Headcanons For Violet, But Not All Of Them. It Gets Awkward In The Beginning, And It’ll Be A Little Longer As It Continues.

-She just can’t comprehend what sex is, sorry. She absolutely refuses to learn about Sex Ed with the younger kids, and Louis teases her about it whenever he can.

-Of course, she has a bit of an idea about it, just doesn’t know what the details are. Vi was sent to Ericson’s before the myth, the legend, the dread known as The Video was even shown at her school.

-Chronic masturbation??? She thinks only guys can go fuck themselves. Nope, never heard of a girl doing what Willy does. Never. She still doesn’t want to be reminded of his reasons to be a troubled youth, but she’s glad he’s here anyway (In a somewhat maternal way).

-Was part of Girl Scouts before Ericson’s. Of course, she doesn’t have very strong memories of the meetings, she mainly joined because it was one of her childhood friend’s birthdays. It wasn’t like she was there for long, she went to the boarding school about three months after she joined.

-She finds that using childish words instead of proper words is fun and a lot more exciting. It kinda feels like somebody set fire to her body, but in a good way. Abdomen? Nah, she’ll call it her tummy. Never heard of sleepy, don’t you mean “seepy?” The people who notice her word choice around certain friends find it somewhat endearing.

-Camp Paya was essentially the only home she had during the summer. With her mother too busy, her father too drunk, and her grandparents too dead, she had plenty of time to work on archery, arts and crafts, and other random shit she found to be at least a little interesting.

-Violet is drawn towards fire, she loves being warm. She once went camping and the campfire was mesmerizing to watch. The morning after, she saw that it had almost completely died out and brought it back to life with the little heat that it had left. Call her a pyromaniac, but she loves watching the flames dance so happily and carelessly.

-Born and raised in either Florida or California until she was 4, Vi and her mother moved to...is Ericson’s in West Virginia??? I honestly don’t know, but they moved there to be closer to Violet’s grandmother, Charlotte Irene Knight, and her grandfather, Jeffery Bryan Knight.

-For some reason her grandparents’ names are important, I wouldn’t know why.

-Violet has never owned jewelry, but if she had to wear something that was at least compared to it, she’d probably carve herself a wooden shank and tie it to some rope, then refer to it as a necklace. Whittling is something that she never fully got into because of the outbreak, but she’d like to try it someday.

-Despite how good she was with people when she was younger, the apocalypse changed her in a way that’s like starving yourself- even when you stop living that way, there are still parts of you that are lost forever. Being returned to civilization would send Violet in a panic, she’d probably try to stay in a house for as long as she could. Actually interacting with strangers makes her feel like she’s fighting walkers again, she’ll probably stutter a lot when talking.

-Her lithe form is due to both the way she gets her fitness (She might not lift weights or whatever, but she climbs and runs) and the way she conditions herself (She’s more often than not offering a good portion of her food to Tenn). Think of her as a lightweight fighter; Violet’s not very good at wrestling, but she can bite and scratch just fine without the strength of somebody like Clementine.

-She probably gave up breakfast long ago before the outbreak- maybe somewhere around 9 years old. Because she isn’t used to having food in the morning she might not be able to hold in something that somebody like Louis could scarf down easily.

-Violet’s obviously very skinny. She doesn’t even need to breathe in deeply for her rib cage to be visible. The first time she had a conversation with Louis and he knew her bones practically jutted out of her skin he gasped and exclaimed “The purple skeleton can speak!” 

-Canon divergence alert! Violet went to Ericson’s when she was 7 years old, almost about to turn 8, thank you very much.

-She was cooped up in the library before Clementine came around. Everyday, when everyone was doing stuff that they didn’t need her assistance for, she was learning and taking notes about Agriscience, something about Algebra, and maybe even researched Botany to contribute to Ruby’s field of medicine.She never planned to use the information frequently for the last one, just when nobody else could help somebody with injuries or when Ruby herself got hurt.

-The cast on her leg is from breaking it somewhere right after the outbreak. She hasn’t broken anything since, and even though her ankle is completely healed, she still likes wearing it because it’s somewhat warm. When Ms. Martin kept her confined to her bed due to her ankle Ruby was the one to tell her about all the helpful way plants could be used. It’s been a while since she’s had to gather or harvest plants to make into medical supplies.

-Piano isn’t one of her strong points, but she has a guilty pleasure of trying to play Clair De Lune when Louis isn’t around to tease her for her bad playing skills.

-Violet has an overwhelming urge to protect Tenn and Willy from anything or anybody, and while she tries to push it down back into her heart, she can’t help it if she praises Tenn in a high-pitched voice or tries to teach Willy about manners. 

