ppl point out Blitzo literally apologized to Stolas in Ozzie's (when he shouldn't have had to) when Stolas accused him of never feeling sorry but I just noticed
that wasn't the only time
Blitzo literally says 'I'm sorry' when he says he can't go rescue Stolas from Striker because he's busy.
so that's twice he apologized and Stolas somehow forgot
and if you count non-Stolas related apologies he also apologizes very loudly and sincerely to Loona at the end of Seeing Stars.
Stolas acting like Blitzo is this prideful guy who never apologizes and it's a major flaw of his is just him rewriting reality, yet again. it comes off like he only believes it because Blitzo wouldn't cave immediately and apologize a second time for expressing how Stolas made him feel (or in Stolas' head, for refusing to believe Stolas genuinely liked him despite it being entirely Stolas' fault that Blitzo has no good reason to believe that)
honestly it really feels like the classic abuser strategy of projection where the perp accuses the victim of doing something they literally just did to their victim
the perfect moment for Stolas to apologize would have been at the end of full moon - a genuine apology, not that weaselly-words 'I'll do everything but say it's my fault for making the deal' speech he did earlier. but he doesn't and in the very next episode accuses Blitzo of being the one who is incapable of apologizing
yucky abuse dynamics asides, idk why we're expected to believe Stol1tz will last longer than five minutes when one party is comically incapable of self-reflection or sincere regret and the other party is being manipulated into apologizing just for expressing their feelings
🤕 except it’s the writer herself who keeps altering past events to make her favourite character look better. So she creates a new character flaw in Blitzø who has actually apologised more than any in the character in the show. 7 times in the series.
1. Sorry I (x) your husband - to Stella (weird but it counts)
2. In truth seekers when he vowed to be a better friend to moxxie and reminded him his value, and to use his actual name. I count that.
3. I can’t do it tonight alright, I’m sorry. - to stolas
4. Loona my sweet baby girl I’m so sorry I’ll never replace you no matter what.
5. Aw shit stolas i cant today alright I’m sorry I’m literally on my way to take Loona for her very important S.H.O.T.
6. I’m sorry Fizz. I’m so sorry you got so hurt, I’m sorry for what you’ve lost and I know I can never make that right. But You have no idea what I lost in that fire. I mean it’s all my fault, I’d hate me too. I do hate me.
7. Stolas, wait, I’m sorry. - stolas kicked him out
8. Him berating himself and verbally lifting stolas up as amazing, so that he stops crying and stops drinking. Shows remorse also. None of which stolas deserved.
Stolas has once. To via. Unless you count a polite ones in those simpering texts of his. In seeing stars via doesn’t let him because she blames herself entirely due to Loonas words. I struggle to count the “sorry it’s a bad time yet again Blitzy but I’m in a sitch” because he’s asking for something. So if you stretch, that’s maybe 3.
The sad part is Blitzø internalises all of stolas’ cruelty and insults and believes them to be true. Blitzø already has an internal voice of hate and criticism; stolas is his externalised self hatred. Because why wouldn’t he believe the prince, stolas is the one dressed so nicely, singing so nicely with pretty props, crying and surrounded by people crying with him, who all hate Blitzø, so stolas must be right.
Idc, Blitzø knew stolas was in trouble and reacted accurately. He had other things to do and Millie offered to help him. He was going to go over there. It’s weird that Viv wrote him to say “he can get hurt?” “I didnt think he was capable of-” and this was all she could come up with to make stolas all wounded and all betrayed. I’m tired of Blitzø throwing himself in the line of fire all the time. Stolas encourages his worst instincts. It’s not his job to protect stolas. But he did anyway. Even if he had saved him Viv would say “but it’s his fault striker even came back at all because reasons” I think it’s Stella’s fault actually but maybe that’s just me? He’s angrier at blitzø than Stella because he didn’t fulfil his damsel fantasy?
I think vivzie doesn’t account for fans who aren’t knee deep in stolitz Twitter, Instagram, ao3, r34, tiktok etc. Those fans have the romance in their heads the show doesn’t need to even write it. I’m guessing their dynamic will end up as Stolas replacing Loona. Blitzø allows him to abuse him because he feels guilt and sympathy, he wants there to be love between them. The relationship is based on this feeling of remorse and self hate, and pity for how lonely and hurt stolas is.

Companion
Characters/Pairings: Namor x female!Reader Word Count: 3.3k Summary: A month after the king of Talokan takes you as his betrothed, you question your position and the future as your expectations have been disappointed.
Content Warnings: angst to some relationship resolution; explicit smut: oral (female receiving), vaginal fingering; strong language
Additional Notes: This is a direct sequel to Consort - and while there's probably enough context to read this on its own, it will mean far less without reading the first part - the first part that could really be blamed by @nellycanwrite and being a TALENTED ARTIST AND MENACE. We would not be here if not for a particular piece she shared an unfinished sneak peak of last December.

