A final song to give some backstory and the true final boss fight. Overall it’s a pretty fun album, I can listen to it back to back anytime and there’s no weak tracks in it, it’s a 9 for me though I certainly would’ve liked for more actions to take place in the actual music rather than in the narration, where most of the important stuff happens. The red gem contained a curse too strong that sealed her will into it, leaving all her descendants with her striking red eyes. After Kanon’s parents were killed, the stone was the one thing that kept her alive, allowing her to live on but without her memories of those events. Back to the stage in the present, standing before Cecil and Bella was the awakened Medius who has taken a hold of Kanon’s body while they let their guards down after victory, her awakening prompted by the 3 regalia being brought together along with one of her descendants, Kanon. >My name is Medius. I have arisen. And now... it's finally time to return this world to ashes. >Her magic is too strong... but we can't stop here after all we've done >Correct, I'm sure we can figure something out >Those expressions, it's been a while since I saw such frustration, I'll take my time with you lot.

the rain is dyed in red as it violently pours hopes and dreams are shattered those feelings never materialize, and the despair leads to death  the scream of those wishes cuts off as they break away

Without Kanon's melody, Cecil's 5 holy swords have a hard time against Medius with all three sacred treasures. In a violent charge to recover her, a deadly blow strikes Cecil down. He manages to overcome the pain and defeat Medius, but... >No... this can't be happening! >Don't worry >What has happened to me...? >What are you saying! >Really... Now, Bella... I have one last request for you. >What is it? >These wounds of mine would take too long to heal... can you use what’s left of my life, to make sure Kanon will be able to live longer, even if it erases her memory? Bella silently nodded Gently playing the tune of the Island of Oblivion as Kanon was laying in Cecil's arms, as soon as he was able to feel her moving again, with a gentle expression the hero was able to rest at last.

In the epilogue, 白銀の髪（hakugin no kami, Silver Hair), many years have passed since the 3 regalia brought chaos to the world, and a beautiful melody is now felt around the world. A young girl stumbles with a swordsman (who definitely shares a voice actor with Cecil). The girl's mother, with vibrant red eyes, apologizes for the child’s rudeness and asks the swordsman if she's ever met him before, but he says she's probably mistaking him for someone else. The young girl says that the guy has silver colored hair just like hers and he carries a huge sword so he's probably very super strong.

The swordsman turned back and kept looking at the couple as they walked away, with a big smile on his face as he saw them off.

So basically the reason Kanon was so powerful is because she was the final boss all along, or rather a vessel for the final boss. Still, what’s with the kid? If she was pregnant before the fight well, wtf? She’d have lost it in the struggle, or did Cecil pump and dump an amnesiac girl? So many questions. Sorry for the half-assed translation but hey, feel free to correct me on anything, I’m all ears and all open to corrections as my skill level is certainly not up there. It’s funny because I can only understand so much, yet the emotional part of these last two songs gets to me real hard just by the sheer power of the instrumental and the voice acting. 21. How did I get into Messiah

Confession time. I’ve only been in the Butai fandom for a year now (started around May 2016), and I’ve only been into Messiah since July 2016. Right now it’s June 2017. Not even one year into Messiah XD

How I found Messiah is pretty simple. From Tenimyu, I became a fan of Ono Kento, and therefore I searched high and low for any stage that features him. Then I found out that his role in Messiah- Hisui no Shou is rather hyped (for very obvious reasons) and so I decided to give it a shot. Yes I started watching Messiah from Hisui no Shou.

But by then, Ono Kento has graduated, and for most in Messiah fandom, once your favorite actor graduates you graduate along with them. I did too. Once I’ve caught up with everything in Messiah that has Ono Kento in it, I stopped watching and went to fanfictions, hoping that I could find more of his stories there (I was also hoping to find more Ichijima there, much to my dismay).

And then I kept seeing this ‘Ariga Mamiya’ or ‘Mamoru Kaito’ whom I totally have no idea who they were supposed to be (I didn’t give gen2 a single chance before leaving). Rather than watching the stage to find out more, I instead found this very in depth character analysis on Mamiya, and I thought, “Holy hell this character has one hell of a story line I must watch it!”. So I watched Hagane no Shou next. And it was damn good. Even better than Hisui, and I’m not even Mamiya biased.

However, at that point, I no longer have any character I can root for (Haku has graduated, Ichijima wasn’t returning, Reiji was...yeah). I watched Shinku, only because I had hoped that Ono Kento would return, and the only thing that sort of kept me interested was the ‘The World Reforming’ meeting which will be held once again (or so I thought, since this plot point seems to have completely disappeared. Was it just my imagination?)

Concurrently I was slowly turning into a Yamaoki Yuuki fan, and coincidentally, it was announced that Okki will be part of the subsequent Messiah stage! I kicked my ass ASAP to do a lot more ‘research’ on Messiah story as a whole, just so that I can understand Okki’s role. And only then I began to discover the wonderful casts Messiah has to offer besides Ono Kento lol.

So, answering the question XD What made me find Messiah is Ono Kento. What got me interested to find out more about Messiah is Mamiya report analysis and Yamaoki Yuuki. What made me so obsessed into Messiah that I’m running a tumblr on it writing fanfictions and making MVs of it is.... I’m not really sure. I’m not even rooting for a single actor or character anymore (despite my bias actor being in it), and instead I’m falling for more and more actors who have been in Messiah, and even the ending’s singer! (Shikata Akiko to be exact)

But I can say for sure that I am very fond of complex characters that you can write pages and pages of analysis of. This + ikemen + action = I’m rotting in Messiah hell forever XD

(note: I wanted to mention this as a reason why I came to like Messiah but I couldn’t find said thing. There’s this tumblr that does something like a ‘Messiah Shikkoku no Shou minute by minute analysis’. That tumblr scrutinized the important frames in the movie for that ‘one minute’ and its significance, like the white corridor and how it is foreshadowed as the white corridor of doom, or the positioning of Souma and Haruki as they were hacking the door in said white corridor of doom. IF ANYONE KNOWS WHERE TO FIND THIS TUMBLR PLEASE TELL MEEEE)