-”Ay, Willy, don’t wipe your face with your hand. You’ll get crusty stuff on your sleeves- Willy, what did I tell you about eating slowly? You’re bound to get a stomachache from that...Oh well, don’t come crying to me when you feel the need to vomit.”

-She gets cold a lot easier than anybody else in the boarding school. Sorry folks, it’s a fact.

-If she closes her eyes, relaxes, or even turns her back to you, it means she trusts you. Violet has behaviors similar to a cat.

-She feels the need to tell Louis and Marlon whatever she feels is wrong, and it’s not because they're the “leaders” or whatever. It’s because she’s been by them the most and the longest compared to any of the other troubled youth kids.

-Violet has no clue if she’s actually a lesbian, but she’ll focus on her feeling first and worry about labels later.

When the motivation was presented you were quite surprised by Ryomas symptoms...

Forgetting diease that's what he had. Luckily he didn't forget you but he forgot everything that happened in his past he thinks his family is alive and his girlfriend didn't exist causing him to be more cheerful.

You were happy to see Ryoma smile... And yet it didn't felt right. His smile wasn't smile of Ryoma you knew.

Yes you still loved him and seeing his smile made your heart warm up but the fact that he forgot it is much different from what you thought whould happen.

He was a bit more affectionate even if his memories of the past were erased his feelings to you stayed the same.

He saw you a bit down as thousands of thoughts ran through your mind. When he asked you what's wrong you didn't said anything becouse what could you possibly say? Maybe: I liked you more when you were depressed and couldn't do anything without thinking about your past? You weren't thinking like this but this could sound like this.

He whould probably stay like this untill someone gets killed and you couldn't spend too much time with him either since you can't risk getting sick too.

The worst thing was that he was feeling guilty at this point. When it was night time you could hear a knock on your door.

You thought someone wants to kill you... But it could be Ryoma. And you can and will risk it this time. Luckily it was him. You two sat down and you couldn't believe your ears... He said "S/O I'm sorry... I probably get why you were upset for all this time... It is my fault isn't it?" you quickly denied but he kept talking "Don't play dumb I know about the motive. Listen I don't quite know my symptoms as no one told me and it was driving me crazy... I mean I feel amazing and even more amazing since you are here so why am I sick?" you didn't knew what could you possibly say at this point...

When you asked if no matter what bitter truth may be he said that he wants to hear it since now you are only and last person he can ask for help. You felt uncomfortable saying this but he needed to know.

Now he understands and he felt like falling for you more after the fact that you accepted him as a killer...

You didn't knew much as you knew how much he hated talking about his past so your story had a lot of holes but it was understandable.

He hugged you and thanked you then he proceeded to leave your room.

Gonta Gokuhara

You were surprised to see Gonta being so arrogant and selfish and this was caused by his diease...

He was saying lot of rude comments on everyone but you it showed how much you mean for him.

You couldn't believe it and you knew that he will probably stay like this untill someone gets killed! This caused you to want someone to- no you can't think like this it's just what monokuma wants!

Whenever Gonta siad something rude you allways have the same expression this makes him feel a bit bad about it and yet he stays the same. You tried to calm him down with all this bullshit but he didn't knew what you were talking about.

His diease made him think he was allways like this and that you fell for him while he was acting like this...

When he asked you what happened and why are you suddenly hating him "What happened S/O? You suddenly don't love me? What changed!?" he didn't knew? You told him what happened "I see so it was some of Monokumas tricks that changed me... Looking at how you are reacting I changed for worse" he looked a bit down as you tried to think of something you could tell.

You asked him if he wanted to know about his old self since he seemed to forget about it.

He was embarrassed by the stories but you had quite fun time. When he came back to normal Kokichi told him everything and he felt bad for next 2 days.

His diease was a bug in his system implied by Monokuma. It made him heartless.

This dull look in his eyes he didn't care about anything at that point. Kokichi was being robophobic? He didn't even respond.

You wanted Miu to fix it but she was diseased aswell so you couldn't do anything...

He was responding emotionless and his replies were short. It was making you feel like you lost Keebo you knew.

The worst thing was he didn't care now about your relationship and seemed to find it worthless and pathetic.

You didn't gave up though. Each day you spent it with him he even asked you to give up and leave him alone.

Your effort payed off since you heard your Keebo! He was still there "S/O what's happening to me I can't-" and he switched back to 'broken' one.

It kept happening and from all the time where he was able to take over this is his full message "S/O what's happening to me I can't do anything there is something wrong in my system please help me I'm scared!".