You are restless, agitated, feeling completely unmoored.
Sleep is not going to come to you soon. It hadn’t the past few nights, but tonight you are not going to give yourself over to endless tossing and turning or trying to read yourself to distraction. You are exhausted, but too strung out to find any respite in your room. You quietly slip out of your chambers and begin to wander.
When you eventually find yourself in the throne room, you laugh bitterly to yourself. Naturally this is where your subconscious would take you. This is where your life completely altered course a month ago, betrayed and traded at your father’s hand for peace amongst kingdoms, the tectonic plates of your life not only shifted but shattered.
Only to be picked up by him moments later.
You look out over the expanse of the drop off from the perimeter of the throne room. The view out over Talokan is stunning in the simulated vibranium moonlight, but you resent the view. It’s one more painful piece of your new reality – as beautiful as this kingdom is, it’s still not the picturesque view of Fourchon and your former life in the kingdom of your upbringing.
You squeeze your eyes shut for a few moments, trying to control the anger and sadness.
When the traitorous trade had been made, you thought your father had sealed your fate as a token consultant at best or prisoner at worst, but K’uk’ulkan had spun a different narrative, one where the potential that would have been wasted in your former kingdom was something he saw and wanted at his side as his queen consort. His words had been a balm to your soul, and you had believed him when he said he’d wanted you – to take into counsel, to serve the kingdom, to influence. It was a lifeline offered, and you’d grasped that tether, letting him pull you in. He’d started to put you back together with promises and sealed it with a moment of intimate bliss beyond anything you could have imagined.
Then it was almost as if you’d been banished from his presence. At first you had accepted the explanations of business that needed his attention in other parts of the kingdom and other realms or that his schedule had demanded unanticipated changes, rarely getting to take meals with him, culminating no contact at all for the last two weeks.
You didn’t know it was going to be that way in the beginning though, so you’d spent your month acclimatizing and throwing yourself into life in Talokan. He’d said you were built to rule, driven to do good, why not with him, and since you’d thought he was telling you the truth, you had made the effort to get to know the people, know their culture, know their lives, their struggles, hopes, and dreams. It was intimidating at first – they were a fierce people brought up to be ready for war – but they also created and forged happiness, and you wanted to prove yourself. Before long, you forgot the nerves and tucked away the feeling of being an imposter, because you created relationships, took up projects, and started to create a new routine in your life that meant something to you.
You think the life you are building in this new kingdom is good except for the one perhaps most important thing.
Tomorrow you are supposed to wed the ruler of this kingdom, and you felt that was now a hollow artifice. The final fitting for your wedding clothes today had felt frivolous and futile. How could you be expected to marry K’ul’kulkan with the distance, the disinterest?
You roll your shoulders back and lift your head up, refocusing your gaze out over this new place.
You will wed Namor with the same resolve that had held you together in the initial moments your life had been traded for an alliance – you would always be duty and honor bound. A foolish glimmer of a passionate partnership was more than you had expected growing up, it had been dangled in front of you for a moment but had quickly dwindled and ultimately disappeared. A political arrangement, and if the past few weeks were indicative of the future, then the only consolation was it seemed Namor would at least let you make your own choices and wouldn’t interfere with the projects you pursued, things you knew you could leverage for good with your position of power in his kingdom.
You only wish you hadn’t been given a glimmer of what might have been. It would have been much easier to manage without the taste of more.
“When you were not in your chambers, I thought I might find you here.”
You turn slowly, forcing your face to give away nothing of your shock or your resentment to the king.
“I was looking for you,” he says, crossing the large expanse of the space.
“Really, your highness?”
“Certainly. Tomorrow you are to become my bride.” He stops an arm’s length away from you.
You can’t help the hardening of your features you feel at this proclamation. “I’m amazed you remembered.”
He tilts his head. “Do not be petulant, Princess.”
“The picture you painted a month ago has not been the reality.”
“What complaint can you possibly have to give?”
“You lied to me,” you let your anger finally spill out in your tone. “With my life shattered to pieces in this very room, you started to put me back together by saying you said you wanted me as your queen consort, not just a wife to adorn your arm and give you an heir, a companion.” You take half a step closer to him. “But where have you been these weeks, especially this fortnight? You left the broken pieces of me on a shelf, discarded and forgotten.”
“Make no mistake,” Namor says and grips your chin, pulling you closer, “you are not forgotten.”
Your eyes are locked on each other now, and it seems you are each trying to delve into the soul of the other. He presses his thumb to your bottom lip, opening your mouth. The action is not rough in any way, but it serves to communicate his strength, your vulnerability, and that he could subject you to anything. “You are mine, Princess.”
Then suddenly he wraps an arm around your waist and pulls you into his side before swimming swiftly into the jaws of his throne. He sets you aright and the two of you stand face to face.
“I sought you out tonight to remind you of what we spoke of that day on this very spot. Clearly you did not need a reminder, but perhaps insight into my choices. At present you think me rash and negligent or easily distracted to become betrothed to a stranger in a matter of moments and then seemingly abandon you.
“My offer of marriage was swift but not rash. I told you that day the things I had already learned about you, and the time we spent together showed even more clearly who you were. I have lived and ruled for hundreds of years, I know well how to read a person’s character, and the interaction we shared in those brief moments confirmed you had a fierce and noble spirit with both a compassion to sacrifice for your people and passion to match my own.”
Part of your chest starts to swell, but you dampen it down. He built you up with his words once before, and you are cautious not to get carried away so easily.
“That does not explain why you distanced yourself from me.” You needed more than flattery for your character.
“I am not easily surprised, but I confess I did not expect to be presented with the offer your father made. If you were to become the companion I wanted to see at my side, I knew I could not be the one to put you back together. I wanted the future queen that only you could forge by getting to know my kingdom, my people, our way of life, and integrating yourself into Talokan in your own right. Building your own reputation amongst them these past weeks, they see you are not merely a foreign princess acquired for an alliance, they will accept you as their queen because they know you. You have conquered them with your heart, your goodness, your passion, your sharp mind.”
He pauses to search your face. His words have both softened and strengthened you.
“I did not want to influence or distract in any of that.”
You nod, considering every word, not ready to respond yet.
“Now I did have certain things to attend to, some of which you will know very soon, but I confess I did limit and ultimately withhold the time we could have spent together.”
You open your mouth to argue this point, but he chuckles and shushes you.
“The more time I spent with you – scant as it was – and the more reports that came in from my advisors, my people, even your guards and the servants that attend you – yes, I spoke with them regularly – the more I did not want to share you with anyone else. Since I did not want to rob you of the unique and limited time to integrate into Talokan during our engagement, I cut myself off altogether.”
Your mouth hangs open at this rationalization, your brow furrowing further and further as he had explained his absence. But you do gather your wits, and challenge, “You avoided spending time together because you wanted to spend time with me?”
His smirk is nearly a smolder. “Once we are wed, I’m not sharing your time with anyone until I have to, and we will only spend our days apart as is strictly necessary when we resume royal duties after the honeymoon.”
Oh, he is good with that tongue, you think.
“Tomorrow, I will have you in every way, but for now I want to worship at the altar of what will be mine.”
He seizes your neck and pulls you in for a kiss. The heat is searing, and your lips demand equally of each other. He nips and you whimper, allowing him to plunge his tongue into your mouth. He is hungry for you, and you can’t deny him now.
With one hand still holding your neck and the other now at your shoulder, he moves so the back of your knees meet the edge of the throne, and he slowly pushes you down to sit, stepping between your legs. You look up at him, and you move a hand to his hip.
“Not tonight, my princess,” he says, his eyes dark with lust. “I can wait. I have an atonement and assurance to make of the sincerity of my intentions.”
You’re entranced as he kneels before you. The hand that was on your neck moves down over one of your breasts, along your ribs, and then grabs your hip, pulling you to the edge of the seat. You clutch the stone arms of the throne as his other hand goes beneath your nightdress, finding your knee, and pushes the fabric out of the way as he moves his hand diligently up your soft thigh. When that hand finishes its journey, he tears your underwear away, making you yelp and grasp at the hand he still has on your hip. You know he has preternatural strength, but to experience it, know it’s there in his veins at every moment, and that he must meticulously measure it out is terrifying yet intoxicating.
Much like he is in every sense.
He draws one of your legs over his shoulder and turns his head to press his warm lips to your tender flesh. Slow kisses. Deliberate. Your heart races. You’re desperate with anticipation but the exquisite torture is its own bliss. “Namor,” you plead.
He bites in punishment, and you cry out.
“That is not the name I told you to use,” he says, his voice even but stern. “I will not have you speak the name relegated to my enemies when you have me like this.”
No. Because this is the two of you, intimate. You needed to let him back in. You want to let him back in. “K’uk’ulkan,” you let it fall from your lips.
It draws a small genuine smile that softens this powerful man and warms you even more. He soothes the bite with another kiss, but then the next place his lips land is directly over your core. Your head falls back, and you utter his name again, unbidden as bliss shoots through your body. He is in no hurry as he begins mouthing at your most intimate parts. He warms you up with slow, methodical licks of his broad tongue. He gently draws your nether lips into his mouth, sucking and savoring. Your leg curls around his back as your body surrenders to him. He adjusts the hand over your hip to entwine his fingers with yours, anchoring you to each other while he continues to draw out your pleasure. He pulls back with a long suck, then he dives back in, leading with his nose, following it with another lick behind. When he reaches your clit, he circles it with the tip of his nose, gives a quick flick with his tongue, and then he puckers his lips to suck just the little bead with precision and concentrated force.
Little whimpers, whines, and longer moans fall from your mouth with abandon, and the thought that someone could hear you, could perhaps see this, is a fleeting fear and thrill before he resumes sucking and gliding along your folds, and you discard any worry because you can’t concentrate on anything but his exquisite actions. The king of Talokan is on his knees, continuing to plunder you on his throne. Your free hand threads into his dark hair, gloriously soft in your fingers, and you press him even closer. He hums against your cunt, pausing, and you can feel his lips curling in a smirk, but you don’t care. You need more, and so you tug his locks, and he happily yields to your insistence.
Oh, he is even better at this with his tongue, you think.
He zig-zags his tongue across your slit, then pushes it in your hole. In and out, and again, and again. He begins to speed up, and you’re trembling around him.
Then nothing at your core, and you cry out, your eyes shooting open to look down at him.
He chuckles. You narrow your gaze at him, “You–“
He surges up to put a stop to your words with a kiss, persistent until he feels you soften, then draws away and brushes his thumb over your cheek. “You’re meant for more than instant gratification, my pearl.”
Those words send a shiver down your spine, and you would be irked by the smile that’s still too close to a smirk on his face, but you both know he’s now earned this moment with you. What’s more, there’s a depth in the eyes of the look he’s giving you, proof that it’s not cockiness, but satisfaction tinged with yearning that strikes you to your core. “Please.”
“Tell me what you want, Princess. I will give you everything,” he swears, and you know he means it indefinitely.
“Make me come, my king.”
He nods, eyes remaining fixed on you as his hand moves to your cunt. He inserts one finger, pressing in and then drawing back out, and you hum in approval. He doesn’t hesitate to add a second finger, and you push your hips forward even more. The heat and concentration of his gaze on you is tremendous, and it continues stoking its own fire in your soul, but it’s more than you can handle in this moment, so you close your eyes and draw him back in for another searing kiss, plunging your tongue into his mouth, doing your best to undo him in at least some small way.
He seems to sense this is your intention, as you suck his bottom lip into your mouth, and he curls his fingers up and finds the spot on the wall of your pelvis that will be your undoing. You keen when he finds it, your head falling back. He presses just one open-mouthed kiss to the column of your neck, offered up vulnerably to him, and then he swiftly descends to bury his head back between your thighs. He immediately sucks your clit, his fingers continuing to plunder your tight channel, and you wrap your legs around his neck, crossing your ankles against his muscular back. The pleasure builds, coiling in your stomach, your limbs tightening. He curls those fingers again, expertly, and hurtles you over the edge, cries of ecstasy escaping your chest.
His mouth releases your clit, but his fingers carefully stroke you through your orgasm, drawing out the rippling sensations. He solemnly kisses up and down your leg, and you’re still riding the bliss, but you can feel his eyes trained up on you once more.
Just as you think he will withdraw, his fingers pick up speed up again, but he plunges them in deeper. His lips return to torment you with pleasure, and you grasp at his head, though the action is futile as you are no match for his immense strength. His free hand is now planted at the base of your spine, not allowing you to squirm even one inch away from his ministrations. He is in earnest, and so your second orgasm breaks over you quickly, and you collapse forward, the desperate whimpers of release swallowed up by him a moment later as he straightens up and his lips seek yours. You sink into the kiss, and he pulls you from the throne and into his embrace. He moves easily to reclaim his throne, much as he has reclaimed you. His lips continue to kiss you, but they drift away from your lips and back – moving over your cheeks, your jaw, along your neck, softly over your eyes, over your forehead, your shoulders, the spot beneath your ear, the juncture at your collarbone, ghosting over your temples, every bit of skin that’s exposed to him. He wants all of you. You’re powerless to do anything but accept his ministrations, and you have no desire to refuse this exploration, blissed out as you are.
When his kisses slow, you bring your delicate fingers up to caress his face. He rests his forehead against yours, and his arms around your torso tighten, pressing you closer.
“Do not doubt that you are the companion that I want,” he murmurs. “After so long as the solitary ruler of my people, I have no need to settle for anything less than exactly who I want as my queen consort. Tomorrow you will be crowned.”
“Tomorrow.” You smile. “And I do think I’ll finally be able to sleep.”
“Oh, is that why you were wandering in the first place?”
You laugh. “Well, it was the mind that was agitated, but now…”
“Now we understand each other?”
“We do.”
“Then I hope you understand I’m not done with you yet, Princess.”
You gasp as his hand returns to your quim.
“I want one more, to seal this with three.”
You will be boneless by the time the king of Talokan deigns to surrender you to your bed, but every touch, as lost in pleasure as you are now, only tethers you more strongly to him.

