达到能检测到肌肉僵硬的程度，不去触诊也只能按症状判断的。分享这个例子是让大家引起重视，多一种诊断方式，少走弯路。

04年六月二十日，有一二十岁左右的年轻小伙子，经人介绍来找我，说肩臂疼，抬不起来，问起原因，多长时间，才四五天了，我说你这么年轻，这么热的天，怎么就着凉了。问他干什么工作，他说是装水泥的搬运工，跟汽车装御的。装满车，去水管冲身体，然后坐车上的水泥上，卸了车又冲一遍，连续十天左右开始痛了，现在抬不起来了。不能工作了，来治疗。询问完，心里有数了，知道是什么原因致的病。大热天凉水冲，浑身湿，又在高速行驶的汽车上，风一吹，身上就凉了，凉气，水又进入体内，成了湿邪连续在这种环境中，湿邪排不出来，导制湿邪堵塞正气运行，故疼。

任何疾病，在体内都是��的变化，这样说很抽象。风寒湿，体内是气，体外能不能看到，我遇到的，特别是患者亲身经历的、才能理解气是人体的源动力。

94年，有一个四十多岁的司机来治腰痛，自述，五、六年了，年年加重，现在不能开车了，只能休息，晚上痛苦的不能翻身，夜不能眠。知道是他平时修车躺在地上时间长了、寒湿之气进入体内，用了很多方法也不行来治疗时，由于客人多、让他放松坐椅子上等，他直嚷疼，客人说先让他治疗，就用循经点穴之法、点了腿上腰上肩背的十几个穴，疼缓解;让他继续坐，继续给先到的人治疗。半小时后，他说腿上特别凉，等去给他治疗，让他上床，脱鞋，地上很湿，正好和鞋印一般大小、当时也不在意。第二天人又多，又让他继续做，先点几个穴、他说很舒服。轮到给他治疗时，脱鞋，地上又是湿的；第三天又是，客人说，病越来越轻，来时专门观察鞋底看有没有踏上水，进屋时先看鞋底湿不湿，都是干的；第五天，再看地上，湿的了，看他袜子鞋都不湿，都是地上湿，大概第八天，地上不湿了，腰也好了。今年见过患者，还在说这稀罕事，经常给介绍患者找我。

其实也不稀奇，体内是气、体外是水，相互转化，都是以气为载体，正气是生命的源动力。

For example, according to the chapter "On Lifting Pain", the pain caused by the same cold air invading the human body, due to the different pathogenesis, it is believed that some pain "press it to heat up, and then the pain will go on", some pain "press it to disperse the blood gas, so press it to stop the pain", while some pain "press it deeply, and it is useless to press it", and even some pain "can't be pressed". If Qi Bo did not have long-term clinical practice of massage, it would be impossible to have such incisive views.

However, there are relatively clear historical records of massage therapy cases, which should be used as a miracle doctor.

According to the Book of Rites of the Zhou Dynasty, Bian Que volunteered to diagnose and treat Prince Guo's disease when he passed through the territory of Guo and met with a dead man who was attacked by Prince Guo. He ordered his son to cook soup, his son to worship his pulse, and his son to massage. He successfully cured Prince Guo's disease by combining several methods. It is also recorded in Han Shi Wai Zhuan.
