is it bad that I ship Ren Amamiya/Akira Kurusu/Joker with Futaba mainly because:

• I kinda kin Futaba and I really really relate to her based off her personality description (tho I haven't personally played the game but based off what I've seen she's so relatable oh my god) PLUS I have the biggest fattest crush on Joker (shocker) and thus my kin × the guy I have a crush on is an obvious no brainer ship

• Joker is TECHNICALLY me (the player) AKA I get to control him AKA I get to date/ hangout with Futaba when given the chance (supposing I have the money to buy Persona 5 one day lololol)

• They just look really cute together haha

• black x red is a cute colour dynamic (eg. Garucca)

• I self ship myself with both of them :p

Honestly pretty disgusted by the fact that the Joker x Futaba ship is seen as being "for perverts" or "problematic" despite the fact that they're both teenagers with a one-year age gap between them and the majority of the fanbase would rather pair Joker with his thirty-year-old teacher or with the crazed murderer who killed Futaba's mother in cold blood. Kind of seems like some Persona 5 fans have a difficult time seeing the autistic character as anything other than a baby.

One thing I absolutely adore about ShuTaba is the parallel of Ren and Futaba with Sojiro and Wakaba.

"LET ME EXPLAIN!"

When Yusuke asked Sojiro why he took Ren in, Sojiro stated that he took him in because he reminded him of himself when he was younger.

Not just that, but in Sojiro's last rank in his confidant, he wonders if Futaba will be someone's wife in the future AND states that he's sure that Futaba will grow up to be a fine woman someday since she's Wakaba's daughter.

After replaying Persona 5 Royal I would say it pretty much has the best romances in the Persona series.

Pretty much my Top 3 waifu(romance) in Persona 5R are:

1. Haru

2. Makoto

3. Futaba

Also I feel like Atlus put more effort on the 4 female party members romance(Ann, Makoto, Haru and Futaba). Especially Makoto on how she has a unique romance dialogue on Christmas eve.