Silco, Vander, and Grace for the Ones Who Hurt Us the Most
Sometimes I feel like we all really need to sit with the fact that Silco was ready, willing, and wanting for Vander to return to his side after Vander tried and failed to kill him. What Vander did was a genuine life altering act of betrayal that Silco had to live with the mental, emotional, and medical consequences for years after. You can bet if Jinx hadn't shot Silco, the river toxins would've gotten him just a little later. And in spite of the ways Vander's actions ruined his life, that Vander admits to even (but doesn't apologize for), Silco rationalized it just as much for Vander as he did himself.
Silco decided that the man he loved the most nearly killed him (and in a way is still killing him) for a greater purpose, which didn't make everything okay, but it made it reasonable. And this rationalization has bled into every aspect of his life because the way Silco treats Zaun is the way he treats himself. If you're weak the people who love you and you love back will hurt you. They are right to permanently alter the trajectory of your existence to make the right calls, because as long you survive it, you will be stronger. He's made Shimmer the lifeblood of Zaun, because Silco is literally dependent on it to live as well. It works for him, so it works for Zaun.
The most warped part is, Silco was mostly right! He had violent rise in Zaun and completely changed the course of its development. Yet he managed to create a Zaun that couldn't be cowed or bullied either economically or militarily by Piltover the way it was in the past. I can't help but think how it all must twist and burn, because if Silco understood he was succeeding at the impossible, then doesn't that mean it all reinforced his logic around Vander? That this man you loved hurt you in a way that can't be taken back for the rest of your life, and he was right to do it? So that means Silco was right to change, to want to be back by Vander's side, because he was the one who needed to reinvent himself to be worthy of control, right?
No matter the success Silco reaped he had to recognize the dissonance between this logic and reality, because despite the bastard he could be, Silco would never do any of what was done to him onto Jinx. Sure Silco would simulate his traumas into life lessons and heavily sanitized rituals, but he never betrayed her or abandoned her when she became detriment to his position. Obviously Vander also never gave up on his kids either (#cinematicparallels), but we don't know if Silco was ever in a position to betray someone the way Vander did him, or if he ever wanted to prior to it. So even as Silco recognizes that Vander changed to protect the children he loves so much, he must wonder if the way Vander and he loved eachother just wasn't it enough? If the way Silco cared for Vander was reciprocal, a deep love whether romantic or platonic, then why wasn't Silco afforded a similar grace to stay by his side?
Silco had to live with all these contradictions and still chose to embrace Vander's memory. In a complete contrast to Vander, Silco didn't obscure who Vander was to Zaun politically or personally. Silco allowed a statue of Vander to stand, and went to it for comfort, he regularly talked about his life with Vander before and after the betrayal with Jinx. Meanwhile, from what the audience can see, Silco's presence was almost fully hidden from the newest generation sans the scar Silco gave him, which Vander hides with a bracer. All I can end up thinking is that must be easier for Silco to keep loving Vander like this, it's how he gives himself the grace for it.