His system was desperately fighting to get rid of the bug.

It didn't work but you managed to communicate with your Keebo.

Whenever he was back you tried to comfort him as he was quite scared. With your help he calmed down.

Kaito Momota

When you saw Kaito down you thought he was just sleepy. Oh boy were you wrong.

The new motive... Was this. He was acting like he was very weak and sad all the time.

The worst was as he kept saying "S/O kill me and get out of here I will die anyways" he was probably bitching around since why whould he say that he whould die anyways? It was probably part of the diease.

You had to wait for him to come back to his old self. You were patient but you missed your sweet Kaito. Since you never left his side no matter what you got quite annoyed but you understood it's not his fault.

He was very paranoid and yet he was keep saying the same thing about you killing him. You talked it out with him and his diease seemed to make him think he has some illness (:)). Comforting him was quite hard...

Still you can't give up! Kaito needed you! He whould do the same if he had to! Your love and determination will for sure lead you to victory.

He was stubborn saying "It makes no sense to try and live here let's just do what Monokuma wants at least someone will be able to escape" you couldn't believe your ears but you hugged him and told him to shut up and if you hear one more thing about it you will punch him each time he says this.

He still was pessimistic but you dealed with it in Kaito way and you managed to comfort him.

Shuichi Saihara

He was pretty normal. Untill you noticed someone getting pranked.

Shuichi became a trickster and he acted like Kokichi. It wasn't that bad but yet it was bit annoying.

You asked him what happened and so monokuma presented the motive... Good thing: he still loved you. Bad thing: You had to deal with his behavior and watch out for pranks.

Luckily Kokichi had diease too since having 2 tricksters whould be quite pain in the ass...

He teased you quite a lot but he knew when to back off.

It was now often to see him getting chased by someone. You allways saved him and you couldn't stay mad at him.

He still was your lovable detective and he became like affectionate as hell.

Last thing you whould expect was him knocking at your door in night when you opened he seemed a bit sad.

You let him in so he can get this off his chest "S/O are you disappointed in me?" your eyes widen as you looked at him saying that you are not why whould you?! "I'm just feeling really wierd... Heh I really thought you don't like me anymore- I mean I let myself get brainwashed like this and yet I feel normal... Aaaanyways every time I joked around you seemed to be mad at me so I thought that you were disappointed in me" you hugged him and since no murder happened in 4 days monokuma decided to drop it and everyone went back to normal.

Rantaro Amami

Rantaro had lying diease. He kept saying bunch of lies but you didn't knew when he told you "I hate you".

It hurt your feelings and you ran away trying not to cry. After some time you found out about his sickness.

You were surprised and glad. And so you were trying to be normal and hang out with him but he seemed to be dizzy.

You led him back to his room noticing how hot he was (Fuck-). He wasn't exhausted but he sat down anyways.

When you two had an conversation you tried to stay back so you wouldn't catch the diease.

As he talked you tried to get the moment when he was lying wich was almost all the time.

That's how you spent this motive. You kept an eye on him and made sure he was ok.

Kokichi Ouma

He acted weirder then he normally did. He believed in each word and said no lie.

For the beginning you thought it was part of bigger prank... But monokuma told the real reason.

You had to keep Miu away from him and so you were the one who take care of him.

Now he was defenseless. You had to protect him since no one knows who could be planning something it IS a motive after all.

You missed your Kokichi but you need to stay with him. It was funny to see Kokichi like this but he was adorable aswell!

All the time you were at his room and he asked you "S/OooOoOoo why won't we go out it's boring here!!!" you tried to say something to not make it seem like he will get killed if you do.

But your words were quite mixed and he was surprised "Someone is going to kill me!?" you quickly calmed him down by saying it's a risk since he is harmless right now.

He understands it and so you two stayed there until he was normal. Wich of course lasted until someone got killed or monokuma bored.

Korekiyo Shinguji

You were quite surprised to hear him so... Loud. This motive was something you wouldn't expect...

He was mad most of the time but around you he was quiet.

You can't believe he was so vulgar towards others. Kirumi volunteered to take care of dieased ones but you wanted to spend time with Kiyo and only him.

And that's how you ended up with him alone watching out for him not to get killed or kill.

He was grumpy and angry still. You knew it wouldn't work but you two sat down and you asked him to put his head on your lap.

You tried to calm him down it was bit wierd but he seemed to appreciate it. Yet he was dieased so he didn't react with words. His expression slowly went calm and seemed like he whould fall asleep.

He was grumpy as he woke up but he seemed more tsunderish than real mad.

It's so good to be back!