Dnd character backstory under the cut if anyone wants to read it 🫶 it's long 😅
Seraphyx of the Ashes was a boy born in chaos, the son of flames and despair. The village of Arkan Hollow, once vibrant with life, became his cradle when an insane sorcerer unleashed a conflagration that would change everything. The night his cries first pierced the air, an inferno danced greedily through crumbling homes, casting shadows that flickered like restless spirits. As he wept in his mother’s arms, she fought desperately to shield him from encroaching doom. In her frantic haste to protect him, she struck a dark bargain with powers beyond comprehension—an unknowing deal that would alter their fates forever. Unbeknownst to her, this bargain exacted a terrible price—her own life was sacrificed alongside Seraphyx's innocence. As flames engulfed their once-happy abode, he found himself cradled by spectral forces who would claim dominion over his soul.
In the aftermath of devastation, Seraphyx found himself orphaned amid smoldering ruins where laughter once flourished. His mother perished in the fire’s grasp soon after sealing their fate with desperation—a sacrifice borne from love but steeped in regret. With no trace left behind of his father except whispers among haunted villagers claiming he had betrayed them all for power, Seraphyx grew up cloaked in resentment and loss. The villagers took pity on him but kept their distance, shunning any oddities that came meaningfully close; whispers followed him wherever he went—rumors about how he had emerged unscathed where others perished. The pact forged by maternal love manifested strength within him; he became a warlock, drawing on eldritch energies that pulsed at the edge of reality like embers barely differentiated from ash—dangerous yet tantalizing.
As years passed and childhood faded into darkness laced by vengeance and unresolved questions about identity and legacy, Seraphyx embraced both light and shadow swirling around him—the ashes of despair rekindling purpose aflame within his heart. As Seraphyx matured into manhood cloaked in tattered robes stained gray from soot and sorrowful tears alike—the Ashen Warlock carved himself out as an enigma amongst those haunted lands twisted unforgivingly towards turmoil; he is now driven not just to reclaim what was lost but also to discover why that cursed night still haunts him so deeply; when dusk dances upon smoky horizons mirroring those flames long extinguished, it beckons related mysteries revealing nothing—and yet everything—to those daring enough to seek answers hidden beneath layers of time-worn soot tracing old scars etched across turbulent skies before inevitable dawn finally breaks free from darkness' grip entirely hereafter…

She had a hard time making friends outside the palace, but she did manage to make 2 friends at the time when equestrianism was still prosperous.
History; Born as the only daughter of Twilight Sparkle, the princess possessed magic greater than that of her mother and her cousin. She being closely watched by the guards and her uncle shinning armor at her. She earned her cutie mark at a demonstration event where she caused a star explosion that altered reality, violating the laws of physics for 5 minutes. That incident made it clear that she was stronger than any alicorn being the watchdog in equestria. Many ponies came to be afraid of Nebula, but luckily for her, Nebula had her 2 friends Stonerose and Onyx Mercury. She also received support and love from her mother's friends, Rainbow Dash, Apple Jack, Pinkie Pie, Rarity and Fluttershy, who were part aunts and teachers. When everything was going well, at an unexpected moment, Princess Twilight, her mother, was betrayed by an old apprentice of hers, which caused a long and violent war that divided Equestria. In an act of love and sacrifice, Cadance's mother and her aunt turned her into a glass statue and hid her in a place far from the war. 500 years later, the spell broke itself and Nebula arrived in an era where the ponies are divided.

It's so funny to realise that at one point in her life, after she betrayed Will and became Queen and learned magic Ana probably did away with her husband, gave herself a new colour scheme, remodelled everything about the palace and herself to fit a chess queen theme (chess core?), took the kingdoms reign (presumably after Cora went away) and then somewhere on that line realised that the things her toxic, abusive mother always wanted for her didn't make her happy and that she'd never been happier than with Will by her side. But also realising that she can't simply apologise or somehow make it right again because she fucked up and so much time has passed so her conclusion is to form an alliance with a powerful and ruthless sorcerer, hunt down a genie and with the sorcerer alter the rules of magic aka change the fabric of reality just to doublecross Jafar and to go back in time and undo her choice. That's her plan. All of that just to get her boyfriend back.
That's top tier unhinged queen behaviour, I love her so much

STRANGER THINGS: THE FIRST SHADOW SPOILERS - PATTY NEWBY
here is a compilation of all things I can recall from the play involving Patty Newby
also to note: some things I am still a little confused about and will need to verify when I see it again soon. I will update as I remember things!
Adopted daughter or Mr and Mrs Newby
Doesn't know who her mother was or where she is - feels like an outcast in Hawkins - this is what she eventually bonds with Henry about
Bob a loving brother to her but tease just as any siblings would
Mr Newby, the principal of the high school and a leading figure of the Church/local community, has clear bias against her - stricter on rules and regulations for her than Bob and other students
Revealed that Mrs Newby ran off with TED WHEELER'S FATHER - reason for Mr Newby's bitterness (no excuse, sir. leave her alone)
Mr Newby thought adopting a girl/another child into the family would strengthen the relationship with his wife, as they were clearly struggling and growing apart - he failed. lol.
Patty is a fan of comic books - she is seen multiple times praying to Wonder Woman (she's a real cutie guys, you'll love her)
Patty and Henry bond over their outcasting from others and enjoyment of comics, particularly the Captain Midnight series, on his first day at the high school
Patty has a talent for singing, something she believes could be from her mother, and her dream is to do it professionally someday
Patty auditions for the lead in Joyce's directed play, Henry steps up to read in for the part opposite her - they are then told they will need to kiss in the scene which is interrupted but it is clear they like each other from this
There is a brief scene where Walter Henderson makes a racially charged jab at her not belonging, to which Charles Sinclair stands and glares to get him to back down
Patty follows after Henry when he is distressed, assuring him she is there and cares
He reveals about his powers to her though does not admit all about hurting the boy at his last school in Nevada or killing the local pets recently - he shows Patty his ability to alter dreams and make them feel real (I saw this as his understanding of his powers, he thinks it is about controlling dreams and doe snot realise they are actually affecting reality until he learns the cat he killed in his dream was actually killed in reality and he is responsible for it)
In Patty's dream that Henry helps her to see, she is the lead singer and others form the town are her backup singers/dancer - yeah, guys, there's a whole musical number with pink sparkles and feathers and all
She then asks Henry to use his powers to find her mother - he finds her in Vegas as a singer - unfortunately, things go wrong and he can't control the evil
Mr Newby has been told by Victor that Patty is with Henry at the house and he storms over, Henry then trapping him with his powers, breaking his legs and blinding his eyes - he only breaks out before killing him completely when Patty shouts out that she loves him
In hospital, Mr Newby confesses his reasoning for her adoption to her and, of course, she is rightfully upset
Henry has been missing since the incident (with Brenner) - she sees him again during the play where Henry confronts Brenner, who tells her Henry is violent and responsible for everything - despite feeling betrayed Henry was untruthful to her, she tries to defend him against Brenner
However, Henry's powers are untamed and he lashes out with anger - Patty falls from the rafters of the school theatre stage and is presumed dead
Henry is taken by Brenner and told that she has died
It is not revealed to him until the end of the show when Henry (tied in a straight jacket and wheelchair) is in the in-between world (with the water, like in the series) and sees her alive with a walking stick - she has travelled to Vegas to be reunited with her mother
This means she is still out there and could make an appearance in ST5 - perhaps, the gang find her to appeal to Henry's more human, compassionate side - defeat evil with the power of love and friendship and all that

Back when I was on Twitter I noticed a trend among some X-Men fans there. X-Twitter, if you will. But first some long Marvel backstory.
Wanda Maximoff, aka The Scarlet Witch, is a longstanding Marvel character, prominent Avenger, and one of few Romani comic characters.
She was also a crucial character in the crossover House of M. She had suffered a mental breakdown caused by unaddressed trauma and mental illness, and seemingly used her magical powers to alter reality as a result. It’s revealed by the end that Magneto and Quicksilver, her father and brother, manipulated her fragile mental state to create the reality they wanted, where mutants like them ruled the world. Still in that state and betrayed by her family, Wanda lashes out at them and removes the source of their actions by depowering mutants across the globe while restoring reality.
Wanda is treated terribly both by the writer of this story and her family, manipulated into doing wide reaching things when she literally could not be responsible for her own safety, much less others’.
Since then, Wanda recovered and helped restore powers to the mutants who lost them in the story Avengers vs X-Men. She didn’t have to, but she’s a good person so she did it anyway. She also found out that Magneto is not her biological father, and thus her powers are not mutant-based.
Recently, the X-Men created a mutant-only country called Krakoa. Krakoa was written as critique of isolationist groups from the start, clearly being a cult and ethnostate. One of the cult things they did was HEAVILY demonize Wanda for House of M, making her a bogeyman to mutant kids as “The Pretender” and making her name a derogatory term. You would think that X-Men fans would use context clues to see that this was obviously bad. Unfortunately they did not.
X-Twitter LOVED ignoring all the intentional problems with Krakoa, and quickly started calling Wanda “Pretender” in real life. They were fully calling for her death and calling her derogatory terms. Obviously, this is a fictional world & character, and being directed at a real person would be way worse. But I still think the ease of which X-Twitter fell into fictional propaganda that demonized a mentally ill woman of color is VERY worrying.
X-Men comics historically have had problems showing actual diversity, and X-Twitter disregarded Wanda’s status as a real-life minority to prop up their fake “homo superior,” and shut down anyone who disagreed. I’m frankly scared by that quickness to otherize and dissonance to reality, so caught up in a fantasy that anyone with an opinion they didn’t share is deemed bad, so caught up in a fantasy that they’ll attack a real minority to prop up that fantasy.
Idk how to end this beyond saying… don’t go on Twitter, X-Men fans are often stupid and crazy, stay conscious of reality, and be kind.

poltergeist vs stranger things parallels
i watched poltergeist for the first time the other day and there’s a lot details that actually feel very similar to stranger things?? not entirely sure what these parallels are going to prove, but maybe someone would be able to add to it??
In Poltergeist, a little girl named Carol Anne is able to communicate with something through the TV. The home starts experiencing weird things happening such as objects moving, lights going out, and TV automatically turning on. In Stranger things, Eleven is able to use her powers by using white noise of a TV. She also can communicate through radio signals. Will was able to communicate through lights whilst being in the Upside Down.
Look at how similar these scenes are of Carol Anne’s mom communicating with her vs Joyce communicating with Will
3. Something else I noticed was how similar the Freeling Family is to the Wheeler Family.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Literally, copy and paste lmao. You have the brunette teenage daughter, the middle child son, and the blonde haired younger sibling. Both families are considered successful, middle class families. They both do not want any information of what’s going on within their household to be leaked to the public because that would ruin their “perfect suburbia” image. Also, interesting how Carol Anne was targeted by the Poltergeist through the TV and when Holly went to the Byers house, she was led astray from Joyce and Karen to Will’s room because of the lights. Also, Steve Freeling and Ted Wheeler both support Reagan.
4. Even though I said the Freeling Family and Wheeler Family parallel each other— there’s actually one member of the family that parallels Will and that’s Robbie. Robbie actually has trouble sleeping one night because he’s afraid of the tree outside his window. He explains to his parents he feels like it knows he’s there—that the tree is actually alive. Interesting to think about Will and how he can sense the presence of the Mindflayer. Also, interesting how if you think about how even though Robbie wasn’t the main target like Carol Anne was, he was still able to sense something evil was lurking… Makes you think about how Will was kept alive in the Upside Down… Also, Robbie and Will’s appearances are somewhat similar??
Tumblr media Tumblr media
5. The tree that Robbie is afraid of eventually does snatch him, but he’s saved by his parents. It’s wild because the tree has a similar appearance to the Mindflayer. And we know that Will has a connection with the Mindflayer, just like Robbie had a connection with the tree.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
6. The Poltergeist creature’s appearance looks very similar to the Mindflayer…
Tumblr media Tumblr media
7. Even the portal vs the Gate look similar…
Tumblr media Tumblr media
8. In the Poltergeist, a medium ends up coming to the house to help rescue Carol Anne. She mentions that the dimension that Carol Anne is in, she’s there with something very evil. A presence that is angry and has felt betrayed. Who does that remind us of? Oh, yeah 001/Vecna. 001 gives a monologue about how angry he is and he tells El he uses that anger to increase his power. Also, the medium mentions that the beast or whatever they refer to it as, lies to Carol Anne and keeps her close. Well, why did the Mindflayer keep Will alive? Will still has a connection with the Upside Down. We know Vecna was manipulative. He could alter realities. He knew what people were thinking and their fears. The creature in the Poltergeist has the same capabilities. The medium explains that Carol Anne thinks the creature is another child and uses her to restrain the others… Um, doesn’t this sound like how Will is being used for a reason we’re unaware of yet and that’s why he was kept alive? Doesn’t this sound like how Vecna was used by the Mindflayer? Doesn’t that sound like how Billy was used as a host?
9. A conversation that has been had about the Upside Down is the presence of no water. Also, El uses water to help with her powers. In the Poltergeist, the medium mentions that when Carol Anne and her mom return, they have to immediately be put in the bath. Also, the Freeling Family was getting a pool built in. One of the mom’s fears was the kids falling in. The pool is shown multiple times with both parents falling into it. Just another interesting way of how water plays a role in both Poltergeist and Stranger Things.
10. The final parallel I discovered was the slime that Carol Anne and her mom are covered in when they exit the portal and the slime that’s on Nancy when she exits a gate in season 1. For some reason, I feel like there’s more Stranger Things characters who have entered the Upside Down and have had slime on them, but I couldn’t find any other images/clips of that??
Anyways, not sure what this post proves or whatever. It’s possible someone has already made this parallel considering Poltergeist is considered a classic 80’s movie and Stranger Things takes place in the 80’s. Just wanted to share my thoughts and if anyone has anything else to add to this analysis or has a theory, please share! I’d love to read it!

I haven't gotten to read you rewrite yet, but what's really intrigued me was how you said you'd handle Ozpin. Personally I find the concept of shady, mysterious, ominous, manipulative, archaic, ambiguous at best being way who pulls strings to accomplishing god knows what galaxy-scale goals more interesting than Heroic Good Guy who always tries his best, would never sacrifice anyone, who's always dripping in self-loathing.
He's been forced to live for thousands of years. Can you imagine what that could possibly do to a person? Just how profoundly screwed his mind is?
If my time on earth was unlimited, if I had to come back to see the same cycle and patterns of events repeating endlessly, if I was betrayed time and time again, intentionall or not, I'd become pretty horrible cynical asf and detached from reality. I wouldn't value human life as much as I used to.
Yeah, the way I see it, neither Salem nor Ozpin should behave "Human" after centuries, if not thousands of years of being there.
Just because one is "good" and the other is "bad" doesn't mean either should be any less terrifying than the other.
Ozpin still has human flaws and attachments and psychological tendencies to keep repeating the same patterns - as far as the morality of his decisions goes, a lot of his logic should, by all means, be terrifying or incomprehensible.
Even if he WANTED to be genuine, he has a thousand years of experience of just socializing with people - a thousand years of knowledge of how people react and how they respond, as well as possible outcomes of their behavior - that alone would completely alter how he would approach even most basic conversations. Could he even interact with someone without accidentally manipulating them? Even your everyday person would have completely different reasoning and debating skills as a kid and as a grown adult - how different would be a person who had a thousand years to live and learn?
The weirdest thing about the show for me is how Salem seems to care about destroying the Kingdoms and stuff, let alone killing Ozpin and having him reincarnate again when that is a "mortal villain approach" at best - did she suddenly wake up one morning and go "Okay this year I am finally doing this thing that I haven't done for centuries for some reason"? After a thousand years, things like a Kingdom falling should basically be Tuesday to her and it should make no difference to her whether a Kingdom falls in a week or in a century.
That's another thing that would be different for an immortal - the perception of the flow of time.
For a mortal, a decade would be around one-eighth of their average lifespan - for an immortal, that same amount of time should be no different from a second. Even the simplest things like "Soon" would hold a completely different meaning for someone who lived a thousand years. We are talking about beings who should have a completely different understanding of patience and would plan on a completely different scope of time than mortal people.
Ozpin would absolutely attempt to hold on to his values and ideals over centuries - but I don't think he would be capable of holding on to the humanity behind those ideals. The Ozpin I am writing is completely dedicated to his vision of the future and hopeful for humanity, but also, at the same time more than willing to go to extreme lengths to ensure that vision. Most of his decisions are well weighed and made with intent of manipulating things on a grander scale, yet at the same time his incompatibility with human nature of mortals also creates more problems for him in the end.
Likewise, for Salem things like anger outbursts or impatience are beneath her - there's a certain unsettling niceness to her and how she's all too willing to help people achieve their dreams like some fairy godmother. Yet at the same time, every action she takes still fits her overall philosophy and worldview and benefits her in her "debate" with Ozpin.
Salem would give you everything you wanted, while Ozpin would convince you that you actually want the very same things as he does - yet neither of their actions would follow mortal logic and would, in the end, benefit the grander game at hand.

Hello, I have a question for you, do you think they will make Clerith canon through some bizarre timeline multiversal stuff in the remake trilogy?
Warning, this will have massive spoilers for Rebirth. No, for one that would heavily diminish the themes of the OG as well as the weight behind Aeriths death. Maybe this is just the well hidden optimist in me speaking but I don't think they'd ruin their own story quite that much. Let's be honest, "no, she's not alive, so we didn't betray our themes, she's just alive.....somewhere else, so everyone can be happy and we don't have to make a choice because whatever you want to have happened has happened" is the most cowardly writing ever, and I doubt they'd sink to it. More importantly though, Rebirth already seems to be hinting that this will not be the case. We've seen from the Zack alternative timelines that Rebirth is essentially following a very "final destination" type ruleset. In remake we saw that the whispers tried to course correct any mistakes in the timeline, such as by pushing Wedge off of Shinra HQ. If they fail to correct the changing of destiny a new timeline seems to be created. But as we can see in rebirth these timelines are unstable and destined to be destroyed. Biggs and Zack both survive their deaths in the original timeline break, but Biggs still gets gunned down. Zack breaks timelines several times but consistently runs into squads of Shinra grunts trying to gun him down. And all the broken off timelines have the same tear in the sky. Now whether these "alternate dimensions" are real physical dimensions or just dreamlike manifestations of hopes and dreams in the lifestream doesn't matter that much. What matters is that they are unstable and doomed to end, which is indicated by the huge sky tear. By the end of Rebirth Cloud alone can see Aerith, seemingly live in front of him. But he alone can also see the giant tear in the sky. The most likely reason for this is that Cloud himself, in his deluded state, is keeping this alternate dimension alive, it is a manifestation of his desires, his desire to protect, to not be a failure. He rejects reality and substitutes his own, a reality where he didn't fail to Save Aerith but was in time. This reality, which exists in the form of lifestream inside his head, can be argued to really exists according to the rules of FFVII, where the lifestream is more than just imaginary. Or rather, where imaginary is more meaningful than it perhaps is in the real world. I don't know yet if there is an actual second dimension where Cloud saved Aerith, and that Clouds deluded mind sees that dimension because he believed that's the one he's in, or if it is ALL in his mind. But really it doesn't matter. What matters is that there is only one "real" dimension. One dimension without a sky tear, and in that dimension Aerith is dead. And all other dimensions, be they pocket dimensions with an altered fate, or completely imaginary, are doomed to be destroyed, as shown in Rebirth through Zack. Zacks segments have been stated to have the intention of showing us how the world of FFVII operates, so the fact that his worlds are all destroyed is rather significant, and with it having been stated twice that the remake project will "link up" to Advent children it seems very unlikely that there is a way to postpone destiny for ever. One of the biggest themes in FFVII is acceptance. Acceptance of the past, and oneself. And the most likely thematic core of Aeriths seeming spiritual "survival" is that Cloud will have to accept her death, accept the past, and move on. Right now, in typical Cloud fashion, Cloud is not accepting reality. This is the same flaw that led to his fake persona. The theme there was never "fake it till you make it". It's almost certain that this change is a continuation of the same concept. Cloud has to live in reality, and not deny it over and over again until his delusions become reality. That would be the message given by Cloud continuing to not accept Aeriths death, and eventually get her back somehow, and that message would conflict with literally everything FFVII has ever taught us.

Summary: Requested by @Raifey: What if Spider died, and after Spider's death, Spider's body and Neteyam's body fused in the ocean and created a new hybrid chimera with a queue and tail and Na'vi features but looks like Spider a little with no memories what would his name be?, Who would get custody? How would they react?

Pain. All I remembered was pain.
It's freezing, is that the word? It seems like it. It's also very wet. My entire body and lungs feel like an invisible weight keeps me from moving. What is this? I-I can't breathe.
Lo'ak stood at the water's edge, gazing down at his spirit brother's majestic fin, which gracefully rose above the surface. As he looked up, he saw the dark skies adorned with brilliant, twinkling stars, casting a magical glow over the scene. Nights like these always made him feel calm. No worries about the others, the rigors of training with the warriors, and the frustrations of arguments with his father. It was just Lo'ak and Payakan, alone in their harmonious connection.
A sudden click from the Tulkun brought his attention back to reality. Lo'ak turns his head as the giant whines towards his sides. The teen slowly walks over to his brother's side, out towards the water.
A body struggling to swim.
Lo'ak quickly signaled to his brother to move closer to the body, and the Tulkun shifted his body accordingly. Lo'ak jumped into the water and swam towards them as they neared the drowning person. He grabbed their arms and pulled them to the surface. Returning to Payakan's fin, Lo'ak placed the person on its back to check for injuries. As he looked at the stranger, he froze in shock.
" Spider !?!"
Tsireya stared at the stranger, no Spider, who lay on their Marui floor. Her mother was tending to his body, which had minor scrapes that were easy to treat. However, the one injury that ran across their chest was considerably extensive, even for his human body. While they treat the injuries, the Sullys watch from the sidelines, each holding different emotions as their brother friend sleeps the night away. After putting on the last treatment, Ronal looks at Jack and Neytiri. "He should be fine; he needs rest." Jack turned towards her, his expression filled with gratitude as he approached the boy. Slowly, he reached out and placed his hand on Spider's wild, tousled hair, feeling the softness between his fingers. As he looked closely, he couldn't help but take in the profound changes in the boy's body.
While Spider's facial features were still familiar there were striking differences that caught Jack's attention. The most noticeable change was the sharpness of his ears, now elegantly pointed and betraying his otherworldly lineage. Delicate, faded swirls traced patterns across his skin, mingling like ethereal designs that shimmered subtly in the light. Along the the glowing dots that surround his body. And then there was the Kuru. It was a token of his transformation, a symbol of his unique nature, indicating a connection to something far beyond the ordinary. Despite these dramatic alterations, Jack was relieved to see that Spider could still draw in the air, as effortlessly as any normal boy, grounding him in the reality they shared, even as everything around them was changing.
"Everything is going to be okay."
"Come on, Spider!" Lo'ak exclaimed, his voice brimming with excitement as he tugged eagerly at his brother's arm. He could barely contain his enthusiasm as he pulled Spider toward the shimmering ocean. "I want to show you this incredible new reef not far from the shore."
Before Spider could respond, Tuk came sprinting over, her small feet pounding against the sand. She launched herself at him, wrapping her arms tightly around his legs and looking up with wide, pleading eyes. "No! Spider is going to play with me; you had him all to yourself yesterday!" she protested, her voice rising in a whine that carried over the sound of the waves.
Kiri observed from a short distance away, a warm smile spreading across her face as she watched her siblings jostle for Spider's attention. The sunlight danced off the water, reflecting the joy of the moment. Despite the chaos around him, Spider wore a hesitant smile, his features contorting slightly as he tried to suppress a grimace. Deep down, he felt a swell of happiness at being so loved and wanted by his family, relishing these playful moments together.

Has anyone ever betrayed you? How did you move past it? I’m struggling…
Oh yeah I got cheated on by my girlfriend of about four years who I lived with. Fucking sucked and I got a lot of trust issues from it!!! But now we're still close friends and hang out and even got matching tattoos lmao.
I'm not going to lie, it took me years for it to stop hurting, and honestly there's still moments once in awhile where it hurts again and I go down a shame spiral. And it did permanently alter the way I view relationships and trust, so in a way I never "moved past it," it's just the new reality became familiar and I don't struggle against it anymore.
For about a year or two after the breakup, I worked a lot on this stuff in therapy and I read and watched stuff to help me through it. I tended towards codependency resources but idk your specific situation so that might not be relevant. I also tried to focus on self-improvement and self-forgiveness since I learned all you can control is yourself and your actions, so that's where you should put your focus at rather than whoever it was that betrayed you. BrenĂŠ Brown is great imo. She talks a lot about shame in a way that's accessible. The Gifts of Imperfection was the first book I read at that time that made me feel hopeful. She also has some specials on I believe Netflix and Max, and also a couple TED talks. If you're open to a more academic book, No Bad Parts by Richard C. Schwartz is also very good to help yourself not hate the parts of yourself that are hurting right now.
If I could also give you advice I myself did not take, if at all possible I would also take space away from whoever betrayed you, at least temporarily. You need some time to heal and being around the person like that will just re-trigger you. Take the time to love and care for yourself and learn about your own needs and values from this!
Tldr: yes and I don't think I "moved past it" I've just learned from it and learned more about myself and gave myself time and space to be hurt until it hurt less

Different nonnie, but Liiri always looked like a cute but bland little nugget to me, so I totally get liking Ying Ying’s character design better. The red-and-yellow glowing color palette that all the Renlings have made it harder to appreciate square-on, so I’m glad you’re switching the colors up too.
Your full answer to that ask reminds me, concerning which of your Miraculous WIPs you’d want to use this three-tier Miraculous setup on, you could honestly just have the Wish made by someone using the canon Ladybug and Black Cat in any of the MULTIPLE in-show close calls up to this point and then just alter and/or rewind reality from there, because SCREW all the unnecessary changes, additions, and retcons that this show’s lore has pulled over the last five seasons. The Prodigious, Order of the Guardians, Native American Miraculous, Miraculous potions, time travel, and so on were obviously far too complex ideas for the ML crew to handle properly, and now they’ve decided to delve even further into the idea of alternate universes for the upcoming Miraculous Paris special on top of all of that, so forget it, might as well use the one still-useful canon-established setup of a Wish to clean it all up so you can use your new lineup in any idea you want. After Wish AU? An accidental dual-Wish is already built into the premise, with Adrien wanting things to be different and Marinette rejecting that, and you get to play with the PV world’s interesting plot setups, a main cast whose characters are slightly to-the-left in terms of personality and looks, and a Marinette who remembers everything contrasting an Adrien who remembers nothing. Off to Italy AU? Maybe it’s later in Season 4 or 5 where Marinette is just tired and she Wishes she had gotten the chance to be a hero with actual support and/or really live her life with trustworthy friends and family at the start of it all, with both the Miraculous powers and her grandmother’s availability to take her to live in Milan with her shifting accordingly. Fortune Favors the Brave AU? Maybe Alya swipes Chat Noir’s Miraculous in Hack-san during their brief introduction-tussle and has the “bright” idea of making the Wish to make herself the Ladybug hero from the beginning only to find that a) main hero life is a lot harder than it’s cracked up to be, b) she’s now one of the five most powerful instead of the two most powerful as Karma for making the Wish without considering others, pressing the importance of teamwork in this new life even more than in the old one, and c) her new kwami is understandably NOT happy about how Alya not only betrayed her former owner’s trust but also reset the universe’s established power balances due to her Wish being too broad. And these are just three examples off the top of my head. All this to say that you’ve been a wonderful part of the fandom even if you don’t interact with it as much anymore, and I don’t think you’ll have to worry too much about which idea to fit your new Miraculous system into when the time comes given your writing track record. With all the grief that the canon plot has given you and everyone else, it’s only fair that you get to use its built-in Deus ex machina to your advantage.
I'll say that chances are I wouldn't do an After Wish au for a lot of the ideas, cause most I want to work off starting off fresh and no one having any recollection of a previous timeline and acting like this is the norm.
Like, the Off to series would have this set up since "Lady Lion" would be a character for Off to Milan, and Pixie Girl or Butterfly Girl will have Mantis. And Off to London, Sebastian the waiter is planned to have Songbird.
Tumblr media
So Off to series will either be splitting up the Bagua set or it'll be all randomized on where Miraculous are, and Fu only has a few.
But After Wish au could happen for some ideas, especially since I do like @nobodyfamousposts Lament ideas and their take on the Wish. How the new reality deals with you can depend on your actions, where fighting against the new setting and not liking the changes makes things worse for you, and how rough a set up you'll have can depend on how selfish or selfless a Wish is. It's a fun set up and scenario to think about.
And oh yeah, full agree with all the choices and directions the show went. I'm certain a lot of it came down to doing what other superhero studios were doing. Like Marvel is trying to get the multiverse going and DC dabbled in it with that Flash movie, so clearly ML has to do it too! Which, I will say, there is potential in playing with the multiverse. Back when the show just started, this was the show for aus. Any au you could think of existed. ML being a tv show and the cast are all actors, kwami swap au, inverse/pastel au that just swapped or changed up their colors, personality swaps, life swaps, reverse love square, enemies to lovers, rivals to lovers, ect..
So Ml could work off the multiverse and have fun with it, but that does require creativity and a passion for the show, which given their lazy or odd choices, you got to wonder how invested they are.

Liliana Vess Propaganda Post
shes a multiple centuries old necromancer. she accidentally poisoned her own brother and he went evil then she was sad about it for ages. shes been historically manipulated by some guy whose identity was unknown for ages and whose lore is contradictory. the laws of reality got altered so she made a pact with four demons brokered by an evil dragon to live forever and got cool tattoos. she seduced one of mtg's other main characters then betrayed him. and also dated his best friend iirc. she cursed a guy to go evil and go around killing all planeswalkers. she killed one of the demons she made a deal with. she blew up an ancient demon prison to kill another one. she joined a group of well meaning heroes and made friends with them but then it turned out her real motives involved killing another of those demons, who she ripped apart with zombies and let her undead feast on, and her actions tore the group apart. they also got beat up real bad by the dragon she made the deal with. she went to another plane and killed the last demon but the pact defaulted and she was indebted to the evil dragon, who made her turn on her allies and go evil. she commanded his zombie legions when he tried to absorb the power of every other interplanar magic user. after her friend died attacking him she betrayed said evil dragon and stole his magic with his own giant zombies. she ran away and was declared a fugitive. theres other stuff that happened after that where she did more morally ambiguous things but ngl i kind of lost track of shit. she was a schoolteacher and defended the school. shes really cool and hot. shes super morally complex. shes even got a bunch of good cards that people dont like playing against sometimes. i love her a lot. please vote for my necromancer girlboss queen
she's a necromancer. she's fantasy catholic. her parents tried getting her to become a nun to curb her wild and crazy attitude and in response she had more sex with MORE stableboys. she accidentally turned her sick dying brother into a zombie while trying to heal him. she bargained for eternal life/youth and unlimited power by making a deal with four demons. when she stopped being into the whole demon's plaything thing, she made a deal with the dragon who brokered the contracts to get out of them. she manipulated, gaslit, and seduced a powerful young telepath into helping her break these contracts and becoming her dark prince of a crime syndicate, and then accidentally fell in love with him FOR REAL. she (paid for someone to) murder his boyfriend to make sure he would help her, because she doesn't know how to ask for help, she only knows how to force people into situations where their only option is helping her. it didn't work. her trust issues gave him trust issues which gave her more trust issues. she tried it with him AGAIN years later and was such a pitiful little meow meow about it he said yes even while knowing it was a mistake. his entire friend group thought he was crazy to do it because they could see all her red flags from the moon. she's fun and flirty and lives only for herself. as the flagship Black Mana(tm) character for Magic: The Gathering's color theory, everything she does is selfish, power-mongering, exploitative, and assumes everyone else is doing the same thing. in her good guy redemption arc, she asked a vampire how he just "decided to stop eating people". she doesn't know what a mango is.
